Abstract

It is the time to analyze, propose, do and control human resources management (HRM) tasks completely automatically, using artificial intelligence means (AI-Based), to watch, to manage and to control HRM issues using related data, measures and metrics [Fig. 1]. This system, HAMED HRD, is a comprehensive one to do these and to help all the people around the world disregarding of their race, religion, wealth, etc. It also could be useful for those that are in distant places without accessing to specialists (e.g. human resources managers), those who live in poor areas or those who travel to distant places without accessing to any specialist. The benefit of HAMED HRD is to help businesses while doing HRM in order to see if related HRM activities are being done desirably, efficiently, and effectively, and if the HRM tasks are optimized well enough and are profitable. HAMED HRD can also monitor damages/inefficiencies in the processes, methods, programs, plans, instruments, devices, facilities and so on (if any) and the environmental conditions in which the HRM activities are being done. HAMED HRD can be used for all kind of businesses. HAMED HRD can also monitor damages/inefficiencies in the processes, methods, programs, plans, instruments, devices, facilities and so on (if any) and the environmental conditions in which the HRM activities are being done. [Claim 1] HAMED HRD is a completely automatic doctor to analyze, plan, propose, do and control human resources management tasks using artificial intelligence means (Al-Based), to watch, to manage and to control human resources management issues using related data, measures and metrics, HAMED HRD can help all the businesses while doing human resources management in order to see if related human resources management activities are being done desirably, efficiently, and effectively, and if the human resources management tasks are optimized well enough and are profitable, and also HAMED HRD can monitor damages/inefficiencies in the processes, methods, programs, plans, instruments, devices, facilities and so on (if any) and the environmental conditions in which the human resources management activities are being done, characterized by HRD.AIU, which get the outputs of HRD.ALGORITHMS and HRD.PROCESSING units (the outputs of HRD. DATABASE and HRD.INPUTS units respectively), HRD.COMM, HRD.CW, HRD.RA, HRD.SUP, HRD.FIN, HRD.INSUR, HRD.EMP, HRD.LEARN, and HRD.MAN units [fig. 1],
[Claim 2] According to the claim 1, HRD. DATABASE Unit is characterized in a way that can store all the required data: general, specific, needed data, and costs and revenues.
[Claim 3] According to the claims 1 and 2, all the data from HRD.DATABASE Unit is sorted and prepared in a unit characterized as HRD.ALGORITHMS for every single task of human resources management with regard to the instruments, devices, facilities and so on in such a way that can show correct forms of doing, managing and controlling human resources management effectively and efficiently with regard to their needed data, costs and proposed revenues in order to be controlled more easily in HRD.AIU Unit with the information that will be extracted and processed via HRD.INPUTS and HRD.PROCESSING units.
[Claim 4] According to the claim 1, clients' data of activities of human resources management, processes, methods, programs, plans, instruments, devices, facilities and other related data in addition to the conditions of the businesses and the environment can be gotten by a unit characterized as HRD.INPUTS Unit manually, by the client, or automatically, using data of sensors, detectors, cameras, microphones, measures/metrics (or even raw data that will be analyzed to get information of the measures/metrics) and other facilities.
[Claim 5] According to the claims 1 and 4, a unit characterized as HRD.PROCESSING Unit is responsible for making the raw data from HRD.INPUTS unit ready for further analyses in HRD.AIU Unit.
[Claim 6] According to the claims 1,2, 3,4 and 5, a unit characterized as HRD.AIU Unit is responsible to explore, detect, plan, propose, implement, control and assess human resources management tasks (markedly gaining sustainable competitive advantage for human resources management, managing human resources during changes, developing intellectual capital, recruiting needed workforce, designing jobs, groups and teams, developing employees, managing human capital to improve their performance, doing compensations, rewarding workforce in successes, estimating required human capital, planning and executing of the tasks, measuring the tasks and their efficiency and effectiveness, allocating human resources to the tasks, etc.), and to check and control the environmental conditions in which the businesses are running in order to control the tasks, processes, methods, programs, plans, instruments, devices, facilities, and other issues before/during/after doing them and in order to manage/control the human resources management activities by means of related data, measures and metrics (analyzing the output of HRD.PROCESSING Unit with regard to HRD.DATABASE and HRD.ALGORITHMS units) using artificial intelligence (or other) techniques.
[Claim 7] According to the claims 1,2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, results of the system and further required actions will be communicated to the client via a unit characterized as HRD.COMM Unit.
[Claim 8] According to the claims 1,2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, a unit characterized as HRD.CW Unit offers continuous watching and helps clients controlling activities of human resources management, processes, methods, programs, plans, instruments, devices, facilities, the environmental conditions and the tasks (mentioned as HRD.AIU main tasks) seamlessly and in any places without any helps of humans like human resources managers.
[Claim 9] According to the claims 1,2, 3,4, 5, 6 and 7, a unit characterized as HRD.RA Unit is responsible to make connections with real humans and experts (e.g. human resources managers) if needed, and experts can also use HAMED HRD via HRD.RA Unit to get extra information based on the data stored in HRD. DATABASE Unit as well as information of their activities of human resources management, processes, methods, programs, plans, instruments, devices, facilities, and the environment analyzed by HAMED HRD.
[Claim 10] According to the claims 1,2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, a unit characterized as HRD.SUP Unit can provide needed instruments, devices, and other facilities for human resources management or other tasks directly (using its own delivery system), or by making relationships with other companies or stores.
[Claim 11] According to the claims 1,2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, a unit characterized as HRD. FIN Unit can help clients buying their needs like instruments or facilities by providing financing facilities (e.g. loan).
[Claim 12] According to the claims 1,2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, a unit characterized as HRD.INSUR Unit can insure activities of human resources management, processes, methods, programs, plans, instruments, devices, or other facilities for human resources management or other tasks, employees and so on, or make relationships with other insurance companies to help supporting clients financially if they encounter any issues while using the system.
[Claim 13] According to the claims 1,2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, a unit characterized as HRD.EMP Unit is designed to help clients to find any workforces (employees) they may need during using HAMED HRD.
[Claim 14] According to the claims 1,2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, a unit characterized as HRD. LEARN Unit is a way for clients to learn about human resources management, activities of human resources management, processes, methods, programs, plans, instruments, devices, facilities and other related data for increasing their knowledge or just for entertainment.
[Claim 15] According to the claims 1,2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7, information of the clients at collective level can be gathered, monitored, and managed via a unit characterized as HRD.MAN Unit to understand societies' information (like needed processes, methods, programs, plans, instruments, devices, specific resources in the case of needs in different areas, and so on), and HAMED HRD can estimate required future needs like human resources and other facilities to handle different situations before they actually would be happened.
