在上述的一种无外机空调带热水回收空气净化集成灶中,所述空调净化装置包括位于壳体顶端的横流风机,所述横流风机内侧的壳体内还设有可拆洗的蒸发器,蒸发器的内侧设有第二可换空气净化袋过滤网,所述第二可换空气净化袋过滤网上端还有第一可换空气净化袋过滤网,所述冷水进水软管和冷水回水软管的端部均穿设在第一可换空气净化袋过滤网和第二可换空气净化袋过滤网之间且两者的端口均插入蒸发器内。
在上述的一种无外机空调带热水回收空气净化集成灶中,所述壳体上位于横流风机外还设有可翻转的空调出风口。
在上述的一种无外机空调带热水回收空气净化集成灶中,所述壳体顶部的侧面还设有空调温度和净化光控感应提示器,所述空调温度和净化光控感应提示器的两侧还设有空调净化控制面板和油烟机控制面板。
本实用新型的有益效果:
1、后端风道底部安装空调制冷热回收设备,压缩机制冷时候产生热量优先通过热水回收利用,剩余热量通过铝制板翅式烟道换热器处理排出烟道体外。四通阀切换后冬天可单独提供热水。
2、后端烟道接口左右方向可掉头箱体内换热铝制板翅片连接离 心风机设计在烟道上部位置,前端厨具设备安装箱体和后端烟道是分体的。
3、后端烟道接口左右方向可掉头箱体上面设有第一吸油接口和第二吸油接口,集成灶上部机头内设有第一可换空气净化袋过滤网和第二可换空气净化袋过滤网。

具体实施方式
如图1-图4所示,一种无外机空调带热水回收空气净化集成灶,包括壳体1,壳体1顶端设有空调净化装置,壳体1的中部设有燃气灶2,燃气灶2与空调净化装置之间设有油烟进风口27,壳体1的内还设有抽油烟机构,壳体1内还设有压缩制冷装置,且压缩制冷装置通过管道与空调净化装置相连接,压缩制冷装置上还连接有热能回收装置。
制冷热水回收设备安装在后端烟道箱体底下部位,铝制板翅式烟道换热器和离心风机连接安装在后端烟道箱体内上端,箱体对外排烟管道接口方向左右可以掉头选用。热水回收利用减少热交换和热量排放达到无外机结构和热水回收利用供应厨房使用得到节能效果,方便 维护和施工安装。机头上设有第一可换空气净化袋过滤网22和第二可换空气净化袋过滤网21经过两道过滤净化处理空气,如果空气净化布袋上检测到有油污污染只需要换掉新的过滤网上布袋就可以再次净化试用,保证用户方便快捷操作,真正解决了厨房溢出油烟的二次净化,保持厨房的空气质量,防止厨房污染环境对身体健康更好的安全防范。制冷净化集成模块设置在集成灶上部有进风口和净化出冷风口,解决了夏天厨房空调问题。这样设计的好处是后端烟道接口左右方向可以掉头箱体,后端风道底部安装制冷热水回收设备,压缩机5制冷时候产生热量优先通过热水回收利用,剩余热量通过铝制板翅式烟道换热器处理排出烟道体外,后端烟道接口左右方向可掉头箱体内换热铝制板翅片连接离心风机设计在烟道上部位置,前端厨具设备安装箱和后端烟道是分体的,后端烟道接口左右方向可掉头箱体上面设有第一吸油接口223和掉头备用的第二吸油接口224,集成灶上部机头内设有第一可换空气净化袋过滤网22和第二可换空气净化袋过滤网21,可分离冷水管快速接头,蒸发器20可以卸下清洗干净的,设计有智能联网系统。
优选的,抽油烟机构包括抽油烟离心风机3和铝制板翘式烟道换热器4,抽油烟离心风机3的出风口与铝制板翘式烟道换热器4相连接,铝制板翘式烟道换热器4也具有出风口且出风口位于壳体1的侧部。
优选的,压缩制冷装置包括压缩机5、板式换热器6、毛细管18、水泵7、冷水保温箱8和四通阀9组成,冷水保温箱8上连接有水泵 7,水泵7与板式换热器6的进水端连接,板式换热器6还通过冷水回水软管11与空调净化装置连接,冷水保温箱8还通过冷水进水软管12与空调净化装置连接,压缩机5通过四通阀9与板式换热器6连接。毛细管18一端与板式换热器6连接,且毛细管18的另一端与铝制板翘式烟道换热器4连接,板式换热器6也通过管道与铝制板翘式烟道换热器4连接。
优选的,冷水保温箱8外还包裹有保温层10。
优选的,热能回收装置包括换热管13、温度传感器14和生活用热水回收保温箱15,生活用热水回收保温箱15上具有自来水进口接口16和热水接口17,温度传感器14固定在生活用热水回收保温箱15的顶端,换热管13位于生活用热水回收保温箱15内且换热管13的进气管伸出生活用热水回收保温箱15外与压缩机5连接,换热管13的出气端也伸出生活用热水回收保温箱15外与四通阀9连接。
优选的,生活用热水回收保温箱15外也包裹有保温层10。
优选的,空调净化装置包括位于壳体1顶端的横流风机19,横流风机19内侧的壳体1内还设有可拆洗的蒸发器20,蒸发器20的内侧设有第二可换空气净化袋过滤网21,第二可换空气净化袋过滤网21上端还有第一可换空气净化袋过滤网22,冷水进水软管12和冷水回水软管11的端部均穿设在第一可换空气净化袋过滤网22和第二可换空气净化袋过滤网21之间且两者的端口均插入蒸发器20内。
优选的,壳体1上位于横流风机19外还设有可翻转的空调出风口23。
