特許文献1には、顧客が興味を持っている商品や商品情報を希望している商品をメモとして予め指定することができ、メモで指定されている商品の情報を顧客の携帯端末に表示する商品情報提供システムが記載されている。特許文献1に記載のシステムでは、例えば、顧客が店舗に居ることを近距離無線通信により検出して、当該商品の詳細情報や販売場所を知らせることができる。特許文献2には、ユーザの携帯端末に広告を表示させ、その広告の効果を検証するシステムが記載されている。

<システム概要>
図1は、本発明の実施の形態に係る販促システム1のシステム構成を概念的に示す図である。販促システム1は、サーバ100と、コンテンツサーバ200と、ユーザ端末300と、店舗装置40とを備えている。サーバ100と、コンテンツサーバ200と、ユーザ端末300と、店舗装置40とは、互いに通信ネットワーク2を介して接続されている。
図2は、後述する情報処理装置(サーバ)100を実現するコンピュータ1000のハードウェア構成を例示するブロック図である。図1のコンテンツサーバ200、ユーザ端末300、および店舗装置40などもコンピュータ1000によって実現される。また、サーバ100、コンテンツサーバ200、および店舗装置40の少なくとも2つを1つのコンピュータで実現してもよいし、各装置を少なくとも2つのコンピュータで実現してもよい。つまり、サーバ100、コンテンツサーバ200、および店舗装置40は、同じ装置に含まれていてもよいし、別体の装置であってもよい。
図3は、本発明の実施の形態に係る情報処理装置100の構成を論理的に示す機能ブロック図である。
情報処理装置100は、店舗Sにいる顧客(ユーザU)のユーザ端末300に、商品に関する情報を送信して画面400に表示させる表示処理部102を備えている。
画面400は、図6に示すように、第1の領域410(以後、「一等地領域410」とも呼ぶ)および、第1の領域410と区分けされている第2の領域420(以後、「二等地領域420」とも呼ぶ)を含む。
図8(a)に示すように、画面400の各領域のコンテンツ表示部430の配置と、各位置の表示順位(例えば、「1-1」等)は、予め指定されている。さらに、各領域のサイズや形状なども指定できてよい。これらは、管理者用の操作画面を用いて指定できてよい。
図9は、本実施形態の情報処理装置100の動作の一例を示すフローチャートである。
まず、ユーザUが店舗Sに居ることが検知されると(ステップS103のYES)、本処理が開始される。ユーザUが店舗Sに居ることが検知されたとき(ステップS103のYES)、表示処理部102は、ユーザ端末300に商品に関する情報を送信し、タッチパネル302に画面400を表示させる(ステップS105)。

ユーザUが一等地領域410のいずれかのコンテンツ表示部430を押下した場合(ステップS131のYES)、表示処理部102は、コンテンツ表示部430に埋め込まれているリンクが示すURLにアクセスしてウェブページを表示させる(ステップS133)。これによりユーザUは選択した商品の詳細な情報を閲覧することができる。商品の詳細な情報を表示している画面(不図示)を閉じると、画面400に戻る。あるいは、商品の詳細な画面は閉じずに、画面400に表示を切り替えてもよい。
本実施形態は、表示処理部102が画面400の一等地領域410と二等地領域420に表示される商品を重複させない構成を有する点で以外は、上記実施形態と同じであるので、上記実施形態の図3を用いて説明する。なお、本実施形態の構成は、他の実施形態の構成の少なくともいずれか一つと矛盾を生じない範囲で組み合わせてもよい。
図12は、本実施形態の情報処理装置100の論理的な構成例を示す機能ブロック図である。本実施形態は、特定商品32を店舗Sの棚を撮像し画像を処理することで特定する構成を有する点以外は上記第1実施形態および第2実施形態のいずれかと同様である。なお、本実施形態の構成は、後述する他の実施形態の構成の少なくともいずれか一つと矛盾を生じない範囲で組み合わせてもよい。
(1)陳列棚20の高さと一等地22の棚の位置の高さの比を予め登録しておく。画像内の陳列棚20を画像認識処理により特定し、比を用いて画像内の陳列棚20の一等地22の棚の位置を特定する。一等地22の棚の位置は、高さ方向に幅を有していてもよい。陳列棚20の高さに対する幅の割合も登録しておけばよい。
