背景技术
传统的广告系统,基本上属于单向广告系统,即:广告商向广告受众单方向地传播广告。而这些广告能够产生何种效果,特别是对广告受众中不同的人能产生何种效果,利用传统的广告系统基本上无法获知。
在日常生活中,各式各样的媒体广告依然在室外大型广告屏幕或者室内小型广告屏上播放;那些大型的广告屏幕通常被布置在路边、地铁站等公共场所;那些小型的广告播放屏幕则被布置在电梯间、电梯轿厢、写字楼大堂、居民小区、住宅楼内等较小的区域内。
随着互联网的广泛应用,网络也为广告提供了一个廉价的平台。当今,网络广告随处可见,网页上出现的logo(标志),打开某某网站时弹出的窗口,出现在某个页面左右两侧的对联,甚至观看视频时左右两侧出现的动画等等都是我们常见到的网络广告,网络广告无需印刷、拍摄或录制,在网上发布广告的总价格较其他形式的广告价格便宜得多,与报纸和电视相比,单位面积或时间的网络广告在价格上极具竞争力,使得目前企业选择通过网络形式投放广告以获得最大的广告投放效果。
目前网络广告的主要形式包括横幅式广告、按钮式广告、邮件列表广告、墙纸式广告、电子邮件式广告、竞赛和推广式广告、插页式广告和互动游戏广告,上述的各种广告在网络上经常以音视频节目、文字或图片的形式放置在网站页面上或视频节目中。
现有广告投放都是基于第三方互联网广告投放平台实现的,但是第三方平台并不掌握用户终端、视频内容等信息,无法实现基于这些信息的精准投放。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种数字广告信息智能化获取系统及方法,将用户数据上传比对后推广适合用户需求的广告信息,实现广告的精准推送,同时满足用户的需求。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种数字广告信息智能化获取系统,包括终端层、传输层、主控层和推广层;

一种数字广告信息智能化获取方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、用户在登录App或网页时,需要输入基本信息进行登记,年龄获取模块和性别获取模块分别获取年龄和性别信息;
S2、行为获取模块监测用户登录后的操作行为和观看内容,并将数据进行存储,最终将性别信息、年龄信息以及操作行为和观看内容通过传输层上传至主控层;
S3、主控层对用户信息进行汇总,以五年为一个年龄层,确定每个年龄层所占的百分比,将性别信息进行整理,计算男女性别所占的比例,确定其年龄层次、性别以及观看内容和操作行为的特征值,并将单一用户特征值以及全部用户特征值发送至推广层;
S4、获取到单一用户特征值后,通过比对获得用户特征值对应的广告数据,依据广告数据调出广告发送至主控层,主控层将广告发送至终端层进行播放;
S5、获取到全部用户特征值后,根据所占比例较大的特征值寻找对应的广告商,推广广告位。
本发明的上述技术方案的有益效果如下:
终端层位于可操作的终端上,用于可以通过终端进行登录以及操作,用户在登录的时候通过注册会输入自己的年龄和性别,并在登录之后进行操作和浏览,年龄获取模块将年龄信息进行整理,性别获取模块将性别信息进行整理,行为获取模块监测用户登录后的操作行为和观看内容,并将数据进行存储,最终将性别信息、年龄信息以及操作行为和观看内容通过传输层上传至主控层。
传输层通过互联网进行传输数据,主控层接收到数据之后对数据进行分析 处理,确定出单一用户的特征值以及全体用户的特征值,其计算特征值的方法为对于年龄来说以五年为一个年龄层,确定每个年龄层所占的百分比,对于性别来说将性别信息进行整理,计算男女性别所占的比例,并结合用户的浏览以及操作来确定特征值。在确定特征值之后将特征值发送至推广层,推广层依据特征值调出广告发送至主控层,主控层将广告信息发送至终端层播放广告。同时推广层将全部用户的特征值通过报表呈现,并寻找对应特征值的广告进行推广。
本发明通过App或网页登录获取用户的年龄和性别信息,并通过用户的操作获取用户特征值,将数据上传比对后推广适合用户需求的广告信息,实现广告的精准推送,同时满足用户的需求。

具体而言,终端层位于可操作的终端上,用于可以通过终端进行登录以及操作,用户在登录的时候通过注册会输入自己的年龄和性别,并在登录之后进行操作和浏览,年龄获取模块将年龄信息进行整理,性别获取模块将性别信息进行整理,行为获取模块监测用户登录后的操作行为和观看内容,并将数据进行存储,最终将性别信息、年龄信息以及操作行为和观看内容通过传输层上传至主控层。
