第一方面,本申请提供一种水洗新风装置,该水洗新风装置包括水箱、水洗组件、新风组件和空气驱动单元,水箱包括第一壳体和第二壳体,第 一壳体具有装有水洗液的容置槽,水洗组件可拆卸的安装在容置槽内,水洗组件至少部分浸没在水洗液中,从而水洗组件可以带动水洗液形成水膜,对进入水箱内的空气进行净化。
其中,第二壳体盖设在第一壳体的上方,以在水洗液的液面上方形成通风道,通风道具有进风口和出风口,新风组件可拆卸的安装在进风口,空气驱动单元与出风口连通,以驱动空气在通风道内流通。
本申请提供的水洗新风装置通过将水洗组件可取出的设置在水箱内部,同时将新风组件可拆卸的安装在进风口,从而既可以实现空气水洗的功能也可以实现新风功能,当需要实现空气水洗功能时,可以新风组件拆下,从而在空气驱动单元的驱动下,室内空气可以由进风口进入水箱内部,实现水洗组件对室内空气的水洗净化,而当需要实现新风功能时,可以将水箱上盖取下,并将水洗组件取出,同时在进风口安装新风组件,从而在空气驱动单元的驱动下,可以通过新风组件将室外新鲜空气送入室内,空气水洗功能和新风功能可以均由同一个空气驱动单元驱动,且共用一个通风道,降低了产品成本。
作为一种可选的实施方式,新风组件包括新风管道和过滤件,新风管道的一端与进风口可拆卸连接,新风管道的另一端与室外空气连通,过滤件设置在新风管道与进风口连通的一端。如此设置,可以对进入通风道的室外空气先进行过滤,从而在使用新风功能时,既可以提高室内空气的含氧量,又可以保持空气的纯净。
作为一种可选的实施方式,出风口可以设置于第二壳体的顶部,水洗组件与出风口相对设置。如此设置,在运行水洗功能时,经过水洗组件过滤净化的空气可以由出风口排出。
作为一种可选的实施方式,水洗组件可以包括水洗单元,水洗单元包括转轴和水洗件,水洗件设置在转轴上,转轴横置在通风道内,第一壳体的相对两侧内壁上分别设置有卡槽,转轴的两端分别与卡槽抵接,并可以相对于卡槽转动。如此设置,水洗件可以在转轴的带动下在通风道内转动,从而在经过水洗液形成水膜后可以对流经通风道的空气进行吸附过滤。
作为一种可选的实施方式,水洗组件还包括驱动单元,驱动单元安装于第二壳体侧壁的外侧,驱动单元的输出端与转轴的端部连接。如此设置,转轴可以在驱动单元的带动下持续转动,从而水洗件可以在通风道内持续 形成水膜,并且将被水膜吸附的灰尘和杂质带回至清洗液中沉淀。
作为一种可选的实施方式,通风道内设置有导流板,导流板位于进风口与水洗组件之间。如此设置,可以对由进风口进入的空气进行引流,从而使得在运行水洗功能时,流通的空气可以最大限度地由水洗件形成的水膜穿过。
作为一种可选的实施方式,转轴位于水洗液的液面上方。如此设置,一方面便于水洗单元的拆卸,另一方面可以保证水洗件在转轴带动下由水洗液中转出时形成较大面积水膜。
作为一种可选的实施方式,水洗件包括多个沿转轴的长度方向层叠设置的叶片,叶片的旋转直径小于通风道的高度,从而避免叶片的末端与水箱上盖产生干涉。
第二方面,本申请提供一种空调内机,包括上述的水洗新风装置,在空调内机工作时,水洗新风装置可以对空调内机吹出的气体进行净化,以提高空气质量。
第三方面,本申请提供一种空调,包括相互连接的空调外机和上述的空调内机。
本申请提供一种水洗新风装置、空调内机及空调,该水洗新风装置包括水箱、水洗组件、新风组件和空气驱动单元,水箱包括第一壳体和第二壳体,第一壳体具有装有水洗液的容置槽,水洗组件可拆卸的安装在容置槽内,水洗组件至少部分浸没在水洗液中,从而水洗组件可以带动水洗液形成水膜,对进入水箱内的空气进行净化,第二壳体盖设在第一壳体的上方,以在水洗液的液面上方形成通风道,通风道具有进风口和出风口,新风组件可拆卸的安装在进风口,空气驱动单元与出风口连通,以驱动空气在通风道内流通,从而通过将水洗组件可取出的设置在水箱内部,同时将新风组件可拆卸的安装在进风口,既实现了空气水洗的功能也实现了新风功能,当需要实现空气水洗功能时,可以新风组件拆下,从而在空气驱动单元的驱动下,室内空气可以由进风口进入水箱内部,实现水洗组件对室内空气的水洗净化,而当需要实现新风功能时,可以将水箱上盖取下,并将水洗组件取出,同时在进风口安装新风组件,从而在空气驱动单元的驱动下,可以通过新风组件将室外新鲜空气送入室内,空气水洗功能和新风功能可以均由同一个空气驱动单元驱动,且共用一个通风道,降低了产品 成本。

