Description: Title of Invention:
AN AI-BASED SYSTEM FOR PROCESSING OF INDUSTRIAL RAW MATERIALS AND
DIFFERENT OPERATIONS THEREOF
Technical Field
[0001] It is the time to explore, find and process raw materials, to propose and prepare methods, instruments and facilities of processing, to control the materials, methods, instruments and facilities while processing (e.g. extraction, mining, excavation), and to assess and control processed materials or related products completely automatically, by artificial intelligence means (Al-Based), to watch the materials and the products before/during/after processing them [Fig. 1], This system, HAMED MD, is a comprehensive one to do this and to help all the people around the world or even universe, when travellingto Moon or Mars for instance, disregarding of their race, religion, wealth, etc. It also could be useful forthose that are in distant places without accessing to specialists (e.g. mining engineers), those who live in poor areas or those who travel to distant places without accessing to any specialist. The benefit of HAM ED M D is to help exploring, finding, processing, assessing and controlling all kind of materials and related products to see if the materials/products are in good conditions from initial stages (raw materials) to processed materials or related products. HAMED MD can also monitor damages/inefficiencies in the materials or related products (if any), the methods/instruments/facilities used in processes and the environmental conditions in which the materials/products are and will be processed . HAM ED M D can be usedfor all kind of materials like metals, stones, pearls, gold, silver, copper, treasures and so on. Providing that HAMED MD will be used globally, raw and processed materials and related products can be monitored around the world and some useful information (like availability of certain materials in the case of needs in different areas) can be obtained and managed. Thereby, HAMED M Dean estimate required future needs like human resources and otherfacilities to handle different situations before they actually would be happened .
[0002] First, there is a need forcollecting all the data required to control the materials, related materials, processes, methods, instruments and facilities: MD. DATABASE Unit. In this unit, general, specific, environmental conditions, and costs and revenues data should be prepared forfurtheranalysis. General data contains data of all materials (raw or processed ones) and related products in addition to methods, instruments and facilities of processing, e.g. shape and color of raw materials. U nique data of the materials found and processed by each client, used methods, instruments and facilities of processing, and characteristics of the processed materials and related products can be stored as specific data. Otherdata in MD.DATABASE Unit contains: the environmental conditions in which the materials (or related products) are and are processed, as well as costs of processing of each material (or related product) and calculated revenues.
[0003] All the data from MD.DATABASE Unit is sorted and prepared in MD.ALGORITHMS Unit for every single material (or related product) and method/instrument/facility of processing of the materials in such a way that can show correct forms of the materials, related products, and methods, instruments and facilities of processing the materials in different stages (from raw materials to processed ones) with regard to their needed costs and proposed revenues, and the environmental conditions in which the materials are processing in order to be controlled more easily in MD.AIU Unit with the information that will be extracted and processed via MD. INPUTS and MD.PROCESSING units. A simplified example of such algorithms is represented in [Fig. 2], [0004] MD. DATABASE and MD. ALGORITHMS units are designed to classify the materials/product, methods, instruments and facilities of processing and other related data based on existed knowledge. These units can be the first stream of HAMED MD. The second stream is to analyze the materials (raw, processed ones and while processing) and related products of the clients, and the methods, instruments and facilities of processing used by the clients, in addition to the environmental conditions to get information about them. This stream contains two stages named MD.INPUTS Unit and MD.PROCESSING Unit.
[0005] MD.INPUTS Unit is added to HAMED MD for getting data of the raw materials, the materials while processing, produced materials and related products of the clients, used methods, instruments and facilities of processing, and the environmental conditions directly or indirectly. A person can tell the system some features manually like owned raw material(s). In addition, HAMED MD can monitor conditions of the materials/products, methods, instruments and facilities of processing, and the environment using some electronic devices such as cameras, and special sensors (e.g. infrared, ultra-sonic, location).
[0006] In MD.PROCESSING Unit, data from MD.INPUTS Unit will be analyzed. The primary purpose of this unit is to check and understand properties (e.g. shape) of the materials (raw, while processing, processed/produced), related products, methods, instruments and facilities of processing, and the environmental conditions in which the materials are processing and producing. It is also feasible to get data (from the MD.INPUTS Unit) before and after a period of time, then, changes in the materials and related products (or otherrelated information) can be drawn. Other data from MD.INPUTS unit will also be checked and processed, like the data told HAMED MD by the client manually using voice processing techniques.
[0007] The output of the two streams introduced earlier would then go to the artificial intelligence unit (MD.AIU), those are the output of MD. ALGORITHMS and MD.PROCESSING units. MD.AIU is the heart of the system and is responsible to explore, detect, process, control and assess the materials (raw, while processing, processed/produced) and related products, to propose, prepare and control methods, instruments and facilities of processing, and to check and control the environmental conditions in which the materials are processing and producing in order to maintain/enhance quality and efficiency of the materials, related products, methods, instruments and facilities of processing (analyzing the output of MD.PROCESSING Unit with regard to M D. DATABASE and MD. ALGORITHMS units). This matching process can be done using different artificial intelligence techniques like machine learning, pattern recognition, statistics, data mining, and so on. Also, MD.AIU can access to MD. DATABASE Unit and write data gathered from the materials, related products, methods, instruments and facilities of processing, the environment and others there (for the user), or get any data needed for its main tasks.
