背景技术
目前的多功能厨师机的称重一般分为外置式称重及内置式称重,在外置式称重,由于需要频繁取下搅拌容器组件来进行称重,或者通过外部的容器来称重,导致操作上的不方便;而内置式称重,则将重量传感器一端直接固定在底座上,其余的电机组件、托座组件均叠设在重量传感器上;由于电机的高速转动,使用过程中容易因为电机的震动干扰了重量传感器称重的准确度;并且由于电机的震动容易导致重量传感器产生位移或者震动,导致重量传感器容易损坏的问题
有鉴于此,有必要对现有之内置称重功能的厨师机作进一步地改进以解决上述问题。
技术问题
有鉴于此,本发明针对现有技术存在之缺失,其主要目的是提供一种内置独立称重功能的厨师机,其称重组件能够独立于上盖组件及底座组件实现称重功能;同时,能有效地解决现有之具有内置称重功能的厨师机容易因电机的震动导致称重不准确和重量传感器容易损坏的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下之技术方案:
一种内置独立称重功能的厨师机,包括有搅拌容器组件、上盖组件、托座组件、电机组件、称重组件和底座组件;该称重组件安装于底座组件,该电机组件安装于称重组件,该托座组件安装于电机组件,该上盖组件安装于底座组件,该搅拌容器组件可选择性装在托座组件上;其中
该电机组件包括有电机固定板、装设于电机固定板的电机和传动件,该电机固定板通过减震垫安装于称重板;