(2)陳列棚20の特定の場所の棚に、棚の位置を示す情報を記録したQRコードなどの二次元コードを設けておき、撮像画像内のQRコードを読み取り、棚の位置を特定する。QRコードは、棚板の正面に設けられた値札用などのディスプレイに表示されてもよい。
図13は、本実施形態の情報処理装置100の論理的な構成例を示す機能ブロック図である。本実施形態は、店舗S内の顧客の位置を用いて画面400の一等地領域410の表示形態を決定する構成を有する点以外は、上記した他の実施形態の少なくともいずれか一つと同じである。本実施形態の構成は、他の実施形態の構成の少なくともいずれか一つと矛盾を生じない範囲で組み合わせてもよい。
表示処理部102は、画面400の一等地領域410を決定された表示形態で表示させる。
(1)ユーザUのユーザ端末300のGPS位置情報を取得して特定する。
(2)店舗Sのカメラ50を用いてユーザUの入店を検出した後、画像処理によりユーザUの店舗Sでの移動を追跡することで位置を特定する。
(3)店舗S内の所定の位置に、識別情報を記録したQRコードなどの二次元コードを掲示または表示させ、ユーザ端末300のカメラ304の操作画像からQRコードを読み取り、位置を特定する。
(4)店舗S内の所定の位置に設けられたブルートゥース通信装置から発信されたビーコンをユーザ端末300が受信したときにビーコンに含まれる識別情報を取得し、通信装置を特定し、当該装置の位置からユーザUの位置を特定する。あるいは、ブルートゥース通信装置のビーコンに応答したユーザ端末300の識別情報を取得し、ユーザ端末300の位置を特定する。
(5)上記実施形態と同様にユーザ端末300のカメラ304で撮像した画像から陳列棚20の位置を特定し、ユーザUの位置とする。
例えば、ユーザUが、カレーのルーなどの陳列棚20の近辺に居ることが特定できた場合、表示処理部102は、一等地領域410に、カレーのルーのうち、販促対象として所定されている特定商品32のコンテンツを表示順位が上位の位置(例えば、図7(a)の1-1、1-2等)に表示させる。
本実施形態は、二等地領域420に表示された商品の選択に呼応して画面400の一等地領域410に表示される商品を実店舗Sの陳列棚20のゴールデンラインに陳列されている商品の情報に変更する構成を有する点以外は、上記した他の実施形態の少なくともいずれか一つと同じである。本実施形態では、第1実施形態の図3を用いて説明する。ただし、本実施形態の構成は、他の実施形態の構成の少なくともいずれか一つと矛盾を生じない範囲で組み合わせてもよい。
(2)商品コードに商品のフェイス画像またはその特徴量を関連付けて商品情報として記憶装置120に記憶しておく。店舗Sのカメラ50により撮像された各陳列棚20の画像から、特定された商品コードの商品のフェイス画像と閾値以上一致する商品を画像処理により検出する。商品画像が検出された画像の撮影対象となった陳列棚20を特定する。
(3)陳列棚20の棚に場所を示す識別情報(例えば、二次元コード)を掲示(またはディスプレイに表示)するとともに、商品の値札(または商品情報を記録した二次元コード)と棚の二次元コードを店舗Sのカメラ50で撮像する。画像処理により、特定された商品コードを示す二次元コードが検出された陳列棚20の棚の二次元コードから陳列場所を特定する。
(2)店舗Sのカメラ50で撮像された画像を画像認識処理して、特定された陳列棚20の一等地22に陳列されている商品を特定する。
<RFタグの利用>
例えば、陳列棚20に陳列されている商品の情報を取得する方法として画像を処理する方法について説明した。他の例では、商品または陳列棚20にRF(Radio Frequency)タグを設け、RFタグに記録されている情報を取得することで陳列棚20に陳列されている商品の情報を取得してもよい。
さらに、表示処理部102は、商品に関する情報として、商品の在庫情報をユーザ端末300に表示させてもよい。商品の在庫情報を表示する領域は、画面400の一等地領域410であってもよいし、二等地領域420であってもよい。
商品の在庫情報は、(1)店頭(陳列棚20)に並んでいる商品の数に限定してもよいし、(2)店舗Sのバックヤードに保管されている商品も含めた商品の数であってもよい。
