本发明的有益效果为:本发明通过升降组件与支撑底座的转动连接实现了升降组件既可以竖直支撑也可以水平放置,实现了升降功能的同时还可以减小空间的占用,通过桌板组件与转动锁定组件的转动连接,可以实现调节桌板组件的角度,更加符合人体工程学的同时,可以进一步减小在折叠时的空间占用。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
需要说明的是,当元件被称为“固定于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上或者也可以存在居中的元件。当一个元件被认为是“连接”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件或者可能同时存在居中元件。本文所使用的术语“垂直的”、“水平的”、“左”、“右”以及类似的表述只是为了说明的目的,并不表示是唯一的实施方式。

如图1至图14所示的翻转折叠升降办公桌,包括支撑底座10、升降组件20、转动锁定组件30和桌板组件40,如图1中所示,在正常使用时,将升降组件20调成与支撑底座10垂直的形式,然后用户在桌板组件40上以站立或者坐立的姿态进行或者游戏, 而且在站立或者坐立时,还可以调整桌板的角度;当不需要使用该办公桌时,可以将其进行折叠,具体折叠时,先将升降组件20降低至最低高度,然后将升降组件20翻折至与支撑底座10平行,再对桌板组件40进行翻折,形成如图2中所示的最终折叠状态,此时可以将该办公桌放置在靠墙的位置,与图1中的状态相比,大大减少了空间的占用;下文中将对本发明实施例中办公桌的具体结构做详细介绍。
请参照图1或图5,支撑底座10的底面具有至少三个支撑部11,支撑底座10的顶面具有连接座12,连接座12朝向远离支撑部11的方向延伸设置;支撑部11的作用在于支撑整个支撑底座10,在具体使用时,将支撑底座10放置在平整的地面上以进行支撑;支撑部11即与地面接触的位置,至少三个支撑部11可以形成稳定的支撑,当然在本发明实施例中,支撑部11的个数可以设置更多;连接座12的作用在于与升降组件20的底部进行连接。
升降组件20沿其长度方向可升降设置,且升降组件20的一端与连接座12可转动连接,以使得升降组件20在长度方向上可切换与支撑底座10垂直或平行的两种状态;升降组件20可以选择现有技术中的诸多形态,例如可以是两相互套合的管状结构,通过紧固件实现高度的调整;也可以是通过气压缸或者液压缸等常规的可调节高度的结构等;这里的一端与连接座12可转动连接是指升降组件20的底部通过铰接的形式与连接座12相连,而两种状态的切换可以通过紧固件的抵持锁定实现;
转动锁定组件30连接升降组件20和桌板组件40,用于调节桌板组件40的角度;在本发明实施例中,为了减少空间的占用,转动锁定组件30如图3和图4中所示,包括固定盘31、锁定块32、转动盘33、扭簧34和驱动块35,这里需要指出的是,转动锁定组件30可以采用一个,也可以采用本发明实施例中的两个,本实施例中先对其中一个的结构进行详细介绍;
固定盘31固定在升降组件20的另一端,且具有圆形腔体;在本发明实施例中,固定盘31固定在升降组件20的顶部,通过紧固件与升降组件20进行固定连接,圆形腔体设置在远离固定盘31固定的一面上;
锁定块32设置在圆形腔体内,沿圆形腔体的径向可移动设置,锁定块32远离圆形腔体中心的一端具有齿牙;如图3中所示,锁定块32可沿着靠近或者远离圆形腔体中心的径向移动,通过其顶部的齿牙实现对转动盘33的锁定和解锁;
转动盘33与固定盘31可相对转动设置,且转动盘33的外沿朝轴向凸起并伸入至 圆形腔体内,转动盘33的外沿的内壁上具有与齿牙对应的齿圈;由于转动盘33的齿圈伸入至圆形腔体内,如图4中所示,齿圈与锁定块32顶部的齿牙处于同一平面内,此时若驱动锁定块32朝向齿圈的方向移动,至齿牙伸入至齿圈的齿槽内,则此时齿圈则无法在圆形腔体内转动,从而实现了转动盘33的锁定;反之,若锁定块32朝向远离齿圈的方向移动,则齿圈解锁,转动盘33可以与固定盘31实现相对转动;
请继续参照图3和图4,关于锁定块32的自动复位,可以通过弹簧的方式实现,扭簧34固定在圆形腔体内并与锁定块32连接,用于驱动锁定块32复位,使锁定块32端部的齿牙与齿圈啮合;当然这里需要指出的是,锁定块32的移动方式可以有多种,例如可以是通过直线导轨实现驱动块35的定向移动,也可以通过滑动槽实现驱动块35的定向移动,可以通过扭簧34也可以通过压缩弹簧的方式实现锁定块32的复位;
