Description

一种小型机械设备组装用工作台 技术领域
本发明涉及工作台,特别是涉及一种小型机械设备组装用工作台。
背景技术
机械装配是指按照设计的技术要求实现机械零件或部件的连接,把机械零件或部件组合成机器。机械装配是机器制造和修理的重要环节,特别是对机械修理来说,由于提供装配的零件有利于机械制造时的情况,更使得装配工作具有特殊性。装配工作的好坏对机器的效能、修理的工期、工作的劳力和成本等都起着非常重要的作用。
现有的机械设备组装用工作台是机械装配最为基本的装置,传统的机械设备组装用工作台结构较为简单,采用造价较为便宜的气缸进行传动升降,气缸对密封性要求高,一但损坏,需要专业人员使用安全护具进行拆卸,维护麻烦。
技术解决方案
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种小型机械设备组装用工作台,能解决现有的机械设备组装用工作台是机械装配最为基本的装置,传统的机械设备组装用工作台结构较为简单,采用造价较为便宜的气缸进行传动升降,气缸对密封性要求高,一但损坏,需要专业人员使用安全护具进行拆卸,维护麻烦的技术问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种小型机械设备组装用工作台,包括组装台与升降机构与支撑底座,所述组装台安装在支撑底座顶端,所述组装台底端中间固定连接有托盘,所述升降机构安装在组装台与支撑底座之间,其用于调节组装台与支撑底座之间的距离,所述升降机构包括伺服电机、称重支架与升降柱,所述称重支架固定连接在支撑底座顶端,所述伺服电机安装在称重支架内,所述伺服电机顶端转动连接有螺纹柱,所述托盘底端固定连接有升降柱,所述升降柱底面开设有向上延伸的安装腔,所述螺纹柱顶端延伸至安装腔内,所述螺纹柱通过螺纹与安装腔旋合,所述升降柱外侧套设限位套筒,所述限位套筒底端与称重支架顶面连接,所述升降柱外侧底端等距固定有导块,所述导块远离升降柱一侧转动连接有滚珠,所述限位套筒内侧开设与导块相适配的导槽,所述导块通过滚珠在导槽内上下滑动。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述导块是矩形块,导槽是矩形槽。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述导块为燕尾块,导槽是燕尾槽。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述支撑底座顶面设置脚踏开关,脚踏开关与伺服电机电连接。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述限位套筒外侧套设设备箱,所述设备箱底端向下延伸与支撑底座顶面接触。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述设备箱底面固定一层硅胶垫。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述设备箱四侧表面开口。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述设备箱开口处外侧设有防尘框,所述防尘框能够将开口盖住。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述防尘框内侧四角均固定连接有连接头,所述设备箱靠近防尘框一侧开设有与连接头相适配的连接腔,所述连接腔内壁固定连接有橡胶限制环,所述橡胶限制环嵌入在连接头内,完成连接头在连接腔内的固定。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述连接头设置为一端具有弧面且外表面光滑的圆柱体。
有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明能达到的有益效果是:
1、通过在称重支架加装伺服电机,当需调节组装台高度时,启动伺服电机,由伺服电机带动螺纹柱转动,螺纹柱通过螺纹带动升降柱升降,由升降柱通过托盘带动组装台升降,将组装台升降至合适位置后,关闭伺服电机,调节完成,通过简单的螺纹升降机构,维护简单方便,有助于降低工作台的维护成本;
2、通过在防尘框内侧四角加装连接头,用扁平拆卸工具撬动防尘框与设备箱连接处,由拆卸工具撬动防尘框远离设备箱一侧,由防尘框带动连接头离开连接腔内,橡胶限制环受压形变,使得橡胶限制环与连接头脱离,直至连接头完全离开连接腔内,完成对防尘框的拆卸,无需通过拆卸螺栓达到拆卸防尘框的目的,方便了工作人员对防尘框表面吸附的灰尘进行清洗。

实施例
请参照图1所示,本发明提供一种小型机械设备组装用工作台,包括组装台1与升降机构与支撑底座2,所述组装台1安装在支撑底座2顶端,所述组装台1底端中间固定连接有托盘11,所述升降机构安装在组装台1与支撑底座2之间,其用于调节组装台1与支撑底座2之间的距离,所述升降机构包括伺服电机53、称重支架3与升降柱5,所述称重支架3固定连接在支撑底座2顶端,称重支架3用于承受来自组装台1的重量,所述伺服电机53安装在称重支架3内,所述伺服电机53顶端转动连接有螺纹柱52,所述托盘11底端固定连接有升降柱5,所述升降柱5底面开设有向上延伸的安装腔55,所述螺纹柱52顶端延伸至安装腔55内,所述螺纹柱52通过螺纹与安装腔55旋合,为使升降柱5沿着螺纹柱52的轴向上升或下降,在升降柱5外侧套设限位套筒51,限位套筒51底端与称重支架3顶面连接,所述升降柱5外侧底端等距固定有导块56,导块56远离升降柱5一侧转动连接有滚珠57,在限位套筒51内侧开设与导块56相适配的导槽54,所述导块56通过滚珠57在导槽54内上下滑动;导块56可以是矩形块,导槽54可以是矩形槽,优选为,导块56为燕尾块,导槽54是燕尾槽,这样导槽54能够更好的将导块56更好的限制在导槽54内,有效减小升降柱5在限位套筒51内升降晃动幅度,进一步提升支撑底座2的升降流畅性。
使用时,当需调节组装台1高度时,启动伺服电机53,由伺服电机53带动螺纹柱52转动,螺纹柱52通过螺纹带动升降柱5升降,由升降柱5通过托盘11带动组装台1升降,将组装台1升降至合适位置后,关闭伺服电机53,调节完成,通过简单的螺纹升降机构,维护简单方便,有助于降低工作台的维护成本。
请参阅图1所示,为方便控制伺服电机53,伺服电机53型号为:110EMA-040A,在支撑底座2顶面设置脚踏开关21,脚踏开关21与伺服电机53电连接,脚踏开关21用于控制伺服电机53的运行状态(脚踏开关21控制伺服电机53的运行状态为现有技术,故本申请不做赘述)。
请参阅图1与图3所示,为减少灰尘进入伺服电机53内,在限位套筒51外侧套设设备箱4,设备箱4底端向下延伸与支撑底座2顶面接触,在设备箱4底面固定一层硅胶垫,提升设备箱4与支撑底座2的连接密封性,为方便伺服电机53散热,设备箱4四侧表面开口,所述设备箱4开口处外侧设有防尘框41,防尘框41能够将开口盖住,为方便清洗防尘框41表面吸附的灰尘,在防尘框41内侧四角均固定连接有连接头42,所述设备箱4靠近防尘框41一侧开设有与连接头42相适配的连接腔43,所述连接腔43内壁固定连接有橡胶限制环44,所述橡胶限制环44嵌入在连接头42内,完成连接头42在连接腔43内的固定,为方便连接头42插入连接腔43内,将连接头42设置为一端具有弧面且外表面光滑的圆柱体,为方便连接头42穿过橡胶限制环44,将橡胶限制环44内壁设置为弧面。
使用时,用扁平拆卸工具撬动防尘框41与设备箱4连接处,由拆卸工具撬动防尘框41远离设备箱4一侧,由防尘框41带动连接头42离开连接腔43内,橡胶限制环44受压形变,使得橡胶限制环44与连接头42脱离,直至连接头42完全离开连接腔43内,完成对防尘框41的拆卸,无需通过拆卸螺栓达到拆卸防尘框41的目的,方便了工作人员对防尘框41表面吸附的灰尘进行清洗。
