本发明属于运动技术领域,更具体来说,涉及一种基于人体运动学的足部康复设备及康复方法。
背景技术
脚部是人的第二心脏,而脚踝是左右脚部血液流动的重要关口,人体下半身血液循环的畅通与否,对全身的气血流通影响很大,脚踝是左右脚部血液流经的重要部位,如果脚踝柔软有弹性,则回心的静脉血液就能顺利通过脚踝;如果脚踝僵硬、老化,则回心血液就会淤滞在脚踝附近,使正常的血液循环受到影响,因此,通过体操或按摩,使脚踝保持柔软灵活的状态,对人体健康大有裨益,脚踝柔软有弹性,那么回心的静脉血液就能顺利通过脚踝;如果脚踝老化僵硬,那么回心的静脉血液就会像“塞车”一样淤滞在脚踝附近,这样会使心脏的负担加重,长期下去就可增加患高血压的危险,通过做体操或按摩,使脚踝由僵硬转化为柔软灵活状态。
大多数的体育运动都和腿部有关,例如跑步,游泳等,当患者的小腿损伤或足部损伤时,由于长期处于恢复状态,小腿肌肉和足部肌肉或踝关节肌腱长期得不到运动,使得损伤的小腿或足部运动机能下降,手术后需要进行外力进行康复训练。
现有技术中的足部康复训练装置,只能对病患进行踝关节处的上下摆动,对病患的踝关节的不能够充分锻炼。

本发明的一种基于人体运动学的足部康复设备,包括基座和滑板,基座为上方开口的盒装结构,基座的上端设有弧形滑面,滑板下端两侧设有连接块,连接块的底面为弧形滑面,基座的弧形滑面与连接块的弧形滑面贴合,基座内侧壁上设有滑槽,滑板下端设有滑轮,滑轮在滑槽内滚动,滑槽的槽面与弧形滑面的曲率相同,基座内设有三联转动装置,三联转动装置分别与基座的底面、内侧面和滑板底面连接,滑板通过连接块和滑轮在基座上沿着弧形滑面滑动。
优选的,三联转动装置包括连接杆一、连接杆二与连接杆三,连接杆一、连接杆二与连接杆三的一端共用一个转动轴,连接杆一与基座内侧面转动连接,连接杆二与滑板的底面转动连接,连接杆三通过拉簧与基座的底面固定连接。
优选的,滑板底部设有限位块,限位块的两端分别受基座的上端和底端限位。
优选的,弧形滑面的弧度基于脚踝的运动轨迹行成。
优选的,滑板分为左板和右板,左板和右板下方均设有三联转动装置,左板和右板可拆卸连接。
