根据本方案,能够简化第二定位部的结构,且第二水平部沿垂直方向在第二定位通孔所在平面上的投影与第二定位通孔不完全重合第二定位通孔,在第二垂直部套设在第二定位通孔内后,第二水平部能够抵接至蒸笼的底部,对蒸笼起到支撑作用,进而便可将蒸笼稳定地放置在第二定位部所在的高度位置。
可选地,沿所述蒸笼支架的长度方向,所述第一定位部和所述第二定位部相对于所述蒸笼支架的中心线均对称设置;并且/或者,
沿所述蒸笼支架的宽度方向,所述第一定位部和所述第二定位部相对于所述蒸笼支架的中心线对称设置。
根据本方案,一方面能够方便第一定位部和第二定位部的设置,便于生产制造与用户操作;另一方面能够保证定位孔与定位部相配合时,定位部受力的均匀性。
可选地,所述蒸笼支架还包括支撑部,所述支撑部包括沿所述蒸笼支架的长度方向延伸的水平支撑部和与所述水平支撑部大致垂直设置并向上延伸的垂直支撑部,所述垂直支撑部与所述第二水平部相连接。
根据本方案,通过水平支撑部能够将与两个定位孔相配合的定位部连接成整体结构,便于用户使用。通过垂直支撑部,使得蒸笼位于第二定位部所在的高度位置时,蒸笼与蒸笼支架的底部存在一定的距离,进而使得当蒸笼组件放置在内锅中时,蒸笼与内锅之间存在一定的距离,避免蒸笼与内锅直接接触。
可选地,所述蒸笼支架的顶端设置有提手部,所述提手部能够套设在所述定位孔内。
根据本方案,在蒸笼组件使用的过程中,便于用户将蒸笼组件放入内锅中或从内锅中取出。
根据本申请的第二个方面,提供了一种烹饪器具,包括:
煲体,所述煲体中设置有内锅;
盖体,所述盖体可开合地设置于所述煲体之上,当所述盖体盖合在所述煲体上时,所述盖体和所述内锅之间构成烹饪空间;
上述的蒸笼组件,所述蒸笼组件设置在所述内锅中,所述蒸笼支架的底端支撑在所述内锅的内壁上。
根据本申请的烹饪器具,通过将蒸笼组件的蒸笼的定位孔与蒸笼支架的定位部的相配合,使得蒸笼组件在使用的过程中,能够根据实际需要调整蒸笼相对于蒸笼支架的高度,相应地调整蒸食空间的大小,进而满足用户的多种烹饪需求。

为了彻底了解本申请实施方式,将在下列的描述中提出详细的结构。显然,本申请实施方式的施行并不限定于本领域的技术人员所熟习的特殊细节。需要说明的是,本申请中所引用的诸如“第一”和“第二”的序数词仅仅是标识,而不具有任何其他含义,例如特定的顺序等。而且,例如,术语“第一部件”其本身不暗示“第二部件”的存在,术语“第二部件”本身不暗示“第一部件”的存在。本申请中所使用的术语“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”以及类似的表述只是为了说明的目的,并非限制。
本申请公开了一种蒸笼组件10和具有其的烹饪器具。本申请所提及的烹饪器具可以是电饭煲、电压力锅或其它电加热器具。烹饪器具包括煲体(未示出)和盖体(未示出),盖体能够与煲体可枢转地连接。煲体基本上呈圆角长方体形状,并且具有圆筒形状的内锅收纳部。内锅20可以构造为能够自由地放入内锅收纳部或者从内锅收纳部取出,以方便对内锅20的清洗。内锅20由金属材料制成,用于盛放待加热的材料,诸如米、汤等。盖体能够盖合在煲体上,以在盖体和内锅20之间形成烹饪空间。煲体的底部设置有用于加热内锅20的加热组件。
内锅20中还设置有可取出的蒸笼组件10,以实现烹饪器具的蒸食物的功能。蒸笼组件10放置在内锅20中后,蒸笼支架12的底端支撑在内锅20的内壁上。下面将结合图1至图4,对本申请的优选实施方式的蒸笼组件10进行详细的描述。
参考图1,蒸笼组件10包括蒸笼11和蒸笼支架12。蒸笼11包括底壁115 和从底壁115的边缘向上延伸的侧壁116。底壁115和侧壁116共同形成放置食材的容纳腔111。底壁115设置有通气孔117,通气孔117优选地均匀地分布,用于内锅20中产生的蒸汽通过从而加热蒸笼11上放置的食物。
蒸笼11的底部,也就是蒸笼11的底壁115上,设置有间隔分布的定位孔112,蒸笼支架12包括定位部121,通过定位孔112与定位部121的相配合,使得蒸笼11能够相对于蒸笼支架12位于不同的高度。
优选地,定位孔112包括至少两个尺寸不同且沿蒸笼的周向方向设置的定位通孔,以便于与蒸笼支架的定位部121相配合,进而调整蒸笼11相对于蒸笼支架12的高度。
