Tons of plastic waste is thrown away in the world, on land and, in the sea every year. The chemicals released to the soil and, the environment in plastic waste both during the production of plastic and after the production of plastic pose a great threat to life. For this reason, although there are searches for alternative raw materials, a sufficient level has not been reached.
Wood, which is used as another raw material source in the world, is more environmentally friendly than plastic, but there are major problems such that it is not an endless resource and forest areas are destroyed, the current demand cannot be met, it requires high labor for its production in the desired forms, especially because it is a production based on handcraft rather than machine production.
Wooden raw materials are generally cut in the desired sizes and dimensions, and the cut wood is shaped according to the product to be produced. In particular, in products and objects that require fine craftsmanship, handcraft comes into prominence. In this case, it causes increased costs and insufficient serial production. At the same time, wood wastes are mostly cannot used and destroyed by incineration.
The patent document numbered TR2016/05022 in the state of the art discloses incorporation of powdered wood in a mortar mixture used during the construction of the building. This invention defined as more environmentally friendly, relates to the combination of powdered wood with different chemicals in the construction industry and it does not include an improvement in the shaping of powdered wood.
As a result, when the current applications are considered; it is thought that there is no content regarding the powdering of the wood and its processing in the desired forms.

Detailed Description of the Invention
In this detailed description, the preferred embodiments of the inventive composition used in the production of raw material are described for clarifying the subject matter in a manner and such that no limiting effect is created.
The present invention is a wood-based, environmentally friendly, compound mixture that can be used in various sectors, characterized in that; it mainly comprises wood dust, CaCO3, plastic material, paraffin wax and zinc.
Wood powder is environmentally-friendly, can be obtained as a result of recycling wood or wood-based products, has antibacterial properties, has high impact resistance, is not splintery compared to wood, and provides easy shaping.
CaCO3 (Calcium carbonate) is an inorganic compound that increases strength and durability when combined with wood powder. It also facilitates rapid dissolving in nature. It makes a very important contribution for providing environmental balance.
Plastic material has different types such as Polyethylene (PE), Polypropylene (PP), Polystyrene (PS), Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), Polycarbonate (PC), Polyamide (Nylon) and is used to support the binding of the formulation. It also provides durability and strength to the composition. Non-reactivity, non-toxic effect, non-water permeability, colorless nature are some of the reasons for using this composition.
Paraffin Wax (CnH2n+2) is an organic component and its most basic feature is its being extremely irrelative to water. This increases the water resistance of the composition. It also gives the wood a protective feature and increases its resistance to heat.
Zinc (Zn) is a brittle metal and its boiling point is very low. Since it is not a combustible element, when combined with powder wood, it provides a non-flammable feature. It also harmonizes the substances in the composition.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention; said composition comprises the following by weight;
- 30-70% Wood powder
- 10-40% CaCO3
- 5-25% Plastic material
- 2-4% Paraffin wax
- 0,5-1 ,5% Zinc (Zn).
In an embodiment of the invention, said composition comprises the following;
- 60% Wood powder
- 20% CaCO3
- 15% Plastic material
- 4% Paraffin wax
1% Zinc (Zn).
Inventive wood raw material composition ensures that the compound mixture obtained by combining recyclable plastic, and powder wood CaCO3, paraffin wax, and zinc is applied in the desired molds and transformed into a product.
The powdered wood used in the production of the inventive compound mixture is first obtained by powdering the wood. The moisture of the powder wood obtained must be removed. Wood powder needs to be exposed to a temperature of 80 °C - 100 °C so as to remove its moisture. The wood powder removed from moisture is taken into a mixer. CaCO3 is then added into the mixer. In the next step, the plastic material is powdered and added to the mixer. Then paraffin wax and zinc are added to the mixer.
The inventive compound mixture is brought to a temperature of 60 °C in the mixer, and all the added material is mixed for at least 15-20 minutes to become homogeneous. The mixture is mixed homogeneously in a double auger extruder machine or a single auger extruder machine and is compounded.
The inventive compound mixture can be stored in closed bags after mixing homogeneously in the extruder machine.
The obtained compound mixture is transferred to the injection machine. The final product comes from the molds determined for the product to be produced in the injection machine.