画面400は、第1の領域(一等地領域410)および第2の領域(二等地領域420)とは別の第3の領域をさらに含んでもよい。この第3の領域に表示されるものとしては、ユーザUの過去の履歴(最近買った商品、1年前の同時期に買った商品、購入頻度の高い商品(リピート購入商品)など)、現在のカート状況、店員を呼び出す機能の操作部、スマホショッピングアプリとの連携機能の選択部(各種アプリケーションのアイコン)、および、ユーザUの自宅の冷蔵庫、保管庫やパントリーなどに保管されている商品保管状況などの少なくともいずれか一つ、あるいは、これらの組合せが挙げられる。
上記実施形態では、特定商品32は、店舗Sや業者が指定する構成としていたが、他の例では、顧客情報に基づいて決定してもよい。
(1)購入履歴から購入頻度の高い商品を特定し、特定された商品、または当該商品と類似する他の商品を選択する。類似する商品とは、例えば、同じブランドやメーカーの商品、同じ価格帯の商品などである。また、類似する他の商品のうち、特定された商品よりも少し高い価格、高い品質などの商品を選択してもよい。
例えば、チリ産のワインをよく購入しているユーザには、チリ産のワインを選択してもよいし、例えば、年末年始など特定の期間を条件として、チリ産より高価なフランス産のワインを選択してもよい。
(2)商品を嗜好の分類別に登録しておき、ユーザUが登録している嗜好に分類される商品を選択する。例えば、ユーザが、和食を好むことを登録している場合、和食の材料となる食材(例えば、魚など)を選択してもよい。
(3)アレルギー対象となる食材別に当該食材を含む商品を登録しておき、ユーザUが指定したアレルギー対象の食材を含む商品を表示させる商品から除外する。例えば、小麦アレルギーが登録されているユーザの場合、小麦が入っている商品を除外する。あるいは、宗教上の理由で購入を避けたい商品を登録できてもよい。
例えば、画面400の二等地領域420に表示される商品は、外部サーバ、例えば、メーカーやディーラーなどのサーバによって変更可能であってよい。外部サーバは通信ネットワーク2を介して情報処理装置100と接続可能であってもよい。外部サーバに二等地領域420に表示させる商品に関する情報を入力させる画面を表示させ、表示処理部102は、入力された商品情報を取得することができる。
実際の店舗Sの陳列棚20の一等地22に陳列されている商品に関連する情報を表示する一等地領域410内のコンテンツ表示部430の配置は、実際の陳列棚20の陳列状況と同じように配置されてもよいし、異なっていてもよい。
なお、本発明において利用者に関する情報を取得、利用する場合は、これを適法に行うものとする。

前記画面の前記第1の領域において、さらに前記重複した商品を強調表示させる手順をコンピュータに実行させるためのプログラム。
26. 23.から25.のいずれか一つに記載のプログラムにおいて、
前記画面の前記第1の領域は、前記第2の領域よりも面積が広く、
前記第1の領域に表示されている商品の数の方が、前記第2の領域よりも多い、プログラム。
27. 23.から26.のいずれか一つに記載のプログラムにおいて、
前記特定の場所は、所定の高さの棚、または、陳列棚領域の角地である、プログラム。
28. 27.に記載のプログラムにおいて、
前記店舗内の前記棚を撮影した画像を処理することにより、前記特定の場所に陳列されている前記商品を特定する手順、
特定された前記商品を前記画面の前記第1の領域に表示させる手順、をコンピュータに実行させるためのプログラム。
29. 23.から28.のいずれか一つに記載のプログラムにおいて、
前記第2の領域に表示される商品は、外部のサーバによって変更可能である、プログラム。
30. 23.から29.のいずれか一つに記載のプログラムにおいて、
前記店舗内における前記顧客の位置を用いて、前記画面の前記第1の領域の表示形態を決定する手順、
前記第1の領域を決定された前記表示形態で表示させる手順、をコンピュータに実行させるためのプログラム。
31. 23.から30.のいずれか一つに記載のプログラムにおいて、
前記画面の前記第2の領域に表示された前記商品の選択を受け付けると、選択された前記商品が陳列されている陳列棚において所定の高さにある商品を、前記画面の前記第1の領域に表示させる手順をコンピュータに実行させるためのプログラム。
32. 23.から31.のいずれか一つに記載のプログラムにおいて、
前記商品に関する情報として、当該商品の在庫情報をさらに表示させる手順をコンピュータに実行させるためのプログラム。
33. 23.から32.のいずれか一つに記載のプログラムにおいて、
前記顧客を特定する手順、