随着空气处理技术的发展,对空气进行净化、加湿的设备应用越来越普遍,空调等家用电器逐渐开始安装配备水洗装置和新风装置,以增加产品功能、提高用户体验。
现有技术中,水洗装置一般包括水箱和空气驱动单元,水箱内部一般安装有水洗单元,用以对进入水箱的空气进行净化,空气驱动单元可以吹动空气由水箱的进风口进入水箱,且在水箱内流通的过程中由水洗单元对空气中的灰尘杂质进行吸附,并最终由水箱的出风口排出,从而提高空气质量,而新风装置通常独立于水洗装置进行安装,相对于水洗装置具有独立的风道,且在该独立的风道内设置额外的风机,利用风压向室内输送室外的新鲜空气。
由此可知,现有技术中,水洗装置和新风装置单独设置结构复杂,成本较高。
为了解决上述问题,本申请提供了一种水洗新风装置、空调内机及空 调,既可以实现空气水洗功能,也可以实现新风功能,降低了产品成本。
实施例一
图1为本申请实施例提供的水洗新风装置运行水洗功能时的结构示意图,图2为本申请实施例提供的水洗新风装置运行新风功能时的结构示意图,如图1和图2所示,本实施例提供的水洗新风装置包括水箱10、水洗组件、新风组件30和空气驱动单元40,水箱10包括第一壳体11和第二壳体12,第一壳体11具有装有水洗液的容置槽111,水洗组件可拆卸的安装在容置槽111内,水洗组件至少部分浸没在水洗液中,且水洗组件可以相对于水箱10转动,从而可以带动水洗液形成水膜,对进入水箱10内的空气进行净化。
具体,第二壳体12盖设在第一壳体11的上方,以在水洗液的液面上方形成通风道101,通风道101具有进风口14和出风口13,新风组件30可拆卸的安装在进风口14,空气驱动单元40与出风口13连通,以驱动空气在通风道101内流通。
本实施例提供的水洗新风装置通过将水洗组件可取出的设置在水箱10内部,同时将新风组件30可拆卸的安装在进风口14,从而既可以实现空气水洗的功能也可以实现新风功能,当需要实现空气水洗功能时,可以新风组件30拆下,从而在空气驱动单元40的驱动下,室内空气可以由进风口14进入水箱10内部,实现水洗组件对室内空气的水洗净化;而当需要实现新风功能时,可以将水箱10上盖取下,并将水洗组件取出,同时在进风口14安装新风组件30,从而在空气驱动单元40的驱动下,可以通过新风组件30将室外新鲜空气送入室内,空气水洗功能和新风功能可以均由同一个空气驱动单元40驱动,且共用一个通风道101,降低了产品成本。
作为一种可选的实施方式,新风组件30可以包括新风管道31和过滤件32,新风管道31的一端与进风口14可拆卸连接,新风管道31的另一端与室外空气连通,过滤件32设置在新风管道31与进风口14连通的一端,如此设置,可以对进入通风道101的室外空气先进行过滤,从而在使用新风功能时,既可以提高室内空气的含氧量,又可以保持空气的纯净。
可选的,过滤件32可以为高效空气过滤网(High efficiency particulate air Filter,HEPA),本实施例对过滤件32的结构和材质不做具体限定。
作为一种可选的实施方式,出风口13可以设置于第二壳体12的顶部, 水洗组件可以与出风口13相对设置,从而在运行水洗功能时,经过水洗组件过滤净化的空气可以由出风口13排出。
具体的,水洗组件可以包括水洗单元20,水洗单元20包括转轴21和水洗件22,水洗件22设置在转轴21上,转轴21横置在通风道101内,第一壳体11的相对两侧内壁上分别设置有卡槽,转轴21的两端可以分别与卡槽抵接,并可以相对于卡槽转动,如此设置,水洗件22可以在转轴21的带动下在通风道101内转动,从而在经过水洗液形成水膜后,可以对流经通风道101的空气进行吸附过滤,同时流通的空气会带走水膜中一定的水分从而对空气起到加湿效果。
