Abstract

Conjunto de representación sensorial de un revestimiento rígido con un acabado superficial determinado en donde el conjunto de representación sensorial comprende una loseta (1), correspondiente a una muestra de una porción minoritaria del revestimiento a representar, del mismo material y con el mismo acabado superficial que el citado revestimiento que representa; y en donde el conjunto de representación sensorial comprende además, asociado a dicha loseta (1) para un almacenaje y/o exposición conjunta, una lámina flexible (2) impresa con un motivo gráfico que reproduce visualmente, a escala real, el color y aspecto superficial del revestimiento que representa, siendo la superficie de la lámina flexible (2) múltiples veces mayor que la superficie de la loseta (1).

DESCRIPCIÓN
CONJUNTO DE REPRESENTACIÓN SENSORIAL DE REVESTIMIENTOS RÍGIDOS
Campo de la técnica
La presente invención concierne a un conjunto de representación sensorial de revestimientos, es decir a un conjunto de elementos que permiten mostrar y exponer de forma realista las propiedades sensoriales de un revestimiento rígido sin necesidad de utilizar grandes losas de dicho revestimiento, que tienen gran peso y coste y son difíciles de manipular y transportar.
Este conjunto permitiría, por lo tanto, representar de forma fácil, cómoda y económica un revestimiento, por ejemplo una losa de piedra natural, de piedra artificial o de cerámica, que típicamente tiene una superficie superior a un metro cuadrado y un peso elevado, por ejemplo de más de diez kilos, de un modo realista y sin necesidad de manipular dichas losas, para permitir a un consumidor una visualización correcta de la apariencia final del revestimiento una vez instalado, permitiendo la elección del revestimiento preferido.
Estado de la técnica
Se conoce exponer revestimientos, como por ejemplo losas de piedra natural, piedra artificial, o de cerámica, o pavimentos de piezas adyacentes o ensambladas de piedra natural, piedra artificial, madera natural, madera artificial o cerámica, mediante una reproducción de al menos un metro cuadrado de dicho revestimiento. Esto permite mostrar sus propiedades sensoriales como son el color, textura, brillo, tacto, etc. Sin embargo, esta solución requiere de mucho espacio para su exposición, no permite el traslado de la representación del revestimiento por su elevado tamaño y peso, y consume muchos recursos.
Se conoce también utilizar losetas de dicho revestimiento de menor tamaño, por ejemplo, utilizando losetas de un tamaño y peso que permita su manipulación por parte de una sola persona, por ejemplo del tamaño de una hoja de papel o incluso de menor tamaño, para permitir apreciar la apariencia de diferentes tipos de revestimiento, permitiendo su selección para una determinada aplicación. Esta solución permite almacenar un gran número de muestras en poco espacio, y permite también su fácil traslado, siendo además una solución económica. Sin embargo, esta solución no permite visualizar correctamente la apariencia de una gran superficie recubierta con dicho recubrimiento debido al reducido tamaño de la muestra, por lo que el usuario puede hacerse una ¡dea equivocada de la apariencia final del revestimiento.
Típicamente se utilizan losetas de reducida superficie fácilmente manipuladles, pero estas piezas de reducida superficie dificultan la visualizaron de la apariencia real que tendría una gran superficie cubierta con una piedra igual a la de la loseta, por ejemplo, un suelo, una pared o una encimera de cocina.
Típicamente este problema se intenta resolver asociando imágenes que muestren un espacio en el que se ha aplicado dicho revestimiento, por ejemplo fotografías de una cocina o de un baño donde se haya instalado dicho revestimiento rígido. Sin embargo, las condiciones espaciales y lumínicas de los espacios fotografiados nunca serán idénticas a las condiciones del espacio donde se desea instalar el revestimiento rígido, además una fotografía donde el revestimiento no se muestra a escala real no permite al consumidor percibir correctamente las propiedades visuales del revestimiento.
La presente invención propone una solución a este y otros problemas.
Breve descripción de la invención
La presente invención concierne a un conjunto de representación sensorial de un revestimiento rígido con un acabado superficial determinados, es decir a un conjunto de elementos previstos para facilitar la apreciación de la apariencia, y de otras cualidades sensoriales como el brillo o la textura, el tacto o la sensación térmica de un revestimiento rígido de gran superficie, pero sin los inconvenientes relacionados con el almacenamiento, manipulación y transporte de muestras de gran tamaño de dicho revestimiento rígido.
