本发明所述的抽屉式衣物处理装置,在机壳开口的上边沿和机壳开口相对的机壳侧壁之间设置引导件,当机壳内的门盖意外开启后,所述门盖可以在所述引导件的引导下,从机壳开口中移出,使得抽屉能够顺利从机壳中拉出,不会损坏门盖或在门盖上留下划痕,引导效果好,生产制造成本低。
进一步地,所述引导件具有相对所述门盖倾斜的斜面,自所述机壳开口的上边沿向机壳开口相对的机壳侧壁方向倾斜向上延伸设置,用于提供给门盖在打开状态从所述机壳中移出时向下按压的作用力;
优选的,所述引导件的斜面与所述机壳开口的上边沿平滑过渡。。
进一步地,所述引导件包括倾斜隔板,自所述机壳开口的上边沿向机壳开口相对的机壳侧壁方向倾斜向上延伸设置;
所述倾斜隔板的两端上分别对应设有朝上延伸的第一折边、第二折边,所述第一折边、所述第二折边分别与设有所述机壳开口的机壳侧壁、相对的机壳侧壁一一对应连接。
进一步地,所述机壳开口上方的侧壁上设有加强件,所述引导件的第一折边安装在所述加强件上。
进一步地,所述加强件上设有插接舌,所述第一折边上设有与所述插接舌相匹配的插接槽,所述引导件通过插接槽安装在所述插接舌上。
进一步地,所述斜面与所述门盖的夹角α的范围为0°<α<45°;
优选的,所述斜面与所述门盖的夹角α的范围为3°≤α≤15°。
进一步地,还包括辅助引导件,设置在所述门盖的前端上,用于沿所述引导件从所述机壳开口移出。
进一步地,所述门盖的前沿具有向下延伸设有端面,辅助引导件设置在所述门盖前沿和所述端面的连接处上,具有凸出于门盖上表面和端面的圆弧形面。
进一步地,所述门盖的前沿上设有凹槽,所述辅助引导件包括滚轮,可转动的安装在所述凹槽中。
进一步地,所述门盖的前沿具有向下延伸的端面,所述凹槽设置在所述门盖的上表面和端面的连接处上,所述滚轮凸出于所述门盖的上表面和端面。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果。
本发明所述的抽屉式衣物处理装置,在机壳开口的上边沿和机壳开口相对的机壳侧壁之间设置引导件,当机壳内的门盖意外开启后,所述门盖可以在所述引导件的引导下,从机壳开口中移出,使得抽屉能够顺利从机壳中拉出,不会损坏门盖或在门盖上留下划痕,引导效果好,生产制造成本低。

如图1至图5所示,本发明衣物处理装置,包括机壳1、抽屉2、洗涤桶3和门盖4。
所述机壳1的一侧表面设有机壳开口11。所述抽屉2用于经所述机壳开口11插入所述机壳1中或从所述机壳1中抽出,所述抽屉2的上侧具有抽屉开口21。所述洗涤桶3位于所述抽屉开口21的内部,用于存储洗涤水,所述洗涤桶 3的上侧设有桶口31。所述门盖4的前沿可开合,所述门盖4枢轴翻转设置,用于打开或封闭所述桶口31。
所述衣物处理装置还包括引导件6,位于所述门盖4的上方,自机壳开口11的上边沿向机壳开口11相对的机壳1侧壁方向延伸设置,用于引导所述抽屉2内的洗涤桶3门盖4从所述机壳开口11中移出。
本发明所述的抽屉式衣物处理装置,在机壳开口11的上边沿和机壳开口11相对的机壳1侧壁之间设置引导件6,当机壳1内的门盖4意外开启后,所述门盖4可以在所述引导件6的引导下,从机壳开口11中移出,使得抽屉2能够顺利从机壳1中拉出,不会损坏门盖或在门盖上留下划痕,引导效果好,生产制造成本低。
本发明所述的衣物处理装置为抽屉式洗衣机,所述衣物处理装置可以是单独的抽屉式洗衣机,也可以将抽屉式洗衣机与其他类型的洗衣机结合在一起成为复式洗衣机,如复式洗衣机上侧为滚筒洗衣机,下侧为抽屉式洗衣机;或复式洗衣机上侧为滚筒式干衣机,下侧为抽屉式洗衣机。