具体的,参考图1和图3,定位孔112包括第一定位通孔113和第二定位通孔114,第一定位通孔113和第二定位通孔114沿蒸笼11的周向方向间隔地分布,且沿蒸笼11的周向方向,第一定位通孔113的尺寸与第二定位通孔114的尺寸不同。定位部121包括与第一定位通孔113相配合的第一定位部123和与第二定位通孔114相配合的第二定位部124,沿蒸笼支架12的高度方向,第一定位部123与第二定位部124的高度不同。通过第一定位通孔113与第一定位部123的配合,能使得蒸笼11相对于蒸笼支架12位于第一定位部123所在的高度。通过第二定位通孔114与第二定位部124的配合,能使得蒸笼11相对于蒸笼支架12位于第二定位部124所在的高度。
具体的,第一定位通孔113设置有两个,沿蒸笼11的周向方向,第一定位通孔113构造为弧形,且两个第一定位通孔113优选地设置为相对于蒸笼11的中轴线对称,以便于第一定位通孔113的布置。
沿蒸笼支架12的长度方向,蒸笼支架12的两端分别设置有两个与第一定位通孔113相配合的第一定位部123。第一定位部123包括第一水平部123a和第一垂直部123b。第一水平部123a沿蒸笼支架12的宽度方向向外延伸。第一垂直部123b连接在第一水平部123a的内侧的一端,与第一水平部123a大致垂直地设置,并向上延伸。两个第一垂直部123b之间的最大距离小于第一定位通孔 113的沿蒸笼11的周向方向的尺寸,使得第一垂直部123b能够穿过第一定位通孔113。第一水平部123a沿垂直方向在第一定位通孔113所在平面上的投影与第一定位通孔113不完全重合。也就是说,两个第一水平部123a之间的最小距离小于第一定位通孔113的沿蒸笼11的周向方向的尺寸,即两个第一水平部123a的最内侧之间的距离小于第一定位通孔113的沿蒸笼11的周向方向的尺寸;两个第一水平部123a之间的最大距离大于第一定位通孔113的沿蒸笼11的周向方向的尺寸,即两个第一水平部123a的最外侧之间的距离大于第一定位通孔113的沿蒸笼11的周向方向的尺寸,使得第一水平部123a无法穿过第一定位通孔113。将第一垂直部123b穿过第一定位通孔113后,第一水平部123a能够抵接至蒸笼11的底部,对蒸笼11起到一定的支撑作用,以将蒸笼11稳定地放置在第一定位部123所在的高度位置,具体的可以参考图2。
同样的,第二定位通孔114设置有两个,沿蒸笼11的周向方向,第二定位通孔114构造为弧形,且两个第二定位通孔114优选地设置为相对于蒸笼11的中轴线对称,以便于第二定位通孔114的布置。沿蒸笼11的周向方向,第二定位通孔114的尺寸大于第一定位通孔113的尺寸。
沿蒸笼支架12的长度方向,蒸笼支架12的两端分别设置有与两个第二定位通孔114相配合的第二定位部124。第二定位部124设置在第一定位部123的下方。第二定位部124包括第二水平部124a和第二垂直部124b。第二水平部124a沿蒸笼支架12的宽度方向向外延伸。第二垂直部124b的底端连接在第二水平部124a的内侧的一端,与第二水平部124a大致垂直地设置,并向上延伸。第二垂直部124b的顶端连接在第一水平部123a的外侧的一端。两个第二垂直部124b之间的最大距离小于第二定位通孔114的沿蒸笼11的周向方向的尺寸,使得第二垂直部124b能够穿过第二定位通孔114。第二水平部124a沿垂直方向在第二定位通孔114所在平面上的投影与第二定位通孔114不完全重合。也就是说,两个第二水平部124a之间的最小距离小于第二定位通孔114的沿蒸笼11的周向方向的尺寸,即两个第二水平部124a的最内侧之间的距离小于第二定位通孔114的沿蒸笼11的周向方向的尺寸;两个第二水平部124a之间的最大距离大于第二 定位通孔114的沿蒸笼11的周向方向的尺寸,即两个第二水平部124a的最外侧之间的距离大于第二定位通孔114的沿蒸笼11的周向方向的尺寸,使得第二水平部124a无法穿过第二定位通孔114。将第二垂直部124b穿过第二定位通孔114后,第二水平部124a能够抵接至蒸笼11的底部,对蒸笼11起到二定的支撑作用,以将蒸笼11稳定地放置在第二定位部124所在的高度位置。