可选的,当水洗件22被转轴21带动转动至水洗液的液面上方时,水洗件22旋转的切线方向与水箱10内空气的流通方向一致,或者与水箱10内空气的流通方向的夹角为锐角,从而水洗件22的旋转还可以为空气起到引流作用,增大空气的流速,提高水洗新风装置的工作效率。
作为一种可选的方式,水洗件22可以与转轴21为一体件,并与转轴21一体成型。
作为另一种可选的方式,水洗件22和转轴21可以为分体式设计,水洗件22可以通过焊接的方式与转轴21连接,或者水洗件22可以通过紧固件可拆卸的安装在转轴21上。本实施例对水洗件22与转轴21的具体连接方式不做限定。
作为一种可选的实施方式,水洗组件还可以包括驱动单元,驱动单元可以安装于第二壳体12侧壁的外侧,驱动单元的输出端与转轴21的端部连接,从而转轴21可以在驱动单元的带动下持续转动,水洗件22可以在通风道101内持续形成水膜,并且将被水膜吸附的灰尘和杂质带回至清洗液中沉淀。
可选的,驱动单元的输出端可以连接有第一啮合件,转轴21的端部可以连接有第二啮合件,第一啮合件和第二啮合件可以为一对相互外啮合的齿轮,从而驱动单元可以通过齿轮传动的方式驱动转轴21转动。
可选的,驱动单元可以为电机,本实施例对电机的功率、转速等参数不做具体限定。
需要说明的是,驱动单元带动转轴21转动时,水洗件22还会轻微地拍击水洗液的液面,从而可以在液面上方形成水雾,水箱10内部的空气流 动时会带动水雾由出风口流出并气化,从而提高室内的湿度。
作为一种可选的实施方式,通风道101内可以设置有导流板15,导流板15可以位于进风口14与水洗组件之间,导流板15可以对由进风口14进入的空气进行引流,从而使得在运行水洗功能时,流通的空气可以最大限度地由水洗件形成的水膜穿过,在运行新风功能时,可以提高空气流速。
具体的,导流板15可以横置在通风道101内,且导流板15可以与第二壳体12的顶部内壁连接,并朝向清洗液的液面延伸。
作为一种可选的实施方式,转轴21可以位于水洗液的液面上方,这样,一方面便于水洗单元20的拆卸,另一方面可以保证水洗件22在转轴21带动下由水洗液中转出时形成较大面积水膜。
作为一种可选的实施方式,水洗件22包括多个沿转轴21的长度方向层叠设置的多个叶片,叶片的旋转直径可以小于通风道101的高度,从而避免叶片的末端与第二壳体12产生干涉。
具体的,叶片可以垂直于转轴21的表面设置,且叶片相对于转轴21的转动方向可以具有一定的倾角,从而可以使得叶片在转动时可以更加容易形成水膜。本实施例对叶片具体的偏转角以及叶片的具体形状不做限定。
作为一种可选的实施方式,空气驱动单元40可以设置在水箱10的上方,空气驱动单元40可以为风机,风机的叶轮可以与水箱10的出风口13相对设置。
本实施例提供一种水洗新风装置、空调内机及空调,该水洗新风装置包括水箱、水洗组件、新风组件和空气驱动单元,水箱包括第一壳体和第二壳体,第一壳体具有装有水洗液的容置槽,水洗组件可拆卸的安装在容置槽内,水洗组件至少部分浸没在水洗液中,从而水洗组件可以带动水洗液形成水膜,对进入水箱内的空气进行净化,第二壳体盖设在第一壳体的上方,以在水洗液的液面上方形成通风道,通风道具有进风口和出风口,新风组件可拆卸的安装在进风口,空气驱动单元与出风口连通,以驱动空气在通风道内流通,从而通过将水洗组件可取出的设置在水箱内部,同时将新风组件可拆卸的安装在进风口,既实现了空气水洗的功能也实现了新风功能,当需要实现空气水洗功能时,可以新风组件拆下,从而在空气驱动单元的驱动下,室内空气可以由进风口进入水箱内部,实现水洗组件对室内空气的水洗净化,而当需要实现新风功能时,可以将水箱上盖取下, 并将水洗组件取出,同时在进风口安装新风组件,从而在空气驱动单元的驱动下,可以通过新风组件将室外新鲜空气送入室内,空气水洗功能和新风功能可以均由同一个空气驱动单元驱动,且共用一个通风道,降低了产品成本
