一种厨用设备,特别是一种无外机空调带空气净化油烟机,解决了空调油烟一体机结构不合理的问题。设备包括机壳(1),机壳(1)内设有空腔腔室,机壳(1)在下部正面设有油烟进风口(2),且机壳(1)在上部设有油烟排放接口(3);空腔腔室具有油烟腔道和空气净化腔道,所述油烟腔道两端分别连接油烟进风口(2)和油烟排放接口(3),所述油烟腔道内设有抽油烟离心风机(8)和铝制板翅式烟道换热器(9),铝制板翅式烟道换热器(9)提高了冷凝换热效果;空气净化腔道两端具有净化空调进风口(11)与净化空调出风口(12);空气净化腔道内沿风向依次设有第一可换空气净化袋式过滤网(13)和第二可换空气净化袋式过滤网(14),使空气经过两次过滤净化处理。

Description

一种无外机空调带空气净化油烟机 技术领域
本发明涉及一种厨房设备,特别涉及一种无外机空调带空气净化油烟机。
背景技术
在宾馆、饭店、家庭等场所的厨房常会使用到油烟设备,但是传统产品体积大、占地面积广,使用功能也较为单一仅用来除油烟。现在市场上也有油烟空调一体设备,在多方面仍有不足,如空间布局不合理、容易积油淤塞、压缩机挂外墙安装不便等等。
发明内容
针对现有的技术不足,本发明提供一种无外机空调带空气净化油烟机。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种无外机空调带空气净化油烟机,包括机壳,所述机壳内设有空腔腔室,所述机壳在下部正面设有油烟进风口,且机壳在上部设有油烟排放接口,所述空腔腔室具有油烟腔道和空气净化腔道,所述油烟腔道两端分别连接油烟进风口和油烟排放接口,所述油烟进风口处设有集油组件和油烟过滤网,所述油烟腔道内还设有抽油烟离心风机和铝制板翅式烟道换热器,所述空气净化腔道两端具有净化空调进风口与净化空调出风口,且净化空调进风口位于净化空调出风口上方,所述空气净化腔道内沿风向依次具有第一可换空气净化袋式过滤网、第二可换空气净化袋式过滤网、蒸发器和横流风机,所述空腔腔室内对应机壳上部位置 设有压缩机,所述压缩机与铝制板翅式烟道换热器相连通。
优选的,所述集油组件包括盛油管、钢化玻璃挡板以及磁铁固定盛油杯。
优选的,所述铝制板翅式烟道换热器与蒸发器相连通,且铝制板翅式烟道换热器与蒸发器之间设有温控调节流量的毛细管或膨胀阀。
优选的,所述净化空调进风口处设有滑动装配的净化空调罩,所述净化空调罩侧面设有拉手。
优选的,所述净化空调出风口处设有控制启闭的转动电机。
优选的,所述机壳中部侧面上设有空调净化智能控制面板和空调温度净化光控感应提示器,所述机壳内还设有与空调净化智能控制面板电联接的控制线路板模块和电源控制系统。
优选的,所述油烟进风口处设有可转动钢化玻璃面板。
优选的,所述机壳在对应空气净化腔道位置设有磁铁固定活动维护盖。
本发明的有益效果:本发明所提供的一种无外机空调带空气净化油烟机将压缩机设置在烟道装饰罩内达到无外机结构,方便维护和施工安装。烟道装饰罩内设置有铝制板翅式烟道换热器解决了冷凝器的换热效果。装饰罩下位置开设有第一可换空气净化袋式过滤网和第二可换空气净化袋式过滤网经过两次过滤净化处理空气。如果空气净化袋上检测到有油污污染只需要换掉新的过滤网上复合材料过滤袋就可以使用,保证用户方便快捷操作,真正解决了厨房空间内二次空气 净化,保持厨房里良好的空气质量,防止厨房污染保持环境清洁对身体健康更安全。制冷净化集成模块设置在油烟机中部还有进风口和净化出冷风口,解决了夏天厨房空调问题。