Se entenderá que el acabado superficial del revestimiento es el patrón, ya sea natural, artificial, regular o irregular, visible en su superficie, por ejemplo, vetas irregulares en el caso de revestimientos hecho de, o que simulan, piedra o madera natural, un patrón geométrico dibujado sobre revestimientos de cerámica, u una particular disposición de losetas individuales que conjuntamente constituyen en revestimiento, y de sus juntas de unión, en cualquiera de los casos anteriores.
A pesar de lo anterior, el uso preferido de la invención será el de representar un revestimiento de un sobre de cocina.EI conjunto propuesto comprende, por lo tanto, una loseta plana que contiene una porción del revestimiento rígido, mostrando el mismo acabado superficial que el revestimiento, para permitir a un usuario percibir no solo las cualidades visuales del revestimiento, como su apariencia y brillo, sino también sus cualidades táctiles, como su textura.
La loseta está asociada, para un almacenaje y/o exposición conjunta, a una lámina flexible impresa con un motivo gráfico que reproduce visualmente, aproximadamente a escala real, el color y el aspecto superficial del revestimiento que representa, siendo la superficie de la lámina flexible de múltiples veces mayor que la superficie de loseta, por ejemplo al menos diez veces o preferiblemente al menos veinte veces la superficie de la loseta. Se entenderá que la superficie de un elemento es la superficie de su cara frontal.
Se entenderá que aproximadamente a escala real significa que la imagen impresa reproduce la apariencia del revestimiento, con un tamaño próximo o idéntico al tamaño real del revestimiento. Desviaciones de tamaño de hasta un 10% superior o menor al tamaño real se entenderá que pueden considerarse también como reproducciones aproximadamente a tamaño real.
Por lo tanto, se propone que el conjunto incluya una loseta, a modo de muestra física de pequeño tamaño, por ejemplo de piedra natural o artificial, de cerámica o de madera, que permitan apreciar sus cualidades visuales y táctiles de acabado, brillo, etc, y una lámina flexible de mayor tamaño que la loseta impresa con un motivo gráfico, típicamente una fotografía, a tamaño real del mismo revestimiento que constituye la loseta, y que permite apreciar la apariencia de una gran superficie cubierta con dicho revestimiento sin necesidad de manipular o transportar grandes losetas de revestimiento.
Se entenderá que una loseta es un elemento plano rígido con un peso y tamaño adaptado para su manipulación con una sola mano, típicamente con un peso menor a 10OOgr, preferiblemente igual o menor a 500gr, normalmente de formato rectangular.
En el caso de la piedra artificial, dado que el patrón de vetas es repetidle, la lámina flexible puede reproducir exactamente el patrón de vetas que realmente se va a instalar, y no meramente un patrón de vetas representativo de un tipo concreto de piedra como ocurre en el caso de la piedra natural.
Se entenderá que la asociación entre la loseta y la lámina flexible se realiza a través de elementos que vinculan los elementos constitutivos del conjunto de forma temporal o permanente, que permiten su almacenaje o exposición conjunta o que los vinculan a través de elementos identificativos compartidos.
Según una realización de la invención la lámina flexible podrá ser una lámina de tejido o de material plástico, de rayón o seda, que ofrece un tacto sedoso y que se extiende sin arrugas con facilidad sobre una superficie plana, además de permitir un almacenamiento compacto en poco espacio sin arrugarse.
El tejido constitutivo de la lámina flexible será preferiblemente un tejido de caída flácida, seleccionado para que, por su propio peso, se adapte perfectamente a cualquier borde de la superficie sobre la que se extienda.
Se propone, por ejemplo, que la loseta y la lámina flexible estén asociadas a través de su integración en un mismo soporte, por ejemplo, almacenadas en alojamientos previstos en el soporte y/o unidas, de forma permanente o de forma amovible, al soporte.
Preferiblemente, la lámina flexible está asociada, almacenada y/o unida al soporte en una posición plegada, doblada o enrollada.
El soporte puede ser, por ejemplo, un sobre, una caja, un estuche, un catálogo desplegable, como por ejemplo un díptico o un tríptico, un catálogo con páginas o un soporte de enrollamiento, como un núcleo alargado alrededor del cual enrollar la lámina flexible o un soporte que integra un núcleo alargado, con o sin mecanismo de giro manual o automático para el enrollamiento de la lámina flexible alrededor del núcleo alargado.
