Description

一种亮度可调式防水型吸顶灯 技术领域
本实用新型属于室内照明技术领域,涉及一种LED型灯具,特别涉及一种亮度可调式防水型吸顶灯。
背景技术
现有的吸顶灯多为侧发光单功率防水等级IP20,且使用外置驱动,其不足之处有:在运输、安装过程中容易造成电源线、驱动外壳及驱动的损坏,若相互连接的电线绝缘层及驱动外壳的损伤,会产生安全隐患,安全防护等级较低。
现有技术因采用的是外置驱动连接方法,其存在的不足之处有:在产品的包装上需增加体积、重量,灯体与驱动的连接需增加一些电源线及一对专用插头,会增加其生产成本,外置驱动对吸顶灯的整体美观也用影响,使用灯条侧面发光,发光效率低,需使用导光板、反光纸和较多的灯珠,增加生产成本,单功率防水等级为IP20,使用环境和工作场景铰单一。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术中存在的上述问题,提供了一种可提升防水等级至IP54,增加使用环境和工作场景,并同时减少灯珠颗数降低生产成本,亮度可调式防水型吸顶灯。
本实用新型的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:一种亮度可调式防水型吸顶灯,包括底壳、安装盘、面框、驱动电源、LED光源灯条和扩散板,所述的底壳外固定有接线柱和压线帽,所述底壳的侧壁上开设有可供接线柱上导线穿过的通孔,其特征在于,所述的安装盘固定于底壳的上端面并在接触面设置有第一密封圈,所述的面框设置于底壳下方的开口处并在接触面设置有第二密封圈,所述的扩散板设置于面框的下端面,所述的底壳与下方带有扩散板的面框之间构成封闭式的安装腔,安装腔内由上至下依次堆叠有驱动电源和LED光源灯条,所述的驱动电源通过导线贯穿通孔后与接线柱相连,所述的LED光源灯条在安装腔内与驱动电源相连。
上述结构的工作过程:接线柱上的电连接线穿出外界后与电源系统相连,从而使得内置驱动电源通电工作,内置驱动电源的工作使得LED光源灯条亮起,透出的光通过扩散板进行扩散至最大化;本产品在安装时,现将安装盘通过螺丝直接固定在天花板或吊顶板上,再将吸顶灯主体通过旋转的方式卡入安装盘,使其固定在天花板或吊顶上。
进一步优选,塑料底壳的底部开口处可拆式链接有铝面框,其可拆式链接结构为螺纹连接,塑料底壳处设有多个通孔,铝面框的内侧上设有多个于塑料底座底壳通孔相对应的螺纹孔,连接时,将螺钉穿过塑料底座底壳的通孔,并用起子插入螺钉头部的起子槽,再加以拧动,依靠杆身上的螺纹即可拧至铝面框内侧的螺纹孔,并依靠其头部压紧铝外框而实现两者的连接,实现了拆卸便捷。
进一步优选,LED光源灯条增加了透镜,在灯珠减少的情况下整灯光效不变。
进一步优选,透镜通过专用胶水固定于LED光源灯条铝基板上。
进一步优选,内置驱动电源通过螺钉固定于塑料底座壳体的内侧壁上。
进一步优选,扩散板为乳白磨砂扩散板。
进一步优选,安装盘通过旋转连接在塑料底座底壳上。
进一步优选,塑料底座底壳与铝面框连接处设有橡胶密封圈,安装盘与塑料底座底壳连接处设有橡胶圈,安装盘出线孔位置设有硅胶防水扣以实现IP54等级防水。
进一步优选,可通关反复开关控制电源驱动改变功率实现亮度调节,其变换功率为100%/50%/25%/10%。
与现有技术相比,本亮度可调式防水型吸顶灯的有益效果:增加了透镜减少了灯珠颗数,取消了传统的反光纸和导光板,灯条由侧发光改为透镜直发光,降低生产成本,最大程度达到整体的美观;且驱动由外置改成内置;提高了防水等级,增加了四段调光功能。