一种实施方案是,所述引导件6具有与所述门盖4相对的平面,所述引导件6自与所述机壳开口11相对的机壳1侧壁向所述机壳开口11的上边沿设置,能够将门盖4沿所述平面引导至所述机壳开口11处,将所述抽屉2从所述机壳1内抽出。
另一种实施方案是,所述引导件6具有相对所述门盖4倾斜的斜面,所述斜面自所述机壳开口11的上边沿向机壳开口11相对的机壳1侧壁方向倾斜向下延伸设置,用于提供给门盖4在打开状态从所述机壳1中移出时向下按压的作用力,并引导门盖4从机壳开口11中移出。
再一种实施方案是,如图2至图3所示,所述引导件6具有相对所述门盖4倾斜的斜面,自所述机壳开口11的上边沿向机壳开口11相对的机壳1侧壁方向倾斜向上延伸设置,用于提供给门盖4在打开状态从所述机壳1中移出时向下按压的作用力,并引导门盖4从机壳开口11中移出。
优选的,所述引导件6自所述机壳开口11的上边沿向机壳开口11相对的机壳1侧壁方向倾斜向上延伸设置。
门盖4在所述机壳1内意外开启后,当需要将所述抽屉2拉出所述机壳1时,所述门盖4向所述机壳开口11侧移动,与所述引导件6的斜面向抵接,继续抽拉,受到所述斜面向下的作用力,所述门盖4逐渐关闭,沿所述斜面移动至所述机壳开口11处,最后门盖4从所述机壳开口11中抽拉出来,所述抽屉2顺利从所述机壳1中抽拉出来。
所述引导件6的斜面与所述机壳开口11的上边沿平滑过渡,方便将门盖4顺利的从机壳1中拉出。
所述引导件6的一端与所述机壳开口11的上边沿平齐、贴合设置,将门盖4顺利引导进入机壳开口11中,然后从机壳1中移出;或抵接在所述机壳开口11的上边沿内,能够将所述门盖4沿引导件6直接从所述机壳1中引导出来。
优选的,所述衣物处理装置还包括洗涤桶盖8,用于形成于所述洗涤桶3的上部面。所述洗涤桶盖8包括投放口,用于将所述洗涤桶3和洗涤桶3的外部相连通;所述门盖4安装在所述投放口上,用于开启/闭合所述投放口。所述门盖4与所述洗涤桶盖8铰接,所述门盖4的前沿可沿铰接轴转动。
具体的,所述引导件6包括倾斜隔板61,自所述机壳开口11的上边沿向机壳开口11相对的机壳1侧壁方向倾斜向上延伸设置。所述倾斜隔板61的下表 面为所述斜面。所述倾斜隔板61的一端上设有朝上延伸的第一折边62,所述第一折边62与设有所述机壳开口11的机壳1侧壁连接。所述倾斜隔板61的另一端上设有朝上延伸的第二折边63,所述第二折边63和与设有机壳开口11的机壳1侧壁相对的机壳1侧壁连接。
优选的,所述第一折边62与设有所述机壳开口11的机壳1侧壁贴合设置,所述第二折边63和与设有机壳开口11的机壳1侧壁相对的机壳1侧壁贴合设置。
优选的,所述引导件6为金属件或塑胶件。所述倾斜隔板61为长矩形板。
通过在所述倾斜隔板61的两端分别设置第一折边62、第二折边63,通过所述第一折边62、所述第二折边63分别与所述机壳开口11上方的机壳1侧壁、与设有机壳开口11的机壳1侧壁相对的机壳1侧壁连接,能够提高引导件6在所述机壳1上的安装强度,防止引导件6掉落。
优选的,所述第一折边62、所述第二折边63与所述机壳1螺钉或螺栓连接。
优选的,所述倾斜隔板61与所述机壳开口11的上边沿平滑过渡。
所述第一折边62设置在所述倾斜隔板61的一端端部,所述倾斜隔板61的一端端部与所述机壳开口11的上边沿相贴合设置,且所述倾斜隔板61底部的斜面与所述机壳开口11的上边沿平齐。
或者,所述倾斜隔板61的一端端部延伸至机壳开口11中,与所述机壳开口11的上边沿内相贴合。
所述机壳开口11上方的机壳1侧壁上设有加强件7,所述引导件6的第一折边62安装在所述加强件7上。
本发明通过在所述机壳开口11上方的机壳1侧壁上设置加强件7,将引导 件6的第一折边62安装在所述加强件7上,可以提高机壳开口11上方位置的支撑强度,保证了引导件6安装的稳固性。
