Abstract

A system and method to teach all kind of professions (knowledge/experiences) to the clients, to propose best appropriate professions for each client, and to help watching and controlling people while learning/doing their professions/tasks to understand if they have been taught and learned well enough, and if their products/services are appropriate enough during/after making things or giving services.

Description

HAMED TD
Technical Field
[0001] It is the time to teach individuals any professions and to examine and control humans' knowledge/experiences (both theoretically and practically) and produced products or done services of all professions completely automatically, by artificial intelligence means (Al-Based), to watch the people during learning/doing their professions/tasks [Fig. 1], This system, HAM EDTD, is a comprehensive one to do these and to help all the people around the world disregarding of their race, religion, wealth, etc. It also could be useful for those that are in distant places without accessing to specialists (e.g. carpenters, masons, engineers), those who live in poor areas or those who travel to distant places without accessing to any specialist. The benefits of HAMEDTD are to teach all kind of professions (knowledge/experiences) to the clients, to propose best appropriate professions for each client, and to help watching people when doing their professions/tasks to understand if they have been taught and learned well enough, and if their products/services are appropriate enough (with regard to the knowledge learned by the clients) during/after making things or giving services. HAMED TD can also assess both theoretical and practical aspects of knowledge/experiences and professions/tasks of the clients, examine efficiencies or deficiencies of products/services, propose corrections or enhancements to the clients and for the products/services, and control needed instruments/facilities in addition to the environmental conditions in which the client is learning or working. HAMED TD can be used for all kind of jobs and professions. Providing that HAMED TD will be used globally, skilled people in each profession, products/services, needed instruments and facilities can be monitored around the world and some useful information (like availability of certain products/services in the case of needs in different areas) can be obtained and managed. Thereby, HAMED TD can estimate required future needs like human resources and other facilities to handle different situations before they actually would be happened .
[0002] First, there is a need for collecting all the data required to teach and examine knowledge of the clients, to watch their tasks while learning/doing their professions, and to control the products/services made by the clients: TD. DATABASE Unit. In this unit, general, specific, products/services, instruments/facilities, and costs and revenues data should be prepared forfurther analysis. General data contains data of all professions, e.g. howto dothem, and required knowledge. Uniquedata of the clients about their knowledge, skills, previously done products/services, their owned instruments/facilities and other related data can be stored as specific data. Other data in TD.DATABASE Unit contains: products/services that can be made or proposed by each profession, instruments/facilities which are useful or crucial for each profession, as well as costs of producing products/services and calculated revenues.
[0003] All the data from TD.DATABASE Unit is sorted and prepared in TD. ALGORITHMS Unit for every single profession in such a way that can show required knowledge and correct forms of doing the profession (for every single task), produced products/services with regard to needed instruments/facilities, their needed costs and proposed revenues, and the environmental conditions in which the profession is being done in order to be controlled more easily in TD.AIU Unit with the information that will be gotten and processed via TD.INPUTS and TD.PROCESSING units. A simplified example of such algorithms is represented in [Fig. 2],
[0004] TD. DATABASE and TD.ALGORITHMS units are designed to classify professions and other related data based on existed knowledge. These units can be the first stream of HAMED TD. The second stream is to analyze clients, their produced products/services and their owned instruments/facilities to get information about them like: their current knowledge about desired profession(s) and forms of doing them, shapes and conditions of their produced products/services and owned instruments/facilities in addition to the environmental conditions. This stream contains two stages named TD. INPUTS Unit and TD.PROCESSING Unit.
[0005] TD. IN PUTS Unit is added to HAMED TD forgetting data of the clients, their products/services, their instruments/facilities and the environmental conditions directly or indirectly. A person can tell the system some features manually like owned instruments. In addition, HAMED TD can monitor the clients' knowledge, way(s) of doing the professions, conditions of the clients' products/services, conditions of the instruments/facilities, and the environment conditions in which the clients are doing the professions or making goods or giving services using some electronic devices such as cameras, microphones and special sensors (e.g. ultra-sonic, laser measure).
[0006] In TD.PROCESSING Unit, data from TD.INPUTS Unit will be analyzed. The primary purpose of this unit is to check and understand the clients' knowledge, ways of doing professions by the clients, properties of the produced goods and given services, conditions of the needed instruments/facilities, and the environmental conditions in which the client is learning or working. It is also feasible to get data (from the TD.INPUTS Unit) before and after a period of time, then, changes in the characteristics of the clients' knowledge, ways of doing professions by the clients, products/services, instruments/facilities, or other related information can be drawn. Other data from TD.INPUTS unit will also be checked and processed, like the data told HAMEDTD by the client manually using voice processing techniques. Anotheroption for TD.PROCESSING Unit is to make connection with HAMED PD (PCT/IB2021/ 053248) to check the clients regarding their diseases if they already have or may encounter with during doing their professions and making goods and services.
[0007] The output of the two streams introduced earlier would then go to the artificial intelligence unit TD.AIU), those are the output of TD.ALGORITHMS and TD.PROCESSING units. TD.AIU is the heart of the system and is responsible to teach clients all kind of professions, to propose best appropriate professions for each client, and to automatically control the clients' knowledge, way(s) of doing professions by the clients, properties of the produced goods and given services, conditions of the needed instruments/facilities, and the environmental conditions in which the client is learning or working in order to maintain/enhance clients' knowledgeaboutthe professions, clients' skills of doingthe professions, and quality and efficiency of the products/services (analyzing the output of TD.PROCESSING Unit with regard to TD. DATABASE and TD.ALGORITHMS units). This matching process can be doneby using different artificial intelligence techniques like machine learning, pattern recognition, statistics, data mining, and so on. Also, TD.AIU can access to TD. DATABASE Unit and write data gathered from the clients, products/services, instruments/facilities, the environment and others there, or get any data needed for its main tasks.
