为使本申请实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
参照图1,示出了本申请实施例的一种会议管理方法的流程图,应用于服务器,具体可以包括如下步骤:
步骤101,接收第一客户端发送的多个参会人信息。
在本申请实施例中,工作人员通过对第一客户端进行操作,使得第一客户端向服务器发送会议管理页面的登录请求,服务器根据接收到的登录请求,将会议管理页面对应的登录页面返回至第一客户端;第一客户端在接收到登录页面后,显示该登录页面,工作人员在登录页面内输入身份信息,该身份信息包括用户名和密码等信息,然后,第一客户端将身份信息发送至服务器,服务器对第一客户端发送的身份信息进行验证,验证通过后,服务器向第一客户端发送会议管理页面,第一客户端在接收到会议管理页面后,显示该会议管理页面。
工作人员在会议管理页面中进行会议预约,则跳转到如图2所示的会议预约页面,会议预约页面包括会议名称输入框、联系人输入框、所属会议室选择框、会议日期输入框、参会人数输入框、联系方式输入框和会议时间输入框;工作人员在会议名称输入框内输入准备举行的会议对应的会议名称,在联系人输入框内输入相应的联系人姓名,在所属会议室选择框内选择举行会议时所处的会议室,在会议日期输入框输入相应的会议举行日期,会议举行日期的格式为yy-mm-dd,如会议举行日期为2020-12-09,在参会人数输入框内输入参加该会议的会议人数,在联系方式输入框内输入联系人对应的联系电话,在会议时间输入框内输入会议举行时间,会议举行时间包括会议开始时间和会议结束时间,其格式为hh:mm,如会议开始时间为14:00,会议结束时间为15:30。
并且,在图2所示的会议预约页面还显示有参会人对应的信息输入框,其包括参会人姓名输入框、参会人职位输入框、参会人所属部门输入框和参 会人所属公司输入框等,工作人员在参会人姓名输入框内输入参加会议的参会人姓名,在参会人职位输入框内输入参会人的职位,在参会人所属部门输入框内输入参会人所属的部门名称,在参会人所属公司输入框内输入参会人所属的公司名称,此外,在会议预约页面还可以显示有参会人邮箱输入框,工作人员可在参会人邮箱输入框内输入参会人的邮箱账号。
此外,在图2所示的会议预约页面还显示删除控件、参会人新增控件、取消控件和提交控件,通过对删除控件进行触发操作,可删除对应的参会人信息,通过对参会人新增控件进行触发操作,可新增参会人对应的信息输入框,通过对取消控件进行触发操作,可取消本次预约的会议,而通过对提交控件进行触发操作,可将会议预约页面内输入的信息发送至服务器。
因此,第一客户端可接收到工作人员在会议预约页面内输入的多个参会人信息,该参会人信息包括参会人姓名、参会人邮箱账号、参会人职位、参会人所属部门和参会人所属公司,然后,第一客户端接收工作人员对提交控件的触控操作,将多个参会人信息发送至服务器,则服务器接收第一客户端发送的多个参会人信息。
例如,服务器接收到第一客户端发送的4个参会人信息,第一个参会人信息包括的参会人姓名为“张三”、第二个参会人信息包括的参会人姓名为“李四”,第三个参会人信息包括的参会人姓名为“王五”,第四个参会人信息包括的参会人姓名为“赵六”。
本申请实施例中的第一客户端可以是部署在终端设备上的浏览器或应用程序,该应用程序指的是进行会议管理的应用程序。
步骤102,将每个所述参会人信息与对应的电子桌牌标识进行绑定,每个所述电子桌牌标识对应的电子桌牌还与麦克风一一对应。
在本申请实施例中,服务器在接收到第一客户端发送的多个参会人信息之后,服务器将每个参会人信息与未使用的电子桌牌标识进行随机绑定,而每个电子桌牌标识对应的电子桌牌还与麦克风一一对应。
在实际产品中,电子桌牌和麦克风可以是相互独立的两个设备,每个麦克风具有唯一的麦克风标识,因此,需要将每个电子桌牌标识预先与对应的麦克风标识进行绑定,从而实现每个电子桌牌标识对应的电子桌牌与麦克风 一一对应,此时,参会人信息、电子桌牌标识和麦克风标识一一绑定。
当然,麦克风可设置在电子桌牌上,即电子桌牌和麦克风为一体结构,此时,电子桌牌与麦克风也就是一一对应的,通过将参会人信息与电子桌牌标识进行绑定,从而实现参会人信息、电子桌牌和麦克风一一对应。
例如,未使用的电子桌牌标识包括电子桌牌标识A1、电子桌牌标识A2、电子桌牌标识A3、电子桌牌标识A4、电子桌牌标识A5和电子桌牌标识A6,将参会人姓名“张三”与电子桌牌标识A1进行绑定,参会人姓名“李四”与电子桌牌标识A2进行绑定,参会人姓名“王五”与电子桌牌标识A3进行绑定,将参会人姓名“赵六”与电子桌牌标识A4进行绑定;并且,电子桌牌标识A1还与麦克风标识B1绑定,电子桌牌标识A2还与麦克风标识B2进行绑定,电子桌牌标识A3还与麦克风标识B3进行绑定,电子桌牌标识A4还与麦克风标识B4进行绑定。
