实施例1
请参阅图1-3,本发明实施例中,一种便于快速查找的物流配送货架,包括支撑座8和设置在其上端中间位置的第一支撑柱1,所述第一支撑柱1上端同轴固定有第二支撑柱12,所述第二支撑柱12上端转动设有旋转盘13,所述旋转盘13下端阵列分布有若干个吊板6,每个所述吊板6上设有用于放置货物的存放组件7,所述旋转盘13下端连接用于带动其旋转以实现不同存放组件7旋转切换的旋转驱动件;
所述存放组件7包括第一传输辊72和第二传输辊78,所述第一传输辊72和第二传输辊78通过固定轴71转动设置在吊板6表面,其中一个固定轴71另一端与安装在吊板6上的传输电机输出端连接;
所述第一传输辊72和第二传输辊78之间绕设有传输带73,所述传输带73侧面设有若干个与固定轴71平行设置的悬挂杆74,每个所述悬挂杆74上转动设有旋转套75,所述旋转套75下方设有便于物品放置的放置板76,所述放置板76两端通过连接块77与旋转套75连接固定;
在实际使用时,将物品放置在放置板76上,然后通过传输电机带动传输带73转动,从而实现同一个存放组件7上放置板的切换,当需要切换不同的存放组件7时,只需通过旋转驱动件带动旋转盘13转动即可;
本申请这种存放架在取存时,工作人员不用跑动,极大的降低了劳动量,并且这种装置还可以实现物品在高处和低处之间转换,无需工作人员攀登,消除了安全隐患,同时也能对较高的空间进行利用,相比现有技术中的存货架,本申请在有限的占地区域能够获取更大的放置空间。
所述旋转驱动件包括设置在旋转盘13下端面的旋转环4,所述旋转环4外侧设有从动齿环2,所述第二支撑柱12上端外侧安装有驱动电机5,所述驱动电机5的输出端设有与从动齿环2相互啮合的驱动齿轮3,通过驱动电机5配合齿轮齿环传动,从而为旋转盘13提供旋转动力。
实施例2
与实施例1相区别的是:所述支撑座8上还设有方便货架移动的位移组件9,所述位移组件9包括设置在支撑座8下端的至少三个收纳槽81,收纳槽81阵列分布在支撑座8下端,每个收纳槽81中都滑动配合有一个活动座97,所述活动座97外端底部设有支撑轮92,所述活动座97上端至少开设有一个导向孔99,导向孔99中滑动配合有一个导向杆98,所述导向杆98下端外侧设有侧板,侧板与导向孔99内壁之间通过复位弹簧91连接固定,所述导向杆98上端设有水平滑块910,所述水平滑块910滑动配合在收纳槽81顶壁的水平滑槽911中,所述水平滑块910与水平滑槽911左右两侧壁之间通过恢复弹簧连接,所述支撑柱1内部还设有用于推动活动座97向下移动,从而将整个货架撑起的起重驱动件,这样就可以实现装置从固定到移动的切换;
所述起重驱动件包括设置在所述活动座97内端的受力块95和安装在第一支撑柱1内部的起重伸缩杆11,靠近受力块95的活动座97表面设有引导斜面96,所述起重伸缩杆11的输出端设有推动杆10,所述推动杆10下端阵列分布有若干个与活动座97相对应的侧杆94,所述侧杆94末端设有与引导斜面96相抵的推动轮93;
在使用时,通过起重伸缩杆11带动推动轮93向下移动,此时,推动轮93会作用在引导斜面96上,从而使得活动座97沿着收纳槽81向外侧延伸,直至推动轮93作用在受力板95上后,推动轮93会带动整个活动座97沿着收纳槽81向下滑动,最终使得支撑轮92与地面接触,进而实现整个装置与地面之间的滚动摩擦,这种位移组件可以使得支撑轮92向外侧辐射展开,从而增大底部的稳定性。
实施例3
与实施例1相区别的是:所述第一支撑柱1外侧与支撑座8之间阵列分布有若干个加强板,从而提高装置的力学性能。
实施例4
与实施例1相区别的是:每个放置板76上都设有一个压力传感器,压力传感器电性连接控制面板,当放置物品时,压力传感器会受压,从而反馈给控制面板一个满载信号,所述控制面板电性连接用于识别物品表面识别码的扫码器,在每放置一个物品时,先通过扫码器进行扫码,然后再将物品放置在放置板76上,此时控制面板中的存储器会记录该物品放置的放置板信息以及该物品信息,以便后期对物品的调取。
本发明的工作原理是:使用时,将待存放的物品扫码记录相应物品信息,然后将物品放置在相应的放置板上,每个放置板都有编号信息,此时物品与放置板编号对应,在取货时,通过旋转驱动件带动旋转盘13转动,从而实现存放组件7的切换,然后通过传输电机带动传输辊转动,从而使得传输带73和设置在其上的放置板循环转动,以便将物品移动到取货位置,当需要对装置位置进行移动时,通过起重伸缩杆11带动推动轮93向下移动,此时,推动轮93会作用在引导斜面96上,从而使得活动座97沿着收纳槽81向外侧延伸,直至推动轮93作用在受力板95上后,推动轮93会带动整个活动座97沿着收纳槽81向下滑动,最终使得支撑轮92与地面接触,进而实现整个装置与地面之间的滚动摩擦,这种位移组件可以使得支撑轮92向外侧辐射展开,从而增大底部的稳定性。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种便于快速查找的物流配送货架,包括支撑座(8)和设置在其上端中间位置的第一支撑柱(1),所述第一支撑柱(1)上端同轴固定有第二支撑柱(12),所述第二支撑柱(12)上端转动设有旋转盘(13);