具体实施方式
如图1-图4所示,一种无外机空调带空气净化油烟机,包括机壳1,所述机壳1内设有空腔腔室,所述机壳1在下部正面设有油烟进风口2,且机壳1在上部设有油烟排放接口3,所述空腔腔室具有油烟腔道和空气净化腔道,所述油烟腔道两端分别连接油烟进风口2和油烟排放接口3。油烟腔道与空气净化腔道分隔设置,同时进出风口的位置设置有利于净化和除油烟,尽量减少对使用者的冷热混合体感。
所述油烟进风口2处设有集油组件和油烟过滤网4,所述集油组件包括盛油管5、钢化玻璃挡板6以及磁铁固定盛油杯7。通过集油组件的阻挡引流,能够将油烟产生的污油汇集到磁铁固定盛油杯7中。结构稳固、设计巧妙,通过搭接桥接进行布局,使用磁铁进行固定吸引,方便使用。
所述油烟腔道内还设有抽油烟离心风机8和铝制板翅式烟道换热器9。铝制板翅式烟道换热器9为成熟的技术产品,通过板翅式结构加强换热,使用铝材料提高导热性。再通过抽油烟离心风机8增强油烟流动性,加快换热过程,提高抽油烟效果。所述空腔腔室内对应机壳1上部位置设有压缩机10,所述压缩机10与铝制板翅式烟道换热器9相连通。压缩机10的设计在于通过气体流质提高换热效果,此外还可配备水冷装置进行热能回收或者是半导体制冷制热芯片进行热差发电等等,在此不对其做过多阐述和限制。
所述空气净化腔道两端具有净化空调进风口11与净化空调出风口12,且净化空调进风口11位于净化空调出风口12上方,所述空气净化腔道内沿风向依次具有第一可换空气净化袋式过滤网13、第二可换空气净化袋式过滤网14、蒸发器15和横流风机16。净化空调进风口11与净化空调出风口12对应使用者身位,提高体感舒适度。第一可换空气净化袋式过滤网13和第二可换空气净化袋式过滤网14经过两次过滤净化处理空气,如果空气净化袋上检测到有油污污染只需要换掉新的过滤网上复合材料过滤袋就可以使用,保证用户方便快捷操作,真正解决了厨房空间内二次空气净化,保持厨房里良好的空气质量,防止厨房污染保持环境清洁对身体健康更安全。蒸发器15为成熟的技术产品,主要是通过冷媒介质进行换热降温,配合设备或装置同样多种多样,如设置散热器或其他换热/散热结构,在此不对其做过多限制。
所述铝制板翅式烟道换热器9与蒸发器15相连通,且铝制板翅 式烟道换热器9与蒸发器15之间设有温控调节流量的毛细管17或膨胀阀18。使得两处位置的热交换装置相连,能够互补不足。同时,通过毛细管17与膨胀阀18避免一处过热干扰另一处的换热效果。
所述净化空调进风口11处设有滑动装配的净化空调罩19,所述净化空调罩19侧面设有拉手。方便拆装净化空调罩19,对内部进行维护和清洁。
所述净化空调出风口12处设有控制启闭的转动电机20,可控制净化空调出风口12的风量和启闭。
所述机壳1中部侧面上设有空调净化智能控制面板21和与空调温度净化光控感应提示器22,所述机壳1内还设有与空调净化智能控制面板21电联接的控制线路板模块23和电源控制系统24。此为成熟的技术手段,通过传感器以及显示器对用户进行显示和提示,也方便用户操作,在此不对其做过多阐述。
所述油烟进风口2处设有可转动钢化玻璃面板25,方便观察和启闭。
所述机壳1在对应空气净化腔道位置设有磁铁固定活动维护盖26,方便维护和操作。

  1. 一种无外机空调带空气净化油烟机,包括机壳,所述机壳内设有空腔腔室,其特征在于,所述机壳在下部正面设有油烟进风口,且机壳在上部设有油烟排放接口,所述空腔腔室具有油烟腔道和空气净化腔道,所述油烟腔道两端分别连接油烟进风口和油烟排放接口,所述油烟进风口处设有集油组件和油烟过滤网,所述油烟腔道内还设有抽油烟离心风机和铝制板翅式烟道换热器,所述空气净化腔道两端具有净化空调进风口与净化空调出风口,且净化空调进风口位于净化空调出风口上方,所述空气净化腔道内沿风向依次具有第一可换空气净化袋式过滤网、第二可换空气净化袋式过滤网、蒸发器和横流风机,所述空腔腔室内对应机壳上部位置设有压缩机,所述压缩机与铝制板翅式烟道换热器相连通。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种无外机空调带空气净化油烟机,其特征在于,所述集油组件包括盛油管、钢化玻璃挡板以及磁铁固定盛油杯。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的一种无外机空调带空气净化油烟机,其特征在于,所述铝制板翅式烟道换热器与蒸发器相连通,且铝制板翅式烟道换热器与蒸发器之间设有温控调节流量的毛细管或膨胀阀。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种无外机空调带空气净化油烟机,其特征在于,所述净化空调进风口处设有滑动装配的净化空调罩,所述净化空调罩侧面设有拉手。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的一种无外机空调带空气净化油烟机,其特征在于,所述净化空调出风口处设有控制启闭的转动电机。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的一种无外机空调带空气净化油烟机,其特征在于,所述机壳中部侧面上设有空调净化智能控制面板和空调温度净化光控感应提示器,所述机壳内还设有与空调净化智能控制面板电联接的控制线路板模块和电源控制系统。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的一种无外机空调带空气净化油烟机,其特征在于,所述油烟进风口处设有可转动钢化玻璃面板。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的一种无外机空调带空气净化油烟机,其特征在于,所述机壳在对应空气净化腔道位置设有磁铁固定活动维护盖。