若电子桌牌和麦克风是相互独立的两个设备,在实际使用过程中,也可以修改电子桌牌标识与麦克风标识之间的绑定关系,此时,工作人员在第一客户端显示的会议管理页面中,对电子桌牌标识与麦克风标识之间的绑定关系进行修改,则第一客户端该修改请求发送至服务器,服务器根据该修改请求,修改电子桌牌标识与麦克风标识之间的绑定关系。
例如,工作人员对电子桌牌标识A1与麦克风标识B1之间的绑定关系进行修改,其用于将电子桌牌标识A1与麦克风标识B1进行解绑,并重新将电子桌牌标识A1与麦克风标识B5进行绑定,因此,服务器在接收到第一客户端发送的修改请求后,将电子桌牌标识A1与麦克风标识B1解绑,并将解绑后的电子桌牌标识A1与麦克风标识B5重新进行绑定。
需要说明的是,步骤101执行的接收第一客户端发送的多个参会人信息的过程,和步骤102执行的对参会人信息与电子桌牌标识进行绑定的过程,都是在会议开始之前进行的;当然,根据实际使用需求,服务器也可以在会议进行过程中,接收第一客户端发送的参会人信息,以及将参会人信息与电子桌牌标识进行绑定。
步骤103,接收至少一个目标麦克风采集的语音信息。
在本申请实施例中,在将参会人信息与电子桌牌标识绑定之后,工作人 员将电子桌牌标识对应的电子桌牌和麦克风标识对应的麦克风,或者集成有麦克风的电子桌牌,按照实际要求的摆放位置进行摆放。
在会议开始前,当与会议开始时间之间的时间差等于预设时间差时,服务器将与每个电子桌牌标识绑定的参会人信息,发送至该电子桌牌标识对应的电子桌牌,该电子桌牌显示对应的参会人信息,例如,显示参会人姓名、参会人的职位、参会人所属的部门名称等。在会议开始前,通过电子桌牌显示参会人信息,确保参会人坐在正确的位置处。预设时间差可人为设定,如10分钟、30分钟等。
例如,会议开始时间为14:00,当与会议开始时间之间的时间差等于预设时间差10分钟时,即13:50时,服务器发送参会人信息至电子桌牌,电子桌牌显示参会人信息。
在会议进行的过程中,至少一个目标参会人会针对会议主题进行发言,则目标参会人所在位置处的目标麦克风会采集目标参会人发出的语音信息,然后,目标麦克风将语音信息发送至服务器,服务器接收至少一个目标麦克风采集的语音信息。目标参会人指的是参加会议的多个参会人中发言的参会人,目标麦克风指的是采集目标参会人语音信息的麦克风。
本申请实施例中的电子桌牌可以为电子墨水屏桌牌,其通过网关与服务器进行通讯,通讯方式可以为Wi-Fi(WIreless-Fidelity,无线保真)、433MHZE(一种无线传输通讯)方式等,本申请实施例对电子桌牌和服务器之间的通讯方式不做限定。
步骤104,根据所述目标麦克风对应的目标电子桌牌的目标电子桌牌标识,确定与所述目标电子桌牌标识绑定的目标参会人信息。
在本申请实施例中,服务器在接收到目标麦克风发送的语音信息之后,服务器根据麦克风和电子桌牌之间的一一对应关系,确定目标麦克风对应的目标电子桌牌的目标电子桌牌标识,进而确定与目标电子桌牌标识绑定的目标参会人信息,即识别每条语音信息所对应的目标参会人。
例如,电子桌牌和麦克风是相互独立的两个设备,采集语音信息的目标麦克风对应的目标麦克风标识为麦克风标识B2,则确定与目标麦克风标识B2绑定的目标电子桌牌标识为电子桌牌标识A2,进而确定与目标电子桌牌 标识A2绑定的目标参会人信息中的参会人姓名为“李四”,当然,还可确定出与目标电子桌牌标识A2绑定的目标参会人信息中的参会人邮箱账号、参会人职位、参会人所属部门名称和参会人所属公司名称等信息。
步骤105,根据所述语音信息和所述目标参会人信息,生成会议文档。
在本申请实施例中,在确定出目标参会人信息之后,服务器根据目标麦克风采集的语音信息和目标参会人信息,生成会议文档。
具体的,是在每条语音信息之前自动添加目标参会人信息,生成会议文档,因此,在会议文档中,会自动标注有每条语音信息对应的目标参会人信息,避免后续在查看会议文档时,不清楚每条语音信息所对应的目标参会人,使得生成的会议文档更加清楚、明了;并且,也避免了工作人员不清楚每条语音信息对应的发言人姓名,而导致无法人为手动添加每条语音信息对应的目标参会人信息的问题。
在会议进行过程中,实时接收目标麦克风采集的语音信息,并确定发出该语音信息的目标参会人对应的目标参会人信息,在每条语音信息前添加目标参会人信息,按照时间顺序,生成包含每条语音信息和对应的目标参会人信息的会议文档,该会议文档存储在服务器中。
进一步的,在步骤105之后,还包括:根据会议文档,提取出与本次会议相关联的关联用户对应的关联用户信息;所述关联用户信息包括参会人信息和所述本次会议涉及的用户对应的用户信息;根据所述关联用户信息,发送所述会议文档。
在本申请实施例中,服务器在生成会议文档之后,可根据会议文档,自动提取出与本次会议相关联的关联用户对应的关联用户信息。具体的,可以从服务器中自动提取出该会议文档对应的参会人信息,该参会人信息是第一客户端发送并存储在服务器中的,此时,关联用户也就是参加本次会议的参会人;也可以从会议文档中自动获取本次会议中提到的用户对应的用户信息,将在本次会议中提到的用户对应的用户姓名以及该用户姓名对应的其他信息作为关联用户信息,例如,将用户姓名、用户性别、用户所属部门名称等信息作为关联用户信息,此时,关联用户也就是本次会议中提到的用户。