[0008] The nextstep of HAMED M D is to tell the results to the clients via MD.COM M Unit. It is preferred to use deep fake for making HAMED MD more realistic. This will help people to contact with the system more easily and feel bettercontacting with HAMED MD. It can be the face of a person, like myself, or an animation character. Kids may make contacts with animation better. Clients can choose whoeverwant to be their materials doctor. MD.COMM Unit can tell the clients the conditions of the materials, related products, required methods, instruments and facilities of processing, the environment (or other related issues). If HAMED MD would detectsome deficiencies in processingthe materials or proposed methods, instruments and facilities, MD.COMM Unit will communicate failures detected in MD.AIU Unit and tell necessary and required actions to the clients. For instance, if the characteristics of a processed material is not appropriate and HAMED MD detects a defect in the method of processing used by the client, required correction(s) will be communicated to the client via MD.COMM unit. If the system could not reach a decision due to incomplete or inaccurate data of the materials, related products, methods, instruments and facilities of processing or other inputs, MD.COMM will tell the clients and the process will be jumped backed to the initial stage, MD. IN PUTS. Providing that some further required actions (like correction(s)) requested by the clients or detected by the system, HAMED MD can offer some sorts of solutions: continuous watching of the materials, related products, methods, instruments and facilities of processing, and the environment (MD.CW), real assistants' (e.g. engineers') help (MD.RA), needed instruments or facilities for processing or other tasks (MD.SUP), financing for purchasing instruments or other facilities (MD.FIN), insurance offers (MD.INSUR), needed workforces/employees (MD.EMP), marketing the products (MD.MARK) and learning about materials, related products, related methods, instruments and facilities of processing, and so on (MD.LEARN). The results of all the materials, related products, methods, instruments and facilities of processing of the materials owned, produced or done by all the clients can then be gathered in MD.MAN Unit. These units will be described in the following paragraphs.
[0009] HAMED MD can offer continuous watching via MD.CW Unit to help clients controlling the materials/products, processes, the environmental conditions and the tasks (mentioned as MD.AIU main tasks) seamlessly and in any places. This feature is very helpful for watching the materials/products, and the processes continuously without any helps of humans like mining engineers.
[0010] In some cases, clients may desire to consult with real assistants (e.g. mining engineers), or the system cannot reach a decision and need helps from real experts for instance, so MD.RA Unit is responsible to make connections with real humans and experts. Experts (like engineers) can also use HAMED MD via MD.RA Unit to get extra information based on the data stored in MD. DATABASE Unit as well as information of their materials/products, the processes and the environment analyzed by HAMED MD.
[0011] Clients may need some sorts of instruments or facilities to explore/ ind, process, assess and control the materials and related products, thereby, MD.SUP Unit can provide those facilities and instruments directly (using its own delivery system) or by making relationships with other companies or stores. This feature can help clients satisfying their needs while using HAMED MD easily, no matterwhere they live.
[0012] MD.FIN Unit can help clients buyingtheir needs like instruments orfacilities by providingfinancing facilities (e.g. loan).
[0013] HAMED MD, via MD.INSUR Unit, can insure the materials/products, properties/instruments/facilities (e.g. mines), employees and so on, or make relationships with other insurance companies to help supporting clients financially if they encounter any issues while using the system.
[0014] MD.EMP Unit is designed to help clients to find any workforces (employees) they may need during the process of exploring, finding, processing, assessing and controlling the materials and related products. [0015] To sell the materials or related products (e.g. golds, jewelries) of HAMED MD, MD.MARK Unit is attached to HAM ED M D to help clients for marketing purposes such as evaluating supply and demand for each material (and related product), appropriate markets forthe product and so on.
[0016] MD. LEARN Unit is a way for clients to learn about different materials and related products, methods, instruments and facilities of processing the materials, and so on for increasing their knowledge or justfor entertainment.
[0017] Information of clients at collective level can be gathered and monitored via MD.MAN Unit. It is a whole management unit and is useful to understand societies' information like available materials (whether are raw or processed) or related products, potentials of producing them, demands for instruments and other facilities needed for the processes and so on. Providing that HAMED MD will be used globally, raw and processed materials and related products can be monitored around the world and some useful information (like availability of certain materials in the case of needs in different areas) can be obtained and managed. Thereby, HAMED M Dean estimate required future needs like human resources and other facilities to handle differentsituations before they actually would be happened.