传输层通过互联网进行传输数据,主控层接收到数据之后对数据进行分析处理,确定出单一用户的特征值以及全体用户的特征值,其计算特征值的方法为对于年龄来说以五年为一个年龄层,确定每个年龄层所占的百分比,对于性别来说将性别信息进行整理,计算男女性别所占的比例,并结合用户的浏览以及操作来确定特征值。在确定特征值之后将特征值发送至推广层,推广层依据特征值调出广告发送至主控层,主控层将广告信息发送至终端层播放广告。同时推广层将全部用户的特征值通过报表呈现,并寻找对应特征值的广告进行推广。
根据本发明的一个实施例,如图1所示,
所述年龄获取模块110通过用户登录App或网页输入的年龄信息进行获取,并将数据通过传输层上传至主控层。
所述性别获取模块120通过用户登录App或网页输入的性别信息进行获取,并将数据通过传输层上传至主控层。
所述行为获取模块130获取用户在App或网页内的观看内容和操作行为,并将观看内容和操作行为通过传输层上传至主控层。
根据本发明的一个实施例,如图1所示,
所述显示模块140至少包括可以登入网络的设备终端,该设备终端能够登入App或登入网页进行浏览操作,该设备终端还包括用于播放广告的广告播放模块150。
在本发明的一个实施例中,如图1所示,
所述主控层300至少包括一台企业级计算机310以及与企业级计算机310连接的用户信息数据库320,所述主控层300接收到用户信息后将用户信息存储在用户信息数据库320内。
所述主控层300对用户信息进行汇总,并将年龄信息进行整理,以五年为一个年龄层,确定每个年龄层所占的百分比,并将性别信息进行整理,计算男女性别所占的比例,确定其年龄层次、性别以及观看内容和操作行为的特征值,并将特征值发送至推广层400。
在本发明的一个实施例中,如图1所示,
所述推广层400包括控制单元410以及与控制单元410连接的广告数据库420,所述推广层400获取到单一用户特征值后,通过比对获得用户特征值对应的广告数据,依据广告数据调出广告发送至主控层300,所述主控层300将广告发送至终端层100进行播放。
所述推广层400获取到所有用户的特征值后对特征值进行报表显示,并通过用户的特征值招租广告。
在本发明的一个实施例中,如图2所示,本实施例提供了一种数字广告信息智能化获取方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、用户在登录App或网页时,需要输入基本信息进行登记,年龄获取 模块和性别获取模块分别获取年龄和性别信息;
S2、行为获取模块监测用户登录后的操作行为和观看内容,并将数据进行存储,最终将性别信息、年龄信息以及操作行为和观看内容通过传输层上传至主控层;
S3、主控层对用户信息进行汇总,以五年为一个年龄层,确定每个年龄层所占的百分比,将性别信息进行整理,计算男女性别所占的比例,确定其年龄层次、性别以及观看内容和操作行为的特征值,并将单一用户特征值以及全部用户特征值发送至推广层;
S4、获取到单一用户特征值后,通过比对获得用户特征值对应的广告数据,依据广告数据调出广告发送至主控层,主控层将广告发送至终端层进行播放;
S5、获取到全部用户特征值后,根据所占比例较大的特征值寻找对应的广告商,推广广告位。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系,除非另有明确的限定,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本实用新型中的具体含义。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明所述原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种数字广告信息智能化获取系统,其特征在于:包括终端层(100)、传输层(200)、主控层(300)和推广层(400);
    所述终端层(100)包括用于获取用户年龄信息的年龄获取模块(110)、用于获取用于性别信息的性别获取模块(120)、用于监测用于行为的行为获取模块(130)以及用于观看的显示模块(140)和广告播放模块(150);
    所述传输层(200)将获取的数据信息打包发送至主控层(300),并接收主控层(300)发送的广告播放指令;