La lámina flexible se almacenará en el soporte cuando no está en exposición, preferiblemente plegada o enrollada.
La loseta estará también asociada a dicho soporte, y por lo tanto a la lámina flexible almacenable en su interior. Por ejemplo, la loseta puede ser también almacenable dentro de soporte junto con la lámina flexible, o la loseta pueda estar adosada a una cara externa o interna del soporte, por ejemplo, a su tapa, o incluso la loseta puede constituir al menos uno de los costados del soporte.
Se propone también que la lámina flexible pueda tener unido un panel con información impresa referente a dicho revestimiento, que la identifique.
Según otra realización opcional, la loseta y la lámina flexible están asociadas de forma amovible mediante un dispositivo de acople, permitiendo su unión temporal y su liberación. Dicho dispositivo de acople puede incluir velero, ¡manes, clips, gomas elásticas, o también puede incluir unos elementos de enganche complementarios.
Según esta última realización, las losetas pueden estar ancladas a un soporte vertical e incluir un elemento de enganche complementario con otro elemento de enganche previsto en la propia lámina flexible, por ejemplo, la loseta puede incluir un gancho y la loseta un elemento de enganche a dicho gancho. Según otra realización, la loseta y la lámina flexible están asociadas mediante adhesivo.
Preferiblemente, la loseta tendrá una superficie igual o inferior a 500cm2 y/o un peso igual o inferior a 500gr, o igual o inferior a 250gr.
Se propone también que múltiples conjuntos como el descrito hasta ahora, se agrupen formando un set de exposición, cada conjunto mostrando un revestimiento diferente, con distintas cualidades visuales.
La loseta tendrá preferiblemente un grosor menor que el revestimiento que representa.
El revestimiento podrá ser una única losa de piedra natural, piedra artificial o cerámica de gran formato, por ejemplo con una superficie igual o superior a los dos metros cuadrados.
En tal caso, la lámina flexible reproducirá toda, o al menos una porción mayoritaria, de la superficie de la losa del revestimiento.
Alternativamente, el revestimiento podrá ser una agrupación de piezas planas adyacentes que, en conjunto, conforman una superficie plana de revestimiento, por ejemplo piezas de piedra natural, piedra artificial, cerámica, madera natural o madera artificial agrupadas formando un pavimento, o un revestimiento de pared.
Se contempla también usar una pluralidad de láminas flexibles, cada una impresa con una representación a escala aproximadamente real de un revestimiento distinto, para su exposición conjunta, típicamente extendiéndolas sobre una superficie, permitiendo a un usuario comparar entre las representaciones de los distintos revestimientos para elegir aquel que más guste para su instalación en un determinado espacio. Esto permitiría, por ejemplo, extender las láminas flexibles encima de un sobre de cocina, para apreciar la apariencia que tendría un determinado revestimiento, representado visualmente por la lámina flexible, si dicho revestimiento se colocara en esa cocina u otra equivalente o similar.
Para ciertas aplicaciones, se contempla también que la lámina flexible pueda usarse sin estar asociada a una loseta.
Se contempla también que la lámina flexible, o el conjunto de representación, pueda ser enviado por correo directamente a la dirección donde se tiene que instalar un revestimiento para que el usuario pueda ver, in-situ, la apariencia del revestimiento instalado antes de su instalación.
Preferiblemente la lámina flexible medirá al menos 60cm por 60cm, preferiblemente al menos 60cm por 100cm, y más preferiblemente al menos 80cm por 150cm. Otras características de la invención aparecerán en la siguiente descripción detallada de un ejemplo de realización.