特定された前記顧客の顧客情報を用いて、表示させる商品を絞りこむ手順、
絞り込まれた前記商品に関する情報を前記顧客の前記端末に表示させる手順、をコンピュータに実行させるためのプログラム。

Claims (13)
- 店舗にいる顧客の端末に、商品に関する情報を送信して画面に表示させる表示処理手段を備え、
前記画面は、第1の領域および、前記第1の領域と区分けされている第2の領域を含み、
前記画面の前記第1の領域に表示される商品は、前記店舗内において特定の場所に陳列されている特定商品であり、
前記画面の前記第2の領域に表示される商品は、前記第1の領域に表示された前記特定商品の種類に関連している、または前記店舗または業者によって指定された商品である、情報処理装置。 - 請求項1に記載の情報処理装置において、
前記表示処理手段は、前記画面の前記第2の領域に表示させるべき商品が前記画面の前記第1の領域に表示させるべき商品と重複した場合、当該重複した商品を前記第2の領域には表示させない、情報処理装置。 - 請求項2に記載の情報処理装置において、
前記表示処理手段は、前記画面の前記第1の領域において、さらに前記重複した商品を強調表示させる、情報処理装置。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の情報処理装置において、
前記画面の前記第1の領域は、前記第2の領域よりも面積が広く、
前記第1の領域に表示されている商品の数の方が、前記第2の領域よりも多い、情報処理装置。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の情報処理装置において、
前記特定の場所は、所定の高さの棚、または、陳列棚領域の角地である、情報処理装置。 - 請求項5に記載の情報処理装置において、
前記店舗内の前記棚を撮影した画像を処理することにより、前記特定の場所に陳列されている前記商品を特定する商品特定手段をさらに備え、
前記表示処理手段は、
特定された前記商品を前記画面の前記第1の領域に表示させる、情報処理装置。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の情報処理装置において、
前記第2の領域に表示される商品は、外部のサーバによって変更可能である、情報処理装置。 - 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の情報処理装置において、
前記店舗内における前記顧客の位置を用いて、前記画面の前記第1の領域の表示形態を決定する決定手段をさらに備え、
前記表示処理手段は、前記第1の領域を決定された前記表示形態で表示させる、情報処理装置。 - 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の情報処理装置において、
前記表示処理手段は、前記画面の前記第2の領域に表示された前記商品の選択を受け付けると、選択された前記商品が陳列されている陳列棚において所定の高さにある商品を、前記画面の前記第1の領域に表示させる、情報処理装置。 - 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の情報処理装置において、
前記表示処理手段は、
前記商品に関する情報として、当該商品の在庫情報をさらに表示させる、情報処理装置。 - 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の情報処理装置において、
前記顧客を特定する顧客特定手段をさらに備え、
前記表示処理手段は、
特定された前記顧客の顧客情報を用いて、表示させる商品を絞りこみ、
絞り込まれた前記商品に関する情報を前記顧客の前記端末に表示させる、情報処理装置。 - 情報処理装置が、
店舗にいる顧客の端末に、商品に関する情報を送信して画面に表示させ、
前記画面は、第1の領域および、前記第1の領域と区分けされている第2の領域を含み、
前記画面の前記第1の領域に表示される商品は、前記店舗内において特定の場所に陳列されている特定商品であり、
前記画面の前記第2の領域に表示される商品は、前記第1の領域に表示された前記特定商品の種類に関連している、または前記店舗または業者によって指定された商品である、
情報処理方法。 - コンピュータに、
店舗にいる顧客の端末に、商品に関する情報を送信して画面に表示させる手順を実行させるためのプログラムであり、