具体实施方式
以下是本实用新型的具体实施例并结合附图,对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本实用新型并不限于这些实施例。
如图1至图5所示,本可调节亮度透镜发光的具有防水等级IP54的吸顶灯,包括底壳1、安装盘2、面框3、驱动电源4、LED光源灯条5和扩散板6,底壳1外固定有接线柱7和压线帽8,底壳1的侧壁上开设有可供接线柱7上导线穿过的通孔,安装盘2固定于底壳1的上端面并在接触面设置有第一密封圈9,面框3设置于底壳1下方的开口处并在接触面设置有第二密封圈10,扩散板6设置于面框3的下端面,底壳1与下方带有扩散板6的面框3之间构成封闭式的安装腔,安装腔内由上至下依次堆叠有驱动电源4和LED光源灯条5,驱动电源4通过导线贯穿通孔后与接线柱7相连,LED光源灯条5在安装腔内与驱动电源4相连。
底壳1的底部开口处可拆式链接有面框3,其可拆式链接结构为螺纹连接,底壳1的下方开口处可拆卸式链接有面框3,其可拆卸式链接结构为螺纹连接,底壳1与面框3侧方开设有多个位置相对应的螺纹孔。连接时将螺钉穿过螺纹孔,并用起子插入螺钉头部的起子槽,再加以拧动,依靠杆身上的螺纹即可拧至面框3内侧的螺纹孔,并依靠其头部压紧面框3而实现两者的连接。
进一步说明,LED光源灯条5通过两端螺丝固定于底壳1内,LED光源灯条5为铝基板材质,LED光源灯条5的灯珠上通过胶水粘贴有透镜11,通过透镜11使灯珠减少的情况下整灯光效不变。
驱动电源4固定于底壳1内的侧壁,驱动电源4通过螺丝连接底壳1内侧凹槽螺纹孔使整灯结构更加紧凑,进一步的,为了方便驱动电源4固定和起到防护作用,在驱动电源4上增加电源盒盖,电源盒盖可以通过卡扣结构固定于底壳1上。
其中,扩散板6为乳白磨砂板,使得透出的光不刺眼,且光的扩散性能更佳。
安装盘2通过旋转卡设固定于底壳1上,其具体安装结构为现有常规卡设结构,即通过扭簧的一端设有钩件,安装卡扣的端部设有勾型槽,且钩件对应嵌入勾型槽内,勾型槽对钩件进行可拆卸固定。
安装盘2上开设有出线孔12并在出线孔12处卡设有防水硅胶塞13,以实现IP54等级防水,实现了不同使用环境的应用。具体为安装盘2处的密封结构有防水硅胶塞13对出线孔12进行密封,第一密封圈9对安装盘2的接触面进行密封,第二密封圈10对底壳1与面框3的接触面进行密封从而实现IP54等级防水。
驱动电源4通过反复开关控制功率改变实现亮度调节,其变换功率为100%或50%或25%或10%,可以应对不同的工作场景使用。

  1. 一种亮度可调式防水型吸顶灯,包括底壳(1)、安装盘(2)、面框(3)、驱动电源(4)、LED光源灯条(5)和扩散板(6),所述的底壳(1)外固定有接线柱(7)和压线帽(8),所述底壳(1)的侧壁上开设有可供接线柱(7)上导线穿过的通孔,其特征在于,所述的安装盘(2)固定于底壳(1)的上端面并在接触面设置有第一密封圈(9),所述的面框(3)设置于底壳(1)下方的开口处并在接触面设置有第二密封圈(10),所述的扩散板(6)设置于面框(3)的下端面,所述的底壳(1)与下方带有扩散板(6)的面框(3)之间构成封闭式的安装腔,安装腔内由上至下依次堆叠有驱动电源(4)和LED光源灯条(5),所述的驱动电源(4)通过导线贯穿通孔后与接线柱(7)相连,所述的LED光源灯条(5)在安装腔内与驱动电源(4)相连。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种亮度可调式防水型吸顶灯,其特征在于,所述底壳(1)的下方开口处可拆卸式链接有面框(3),其可拆卸式链接结构为螺纹连接,所述的底壳(1)与面框(3)侧方开设有多个位置相对应的螺纹孔。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种亮度可调式防水型吸顶灯,其特征在于,所述的LED光源灯条(5)通过两端螺丝固定于底壳(1)内。
  4. 根据权利要求1或3所述的一种亮度可调式防水型吸顶灯,其特征在于,所述LED光源灯条(5)的灯珠上通过胶水粘贴有透镜(11)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种亮度可调式防水型吸顶灯,其特征在于,所述的驱动电源(4)固定于底壳(1)内的侧壁。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种亮度可调式防水型吸顶灯,其特征在于,所述的扩散板(6)为乳白磨砂板。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种亮度可调式防水型吸顶灯,其特征在于,所述的安装盘(2)通过旋转卡设固定于底壳(1)上。
