本发明提供一种双卡模式下数据业务的实现方法、装置、移动终端及计算机可读存储介质。所述方法包括:通过第一用户识别卡进行数据业务,所述第一用户识别卡为数据卡;当需要通过第二用户识别卡进行数据业务时,将数据卡由第一用户识别卡切换为第二用户识别卡;将第一用户识别卡的数据业务暂停;通过第二用户识别卡进行数据业务。本发明能够保证移动终端的数据卡由第一用户识别卡切换为第二用户识别卡后,第二用户识别卡数据业务的正常进行。

Description

双卡模式下数据业务的实现方法、装置及移动终端 技术领域
本发明涉及无线通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种双卡模式下数据业务的实现方法、装置、移动终端及计算机可读存储介质。
背景技术
为了满足用户的实际需求,很多手机都支持双卡双待,用户在一部手机上可以同时使用两个网络的手机号。目前,随着5G的逐渐普及,越来越多的用户使用5G+4G的双卡手机。用户在使用双卡手机时,可以在通话时使用其中一个SIM卡,在使用流量时使用另外一张SIM卡。
在使用双卡双待手机的时候,用户也会遇到一些问题。例如:对于支持5G+4G的双卡移动终端来说,当移动终端驻留到4G/5G网络后,通过USB绑定在第一用户识别卡上进行FTP(File Transfer Protocol,文件传输协议)数据业务,此时第一用户识别卡作为数据卡,第二用户识别卡不进行数据业务的传输;当第二用户识别卡需要进行彩信这样的数据业务时,数据卡就会从第一用户识别卡变更为第二用户识别卡,而此时第一用户识别卡仍会认为自己是数据卡,会继续进行建链、传输数据包的操作,这时第二用户识别卡再发彩信就抢占不到资源,进而导致彩信发送失败。
发明内容
本发明提供的双卡模式下数据业务的实现方法、装置、移动终端及计算机可读存储介质,能够保证移动终端的数据卡由第一用户识别卡切换为第二用户识别卡后,第二用户识别卡数据业务的正常进行。
第一方面,本发明提供一种双卡模式下数据业务的实现方法,包括:
通过第一用户识别卡进行数据业务,所述第一用户识别卡为数据卡;
当需要通过第二用户识别卡进行数据业务时,将数据卡由第一用户识别卡切换为第二用户识别卡;
将第一用户识别卡的数据业务暂停;
通过第二用户识别卡进行数据业务。
可选地,所述通过第一用户识别卡进行数据业务包括:
控制第一用户识别卡通过USB绑定进行FTP数据业务。
可选地,所述将第一用户识别卡变更为非数据卡包括:
将第一用户识别卡进行去绑定USB,停止FTP数据业务。
可选地,所述第一用户识别卡为NR网络制式,所述第二用户识别卡为LTE网络制式。
第二方面,本发明提供一种双卡模式下数据业务的实现装置,包括:
第一数据业务单元,用于通过第一用户识别卡进行数据业务,所述第一用户识别卡为数据卡;
切换单元,用于当需要通过第二用户识别卡进行数据业务时,将数据卡由第一用户识别卡切换为第二用户识别卡;
控制单元,用于将第一用户识别卡的数据业务暂停;
第二数据业务单元,用于通过第二用户识别卡进行数据业务。
可选地,所述第一数据业务单元,用于控制第一用户识别卡通过USB绑定进行FTP数据业务。

以及耦接至所述存储器的处理器,所述处理器被配置为基于存储在所述存储器中的指令,执行上述双卡模式下数据业务的实现方法。
第五方面,本发明提供一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机指令,所述计算机指令被处理器执行时实现上述双卡模式下数据业务的实现方法。
本发明实施例提供的双卡模式下数据业务的实现方法、装置、移动终端及计算机可读存储介质,当需要通过第二用户识别卡进行数据业务时,移动终端将数据卡由第一用户识别卡切换为第二用户识别卡,并将第一用户识别卡的数据业务暂停,使得第二用户识别卡为唯一的数据卡,第一用户识别卡不进行数据业务,从而能够保证移动终端的数据卡由第一用户识别卡切换为第二用户识别卡后,第二用户识别卡数据业务的正常进行。