继续参考图1,沿蒸笼支架12的宽度方向,第一定位部123和第二定位部124均优选地构造为相对于蒸笼支架12的中心线NN'对称,以便于第一定位部123和第二定位部124的布置,并保证蒸笼11安装在定位部121上时,第一定位部123和第二定位部124受力的均匀性。
同样的,沿蒸笼支架12的长度方向,第一定位部123和第二定位部124均优选地构造为相对于蒸笼支架12的中心线MM'对称,以便于第一定位部123和第二定位部124的布置,并保证蒸笼11安装在定位部121上时,第二定位部124和第二定位部124受力的均匀性。
为了便于将蒸笼组件10放置在内锅20中,蒸笼支架12的底部还设置有支撑部126。支撑部126包括水平支撑部126a和垂直支撑部126b。水平支撑部126a沿蒸笼支架12的长度方向延伸,连接在蒸笼支架12的两端的第二定位部124之间,以使得蒸笼支架12能够成为一个整体结构,便于用户使用。垂直支撑部126b的底端连接至水平支撑部126a的一端,与水平支撑部126a大致垂直的设置,并向上延伸。垂直支撑部126b的顶端连接至第二水平部124a的外侧的一端。垂直支撑部126b的顶端之间的距离大于定位孔112的沿蒸笼11的周向方向的尺寸,也就是说,垂直支撑部126b不能穿过第一定位通孔113和第二定位通孔114。垂直支撑部126b的设置能够使得蒸笼11位于第二定位部124所在的高度位置时,蒸笼11与蒸笼支架12的底部存在一定的距离,进而使得当蒸笼组件10放置在内锅20中时,蒸笼11与内锅20之间存在一定的距离,避免蒸笼11与内锅20直接接触。
优选地,在蒸笼支架12的顶端设置有提手部125,提手部125的两端分别 连接至第一垂直部123b的顶端。沿蒸笼支架12的宽度方向,提手部125的尺寸小于定位孔112的沿蒸笼11的周向方向的尺寸。也就是说,沿蒸笼支架12的宽度方向,提手部125的尺寸均小于第一定位通孔113和第二定位通孔114的沿蒸笼11的周向方向的尺寸,使得提手部125能够穿过第一定位通孔113和第二定位通孔114,以便于用户将蒸笼组件10放入内锅20中或从内锅20中取出。提手部125优选地构造为弧形,以增加用户持握提手部125的舒适度,进而提升用户体验。
参考图4,在蒸笼组件10的使用过程中,将蒸笼组件10放置在内锅20中后,蒸笼支架12的底端支撑在内锅20的内壁上,也就是支撑部126支撑在内锅20的内壁上。此时蒸笼11与蒸笼11上部的内锅20的侧壁116之间共同围成蒸食腔130。通过调整蒸笼11相对于蒸笼支架12的高度,能够相应地调节蒸食腔130的容积大小,以满足用户在不同情况下的使用需求。例如,当所蒸食物的量较小或者高度较低时,可以将蒸笼11放置在蒸笼支架12的第一定位部123处,以适当减小蒸食腔130的容积;当所蒸食物的量较大或者高度较高时,可以将蒸笼11放置在蒸笼支架12的第二定位部124处,以适当增大蒸食腔130的容积。
除非另有定义,本文中所使用的技术和科学术语与本申请的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施目的,不是旨在限制本申请。本文中出现的诸如“设置”等术语既可以表示一个部件直接附接至另一个部件,也可以表示一个部件通过中间件附接至另一个部件。本文中在一个实施方式中描述的特征可以单独地或与其它特征结合地应用于另一个实施方式,除非该特征在该另一个实施方式中不适用或是另有说明。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种蒸笼组件,其特征在于,所述蒸笼组件(10)包括:
    蒸笼(11),所述蒸笼(11)的内部形成容纳腔(111),所述蒸笼(11)的底部设置有间隔分布的定位孔(112);
    蒸笼支架(12),所述蒸笼支架(12)包括定位部(121);