然后,服务器根据关联用户信息,向关联用户对应的客户端发送该会议 文档,则关联用户可在各自对应的客户端中查看该会议文档。
当然,服务器在生成会议文档之后,也可以仅将该会议文档进行存储,关联用户可登录会议管理页面,向服务器发送会议文档查看请求,来查看该会议文档。
在会议结束后,工作人员通过第一客户端登录进入会议管理页面,在会议管理页面中进行操作,向服务器发送会议文档的查看请求,服务器根据该查看请求向第一客户端返回该会议文档,第一客户端在接收到服务器发送的会议文档后,显示该会议文档,工作人员在第一客户端中对该会议文档进行整理,提取出会议文档中的重点内容,从而得到会议纪要,第一客户端再将最终生成的会议纪要发送至服务器。然后,服务器也可以根据确定的关联用户信息发送该会议纪要,或者,关联用户可通过各自的客户端登录会议管理页面,向服务器发送会议纪要查看请求,来查看该会议纪要。
在本申请实施例中,通过预先将参会人信息与电子桌牌标识进行绑定,而电子桌牌标识对应的电子桌牌还与麦克风一一对应,在会议进行过程中,根据发送语音信息的目标麦克风,确定出目标麦克风对应的目标电子桌牌的目标电子桌牌标识,进而确定出发出该语音信息的目标参会人的目标参会人信息,最后根据目标参会人信息和语音信息,直接生成会议文档,无需工作人员手动整理,节省工作人员的工作时间,提高会议文档的整理效率,避免出现会议内容记录不全的现象;并且,可识别每条语音信息所对应的目标参会人,在会议文档中,自动标注每条语音信息对应的目标参会人信息,避免后续在查看会议文档时,不清楚每条语音信息所对应的目标参会人,使得生成的会议文档更加清楚、明了。
参照图3,示出了本申请实施例的另一种会议管理方法的流程图,应用于服务器,具体可以包括如下步骤:
步骤301,接收第一客户端发送的多个参会人信息。
此步骤与上述步骤101原理类似,在此不再赘述。
步骤302,将每个所述参会人信息与对应的电子桌牌标识进行绑定,每个所述电子桌牌标识对应的电子桌牌还与麦克风一一对应。
在本申请实施例中,服务器将每个参会人信息与未使用的电子桌牌标识 进行随机绑定,而每个电子桌牌标识对应的电子桌牌还与麦克风一一对应,此时,参会人信息、电子桌牌和麦克风一一对应。
可选的,在步骤303之前,还包括:接收所述第一客户端发送的参会人变更信息;所述参会人变更信息包括目标输入框标识以及所述目标输入框标识对应的目标输入框内输入的变更后的参会人信息;将所述目标输入框标识对应的目标输入框内预先输入的待变更的参会人信息更改为所述变更后的参会人信息,并将所述变更后的参会人信息,与所述待变更的参会人信息对应的电子桌牌标识进行绑定。
在本申请实施例中,在会议开始前或会议进行过程中,当参会人临时发生变化时,工作人员通过第一客户端登录进入会议管理页面,并从会议管理页面跳转至会议预约页面,在会议预约页面中的目标输入框内删除待变更的参会人信息,并重新输入变更后的参会人信息,第一客户端将目标输入框对应的目标输入框标识以及目标输入框内重新输入的变更后的参会人信息发送至服务器,服务器根据目标输入框标识,确定目标输入框标识对应的目标输入框内之前输入的待变更的参会人信息,然后将待变更的参会人信息更改为变更后的参会人信息,并将变更后的参会人信息,与待变更的参会人信息对应的电子桌牌标识进行绑定,此时,待变更的参会人信息与其对应的电子桌牌标识也相应解绑。
例如,第一客户端向服务器发送的目标输入框标识为目标输入框标识1,变更后的参会人信息包括的参会人姓名为“李二”,目标输入框标识1对应的目标输入框内之前输入的参会人姓名为“张三”,且参会人姓名“张三”与电子桌牌标识A1进行绑定,因此,服务器将参会人信息从“张三”对应的信息更改为“李二”对应的信息,并将参会人姓名“李二”与电子桌牌标识A1进行绑定。
在会议开始前,服务器向电子桌牌发送的参会人信息是变更后的参会人信息,电子桌牌显示该变更后的参会人信息。而现有技术中,是通过纸质桌牌来展示参会人信息的,当参会人信息变更,需要重新打印纸质桌牌并进行纸质桌牌的替换,而本申请实施例通过电子桌牌显示参会人信息,在参会人发生变更时,仅需要通过服务器向电子桌牌发送消息,即可更改电子桌牌的 显示内容,操作简单且不会造成浪费。
后续在确定语音信息对应的发言人姓名时,也是调取变更后的参会人信息,根据变更后的参会人信息和语音信息,生成会议文档,其灵活性和实用性更强。
步骤303,接收至少一个目标麦克风采集的语音信息。
此步骤与上述步骤103原理类似,在此不再赘述。
步骤304,根据所述目标麦克风对应的目标电子桌牌的目标电子桌牌标识,确定与所述目标电子桌牌标识绑定的目标参会人信息。
此步骤与上述步骤104原理类似,在此不再赘述。