    其特征在于,所述旋转盘(13)下端阵列分布有若干个吊板(6),每个所述吊板(6)上设有用于放置货物的存放组件,所述旋转盘(13)下端连接用于带动其旋转以实现不同存放组件(7)旋转切换的旋转驱动件;
    所述存放组件(7)包括第一传输辊(72)和第二传输辊(78),所述第一传输辊(72)和第二传输辊(78)通过固定轴(71)转动设置在吊板(6)表面,其中一个固定轴(71)另一端与安装在吊板(6)上的传输电机输出端连接;
    所述第一传输辊(72)和第二传输辊(78)之间绕设有传输带(73),所述传输带(73)侧面设有若干个与固定轴(71)平行设置的悬挂杆(74),每个所述悬挂杆(74)上转动设有旋转套(75),所述旋转套(75)下方设有便于物品放置的放置板(76),所述放置板(76)两端通过连接块(77)与旋转套(75)连接固定。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的便于快速查找的物流配送货架,其特征在于,所述旋转驱动件包括设置在旋转盘(13)下端面的旋转环(4),所述旋转环(4)外侧设有从动齿环(2),所述第二支撑柱(12)上端外侧安装有驱动电机(5),所述驱动电机(5)的输出端设有与从动齿环(2)相互啮合的驱动齿轮(3)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的便于快速查找的物流配送货架,其特征在于,所述驱动电机(5)和传输电机都为伺服电机。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的便于快速查找的物流配送货架,其特征在于,所述支撑座(8)上还设有方便货架移动的位移组件(9),所述位移组件(9)包括设置在支撑座(8)下端的至少三个收纳槽(81),收纳槽(81)阵列分布在支撑座(8)下端,每个收纳槽(81)中都滑动配合有一个活动座(97),所述活动座(97)外端底部设有支撑轮(92),所述活动座(97)上端至少开设有一个导向孔(99),导向孔(99)中滑动配合有一个导向杆(98),所述导向杆(98)下端外侧设有侧板,侧板与导向孔(99)内壁之间通过复位弹簧(91)连接固定,所述导向杆(98)上端设有水平滑块(910),所述水平滑块(910)滑动配合在收纳槽(81)顶壁的水平滑槽(911)中,所述水平滑块(910)与水平滑槽(911)左右两侧壁之间通过恢复弹簧连接,所述支撑柱(1)内部还设有用于推动活动座(97)向下移动,从而将整个货架撑起的起重驱动件,这样就可以实现装置从固定到移动的切换。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的便于快速查找的物流配送货架,其特征在于,所述支撑座(8)下端设有四个收纳槽(81)。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的便于快速查找的物流配送货架,其特征在于,所述起重驱动件包括设置在所述活动座(97)内端的受力块(95)和安装在第一支撑柱(1)内部的起重伸缩杆(11),靠近受力块(95)的活动座(97)表面设有引导斜面(96),所述起重伸缩杆(11)的输出端设有推动杆(10),所述推动杆(10)下端阵列分布有若干个与活动座(97)相对应的侧杆(94),所述侧杆(94)末端设有与引导斜面(96)相抵的推动轮(93)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的便于快速查找的物流配送货架,其特征在于,所述第一支撑柱(1)外侧与支撑座(8)之间阵列分布有若干个加强板。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的便于快速查找的物流配送货架,其特征在于,每个放置板(76)上都设有一个压力传感器,压力传感器电性连接控制面板,所述控制面板电性连接用于识别物品表面识别码的扫码器。
  9. 一种权利要求1-8任一所述的便于快速查找的物流配送货架的使用方法,其特征在于,使用时,将待存放的物品扫码记录相应物品信息,然后将物品放置在相应的放置板(76)上,每个放置板都有编号信息,此时物品与放置板编号对应,在取货时,通过旋转驱动件带动旋转盘(13)转动,从而实现存放组件(7)的切换,然后通过传输电机带动传输辊转动,从而使得传输带(73)和设置在其上的放置板(76)循环转动,以便将物品移动到取货位置。
