其中导风通道包括管件的形式,也包括烘干底座自身通过造型而形成的通道的形式。
第一进风口与第一出风口的位置设置,包括设置在承载面的相对两侧上;第一进风口与第一出风口的位置设置,还包括设置在承载面的相邻的两个侧边上,此时暖风若受到待烘干的清洁工具的作用而改变流向,第一进风口与第一出风口能够更好地适用于暖风流向改变的情景。
当工作者使用完清洁工具后,可将湿润的清洁工具放置在承载面上,烘干底座靠近承载面的一侧设置有第一进风口,通过导风通道可以将从暖风机出来的热风导引至第一出风口,从第一出风口出来的热风吹向放置在承载面上湿润的清洁工具,之后可从第一出风口完成循环,从而可以达到烘干清洁工具的效果,解决了现有的手持式洗地机虽然具有洗地和烘干地面的功能,但是洗地机的滚刷在使用完之后比较湿润的,湿润的滚刷没有烘干就继续留到下一次使用,导致滚刷一直处于湿润的状态,容易产生很多细菌不卫生的技术问题。
可选地,所述第一进风口和所述第一出风口分别设置在所述承载面的相对两侧上。此时能够形成直线型的直接通路,能够更好地适用于暖风流经带烘干清洁工具而流向改变较小的情景。
可选地,所述导风通道包括至少两个所述第一进风口,所述暖风机设有至少两个风机出风口,所述至少两个第一进风口与所述至少两个风机出风口一一对应连接。通过设置至少两个风机出风口、至少两个第一进风口,可以提高了烘干湿润的清洁工具的速率。
可选地,所述导风通道设置为导风管,所述导风管的两端均设置为所述第一进风口;所述导风管上还设有槽口,所述槽口设置为朝向所述第一出风口。
可选地,所述导风通道包括至少两个所述第一出风口。至少两个第一出风口可以增加热风吹向湿润的清洁工具的渠道,从而增加清洁工具的受热面积,加快烘干的速率。
本申请第二方面提供了一种洗地机,包括清洁主体和第一方面所述的烘干底座,所述清洁主体包括与所述承载面的大小相适配的滚刷。
有益效果
本申请在现有洗地机中设置有具有烘干功能的底座,将洗地机的清洁主体组装到底座上,使用时,清洁主体上的滚刷是放置在承载面上的,暖风机出来的热风通过导风管吹向湿润的滚刷,从而可以达到烘干滚刷的效果。

本发明的实施方式
本申请实施例提供了一种烘干底座和洗地机,用于解决现有的手持式洗地机虽然具有洗地和烘干地面的功能,但是洗地机的滚刷在使用完之后比较湿润的,湿润的滚刷没有烘干就继续留到下一次使用,导致滚刷一直处于湿润的状态,容易产生很多细菌不卫生的技术问题。
为使得本申请的发明目的、特征、优点能够更加的明显和易懂,下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,下面所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而非全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
请参阅图1至图5,本申请实施例提供了一种烘干底座,包括支撑座100、底盘200、烘干装置;烘干装置包括暖风机300和导风管;支撑座100与底盘200连接,底盘200设置有承载面201,支撑座100靠近承载面201的一侧开设有第一进风口101,承载面201与支撑座100相对的一侧开设有第一出风口202;暖风机300和导风管均设置于底盘200中,且暖风机300位于支撑座100的一侧;暖风机300的出风口连接导风管的第一端,导风管的第二端与第一出风口202连通。

请参阅图1至图5,本申请实施例提供了一种烘干底座,包括烘干装置,烘干装置包括暖风机300,烘干底座设有导风通道,暖风机300设置在导风通道上,即暖风机使暖风气流通过导风通道进行流动。暖风机300设有两个风机出风口,具体为第二出风口301和第三出风口302。导风通道包括两个第一进风口101和至少两个第一出风口202,至少两个第一出风口202具体为。烘干底座还设有承载面201,第一进风口101和第一出风口202均设置在烘干底座靠近承载面201的一侧上,第一进风口101和第一出风口202分别设置在承载面的相对两侧上;具体地,导风通道设置为导风管,导风管包括第一导风管401、固定架500、第二导风管402。导风管的两端,即第一导风管401的一端、第二导风管402的一端,均设置为上述第一进风口101,两个第一进风口101分别与第二出风口301和第三出风口302连接;导风管上还设有槽口503,具体为槽口503设置在固定架500上,槽口503设置为朝向第一出风口101。