步骤305,对所述语音信息进行转换,生成文字信息。
在本申请实施例中,服务器在接收到麦克风发送的语音信息之后,服务器通过语音转换技术,对语音信息进行识别,将语音信息转换为文字信息。
进一步的,服务器是按照预设语言种类,对语音信息进行转换,生成该预设语言种类对应的文字信息,预设语言种类可人为设定,其可以为一种也可以为多种;或者,服务器是按照接收到的所有目标麦克风发送的语音信息所对应的目标语言种类,对语音信息进行转换,生成该目标语言种类对应的文字信息。
例如,预设语言种类为英语和汉语,对语音信息进行转换,生成的文字信息包括:语言种类为英语的文字信息和语言种类为汉语的文字信息;或者,服务器接收到的所有目标麦克风发送的语音信息所对应的目标语言种类包括:英语、汉语和韩语,则对语音信息进行转换,生成的文字信息包括:语言种类为英语的文字信息、语言种类为汉语的文字信息和语言种类为韩语的文字信息。
步骤306,根据所述目标参会人信息和所述文字信息,生成会议文档。
在本申请实施例中,在对语音信息进行转换,生成文字信息之后,服务器根据目标参会人信息和文字信息生成会议文档。
步骤307,在会议进行中,接收第二客户端发送的目标消息和所述目标消息对应的指定参会人信息。
在本申请实施例中,在会议进行过程中,参会人一般不会及时查看手机 信息,当有待处理事件需要通知指定参会人时,为了避免打扰会场秩序,消息发送者会通过第二客户端登录会议管理页面,消息发送者在会议管理页面中找到参加该会议的指定参会人信息,并在会议管理页面输入需要通知的目标消息,则第二客户端会将输入的目标消息和选择的指定参会人信息发送至服务器,服务器接收第二客户端发送的目标消息和目标消息对应的指定参会人信息。第二客户端的登录过程与第一客户端的登录过程类似,在此不再赘述。
第二客户端可以是部署在终端设备上的浏览器或者应用程序,该应用程序可以是进行会议管理的应用程序。
步骤308,确定与所述指定参会人信息绑定的指定电子桌牌标识。
在本申请实施例中,服务器在接收到第二客户端发送的目标消息和和目标消息对应的指定参会人信息之后,服务器根据参会人信息与电子桌牌标识之间的绑定关系,确定与指定参会人信息绑定的指定电子桌牌标识。
例如,指定参会人信息中的参会人姓名为“王五”,则确定与指定参会人信息绑定的指定电子桌牌标识为电子桌牌标识A3。
步骤309,向所述指定电子桌牌标识对应的指定电子桌牌发送所述目标消息。
在本申请实施例中,服务器在确定与指定参会人信息绑定的指定电子桌牌标识之后,服务器向指定电子桌牌标识对应的指定电子桌牌发送该目标消息,指定电子桌牌在接收到该目标消息后,在指定电子桌牌包括的显示屏上显示该目标消息。
其中,每个电子桌牌都包括相对设置的两个显示屏,在背离参会人的显示屏上显示有参会人信息,而在面向参会人的显示屏上显示参会人信息或者会议相关的主题等内容。而指定电子桌牌在接收到服务器发送的目标消息之后,在面向参会人的显示屏上显示该目标消息,而替换之前显示的内容。
步骤310,接收所述指定电子桌牌发送的回执消息。
在本申请实施例中,在每个电子桌牌的底座上设置有两个回复按钮,其分别为第一回复按钮和第二回复按钮,第一回复按钮用于向服务器发送确定消息,第二回复按钮用于向服务器发送否决消息。
指定电子桌牌在其包括的显示屏上显示该目标消息之后,指定参会人若看到该目标消息,可通过对指定电子桌牌上设置的回复按钮进行按压操作,以进行简单的意见回复,然后,指定电子桌牌将指定参会人的回执消息发送至服务器,服务器接收指定电子桌牌发送的回执消息。
步骤311,向所述第二客户端发送所述回执消息。
在本申请实施例中,服务器在接收到指定电子桌牌发送的回执消息之后,服务器向第二客户端返回该回执消息,第二客户端在接收到该回执消息之后,显示该回执消息,则消息发送者可通过该回执消息,了解指定参会人对待处理事件的处理意见。
步骤312,当预设时长内未接收到所述指定电子桌牌发送的回执消息时,向所述指定电子桌牌发送控制指令,以控制所述指定电子桌牌上的指示灯进行发光。
在本申请实施例中,服务器向指定电子桌牌发送该目标消息之后,指定电子桌牌包括的显示屏上显示该目标消息,若服务器在预设时长内未接收到指定电子桌牌发送的回执消息时,则判定指定参会人未及时看到该目标消息,服务器则再向指定电子桌牌发送控制指令,指定电子桌牌在接收到该控制指令之后,控制指定电子桌牌上设置的指示灯进行发光,通过指定电子桌牌上设置的指示灯发光来提醒指定参会人查看该目标消息。
在实际产品中,是在每个电子桌牌面向参会人的一侧设置有指示灯,并且,控制指定电子桌牌上设置的指示灯进行发光,可以是以固定频率控制指示灯闪烁,也可以是控制指示灯一直持续点亮。
需要说明的是,步骤307至步骤312是在会议进行过程中执行的,其与步骤303至步骤306不存在固定的先后顺序。
参照图4,示出了本申请实施例中的待执行任务分配过程的流程图,具体可以包括如下步骤:
步骤401,针对所述会议文档,确定至少一个待执行任务和每个所述待执行任务指定的任务执行人对应的执行人信息。
在本申请实施例中,在会议进行过程中或会议结束之后,针对生成的会议文档,自动或人为确定至少一个待执行任务和每个所述待执行任务指定的 任务执行人对应的执行人信息。
一种可选的实施方式,步骤401包括:接收第三客户端发送的针对所述会议文档的至少一个待执行任务,以及每个所述待执行任务指定的任务执行人对应的执行人信息。
在会议结束之后,其他参会人可通过各自的第三客户端登录进入会议管理页面,在会议管理页面进行查看操作,则第三客户端发送会议文档查看请求至服务器,服务器根据会议文档查看请求,向对应的第三客户端发送会议文档,第三客户端接收该会议文档,并显示该会议文档。第三客户端的登录过程与第一客户端的登录过程类似,在此不再赘述。
参会人可在第三客户端的会议管理页面内输入相应的留言信息,发表自己针对此次会议的看法,第三客户端将该留言信息发送至服务器,服务器以论坛的方式对当前会议的内容进行管理,其他参会人登录会议管理页面后,可查看到该留言信息。
参会人也可以在第三客户端的会议管理页面内人为输入相应的待执行任务,并人为选择每个待执行任务指定的任务执行人对应的执行人信息,则在会议结束后,第三客户端将针对该会议文档的至少一个待执行任务和每个待执行任务指定的任务执行人对应的执行人信息发送至服务器,服务器接收第三客户端发送的针对该会议文档的至少一个待执行任务和每个待执行任务指定的任务执行人对应的执行人信息。
需要说明的是,也可以在会议进行中,实时根据目标参会人信息和语音信息生成会议文档,其他相关人员在第三客户端的会议管理页面内人为输入相应的待执行任务,并人为选择每个待执行任务指定的任务执行人对应的执行人信息,则在会议进行中,服务器接收第三客户端发送的针对该会议文档的至少一个待执行任务和每个待执行任务指定的任务执行人对应的执行人信息。
另一种可选的实施方式,步骤401包括:从所述会议文档中提取至少一个待执行任务,以及每个所述待执行任务对应的任务执行人的执行人信息
在会议进行过程中,参会人可能会在会议上直接进行任务分配,则目标麦克风采集的语音信息中包含待执行任务和执行人信息,因此,在生成会议 文档之后,会议文档中也会存在待执行任务和执行人信息;服务器直接自动从会议文档中提取至少一个待执行任务,以及每个待执行任务对应的任务执行人的执行人信息。
此时,无需参会人通过第三客户端登录进入会议管理页面,在会议管理页面输入待执行任务和执行人信息,使得任务分配过程更加简单。
当然,在实际使用过程中,执行人信息也可以包括至少一个参会人信息,即任务执行人可以是参加本次会议的至少一个参会人,因此,步骤401包括:在会议进行中,针对所述会议文档,确定至少一个待执行任务和每个所述待执行任务指定的任务执行人对应的执行人信息;所述执行人信息包括至少一个参会人信息。
在会议进行的过程中,服务器可根据第三客户端发送的至少一个待执行任务,以及每个所述待执行任务指定的任务执行人对应的执行人信息,或者,服务器自动从会议文档中提取至少一个待执行任务,以及每个待执行任务对应的任务执行人的执行人信息,来确定至少一个待执行任务和每个所述待执行任务指定的任务执行人对应的执行人信息,该执行人信息包括至少一个参会人信息。
步骤402,根据所述执行人信息,发送所述待执行任务。
在本申请实施例中,在得到待执行任务和执行人信息之后,服务器根据执行人信息,向执行人信息对应的任务执行人发送待执行任务。
具体的,步骤402包括子步骤S4021:
子步骤S4021:向所述执行人信息中的参会人信息对应的电子桌牌发送所述待执行任务。
当在会议进行的过程中,确定执行人信息包括至少一个参会人信息,即任务执行人是参加本次会议的至少一个参会人时,服务器确定与执行人信息中的参会人信息绑定的电子桌牌标识,再向该电子桌牌标识对应的电子桌牌发送该待执行任务,电子桌牌则显示该待执行任务,使得被分配待执行任务的参会人可以通过所处位置处的电子桌牌上,看到该待执行任务,以便被分配待执行任务的参会人及时记录被分配的待执行任务。
具体的,步骤402包括子步骤S4022:
子步骤S4022,根据所述执行人信息,向所述任务执行人对应的第四客户端发送所述待执行任务。
在本申请实施例中,服务器根据执行人信息,确定对应的任务执行人,进而向该任务执行人对应的第四客户端发送被分配的待执行任务,第四客户端在接收到待执行任务之后,将待执行任务存储在本地,任务执行人后续登录会议管理页面后,第四客户端直接调取本地存储的待执行任务,并显示该待执行任务,则任务执行人可查被分配的待执行任务。
进一步的,在子步骤S4022之后,还包括:接收每个所述第四客户端发送的针对所述待执行任务的任务进度;所述任务进度包括任务状态;当所有的所述待执行任务的任务状态均为已完成状态时,将针对所述会议文档的任务执行状态更改为已完成状态。