    其中,所述定位孔(112)与所述定位部(121)相配合,使得所述蒸笼(11)能够相对于所述蒸笼支架(12)位于不同的高度。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的蒸笼组件,其特征在于,所述定位孔(112)包括至少两个尺寸不同且沿所述蒸笼(11)的周向方向设置的定位通孔。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的蒸笼组件,其特征在于,所述定位孔(112)包括沿所述蒸笼(11)的周向方向设置的第一定位通孔(113)和第二定位通孔(114),所述第一定位通孔(113)和所述第二定位通孔(114)的尺寸不同,所述定位部(121)包括与所述第一定位通孔(113)相配合的第一定位部(123)和与所述第二定位通孔(114)相配合的第二定位部(124),所述第一定位部(123)与所述第二定位部(124)的高度不同。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的蒸笼组件,其特征在于,所述定位孔(112)包括两个所述第一定位通孔(113)和两个所述第二定位通孔(114),两个所述第一定位通孔(113)和两个所述第二定位通孔(114)沿所述蒸笼(11)的周向方向相对于所述蒸笼(11)的中轴线均对称设置。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的蒸笼组件,其特征在于,所述第一定位部(123)包括沿所述蒸笼支架(12)的宽度方向向外延伸的第一水平部(123a)和与所述第一水平部(123a)大致垂直设置并向上延伸的第一垂直部(123b),所述第一垂直部(123b)能够套设在所述第一定位通孔(113)内,所述第一水平部(123a)沿垂直方向在所述第一定位通孔(113)所在平面上的投影与所述第一定位通孔(113)不完全重合。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的蒸笼组件,其特征在于,所述第二定位部(124)包括沿所述蒸笼支架(12)的宽度方向向外延伸的第二水平部(124a)和与所述 第二水平部(124a)大致垂直设置并向上延伸的第二垂直部(124b),所述第二垂直部(124b)与所述第一水平部(123a)相连接,所述第二垂直部(124b)能够套设在所述第二定位通孔(114)内,所述第二水平部(124a)沿垂直方向在所述第二定位通孔(114)所在平面上的投影与所述第二定位通孔(114)不完全重合。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的蒸笼组件,其特征在于,沿所述蒸笼支架(12)的长度方向,所述第一定位部(123)和所述第二定位部(124)相对于所述蒸笼支架(12)的中心线均对称设置;并且/或者,
    沿所述蒸笼支架(12)的宽度方向,所述第一定位部(123)和所述第二定位部(124)相对于所述蒸笼支架(12)的中心线对称设置。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的蒸笼组件,其特征在于,所述蒸笼支架(12)还包括支撑部(126),所述支撑部(126)包括沿所述蒸笼支架(12)的长度方向延伸的水平支撑部(126a)和与所述水平支撑部(126a)大致垂直设置并向上延伸的垂直支撑部(126b),所述垂直支撑部(126b)与所述第二水平部(124a)相连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的蒸笼组件,其特征在于,所述蒸笼支架(12)的顶端设置有提手部(125),所述提手部(125)能够套设在所述定位孔(112)内。
  10. 一种烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述烹饪器具包括:
    煲体,所述煲体中设置有内锅(20);
    盖体,所述盖体可开合地设置于所述煲体之上,当所述盖体盖合在所述煲体上时,所述盖体和所述内锅(20)之间构成烹饪空间;
    如权利要求1-9中任意一项所述的蒸笼组件,所述蒸笼组件设置在所述内锅(20)中,所述蒸笼支架(12)的底端支撑在所述内锅(20)的内壁上。