实施例二
本实施例提供一种空调内机,包括实施例一中的水洗新风装置,在空调内机工作时,该水洗新风装置可以对空调内机吹出的气体进行净化,以提高空气质量,同时还具备新风功能,可以将室外的新鲜空气送如室内。
需要说明的是,水洗新风装置可以安装在空调内机的底部、顶部或者内部,水洗新风装置可以与空调内机中的制冷或制热模块独立工作,且水洗新风装置的出风口可以与空调内机的风道连通。水洗新风装置的具体结构和工作方式与实施例一中一致,在此不再赘述,由实施例一中的描述可知,本实施例提供的空调内机可以同时具备净化空气和新风的功能,且可以降低产品成本。
实施例三
本实施例提供一种空调,包括相互连接的空调外机和实施例二中的空调内机。
本实施例提供的空调由于包括了实施例二中的空调内机,即包括了实施例一中的水洗新风装置,因此在使用时可以同时实现水洗功能和新风功能。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种水洗新风装置,其特征在于,包括水箱、水洗组件、新风组件和空气驱动单元,所述水箱包括第一壳体和第二壳体,所述第一壳体具有装有水洗液的容置槽,所述水洗组件可拆卸的安装在所述容置槽内,所述水洗组件至少部分浸没在所述水洗液中;
    所述第二壳体盖设在所述第一壳体的上方,以在所述水洗液的液面上方形成通风道,所述通风道具有进风口和出风口,所述新风组件可拆卸的安装在所述进风口,所述空气驱动单元与所述出风口连通,以驱动空气在所述通风道内流通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的水洗新风装置,其特征在于,所述新风组件包括新风管道和过滤件,所述新风管道的一端与所述进风口可拆卸连接,所述新风管道的另一端与室外空气连通,所述过滤件设置在所述新风管道与所述进风口连通的一端。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的水洗新风装置,其特征在于,所述出风口位于所述第二壳体的顶部,所述水洗组件与所述出风口相对设置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的水洗新风装置,其特征在于,所述水洗组件包括水洗单元,所述水洗单元包括转轴和水洗件,所述水洗件设置在所述转轴上,以在所述转轴带动下转动并形成水膜;
    所述转轴横置在所述通风道内,所述第一壳体的相对两侧内壁上分别设置有卡槽,所述转轴的两端分别与所述卡槽抵接,并可以相对于所述卡槽转动。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的水洗新风装置,其特征在于,所述水洗组件还包括驱动单元,所述驱动单元安装于所述第二壳体侧壁的外侧,所述驱动单元的输出端与所述转轴的端部连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的水洗新风装置,其特征在于,所述通风道内设置有导流板,所述导流板位于所述进风口与所述水洗组件之间。
  7. 根据权利要求4或5所述的水洗新风装置,其特征在于,所述转轴位于所述水洗液的液面上方。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的水洗新风装置,其特征在于,所述水洗件包括多个沿所述转轴的长度方向层叠设置的叶片,所述叶片的旋转直径小于 所述通风道的高度。
  9. 一种空调内机,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-8任一项所述的水洗新风装置。
  10. 一种空调,其特征在于,包括相互连接的空调外机和权利要求9所述的空调内机。