在本申请实施例中,任务执行人对待执行任务进行处理,并在会议管理页面输入该待执行任务的执行进度,则第四客户端将待执行任务的任务进度发送至服务器,服务器接收第四客户端发送的针对待执行任务的任务进度。
其中,任务进度包括任务状态和任务执行进展说明,该任务状态包括已完成状态、正在进行状态、未处理状态等。
当所有的任务执行人都将待执行任务处理完成时,即各个第四客户端向服务器发送的任务进度中的任务状态均为已完成状态时,则服务器判定所有的待执行任务的任务状态均为已完成状态,将针对该会议文档的任务执行状态自动从未完成状态更改为已完成状态。
假如只有部分的待执行任务的任务状态为已完成状态,还有部分的待执行任务的任务状态为未处理状态或正在进行状态时,针对该会议文档的任务执行状态依旧为未完成状态。
通过第四客户端向服务器发送每个待执行任务的任务进度,其他人员可通过登录会议管理页面,及时了解每个待执行任务的任务进度。
需要说明的是,步骤401和步骤402是在步骤105之后依次执行的。并且,第一客户端、第二客户端、第三客户端和第四客户端可以是同一客户端,也可以是不同的客户端。
本申请实施例中的第三客户端和第四客户端可以是部署在终端设备上 的浏览器或者应用程序,该应用程序可以是进行会议管理的应用程序,也可以是其他进行消息通知的应用程序,如邮箱应用程序等。
在本申请实施例中,通过预先将参会人信息与电子桌牌标识进行绑定,而电子桌牌标识对应的电子桌牌还与麦克风一一对应,在会议进行过程中,根据发送语音信息的目标麦克风,确定出目标麦克风对应的目标电子桌牌的目标电子桌牌标识,进而确定出发出该语音信息的目标参会人的目标参会人信息,最后根据目标参会人信息和语音信息,直接生成会议文档,无需工作人员手动整理,节省工作人员的工作时间,提高会议文档的整理效率,避免出现会议内容记录不全的现象;并且,可识别每条语音信息所对应的目标参会人,在会议文档中,自动标注每条语音信息对应的目标参会人信息,避免后续在查看会议文档时,不清楚每条语音信息所对应的目标参会人,使得生成的会议文档更加清楚、明了;此外,还可通过第二客户端、服务器和指定电子桌牌的配合使用,在会议进行中,及时处理待处理事件,避免因会议而耽误对待处理事件的处理;在会议进行中或会议结束后,还可在针对会议文档进行任务分配,方便任务执行人了解自己被分配的待执行任务。

本申请实施例还提供了一种会议管理系统,包括电子桌牌、麦克风、第一客户端以及上述的服务器500。
其中,所述电子桌牌,被配置显示所述电子桌牌对应的电子桌牌标识绑定的参会人信息;
所述麦克风,被配置为采集所述目标参会人信息对应的目标参会人发出的语音信息;
所述第一客户端,被配置为向所述服务器发送多个参会人信息。
在本申请实施例中,在会议开始前,需要进行会议预约,此时,工作人员在第一客户端登录会议管理页面,并跳转至会议预约页面,在会议预约页 面内输入多个参会人信息,第一客户端将多个参会人信息发送至服务器,以通过服务器实现参会人信息与电子桌牌标识的绑定。其中,参会人信息包括参会人姓名、参会人邮箱账号、参会人职位、参会人所属部门名称和参会人所属公司名称。
在会议开始前,当与会议开始时间之间的时间差等于预设时间差时,服务器会将与每个电子桌牌标识绑定的参会人信息,发送至该电子桌牌标识对应的电子桌牌,则电子桌牌显示该电子桌牌对应的电子桌牌标识绑定的参会人信息。
在会议进行的过程中,目标参会人会针对会议主题进行发言,则目标参会人所在位置处的目标麦克风会采集目标参会人发出的语音信息,然后,目标麦克风会将语音信息发送至服务器,以通过服务器根据语音信息和目标参会人信息生成会议文档。
进一步的,会议管理系统还包括第二客户端、第三客户端和第四客户端;
所述第二客户端,被配置为向所述服务器发送目标消息和所述目标消息对应的指定参会人信息,以及接收所述服务器发送的回执消息;
所述第三客户端,被配置为向所述服务器发送针对所述会议文档的至少一个待执行任务和每个所述待执行任务指定的任务执行人对应的执行人信息;
所述第四客户端,被配置为接收所述服务器发送的待执行任务,以及向所述服务器发送针对所述待执行任务的任务进度;
其中,所述第一客户端,还被配置为向所述服务器发送参会人变更信息;
所述电子桌牌,还被配置为显示所述服务器发送的目标消息和待执行任务;以及向所述服务器发送回执消息,和/或,根据所述服务器发送的控制指令,控制所述电子桌牌上的指示灯进行发光。
在会议开始前或会议进行过程中,当参会人临时发生变化时,工作人员通过第一客户端进入会议预约页面,在会议预约页面中更改参会人信息,则第一客户端将参会人变更信息发送至服务器,以通过服务器将待变更的参会人信息更改为变更后的参会人信息,并将变更后的参会人信息,与待变更的参会人信息对应的电子桌牌标识进行绑定。