驱动块35与锁定块32连接,在外力驱动下,驱动块35驱动锁定块32与转动盘33上的齿圈分离,以解除转动盘33的转动限制;这里需要指出的是,外力驱动方式可以有多种,例如通过与转动盘33或者固定盘31内部连通的按钮实现锁定块32的移动,也可以采用本实施例中的转动驱动;
桌板组件40与转动锁定组件30上的转动盘33连接,在转动盘33解锁时,桌板组件40在水平面上的角度可调整设置。桌板组件40具体包括桌板以及与桌板连接的构件,这里不再进行详细赘述;
在上述实施例中,升降组件20与支撑底座10的转动连接实现了升降组件20既可以竖直支撑也可以水平放置,实现了升降功能的同时还可以减小空间的占用,通过桌板组件40与转动锁定组件30的转动连接,可以实现调节桌板组件40的角度,更加符合人体工程学的同时,可以进一步减小在折叠时的空间占用。
在上述实施例的基础上,如图6中所示,支撑底座10具体包括横向支撑件10a和与横向支撑件10a两端连接的倾斜支撑件10b,两倾斜支撑件10b沿横向支撑件10a的中垂线对称设置,且两倾斜支撑件10b与横向支撑件10a的延长线的夹角为锐角。这里需要指出的是,本实施例中的支撑底座10通过一根型钢折弯成型,这种结构制作简单而且不占用地面空间,用户在具体使用时,两倾斜支撑件10b之间的区域用于用户的脚步放置,尤其是在坐立的时候,增加了脚步的活动空间,提高了使用舒适度。
在本发明实施例中,为了提高支撑底座10支撑的稳定性,请继续参照图6,支撑部11包括设置在倾斜支撑件10b底部的调节垫脚11a,调节垫脚11a与倾斜支撑件10b的 底部螺纹连接。若地面不平整,可以通过转动调节垫脚11a的方式实现调节垫脚11a高度的调整,方便调整,提高了办公桌对不同放置环境的适应性;同时,为了便于对办公桌的位置调整,如图6中所示,支撑部11还包括设置在横向支撑件10a底部的至少一个转轮11b,转轮11b的轴向与横向支撑件10a的长度方向平行设置。在本发明的优选实施例中,支撑部11设置为两个设置在横向支撑件10a前端的转轮11b,两个固定在倾斜支撑部11底部的调节垫脚11a,这样既实现了对高度的调节,又实现了办公桌整体的移动;在具体使用时,仅需抬起办公桌在调节垫脚11a的一端,即可实现通过转轮11b与地面滚动接触,从而方便的移动办公桌。
为了实现精确控制升降组件20的竖直或者水平两种方式的转换,请继续参照图6,在本发明实施例中,连接座12固定在横向支撑件10a上,连接座12包括与横向支撑件10a所在的平面垂直设置的矩形管12a,矩形管12a在朝向斜支撑件自由端的方向上具有开口12b,开口12b的尺寸精度满足升降组件20转动至水平状态的要求。通过这种设置,在朝向两倾斜支撑件10b所在的方向转动升降组件20时,由于开口12b底部的支撑,可以将升降组件20固定在于支撑底座10水平的状态。
进一步为了锁定升降组件20的水平或者竖直的状态,矩形管12a的侧壁上还螺接有旋钮12c,旋钮12c的顶部与升降组件20的侧壁连接,用以锁定升降组件20的转动角度。这里需要指出的是,螺接旋钮12c前端为螺柱,矩形管12a上具有螺纹,通过转动旋钮12c,实现螺柱在矩形管12a内部的进出,从而实现抵接或者穿孔方式的固定;
如图7中所示,在本发明的优选实施方式中,采用穿孔固定的方式锁定升降组件20的两种状态,升降组件20的侧壁上具有与旋钮12c对应的第一锁定孔20a和第二锁定孔20b,当升降组件20处于竖直状态时,旋钮12c穿入至第一锁定孔20a内,当升降组件20处于水平状态时,旋钮12c穿入至第二锁定孔20b内。通过这种结构设置,使用更加可靠,不会出现在使用过程中升降组件20的角度发生改变的情形。
在本发明的优选实施例中,关于升降组件20的驱动方式,如图8和图6中所示,升降组件20包括在竖直方向上设置的气弹簧21和铰接在支撑底座10上的脚踏板12d,脚踏板12d内部与气弹簧21顶针连接,通过踏板触发气弹簧21的启闭。这样,在具体使用时,用户仅需脚踩脚踏板12d即可实现对气弹簧21的解锁,然后用户双手抬起或者按下桌板组件40即可实现高度的调节,调节更加便捷。
在本发明实施例中,为了提高升降组件20调整时的顺滑性,降低噪声,采用了双 立柱结构,如图9和图10中所示,升降组件20还包括空心的内立柱22和外立柱23,外立柱23套设在内立柱22上,气弹簧21的一端与内立柱22连接,另一端与外立柱23连接;内立柱22与外立柱23之间还具有滑动套24,滑动套24上滚动设置有滚针25,滚针25与内立柱22的外壁以及外立柱23的内壁滚动接触。滑动套24的设置,减少了内立柱22和外立柱23之间的空隙,起到了导向的作用,通过滚针25的设置,将滑动摩擦改变为滚动摩擦,降低了噪音,提高了滑动顺滑性。