Breve descripción de las figuras
Las anteriores y otras ventajas y características se comprenderán más plenamente a partir de la siguiente descripción detallada de un ejemplo de realización con referencia a los dibujos adjuntos, que deben tomarse a título ilustrativo y no limitativo, en los que: la Fig. 1 muestra una loseta de piedra natural o artificial con un patrón de vetas unida a la tapa de un soporte, que en este caso es una caja, y una lámina flexible extendida que incluye una reproducción a escala natural de una piedra natural o artificial como la de la loseta, incluyendo su patrón de vetas, estando la caja prevista para el almacenaje de la lámina flexible plegada, permitiendo su asociación; la Fig. 2 muestra una loseta de piedra natural o artificial con un patrón de vetas dotada de un dispositivo de acople en forma de gancho del que cuelga la lámina flexible cuando está almacenada, permitiendo su asociación; la Fig. 3 muestra una loseta de piedra natural o artificial unido a un panel con información relativa a dicha piedra, y una lámina flexible también unida a un panel con información relativa a dicha piedra, permitiendo la asociación de la loseta y la lámina flexible a través de la información contenida en dichos paneles de información; la Fig. 4 muestra el mismo conjunto que la Fig. 1 , pero según una realización alternativa en la que el conjunto de almacenaje y/o exposición es un estuche con una tapa articulada que contiene compartimentos interiores, uno destinado a almacenar la loseta y otro destinado a almacenar la lámina flexible plegada; la Fig. 5 muestra una realización alternativa del conjunto mostrado en la Fig. 4, en el que el revestimiento está formado por un conjunto de baldosas cerámicas dispuestas según un patrón particular, en este ejemplo un patrón en espiga, y en donde la loseta es una de dichas baldosas individuales.

Las figuras adjuntas muestran ejemplos de realización con carácter ilustrativo no limitativo de la presente invención. La presente invención concierne a un conjunto que permite la visualización de superficies de piedra natural o artificial, para facilitar la selección de un determinado tipo y/o color de piedra con cierto patrón de vetas, para una aplicación.
El conjunto consta de una loseta 1 , hecha de cierta piedra natural o artificial que incluye parte de un patrón de vetas representativo de dicha piedra natural o artificial, y de una lámina flexible 2, de mayor tamaño que la loseta 1 y que reproduce, a escala real, la misma piedra natural o artificial que constituye la loseta 1 y que por lo tanto incluye también partes del patrón de vetas representativo de dicha piedra natural o artificial. Típicamente la lámina flexible 2 estará impresa con una fotografía o una imagen realista de dicha piedra natural o artificial con la mayor fidelidad cromática posible.
La loseta 1 y la lámina flexible 2 están asociadas para su almacenaje y/o exposición conjunta, permitiendo extender la lámina flexible 2 cubriendo una gran superficie, facilitando la visualización del efecto producido por cierta piedra natural o artificial al recubrir grandes superficies, a la vez que facilita su almacenaje y transporte. La loseta 1 permite apreciar otras cualidades propias del material como el brillo o el tacto, que no necesitan de grandes superficies para su correcta valoración.
Según una primera realización de la invención, mostrada en la Fig. 1 , la loseta 1 de piedra natural o artificial está adherida a una tapa de un soporte 3, que en este caso es una caja , dimensionado para almacenar y transportar la lámina flexible 2 plegada o enrollada cuando no está en exposición, estando por lo tanto dichas loseta 1 y lámina flexible 2 asociadas a través de dicho soporte 3 constituido por la caja.
Evidentemente se contemplan otras variaciones de este conjunto, como por ejemplo que la loseta 1 sea la tapa del soporte 3, que la loseta 1 esté adherida al interior de la tapa, que la loseta 1 esté adherida sobre otras superficies exteriores del soporte 3, que constituya alguno de los costados del soporte 3 o que la loseta 1 no esté adherida al soporte 3 sino que se almacene en su interior cuando no está en exposición, como se muestra en la Fig. 4. En este caso el soporte 3 podrá incluir compartimentos específicos para la loseta 1 y para la lámina flexible 2 plegada.
El soporte 3 podrá disponer de una tapa extraTble, de una tapa articulada, o podrá tener una abertura de tipo cajón. Alternativamente el soporte 3 podrá ser un sobre, permitiendo un envió postal fácil y económico directamente a los domicilios de los usuarios que lo soliciten, o un catálogo desplegable tipo díptico, tríptico o similar, o un catálogo con páginas sobre las que se adherirán diferentes losetas 1 y/o láminas flexibles 2.
Se propone también, a modo de ejemplo, la inclusión de una banda elástica o un imán para cerrar la tapa del soporte 3manteniendo la loseta 1 en su posición.
Según la realización alternativa mostrada en la Fig. 2 la loseta 1 está asociada a la lámina flexible de forma amovible mediante un soporte 3 en forma de un dispositivo de acople 5.
En esta realización la loseta 1 está fijada a un soporte vertical, como una pared, y el dispositivo de acople 5 es un gancho complementario con un enganche previsto en la lámina flexible 2, que permite colgar la lámina flexible 2 de la loseta 1 para su almacenamiento cuando no está en exposición.