本发明实施例提供一种双卡模式下数据业务的实现方法,所述方法应用于移动终端,如图1所示,所述方法包括:
S11、移动终端通过第一用户识别卡进行数据业务,所述第一用户识别卡为数据卡。
其中,所述移动终端为双卡移动终端,所述第一用户识别卡为NR(New Radio,新空口)网络制式,也即5G,所述第二用户识别卡为LTE(Long Term Evolution,长期演进)网络制式,也即4G。
S12、当移动终端需要通过第二用户识别卡进行数据业务时,将数据卡由第一用户识别卡切换为第二用户识别卡。
S13、移动终端将第一用户识别卡的数据业务暂停。
移动终端将第一用户识别卡的数据业务暂停之后,将不再通过第一用户识别卡进行数据业务,第二用户识别卡成为唯一的数据卡。
S14、移动终端通过第二用户识别卡进行数据业务。
此时,移动终端可以通过第二用户识别卡进行例如彩信等数据业务。
本发明实施例提供的双卡模式下数据业务的实现方法,当需要通过第二用户识别卡进行数据业务时,移动终端将数据卡由第一用户识别卡切换为第二用户识别卡,并将第一用户识别卡的数据业务暂停,使得第二用户识别卡为唯一的数据卡,第一用户识别卡不进行数据业务,从而能够保证移动终端的数据卡由第一用户识别卡切换为第二用户识别卡后,第二用户识别卡数据业务的正常进行。
下面结合具体实施例对本发明双卡模式下数据业务的实现方法进行详细说 明。
如图2所示,本实施例双卡模式下数据业务的实现方法包括:
S21、移动终端驻留在第一用户识别卡。
其中,所述移动终端为双卡移动终端,所述第一用户识别卡为NR网络制式,也即5G,所述第二用户识别卡为LTE网络制式,也即4G。
S22、移动终端控制第一用户识别卡通过USB绑定进行FTP下载业务。
S23、当移动终端需要通过第二用户识别卡进行数据传输业务时,移动终端控制将数据卡由第一用户识别卡切换为第二用户识别卡。
S24、移动终端将第一用户识别卡进行去绑定USB,停止FTP数据业务。
第一用户识别卡去绑定USB之后,底层将优先处理非数据卡的数据业务,底层将第一用户识别卡临时变更成为非数据卡,移动终端将不再通过第一用户识别卡进行FTP下载业务,第二用户识别卡成为唯一的数据卡。
S25、移动终端控制第二用户识别卡进行数据传输业务。
此时,移动终端可以通过第二用户识别卡进行例如彩信等数据业务。当第二用户识别卡的数据业务结束之后,第一用户识别卡可以继续进行数据业务,如果需要继续进行FTP数据业务,移动终端需要重新对第一用户识别卡进行USB绑定。
从而,当需要通过第二用户识别卡进行数据业务时,移动终端将数据卡由第一用户识别卡切换为第二用户识别卡,并将第一用户识别卡去绑定USB,暂时不再进行数据业务,使得第二用户识别卡为唯一的数据卡,不会出现第一用户识别卡继续进行建链、传输数据包的操作而抢占第二用户识别卡数据资源的情况,保证第二用户识别卡能正常进行数据业务。
本发明实施例还提供一种双卡模式下数据业务的实现装置,如图3所示, 所述装置包括:
第一数据业务单元11,用于通过第一用户识别卡进行数据业务,所述第一用户识别卡为数据卡;
切换单元12,用于当需要通过第二用户识别卡进行数据业务时,将数据卡由第一用户识别卡切换为第二用户识别卡;
控制单元13,用于将第一用户识别卡的数据业务暂停;
第二数据业务单元14,用于通过第二用户识别卡进行数据业务。
本发明实施例提供的双卡模式下数据业务的实现装置,当需要通过第二用户识别卡进行数据业务时,移动终端将数据卡由第一用户识别卡切换为第二用户识别卡,并将第一用户识别卡的数据业务暂停,使得第二用户识别卡为唯一的数据卡,第一用户识别卡不进行数据业务,从而能够保证移动终端的数据卡由第一用户识别卡切换为第二用户识别卡后,第二用户识别卡数据业务的正常进行。
可选地,所述第一数据业务单元11,用于控制第一用户识别卡通过USB绑定进行FTP数据业务。
可选地,所述控制单元13,用于将第一用户识别卡进行去绑定USB,停止FTP数据业务。

    通过第一用户识别卡进行数据业务,所述第一用户识别卡为数据卡;
    当需要通过第二用户识别卡进行数据业务时,将数据卡由第一用户识别卡切换为第二用户识别卡;
    将第一用户识别卡的数据业务暂停;
    通过第二用户识别卡进行数据业务。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述通过第一用户识别卡进行数据业务包括:
    控制第一用户识别卡通过USB绑定进行FTP数据业务。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述将第一用户识别卡的数据业务暂停包括:
    将第一用户识别卡进行去绑定USB,停止FTP数据业务。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一用户识别卡为NR网络制式,所述第二用户识别卡为LTE网络制式。

    第一数据业务单元,用于通过第一用户识别卡进行数据业务,所述第一用户识别卡为数据卡;