在本发明的优选实施例中,转动锁定件采用转动的方式实现解锁,如图11中所示,转动锁定组件30还包括与驱动块35固定连接的转轴36,转轴36转动设置在固定盘31和转动盘33的轴心处,转轴36的一端凸出于固定盘31设置,转轴36凸出与固定盘31的一端固定连接有摆臂37。通过转轴36和摆臂37的设置,形成了杠杆结构,可以降低施力时力度的大小;
请继续参照图11,在本发明的优选实施例中,固定盘31的圆形腔体凸起设置有若干定位块31a,定位块31a沿圆周方向间隔均布置,且两定位块31a之间构成供锁定块32滑动的滑道31b。通过这种方式的设置,可以减少空间占用;
关于转动驱动,具体如图12中所示,锁定块32沿其移动的方向上远离齿牙的一端上具有卡扣槽,驱动块35靠近卡扣槽的一端具有卡勾,卡勾卡设在卡扣槽内,当驱动块35沿朝向卡扣槽的方向移动时,带动锁定块32朝远离齿圈的方向移动。如图12中所示,当逆时针转动驱动块35时,由于卡勾与卡扣槽连接,则会在径向产生驱动力,从而驱动锁定块32朝中心移动;
本发明实施例中除了使用扭簧34之外,还可以通过反向转动驱动块35的方式实现锁定,请继续参照图12,卡扣槽沿锁定块32的宽度方向延伸构成导向槽,导向槽的内壁与转轴36中心的距离小于卡勾最外端与转轴36中心的距离,当驱动块35朝向远离卡扣槽的方向移动时,驱动锁定块32朝向靠近齿圈的方向移动。这里需要指出的是,在本发明实施例中,扭簧34的一端固定在转动盘33中,另一端与驱动块35连接,从而在驱动块35被外力驱动后,可以通过扭簧34的弹力实现自动反向转动锁定。
为了实现施力均衡并保证锁定效果,在本发明实施例中,锁定块32与驱动块35上的卡勾均沿圆周方向均布设置有至少两个。如图4和图12中所示,本发明的优选实施例中,在圆周方向均匀布设有三个锁定块32,而在同一块驱动块35上具有三个卡勾;这样通过同一转轴36的驱动,可以实现三块锁定块32的同步驱动,提高了驱动的可靠 性。
如图3和图14所示,升降组件20顶部还具有安装板26,安装板26包括水平板和与水平板两端垂直连接的竖直板,转动锁定组件30对称安装在两竖直板的外壁上;通过将转动锁定组件30设置为对称的安装在两竖直板的外壁上的方式,可以提高锁定效果;桌板组件40底部具有连接架41,连接架41与竖直板平行设置,连接架41与两转动盘33固定连接;这样,连接架41、桌板以及安装板26就构成了一个放置摆臂37的通道,为了实现同时控制两个摆臂37,在本发明实施例中,如图13所示,两摆臂37设置在两竖直板内侧,且两摆臂37之间连接有手柄38,且手柄38也只在桌板组件40的前端。这样,在具体操作时,仅需抬动手柄38,即可实现调节桌板的角度,而且,如图2中所示,当办公桌折叠时,桌板组件40的一端卡设在支撑底座10内部,而此时的手柄38朝外设置,当需要抬起整个办公桌时,仅需拎起手柄38即可,更加方便了办公桌的折叠状态时的移动。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种翻转折叠升降办公桌,其特征在于,包括:
    支撑底座,所述支撑底座的底面具有至少三个支撑部,所述支撑底座的顶面具有连接座,所述连接座朝向远离所述支撑部的方向延伸设置;
    升降组件,沿其长度方向可升降设置,且所述升降组件的一端与所述连接座可转动连接,以使得所述升降组件在长度方向上可切换与所述支撑底座垂直或平行的两种状态;
    转动锁定组件,所述转动锁定组件包括:
    固定盘,所述固定盘固定在所述升降组件的另一端,且具有圆形腔体;
    锁定块,设置在所述圆形腔体内,沿所述圆形腔体的径向可移动设置,所述锁定块远离所述圆形腔体中心的一端具有齿牙;
    转动盘,与所述固定盘可相对转动设置,且所述转动盘的外沿朝轴向凸起并伸入至所述圆形腔体内,所述转动盘的外沿的内壁上具有与所述齿牙对应的齿圈;
    扭簧,固定在所述圆形腔体内并与所述锁定块连接,用于驱动所述锁定块复位,使所述锁定块端部的所述齿牙与所述齿圈啮合;
    驱动块,与所述锁定块连接,在外力驱动下,所述驱动块驱动所述锁定块与所述转动盘上的所述齿圈分离,以解除所述转动盘的转动限制;