Otras realizaciones del dispositivo de acople 5 están también contempladas, como por ejemplo el uso de ¡manes, veleros, clips o pinzas, u otros medios de unión liberadles.
Según otra realización, mostrada en la Fig. 3, la loseta 1 incluye un panel 4 con información identificativa relativa a la piedra de la que se compone la loseta 1 , y la lámina flexible 2 incluye también un panel 4 con información identificativa relativa también a la piedra representada en la lámina flexible 2, que es la misma que constituye la loseta 1. Dicha información identificativa permite asociar la loseta 1 y la lámina flexible 2.
El panel 4 puede servir también de soporte o guía para el doblado o enrollado de la lámina flexible para su almacenaje. Por ejemplo, el panel puede tener abarcar todo un costado de la lámina flexible, que preferiblemente es rectangular, permitiendo enrollar dicha lámina flexible alrededor del panel 4. El panel podrá sobresalir por uno o ambos extremos de la lámina flexible 2 enrollada a su alrededor incluyendo información identificativa, como por ejemplo un nombre.
Se contempla también que la loseta 1 esté adherida a la lámina flexible 2, produciéndose así su asociación.

Claims

9 REIVINDICACIONES
1. Conjunto de representación sensorial de un revestimiento rígido con un acabado superficial determinado en donde el conjunto de representación sensorial comprende una loseta (1 ), correspondiente a una muestra de una porción minoritaria del revestimiento a representar, del mismo material y con el mismo acabado superficial que el citado revestimiento que representa; caracterizado porque el conjunto de representación sensorial comprende además, asociado a dicha loseta (1) para un almacenaje y/o exposición conjunta, una lámina flexible (2) impresa con un motivo gráfico que reproduce visualmente, aproximadamente a escala real, el color y aspecto superficial del revestimiento que representa, siendo la superficie de la lámina flexible (2) múltiples veces mayor que la superficie de la loseta (1).
2. El conjunto de representación sensorial según la reivindicación 1 en donde la lámina flexible (2) es una lámina de tejido, o de material plástico, rayón o seda.
3. El conjunto de representación sensorial según la reivindicación 1 o 2 en donde la loseta (1) y la lámina flexible (2) están asociadas: a través de su integración en un mismo soporte (3); o a través de su integración en un mismo soporte en forma de sobre, caja, estuche, catálogo desplegable, catálogo con páginas o soporte de enrollamiento; o entre sí de forma amovible mediante un dispositivo de acople (5); o entre sí de forma amovible mediante un dispositivo de acople (5) en forma de elementos de enganche complementarios, velero, clips, pinzas o imán; o mediante la inclusión, tanto en la loseta (1) como en la lámina flexible (2), de una misma información escrita identificadora del revestimiento representado.
4. El conjunto de representación sensorial según reivindicación 3 en donde la loseta (1) y la lámina flexible (2) están integradas en el soporte mediante su almacenaje en alojamientos previstos en el soporte (3) y/o mediante su unión, de forma permanente o de forma amovible, al soporte (3).
5. El conjunto de representación sensorial según reivindicación 3 o 4 en donde la lámina flexible (2) está integrada al soporte (3) en una posición plegada, doblada o enrollada durante su almacenamiento.
6. El conjunto de representación sensorial según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores en donde la loseta (1 ) tiene una superficie igual o inferior a 500cm2 y/o un peso igual o inferior a 500gr, o igual o inferior a 250gr.
7. El conjunto de representación sensorial según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores en donde la lámina flexible (2) tiene una superficie al menos diez veces, o preferiblemente al menos veinte veces, superior a la superficie de la loseta (1).
8. El conjunto de representación sensorial según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores en donde la loseta tiene un grosor menor que el revestimiento que representa.
9. El conjunto de representación sensorial según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores en donde el revestimiento es una única losa de piedra natural, piedra artificial o cerámica.
10. El conjunto de representación sensorial según reivindicación 9 en donde la lámina flexible (2) reproduce toda, o al menos una porción mayoritaria, de la superficie de la losa.
11 . El conjunto de representación sensorial según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 8 anteriores en donde el revestimiento es una agrupación de piezas planas adyacentes que en conjunto conforman una superficie plana.
12. El conjunto de representación sensorial según reivindicación 11 en donde las piezas planas son piezas de piedra natural, piedra artificial, cerámica, madera natural o madera artificial.