在会议进行的过程中,当有待处理事件需要通知参会人时,为了避免打扰会场秩序,消息发送者会通过第二客户端登录会议管理页面,在会议管理页面选择指定参会人信息,并在会议管理页面输入需要通知的目标消息,则第二客户端向服务器发送目标消息和目标消息对应的指定参会人信息;服务器根据指定参会人信息,确定与其绑定的指定电子桌牌标识,将目标消息发送至指定电子桌牌标识对应的指定电子桌牌,则指定电子桌牌接收并显示服务器发送的目标消息。
然后,指定参会人可针对该目标消息进行意见回复,指定电子桌牌将指定参会人的回执消息发送至服务器,服务器将该回执消息发送至第二客户端,则第二客户端可接收到服务器发送的回执消息。当然,指定参会人也有可能未注意到该目标消息,当服务器在预设时长内未接收到指定电子桌牌发送的回执消息时,判定指定参会人未及时看到该目标消息,服务器则向指定电子桌牌发送控制指令,指定电子桌牌根据服务器发送的控制指令,控制指定电子桌牌上的指示灯进行发光。指定电子桌牌可以是会议中使用的任意一个或多个电子桌牌。
在会议进行过程中,服务器确定至少一个待执行任务和每个待执行任务指定的任务执行人对应的执行人信息,该执行人信息包括至少一个参会人信息,则服务器确定与执行人信息中的参会人信息绑定的电子桌牌标识,再向该电子桌牌标识对应的电子桌牌发送该待执行任务。电子桌牌接收服务器发送的待执行任务,并显示该待执行任务。
或者,在会议进行过程中或会议结束之后,参会人或其他工作人员通过各自的第三客户端登录进入会议管理页面,在第三客户端的会议管理页面输入相应的待执行任务,并选择每个待执行任务指定的任务执行人对应的执行人信息,则第三客户端将针对该会议文档的至少一个待执行任务和每个待执行任务指定的任务执行人对应的执行人信息发送至服务器;服务器根据第三客户端发送的执行人信息,确定对应的任务执行人,进而向该任务执行人对应的第四客户端发送被分配的待执行任务,第四客户端接收服务器发送的待执行任务。
任务执行人对待执行任务进行处理,并在会议管理页面输入该待执行任 务的执行进度,则第四客户端将待执行任务的任务进度发送至服务器。

  1. 一种会议管理方法,其特征在于,应用于服务器,所述方法包括:
    接收第一客户端发送的多个参会人信息;
    将每个所述参会人信息与对应的电子桌牌标识进行绑定,每个所述电子桌牌标识对应的电子桌牌还与麦克风一一对应;
    接收至少一个目标麦克风采集的语音信息;
    根据所述目标麦克风对应的目标电子桌牌的目标电子桌牌标识,确定与所述目标电子桌牌标识绑定的目标参会人信息;
    根据所述语音信息和所述目标参会人信息,生成会议文档。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述语音信息和所述目标参会人信息,生成会议文档的步骤,包括:
    对所述语音信息进行转换,生成文字信息;
    根据所述目标参会人信息和所述文字信息,生成会议文档。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述接收目标麦克风发送的语音信息的步骤之前,还包括:
    接收所述第一客户端发送的参会人变更信息;所述参会人变更信息包括目标输入框标识以及所述目标输入框标识对应的目标输入框内输入的变更后的参会人信息;
    将所述目标输入框标识对应的目标输入框内预先输入的待变更的参会人信息更改为所述变更后的参会人信息,并将所述变更后的参会人信息,与所述待变更的参会人信息对应的电子桌牌标识进行绑定。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述将每个所述参会人信息与对应的电子桌牌标识进行绑定的步骤之后,还包括:
    在会议进行中,接收第二客户端发送的目标消息和所述目标消息对应的指定参会人信息;
    确定与所述指定参会人信息绑定的指定电子桌牌标识;
    向所述指定电子桌牌标识对应的指定电子桌牌发送所述目标消息。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述向所述指定电子桌牌标识对应的指定电子桌牌发送所述目标消息的步骤之后,还包括:
    接收所述指定电子桌牌发送的回执消息;
    向所述第二客户端发送所述回执消息。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述向所述指定电子桌牌标识对应的指定电子桌牌发送所述目标消息的步骤之后,还包括:
    当预设时长内未接收到所述指定电子桌牌发送的回执消息时,向所述指定电子桌牌发送控制指令,以控制所述指定电子桌牌上的指示灯进行发光。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述根据所述语音信息和所述目标参会人信息,生成会议文档的步骤之后,还包括:
    针对所述会议文档,确定至少一个待执行任务和每个所述待执行任务指定的任务执行人对应的执行人信息;