优选的,壳体1顶部的侧面还设有空调温度和净化光控感应提示器24,空调温度和净化光控感应提示器24的两侧还设有空调净化控制面板25和油烟机控制面板26;后端风道底部安装空调制冷热回收设备,压缩机5制冷时候产生热量优先通过热水回收利用,剩余热量通过铝制板翅式烟道换热器处理排出烟道体外,后端烟道接口左右方向可掉头箱体内换热铝制板翅片连接离心风机设计在烟道上部位置,前端厨具设备安装箱和后端烟道是分体的;后端烟道接口左右方向可掉头箱体上面设有第一吸油接口223和掉头备用的第二吸油烟接口224,集成灶上部机头内设有第一可换空气净化袋过滤网22和第二可换空气净化袋过滤网21。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种无外机空调带热水回收空气净化集成灶,包括壳体(1),其特征在于,所述壳体(1)顶端设有空调净化装置,壳体(1)的中部设有燃气灶(2),所述燃气灶(2)与空调净化装置之间设有油烟进风口(27),所述壳体(1)内位于油烟进风口(27)下方设有两条相互平行的管道一和管道二且管道一和管道二均可与油烟进风口(27)连通,所述壳体(1)的下端还设有分体式的箱体一(111)和箱体二(222),所述箱体二(222)的顶部设有能分别与管道一和管道二换向连接的第一吸油接口(223)和第二吸油接口(224),所述箱体二(222)的内设有抽油烟机构,抽油烟机构包括抽油烟离心风机(3)和铝制板翘式烟道换热器(4),所述铝制板翘式烟道换热器(4)的出风口位于箱体二(222)的侧部,所述箱体二(222)能通过左右换向使抽油烟离心风机(3)通过第一吸油接口(223)或第二吸油接口(224)与任一管道一或管道二对接,箱体二(222)内还设有压缩制冷装置,且压缩制冷装置通过管道与所述空调净化装置相连接,所述压缩制冷装置上还连接有热能回收装置。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种无外机空调带热水回收空气净化集成灶,其特征在于,所述空调净化装置包括位于壳体(1)顶端的横流风机(19),所述横流风机(19)内侧的壳体(1)内还设有可拆洗的蒸发器(20),蒸发器(20)的内侧设有第二可换空气净化袋过滤网(21),所述第二可换空气净化袋过滤网(21)上端还有第一可换空气净化袋过滤网(22),所述冷水进水软管(12)和冷水回水软管(11)的端部均穿设在第一可换空气净化袋过滤网(22)和第二可换空气净化袋 过滤网(21)之间且两者的端口均插入蒸发器(20)内。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种无外机空调带热水回收空气净化集成灶,其特征在于,所述箱体一(111)上具有用于安装烤箱、消毒锅和餐具的内腔。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种无外机空调带热水回收空气净化集成灶,其特征在于,所述壳体(1)上位于横流风机(19)外还设有可翻转的空调出风口(23)。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的一种无外机空调带热水回收空气净化集成灶,其特征在于,所述压缩制冷装置包括压缩机(5)、板式换热器(6)、铝制板翘式烟道换热器(4)、毛细管(18)、水泵(7)、冷水保温箱(8)和四通阀(9)组成,所述冷水保温箱(8)上连接有水泵(7),所述水泵(7)与板式换热器(6)的进水端连接,板式换热器(6)还通过冷水回水软管(11)与空调净化装置连接,所述冷水保温箱(8)还通过冷水进水软管(12)与空调净化装置连接,所述压缩机(5)通过四通阀(9)与板式换热器(6)连接。所述毛细管(18)一端与板式换热器(6)连接,且毛细管(18)的另一端与铝制板翘式烟道换热器(4)连接,所述板式换热器(6)也通过管道与铝制板翘式烟道换热器(4)连接。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的一种无外机空调带热水回收空气净化集成灶,其特征在于,所述冷水保温箱(8)外还包裹有保温层(10)。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的一种无外机空调带热水回收空气净化集成灶,其特征在于,所述热能回收装置包括换热管(13)、温度传感器(14) 和生活用热水回收保温箱(15),所述生活用热水回收保温箱(15)上具有自来水进口接口(16)和热水接口(17),所述温度传感器(14)固定在生活用热水回收保温箱(15)的顶端,所述换热管(13)位于生活用热水回收保温箱(15)内且换热管(13)的进气管伸出生活用热水回收保温箱(15)外与压缩机(5)连接,所述换热管(13)的出气端也伸出生活用热水回收保温箱(15)外与四通阀(9)连接。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的一种无外机空调带热水回收空气净化集成灶,其特征在于,所述生活用热水回收保温箱(15)外也包裹有保温层(10)。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的一种无外机空调带热水回收空气净化集成灶,其特征在于,所述壳体(1)顶部的侧面还设有空调温度和净化光控感应提示器(24),所述空调温度和净化光控感应提示器(24)的两侧还设有空调净化控制面板(25)和油烟机控制面板(26)。