    桌板组件,与所述转动锁定组件上的转动盘连接,在所述转动盘解锁时,所述桌板组件在水平面上的角度可调整设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的翻转折叠升降办公桌,其特征在于,所述支撑底座包括横向支撑件和与所述横向支撑件两端连接的倾斜支撑件,两所述倾斜支撑件沿所述横向支撑件的中垂线对称设置,且两所述倾斜支撑件与所述横向支撑件的延长线的夹角为锐角。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的翻转折叠升降办公桌,其特征在于,所述支撑部包括设置在所述倾斜支撑件底部的调节垫脚,所述调节垫脚与所述倾斜支撑件的底部螺纹连接。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的翻转折叠升降办公桌,其特征在于,所述支撑部还包括设置在所述横向支撑件底部的至少一个转轮,所述转轮的轴向与所述横向支撑件的长度方向平行设置。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的翻转折叠升降办公桌,其特征在于,所述连接座固定在所述横向支撑件上,所述连接座包括与所述横向支撑件所在的平面垂直设置的矩形管,所 述矩形管在朝向所述斜支撑件自由端的方向上具有开口,所述开口的尺寸精度满足所述升降组件转动至水平状态的要求。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的翻转折叠升降办公桌,其特征在于,所述矩形管的侧壁上还螺接有旋钮,所述旋钮的顶部与所述升降组件的侧壁连接,用以锁定所述升降组件的转动角度。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的翻转折叠升降办公桌,其特征在于,所述升降组件的侧壁上具有与所述旋钮对应的第一锁定孔和第二锁定孔,当所述升降组件处于竖直状态时,所述旋钮穿入至所述第一锁定孔内,当所述升降组件处于水平状态时,所述旋钮穿入至所述第二锁定孔内。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的翻转折叠升降办公桌,其特征在于,所述升降组件包括在竖直方向上设置的气弹簧和铰接在所述支撑底座上的脚踏板,所述脚踏板内部与所述气弹簧顶针连接,通过所述踏板触发所述气弹簧的启闭。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的翻转折叠升降办公桌,其特征在于,所述升降组件还包括空心的内立柱和外立柱,所述外立柱套设在所述内立柱上,所述气弹簧的一端与所述内立柱连接,另一端与所述外立柱连接;
    所述内立柱与外立柱之间还具有滑动套,所述滑动套上滚动设置有滚针,所述滚针与所述内立柱的外壁以及外立柱的内壁滚动接触。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的翻转折叠升降办公桌,其特征在于,所述转动锁定组件还包括与所述驱动块固定连接的转轴,所述转轴转动设置在所述固定盘和转动盘的轴心处,所述转轴的一端凸出于所述固定盘设置,所述转轴凸出与所述固定盘的一端固定连接有摆臂。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的翻转折叠升降办公桌,其特征在于,所述固定盘的圆形腔体凸起设置有若干定位块,所述定位块沿圆周方向间隔均布置,且两所述定位块之间构成供所述锁定块滑动的滑道。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的翻转折叠升降办公桌,其特征在于,所述锁定块沿其移动的方向上远离所述齿牙的一端上具有卡扣槽,所述驱动块靠近所述卡扣槽的一端具有卡勾,所述卡勾卡设在所述卡扣槽内,当所述驱动块沿朝向所述卡扣槽的方向移动时,带动所述锁定块朝远离所述齿圈的方向移动。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的翻转折叠升降办公桌,其特征在于,所述卡扣槽沿所述 锁定块的宽度方向延伸构成导向槽,所述导向槽的内壁与转轴中心的距离小于所述卡勾最外端与所述转轴中心的距离,当所述驱动块朝向远离所述卡扣槽的方向移动时,驱动所述锁定块朝向靠近所述齿圈的方向移动。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的翻转折叠升降办公桌,其特征在于,所述锁定块与所述驱动块上的卡勾均沿圆周方向均布设置有至少两个。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的翻转折叠升降办公桌,其特征在于,所述升降组件顶部还具有安装板,所述安装板包括水平板和与所述水平板两端垂直连接的竖直板,所述转动锁定组件对称安装在两所述竖直板的外壁上;
    所述桌板组件底部具有连接架,所述连接架与所述竖直板平行设置,所述连接架与两所述转动盘固定连接;