本实施例设计一种烘干底座,当工作者使用完清洁工具后,可将湿润的清洁工具放置在承载面201上,烘干底座靠近承载面201的一侧设置有第一进风口101,以提供暖风机300工作运行的条件,通过导风通道可以将从暖风机300出来的热风导引至第一出风口202,从第一出风口202出来的热风吹向放置在承载面201上湿润的清洁工具,从而可以达到烘干清洁工具的效果,解决了现有的手持式洗地机虽然具有洗地和烘干地面的功能,但是洗地机的滚刷在使用完之后比较湿润的,湿润的滚刷没有烘干就继续留到下一次使用,导致滚刷一直处于湿润的状态,容易产生很多细菌不卫生的技术问题。进一步而言,第一导风管401的第二端和第二导风管402的第二端均与槽口503连通;槽口503的开口朝向第一出风口202,需要说明的是,由于第一导风管401的第二端和第二导风管402的第二端均与槽口503连通,因此,从第一导风管401和第二导风管402吹出来的热风可以进入到槽口503中,而槽口503的开头是朝向第一出风口202的,因此,从第一导风管401和第二导风管402出来的热风可以直接穿过第一出风口202,从而可以直吹向湿润的清洁工具。
以上为本申请提供的一种烘干底座的第二个实施例的详细说明,下面为本申请提供的一种烘干底座的第三个实施例的详细说明。
请参阅图1至图5,本申请实施例提供了一种烘干底座,包括支撑座100、底盘200、烘干装置;烘干装置包括暖风机300和导风管;支撑座100与底盘200连接,底盘200设置有承载面201,支撑座100靠近承载面201的一侧开设有第一进风口101,承载面201与支撑座100相对的一侧开设有第一出风口202;暖风机300和导风管均设置于底盘200中,且暖风机300位于支撑座100的一侧;暖风机300的出风口连接导风管的第一端,导风管的第二端与第一出风口202连通。
进一步地,本实施例中的导风管包括第一导风管401和第二导风管402;暖风机300的出风口包括第二出风口301和第三出风口302;第一导风管401的第一端连接第二出风口301,第一导风管401的第二端与第一出风口202连通;第二导风管402的第一端连接第三出风口302,第二导风管402的第二端与第一出风口202连通,通过增加多个导风管,可以提高了烘干湿润的清洁工具的速率。
进一步地,还包括固定架500和第一污水箱600,固定架500包括第一固定部501和第二固定部502;固定架500和第一污水箱600均设置于底盘200中,且固定架500安装于第一污水箱600的上方;第一固定部501和第二固定部502分别用于固定第一导风管401和第二导风管402,本实施例在第一污水箱600上设置有固定架500,通过第一固定部501和第二固定部502固定第一导风管401和第二导风管402,可以提高第一导风管401和第二导风管402的稳定性,避免在移动底座的过程中,第一导风管401和第二导风管402出现错位的现象,导致不能快速烘干清洁工具。此外,本实施例提供的烘干底座,除了具有烘干功能外,还可以接收清洁工具收集的污水,使用时,只需要将清洁工具组装到底座中,即可将清洁工具中的污水转移到第一污水箱600中,从而减少了工作人员频繁倒污水的工作量。
进一步地,本实施例还可以包括固定架500和第一污水箱600,固定架500包括第一固定部501、第二固定部502和槽口503;固定架500和第一污水箱600均设置于底盘200中,且固定架500设置于第一污水箱600的上方;第一固定部501和第二固定部502分别用于固定第一导风管401和第二导风管402;第一固定部501和第二固定均与槽口503固定连接,且第一导风管401的第二端和第二导风管402的第二端均与槽口503连通;槽口503的开口朝向第一出风口202,需要说明的是,由于第一导风管401的第二端和第二导风管402的第二端均与槽口503连通,因此,从第一导风管401和第二导风管402吹出来的热风可以进入到槽口503中,而槽口503的开头是朝向第一出风口202的,因此,从第一导风管401和第二导风管402出来的热风可以直接穿过第一出风口202,从而可以直吹向湿润的清洁工具。
作为进一步地改进,第一固定部501和第二固定部502均可以设置于与支撑座100相对的一侧,并分别位于第一污水箱600的左右两侧。此外,本实施例中第一出风口202的个数为多个;承载面201向内凹陷形成凹槽,多个第一出风口202均设置于凹槽的侧壁上,可以增加热风吹向湿润的清洁工具的渠道,从而增加清洁工具的受热面积,加快烘干的速率。
进一步地,第一进风口101包括若干条条形槽口;若干条条形槽口垂直于承载面201。
进一步地,还包括导流管700和顶柱800;导流管700设置于支撑座100中,且导流管700的一端连接顶柱800,导流管700的另一端与第一污水箱600连通。需要说明的是,当清洁工具组装到烘干底座中时,即清洁工具抵接到顶柱800中,清洁工具中的污水即可从清洁工具中流向第一污水箱600中,除了可以烘干清洁工具,还可以接收清洁工具中的污水。
进一步地,还包括充电座(图中未示);充电座设置于支撑座100上,并位于导流管700的一侧。

如图1至图5所示,本申请实施例提供了一种洗地机,包括清洁主体和上述实施例所述的烘干底座,清洁主体包括与承载面201的大小相适配的滚刷900。