    所述主控层(300)接收数据信息后对数据信息进行分析处理,获得需要推广的广告类别信息,将广告类别信息发送至推广层(400);
    所述推广层(400)根据广告类别信息将广告从数据库中调出发送至主控层(300),主控层(300)将广告通过传输层(200)发送至终端层(100),通过广告播放模块(150)进行播放;并归纳出用户每个特征值的所占比例,然后寻找广告商进行推广。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的数字广告信息智能化获取系统,其特征在于:所述年龄获取模块(110)通过用户登录App或网页输入的年龄信息进行获取,并将数据通过传输层上传至主控层。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的数字广告信息智能化获取系统,其特征在于:所述性别获取模块(120)通过用户登录App或网页输入的性别信息进行获取,并将数据通过传输层上传至主控层。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的数字广告信息智能化获取系统,其特征在于:所述行为获取模块(130)获取用户在App或网页内的观看内容和操作行为,并将观看内容和操作行为通过传输层上传至主控层。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的数字广告信息智能化获取系统,其特征在于:所述显示模块(140)至少包括可以登入网络的设备终端,该设备终端能够登入App或登入网页进行浏览操作,该设备终端还包括用于播放广告的广告播放模块(150)。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的数字广告信息智能化获取系统,其特征在于:所述主控层(300)至少包括一台企业级计算机(310)以及与企业级计算机(310) 连接的用户信息数据库(320),所述主控层(300)接收到用户信息后将用户信息存储在用户信息数据库(320)内。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的数字广告信息智能化获取系统,其特征在于:所述主控层(300)对用户信息进行汇总,并将年龄信息进行整理,以五年为一个年龄层,确定每个年龄层所占的百分比,并将性别信息进行整理,计算男女性别所占的比例,确定其年龄层次、性别以及观看内容和操作行为的特征值,并将特征值发送至推广层(400)。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的数字广告信息智能化获取系统,其特征在于:所述推广层(400)包括控制单元(410)以及与控制单元(410)连接的广告数据库(420),所述推广层(400)获取到单一用户特征值后,通过比对获得用户特征值对应的广告数据,依据广告数据调出广告发送至主控层(300),所述主控层(300)将广告发送至终端层(100)进行播放。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的数字广告信息智能化获取系统,其特征在于:所述推广层(400)获取到所有用户的特征值后对特征值进行报表显示,并通过用户的特征值招租广告。
  10. 一种基于权利要求9所述的数字广告信息智能化获取方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
    S1、用户在登录App或网页时,需要输入基本信息进行登记,年龄获取模块和性别获取模块分别获取年龄和性别信息;
    S2、行为获取模块监测用户登录后的操作行为和观看内容,并将数据进行存储,最终将性别信息、年龄信息以及操作行为和观看内容通过传输层上传至主控层;
    S3、主控层对用户信息进行汇总,以五年为一个年龄层,确定每个年龄层所占的百分比,将性别信息进行整理,计算男女性别所占的比例,确定其年龄层次、性别以及观看内容和操作行为的特征值,并将单一用户特征值以及全部用户特征值发送至推广层;
    S4、获取到单一用户特征值后,通过比对获得用户特征值对应的广告数据,依据广告数据调出广告发送至主控层,主控层将广告发送至终端层进行播放;
    S5、获取到全部用户特征值后,根据所占比例较大的特征值寻找对应的广 告商,推广广告位。