[0008] The nextstep of HAMED TD is to tell the results to the clients via TD.COMM Unit. It is preferred to use deep fake for making HAMED TD more realistic. This will help people to contact with the system more easily and feel better contacting with HAMED TD. It can be the face of a person, like myself, or an animation character. Kids may make contacts with animation better. Clients can choose whoeverwant to be their teaching doctor. TD.COMM Unit communicates with the clients to propose best appropriate professions for each client, and then, clients can choose their desired professions from t he proposed ones or any otherthat they may like to learn. Furthermore, TD.COMM Unit communicates with the clients to teach all kind of professions using videos, voices, e-books and so on. Moreover, TD.COMM Unit can tell the clients their knowledge levels in desired professions, the conditions (like accuracy and quality) of learning/doing professions, characteristics of produced products or done services, and conditions of the instruments/facilities (and other related issues) while they are using HAMED TD. If HAMED TD would detect some deficiencies in the clients' knowledge (theoretical issues), way of doing professions by the clients (practical issues), products/services, instruments/facilities, or other issues, TD.COMM Unit will communicate failures detected in TD.AlU Unit and tell necessary and required actions/corrections to the clients. For instance, if the quality of a product is not so good and HAM ED TD detects it is due to some reasons like weak quality of an instruments or lack of enough skill of the client, required corrections (e.g. changing the instrument or enhancing the client's skills by offering some methods) will be communicated to the client via TD.COMM unit. If the system could not reach a decision due to incomplete or inaccurate data of the clients, products/services, instruments/facilities or other inputs, TD.COMM will tell the clients and the process will bejumped backed tothe initial stage, TD.INPUTS. Providingthat some furtheractions needed by the clients or detected by the system, HAM ED TD can offer some sorts of solutions: continuous watching of the clients, products/services, and instruments/facilities (TD.CW), real assistants' help (TD.RA), needed instruments or facilities for doing the professions, making goods, giving services or other tasks (TD.SUP), financing for purchasing instruments or other facilities (TD.FIN), insurance offers (TD.INSUR), needed workforces/employees (TD.EMP), marketing the products (TD.MARK) and learning about different professions, products/services of each profession, required instruments/facilities of each profession, and so on (TD. LEARN). Furthermore, the results of all the clients can then be gathered in TD.MAN Unit. Moreover, there is an option for HAMED TD to make contacts with HAMED PD via TD.PD Unit. These units will be described in the following paragraphs.
[0009] HAMED TD can offer continuous watching via TD.CW Unit to help controlling the clients while learning or doing professions, products/services, instruments/facilities, and other tasks (mentioned as TD.AIU main tasks) seamlessly and in any places. This feature is very helpful for watching clients continuously without any helps of specialists.
[0010] In some cases, clients may desire to consult with real assistants (e.g. carpenters, masons, engineers), or the system cannot reach a decision and need helps from real specialists, so TD.RA Unit is responsible to make connections with real humans and experts. Expertscan also use HAM EDTD via TD.RA Unit to get extra information based on the data stored in TD. DATABASE Unit as well as information of the clients (as trainees or skilled workforces), products, services, or other issues analyzed by HAM ED TD.
[0011] Clients may need some sorts of instruments or facilities to learn or do their professions, and to make goods/services, thereby, TD.SUP Unit can provide those facilities and instruments directly (using its own delivery system) or by making relationships with other companies or stores. This feature can help clients satisfyingtheir needs while using HAMED TD easily, no matterwhere they live.
[0012] TD.FIN Unit can help clients buying their needs like facilities/instruments needed for their professions by providing financing facilities (e.g. loan). [0013] HAMED TD, via TD.INSUR Unit, can insure clients, clients' products/services, clients' facilities/instruments and employees, or make relationships with other insurance companies to help supporting clients financially if theyencounterany issues while usingthe system.
[0014] TD.EMP Unit is designed to help clients to find any workforces (employees) they may need during the process of doing professions and making/doing related products/services.
[0015] To sell products/services of HAM ED TD, TD. MARK Unit is attached to HAM EDTD to help clients for marketing purposes such as evaluating supply and demand for each product, appropriate markets for the products and so on.
[0016] TD.LEARN Unit is a way for clients to learn about different professions, products/services of each profession, required instruments/facilities of each profession, and others for increasing their knowledge or justfor entertainment.
[0017] Information of clients at collective level can be gathered and monitored via TD.MAN Unit. It is a whole management unit and is useful to understand societies' information like availability of specialists and their knowledge in different professions, availability of related products/services, potentials of producing/doing a variety of products/services and their quality, demands for instruments and other facilities needed for producing products or doing services and so on. Providing that HAMED TD will be used globally, skilled people in each profession, products/services, needed instruments and facilities can be monitored around the world and some useful information (like availability of certain products/services in the case of needs in different areas) can be obtained and managed. Thereby, HAM EDTD can estimate required future needs like human resources and other facilities to handle different situations before they actually would be happened.
[0018] As discussed in paragraph [0006], another option for HAMED TD is to make connection with HAMED PD to check the clients regardingtheir diseases if they already have or may encounter with during doingtheir professions and making goods and services such as encountering with an injury while using an instrument. TD.PD Unit is an interface for doing this purpose.