优选的,与设有机壳开口11的机壳1侧壁相对的机壳1侧壁上也可以设置所述加强件7,所述第二折边63安装在所述加强件7上。
所述加强件7与所述机壳1的侧壁相贴合设置。所述加强件7为矩形加强板,所述加强件7上设有加强筋,用于提高所述加强件7的强度。所述加强件7为金属件。
进一步地,所述加强件7上设有插接舌71,所述第一折边62上设有与所述插接舌71相匹配的插接槽621,所述引导件6通过插接槽621安装在所述插接舌71上。所述插接舌71垂直设置在所述加强件7上,方便引导件6的安装定位。
本发明在所述加强件7上设置插接舌71,在所述第一折边62上设有与所述插接舌71相匹配的插接槽621,将所述引导件6的插接槽621安装在所述插接舌71上,不仅可以起到提高引导件6的安装支撑强度,还能起到定位安装引导件6的作用。
进一步地,所述斜面与门盖4的夹角α的范围为0°<α<45°。所述夹角α为所述斜面与所述门盖4在关闭状态时的夹角。所述夹角α越小越节省衣物处理装置机壳1内的空间,夹角α大于45°会导致无法开门。
优选的方案是,所述斜面与门盖4的夹角α的范围为3°≤α≤15°。更优选的,所述夹角为3°、5°、8°、10°或15°。
所述衣物处理装置还包括辅助引导件5,所述辅助引导件5设置在所述门盖4的前端上,所述门盖4的前端与所述机壳开口11侧相对,所述辅助引导件5 沿所述引导件6从所述机壳开口11移出,使抽屉2从机壳1中移出的更加顺畅。所述引导件6与所述辅助引导件5相对设置。
门盖4在所述机壳1内意外开启后,当需要将所述抽屉2拉出所述机壳1时,所述辅助引导件5向所述机壳开口11侧移动,与所述引导件6的斜面相抵接,继续抽拉,受到所述斜面向下的作用力,所述门盖4逐渐关闭,沿所述斜面移动至所述机壳开口11处,最后门盖4从所述机壳开口11中抽拉出来,所述抽屉2顺利从所述机壳1中抽拉出来。
一种实施方案是,如图2所示,所述门盖4的前沿具有向下延伸设有端面42,辅助引导件5设置在所述门盖4前沿和所述端面42的连接处上具有凸出于门盖4上表面和端面42的圆弧形面。所述圆弧形面可沿引导件6移动,防止门盖的前沿与引导件剐蹭,提高了门盖向外移动的速度,使抽屉从机壳中拉出的更加顺畅。
另一种实施方案是,如图3所示,所述门盖4的前沿上设有凹槽41,所述辅助引导件5包括滚轮51,可转动的安装在所述凹槽41中。所述门盖4的前沿相对于所述机壳1具有机壳开口11的一侧。在此实施方案中,所述引导件6可以设置在机壳开口11的上方,可以不用设置在机壳开口11的上边沿上。
当抽屉2位于所述机壳1内时,门盖4由于意外开启,门盖4的前沿向上打开。当抽拉所述抽屉2时,所述抽屉2向前移动,带动所述门盖4的前沿向前运动,所述门盖4前沿上的滚轮51与引导件6相抵触配合,被所述引导件6引导至所述机壳1外。
如图4至图5所示,所述门盖4的前沿上设有凹槽41,所述辅助引导件5还包括滚轴52,所述滚轮51通过滚轴52安装在所述凹槽41内,所述滚轮51 的转动方向与所述门盖4的开合方向相同。所述滚轮51沿所述引导件6滚动。
或者,所述门盖4的前沿上设有凹槽41,所述滚轮51限位于所述凹槽41内,可在所述凹槽41内自由转动。
所述门盖4的前沿具有向下延伸的端面42,所述凹槽41设置在所述门盖4上表面和端面42的连接处上,所述滚轮51凸出于所述门盖4的上表面和端面42。本发明通过设置所述滚轮51凸出于所述门盖4的上表面和端面42,方便所述滚轮51与所述引导件6接触,在引导件6的引导下拉出所述机壳1外。
优选的,所述门盖4上设有两组辅助引导件5,与所述引导件6相配合。