Summary of Invention
[0030] HAMED MD is a completely automatic doctor to explore, find and process raw materials, to propose and prepare methods, instruments and facilities of processing, to control the materials, methods, instruments and facilities while processing (e.g. extraction, mining, excavation), and to assess and control processed materials or related products. HAMED MD can help clients find, process, assess and control all kind of materials and related products without any human assistance (e.g. engineer's help) to watch if the materials/products are in good conditions from initial stages (raw materials) to processed materials or related products, and to monitor damages/problems in the materials or related products (if any), the instruments/facilities used in processes and the environmental conditions in which the materials/products are and will be processed. HAMED MD can be used for all kind of materials and related products. Providing that HAMED MD will be used globally, raw and processed materials and related products can be monitored around the world and some useful information (like availability of certain materials in the case of needs in different areas) can be obtained and managed. Thereby, HAMED MDcan estimate required future needs like human resources and other facilities to handle different situations before theyactually would be happened.
Technical Problem
[0031] MD. DATABASE Unit needs data of all materials (raw or processed ones) and related products in addition to methods, instruments and facilities of processing (e.g. shape and color of raw materials), the materials found and processed by each client, used methods, instruments and facilities of processing, characteristics of the processed materials and related products, the environmental conditions, costs and revenues, and other data to be prepared for further analysis. However, this can be done step by step; a limited numberof materials and/orother data can be stored at first, and then, otherdata will be added to HAMED MD.
[0032] Another milestone of HAMED MD is MD.PROCESSING Unit where it is needed how to process image of the materials/products, instruments and facilities and voice of the clients for manual inputting of the information like characteristics of the owned material(s) by the client. Nowadays there are a lot of methods for image and voice processing to reach these purposes of the system.
[0033] The important part of HAMED MD is MD.AIU Unit where abovementioned features should be controlled. Thereby, methods should be designed carefully and efficiently. [0034] Ultimately, using deep fake in MD.COM MM Unit needs precise methods and these would be more realistic in near future, although it is now good in some extent.
Advantageous Effects of Invention
[0035] HAMED MD is a comprehensive system to explore, find and process raw materials, to propose and prepare methods, instrumentsand facilities of processing, to control the materials, methods, instruments and facilities while processing (e.g. extraction, mining, excavation), and to assess and control processed materials or related products completely automatically, by artificial intelligence means (Al -Based), and without any help of specialists in order to watch the materials and the products before/during/after processingthem
[0036] HAMED MD can help all the people around the world or even universe, when travelling to Moon or Mars for instance, disregardingof their race, religion, wealth, etc.

Fig.2
[0044] [fig.2] A simplified example of a material (gold) algorithm: controlling if client's gold has the desired characteristics and been enriched well enough.
Description of Embodiments [0045] MD. DATABASE Unit stores all the data required for HAMED MD, and MD.ALGORITHMS Unit represents correct forms of the materials, related products, and methods, instruments and facilities of processing the materials in different stages (from raw materials to processed ones) with regard to their needed costs and proposed revenues, and the environmental conditions in which the materials are processing in order to be controlled more easily in MD.AIU Unit for further analysis. MD.DATABASE and MD.ALGORITHMS units shape the first stream reaching MD.AIU Unit. The second stream includes MD. IN PUTS and MD. PROCESSING units which then are joined to the first stream and connected to MD.AIU Unit. MD.AIU is the heart of the system and is responsible to explore, detect, process, control and assess the materials (raw, while processing, processed/produced) and related products, to propose, prepare and control methods, instruments and facilities of processing, and to check and control the environmental conditions in which the materials are processingand producing in orderto maintain/enhance quality and efficiency of the materials, related products, methods, instruments and facilities of processing (analyzing the output of MD.PROCESSING Unitwith regard to MD.DATABASEand MD.ALGORITHMS units). The next step of HAMED M D is to tell the results to the clients via MD.COMM Unit. Ultimately, there are some sorts of facilities that can be offered by HAMED MD named as: MD.CW, MD.RA, MD.SUP, MD.FIN, MD.INSUR, MD.EMP, MD.MARK, MD.LEARN, and MD.MAN.
Examples
[0046] [fig.2] is a simplified example of a material (gold) algorithm. It can control if client's gold has the desired characteristics and been enriched well enough.
[0047] Providing that the characteristics of the gold are like desired common gold after extraction and/or processes done by HAMED MD, and the gold has been enriched well by the client, HAMED MD will communicate to the client that his/her gold has the desired characteristics and been enriched well.
[0048] Otherwise, MD.COMM Unitwarns and proposes required solutions (like changes or corrections in method(s) of processes) to the client.
Industrial Applicability
[0049] Everywhere that a person needs to explore, find and process raw materials (of any kind), to propose and prepare methods, instruments and facilities of processing, to control the materials, methods, instruments and facilities while processing (e.g. extraction, mining, excavation), and to assess and control processed materials or related products without a specialist.