本实施例在现有洗地机中设置有具有烘干功能的底座,将洗地机的清洁主体组装到底座上,使用时,清洁主体上的滚刷900是放置在承载面201上的,暖风机300出来的热风通过导风管吹向湿润的滚刷900,从而可以达到烘干滚刷900的效果。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种烘干底座,其特征在于,包括支撑座、底盘、烘干装置;所述烘干装置包括暖风机和导风管;
    所述支撑座与所述底盘连接,所述底盘设置有承载面,所述支撑座靠近所述承载面的一侧开设有第一进风口,所述承载面与所述支撑座相对的一侧开设有第一出风口;
    所述暖风机和所述导风管均设置于所述底盘中,且所述暖风机位于所述支撑座的一侧;所述暖风机的出风口连接所述导风管的第一端,所述导风管的第二端与所述第一出风口连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的烘干底座,其特征在于,所述导风管包括第一导风管和第二导风管;
    所述暖风机的出风口包括第二出风口和第三出风口;
    所述第一导风管的第一端连接所述第二出风口,所述第一导风管的第二端与所述第一出风口连通;
    所述第二导风管的第一端连接所述第三出风口,所述第二导风管的第二端与所述第一出风口连通。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的烘干底座,其特征在于,还包括固定架和第一污水箱,所述固定架包括第一固定部和第二固定部;
    所述固定架和所述第一污水箱均设置于所述底盘中,且所述固定架安装于所述第一污水箱的上方;
    所述第一固定部和所述第二固定部分别用于固定所述第一导风管和所述第二导风管。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的烘干底座,其特征在于,还包括固定架和第一污水箱,所述固定架包括第一固定部、第二固定部和槽口;
    所述固定架和所述第一污水箱均设置于所述底盘中,且所述固定架设置于所述第一污水箱的上方;
    所述第一固定部和所述第二固定部分别用于固定所述第一导风管和所述第二导风管;
    所述第一固定部和所述第二固定均与所述槽口固定连接,且所述第一导风管的第二端和所述第二导风管的第二端均与所述槽口连通;
    所述槽口的开口朝向所述第一出风口。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的烘干底座,其特征在于,所述第一固定部和所述第二固定部均设置于与所述支撑座相对的一侧,并分别位于所述第一污水箱的左右两侧。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的污水排放底座,其特征在于,所述第一出风口的个数为多个;
    所述承载面向内凹陷形成凹槽,多个所述第一出风口均设置于所述凹槽的侧壁上。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的烘干底座,其特征在于,第一进风口包括若干条条形槽口;
    若干条所述条形槽口垂直于所述承载面。
  8. 根据权利要求3或4所述的烘干底座,其特征在于,还包括导流管和顶柱;
    所述导流管设置于所述支撑座中,且所述导流管的一端连接所述顶柱,所述导流管的另一端与所述第一污水箱连通。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的烘干底座,其特征在于,还包括充电座;所述充电座设置于所述支撑座上,并位于所述导流管的一侧。
  10. 一种烘干底座,其特征在于,包括烘干装置,所述烘干装置包括暖风机;
    所述烘干底座设有导风通道,所述导风通道包括第一进风口和第一出风口;
    所述烘干底座还设有承载面,所述第一进风口和所述第一出风口均设置在所述烘干底座靠近所述承载面的一侧上;
    所述暖风机设置在所述导风通道上。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的烘干底座,其特征在于,所述第一进风口和所述第一出风口分别设置在所述承载面的相对两侧上。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的烘干底座,其特征在于,所述导风通道包括至少两个所述第一进风口,所述暖风机设有至少两个风机出风口,所述至少两个第一进风口与所述至少两个风机出风口一一对应连接。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的烘干底座,其特征在于,所述导风通道设置为导风管,所述导风管的两端均设置为所述第一进风口;所述导风管上还设有槽口,所述槽口设置为朝向所述第一出风口。
  14. 根据权利要求10至13任意一项所述的烘干底座,其特征在于,所述导风通道包括至少两个所述第一出风口。
  15. 一种洗地机,其特征在于,包括清洁主体和权利要求1-14任一项所述的烘干底座,所述清洁主体包括与所述承载面的大小相适配的滚刷。