所述倾斜隔板61的宽度大于两组辅助引导件5之间的距离,能够使两组辅助引导件5均能够与所述倾斜隔板61相接触,沿所述倾斜隔板61向所述机壳开口11处移动。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种衣物处理装置,包括,
    机壳,所述机壳的一侧表面设有机壳开口;
    抽屉,用于经所述机壳开口插入所述机壳中或从所述机壳中抽出,所述抽屉的上侧具有抽屉开口;
    洗涤桶,位于所述抽屉开口的内部,用于存储洗涤水,所述洗涤桶的上侧设有桶口;
    门盖,所述门盖枢轴翻转设置,用于打开或封闭所述桶口;
    其特征在于:还包括,
    引导件,位于所述门盖的上方,自所述机壳开口的上边沿向机壳开口相对的机壳侧壁方向延伸设置,用于引导洗涤桶门盖从所述机壳开口中移出。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种衣物处理装置,其特征在于:所述引导件具有相对所述门盖倾斜的斜面,自所述机壳开口的上边沿向机壳开口相对的机壳侧壁方向倾斜向上延伸设置,用于提供给门盖在打开状态从所述机壳中移出时向下按压的作用力;
    优选的,所述引导件的斜面与所述机壳开口的上边沿平滑过渡。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种衣物处理装置,其特征在于:所述引导件包括倾斜隔板,自所述机壳开口的上边沿向机壳开口相对的机壳侧壁方向倾斜向上延伸设置;
    所述倾斜隔板的两端上分别对应设有朝上延伸的第一折边、第二折边,所述第一折边、所述第二折边分别与设有所述机壳开口的机壳侧壁、机壳开口相对的机壳侧壁一一对应连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种衣物处理装置,其特征在于:所述机壳开口上方的侧壁上设有加强件,所述引导件的第一折边安装在所述加强件上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种衣物处理装置,其特征在于:所述加强件上设有插接舌,所述第一折边上设有与所述插接舌相匹配的插接槽,所述引导件通过插接槽安装在所述插接舌上。
  6. 根据权利要求2-5任一所述的一种衣物处理装置,其特征在于:所述斜面与所述门盖的夹角α的范围为0°<α<45°;
    优选的,所述斜面与所述门盖的夹角α的范围为3°≤α≤15°。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一所述的一种衣物处理装置,其特征在于:还包括辅助引导件,设置在所述门盖的前端上,用于沿所述引导件从所述机壳开口移出。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种衣物处理装置,其特征在于:所述门盖的前沿具有向下延伸设有端面,辅助引导件设置在所述门盖前沿和所述端面的连接处上,具有凸出于门盖上表面和端面的圆弧形面。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的一种衣物处理装置,其特征在于:所述门盖的前沿上设有凹槽,所述辅助引导件包括滚轮,可转动的安装在所述凹槽中。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种衣物处理装置,其特征在于:所述门盖的前沿具有向下延伸的端面,所述凹槽设置在所述门盖的上表面和端面的连接处上,所述滚轮凸出于所述门盖的上表面和端面。