    根据所述执行人信息,发送所述待执行任务。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述针对所述会议文档,确定至少一个待执行任务和每个所述待执行任务指定的任务执行人对应的执行人信息的步骤,包括:
    在会议进行中,针对所述会议文档,确定至少一个待执行任务和每个所述待执行任务指定的任务执行人对应的执行人信息;所述执行人信息包括至少一个参会人信息;
    所述根据所述执行人信息,发送所述待执行任务的步骤,包括:
    向所述执行人信息中的参会人信息对应的电子桌牌发送所述待执行任务。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述针对所述会议文档,确定至少一个待执行任务和每个所述待执行任务指定的任务执行人对应的执行人信息的步骤,包括:
    接收第三客户端发送的针对所述会议文档的至少一个待执行任务,以及每个所述待执行任务指定的任务执行人对应的执行人信息;
    或者,
    从所述会议文档中提取至少一个待执行任务,以及每个所述待执行任务对应的任务执行人的执行人信息。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述执行人信 息,发送所述待执行任务的步骤,包括:
    根据所述执行人信息,向所述任务执行人对应的第四客户端发送所述待执行任务;
    在所述根据所述执行人信息,向所述任务执行人对应的第四客户端发送所述待执行任务的步骤之后,还包括:
    接收每个所述第四客户端发送的针对所述待执行任务的任务进度;所述任务进度包括任务状态;
    当所有的所述待执行任务的任务状态均为已完成状态时,将针对所述会议文档的任务执行状态更改为已完成状态。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述根据所述语音信息和所述目标参会人信息,生成会议文档的步骤之后,还包括:
    根据会议文档,提取出与本次会议相关联的关联用户对应的关联用户信息;所述关联用户信息包括参会人信息和所述本次会议涉及的用户对应的用户信息;
    根据所述关联用户信息,发送所述会议文档。
  12. 一种服务器,其特征在于,包括:
    参会人信息接收模块,被配置为接收第一客户端发送的多个参会人信息;
    信息绑定模块,被配置为将每个所述参会人信息与对应的电子桌牌标识进行绑定,每个所述电子桌牌标识对应的电子桌牌还与麦克风一一对应;
    语音信息接收模块,被配置为接收至少一个目标麦克风采集的语音信息;
    目标参会人信息确定模块,被配置为根据所述目标麦克风对应的目标电子桌牌的目标电子桌牌标识,确定与所述目标电子桌牌标识绑定的目标参会人信息;
    会议文档生成模块,被配置为根据所述语音信息和所述目标参会人信息,生成会议文档。
  13. 一种服务器,其特征在于,包括处理器、存储器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的计算机程序,所述计算机程序被所述处理器 执行时实现如权利要求1至11中任一项所述的会议管理方法的步骤。
  14. 一种计算机程序,其特征在于,包括计算机可读代码,当所述计算机可读代码在服务器上运行时,导致所述服务器执行如权利要求1至11中任一项所述的会议管理方法的步骤。
  15. 一种计算机可读介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读介质上存储有如权利要求14所述的计算机程序。
  16. 一种会议管理系统,其特征在于,包括电子桌牌、麦克风、第一客户端以及如权利要求12所述的服务器;
    其中,所述电子桌牌,被配置显示所述电子桌牌对应的电子桌牌标识绑定的参会人信息;
    所述麦克风,被配置为采集所述目标参会人信息对应的目标参会人发出的语音信息;
    所述第一客户端,被配置为向所述服务器发送多个参会人信息。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的系统,其特征在于,所述会议管理系统还包括第二客户端、第三客户端和第四客户端;
    所述第二客户端,被配置为向所述服务器发送目标消息和所述目标消息对应的指定参会人信息,以及接收所述服务器发送的回执消息;
    所述第三客户端,被配置为向所述服务器发送针对所述会议文档的至少一个待执行任务和每个所述待执行任务指定的任务执行人对应的执行人信息;
    所述第四客户端,被配置为接收所述服务器发送的待执行任务,以及向所述服务器发送针对所述待执行任务的任务进度;
    其中,所述第一客户端,还被配置为向所述服务器发送参会人变更信息;
    所述电子桌牌,还被配置为显示所述服务器发送的目标消息和待执行任务;以及向所述服务器发送回执消息,和/或,根据所述服务器发送的控制指令,控制所述电子桌牌上的指示灯进行发光。
