针对充电设备等电子产品,通常具有金属弹片等电连接部,用以和待充电设备进行电连接,以实现充电等功能。
在现有技术中,为了供操作者知晓充电设备和待充电设备电连接是否到位,充电设备往往设置有发光部件,当充电设备和待充电设备电连接到位时,则发光部件闪烁,倘若发光部件没有闪烁时,则表明此时充电设备和待充电设备电连接尚未到位,需要操作者继续调整待充电设备的位置,直至发光部件闪烁为止。
可以看出,利用发光部件是否闪烁来反馈待充电设备是否处于充电状态,对于操作者的反馈往往并太明显,尤其是针对尺寸较大的待充电设备,当安装在充电设备上时,待充电设备有时会遮挡发光部件,使得操作者无法方便的获知充电设备和待充电设备的电连接状态,不利于向操作者提供可靠的反馈,使得操作体验欠佳。
综上可知,如何确保操作者能够方便可靠的获知充电设备和待充电设备的电连接状态是本领域技术人员需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容

其二,结合上述可知,由于声音的发出是由于发声凸台受到扭簧的撞击,因此必然会产生一定的冲击力,操作者亦能够感受到冲击力,同时配合声音的发出,进一步确保操作者能够获知支架的上表面已从通槽中露出,即针对支架设有电连接部的情形,则使得操作者获知待连接设备和电连接部的连接已到位,使得操作者具有较好的操作体验。
其三,由上述可知,扭簧仅在挡盖移动的过程中发生形变,无论是当待连接设备和电连接部的连接已到位,还是尚未对按压挡盖时,扭簧均处于放松状态;仅当在按压挡盖的过程中,也即待连接设备和电连接部的连接过程中,扭簧会在一段时间内弯曲变形,这样降低了扭簧的变形频次,有助于提升扭簧的使用寿命,进而可间接提升发声组件的使用寿命,确保使用可靠。

下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
为了使本技术领域的技术人员更好地理解本实用新型方案,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步的详细说明。
本实用新型实施例提供的发声组件03,参考说明书附图1至附图11,包括:挡盖1、支架2、电连接部3、扭簧5和壳体7,电连接部3安装于支架2,两者可固定设置。
以说明书附图1所示的方位为例,挡盖1安装于支架2的上表面,壳体7安装于支架2的下表面,壳体7和支架2固定连接;挡盖1具有通槽10,挡盖1可相对于支架2向下移动,以使电连接部3从通槽10中露出,使得电连接部3能够和位于挡盖1上方的待充电设备100等待连接产品相连。
针对挡盖1和支架2的连接方式,挡盖1可设有第一卡槽12,支架2设有第一卡扣23,当挡盖1相对于支架2滑动时,第一卡扣23可在第一卡槽12的范围内滑动,并且第一卡扣23的顶部和第一卡槽12的底部之间具有限位作用,以避免挡盖1和支架2脱离连接。
可以认为的是,当挡盖1未受到待充电设备100等待连接产品的按压时,则挡盖1位于电连接部3的上方,可以对电连接部3起到一定的保护作用;当待连接产品放置于挡盖1上且向下移动时,则挡盖1和待连接产品同步移动,由通槽10中露出的电连接部3即可和待连接产品相连;其中,电连接部3可具体为金属弹片等部件。
在本文中,电连接部3可位于支架2的上表面,当电连接部3和待连接产品相连时,仅仅露出电连接部3即可,即电连接部3和支架2可看做是一整体,支架2的上表面由通槽10中露出可以理解为电连接部3由通槽10中露出。除此之外,针对其他类型的发声组件03,支架2的上表面可设有除电连接部3之外的其他部件,当支架2的上表面由通槽10中露出时,以实现相 应的功能。
此外,挡盖1还可设有过孔13,支架2设有导向柱22,导向柱22可伸出过孔13,当电连接部3由通槽10中露出时,则导向柱22由过孔13中露出,利用导向柱22可插嵌于待连接产品的特定位置,以确保待连接产品和支架2之间的位置固定。
扭簧5位于支架2的下表面,扭簧5可和挡盖1同步移动,鉴于扭簧5和挡盖1之间间隔有支架2,支架2可设有贯穿其厚度的通孔21,位于挡盖1底部的按压凸台11穿设通孔21后和扭簧5的顶部连接;当然还可如后文提及,在支架2的下方设有连接板4,利用按压凸台11对连接板4施加作用力,以使连接板4将作用力施加于扭簧5的顶部;除此之外,扭簧5和挡盖1两者还可设有其他结构以实现同步移动,并不仅限于在支架2上开设通孔21的方式,例如,扭簧5和挡盖1两者可分别设有磁吸附件,两个磁吸附件能够在间隔有支架2的前提下产生排斥力,当挡盖1向下移动时,则扭簧5受到排斥力的作用而同步向下移动。
壳体7设有倾斜凸台71和发声凸台72,倾斜凸台71位于发声凸台72的上方,扭簧5的底端可以和倾斜凸台71滑动连接;当挡盖1向下移动时,扭簧5在和挡盖1同步向下移动的同时,扭簧5的底端和倾斜凸台71相接触,而后扭簧5的底端在倾斜凸台71上滑动,并且在滑动过程中,扭簧5发生弹性形变,扭簧5的弹性势能被存储,当扭簧5的底端滑动至倾斜凸台71的底部时,由于扭簧5的底端不会受到倾斜凸台71的阻碍,扭簧5的弹性势能被释放,扭簧5迅速回弹,扭簧5的底端撞击在发声凸台72,进而发出声响,如说明书附图6至附图9示出的情形。当扭簧5的底端撞击发声凸台72时,则电连接部3从挡盖1的通槽10中露出,电连接部3能够和待连接产品相连。
当需要将待连接产品和电连接部3断开连接时,则直接取下待连接产品,挡盖1和扭簧5可同步上移,最终挡盖1将电连接部3遮挡,且扭簧5的底端位于倾斜凸台71之上,扭簧5底端的上移过程如说明书附图10所示。
为了确保扭簧5的安装可靠,在支架2和壳体7之间可设有连接板4,利用连接板4和挡盖1同步移动,扭簧5的顶端和连接板4可固定连接,这样即可确保扭簧5和挡盖1同步移动。
连接板4和壳体7之间可滑动相连,连接板4可设有第二卡扣41,壳体 7设有第二卡槽73,第二卡扣41相对于第二卡槽73滑动连接,且第二卡槽73可限制第二卡扣41的上升高度,如说明书附图1和附图2所示。
针对连接板4和挡盖1之间的同步移动方式,可参考上文提及的磁吸附件,通过排斥力实现连接板4和挡盖1两者的同步移动;当然,还可在支架2上设有通孔21,挡盖1的底部设有按压凸台11,利用按压凸台11穿设通孔21后和连接板4相抵,进而推动连接板4向下运动;如此设置的好处在于,挡盖1、连接板4和扭簧5依次相连,将挡盖1的运动直接反馈至连接板4,并通过连接板4作用于扭簧5,使得扭簧5的移动可靠,以确保发声组件的正常工作。
为了确保当待连接产品从挡盖1上取下时,挡盖1可以自行向上移动,连接板4和壳体7之间设有弹簧等弹性部6。
弹性部6的顶部和连接板4的下表面相抵,弹性部6的底部和壳体7相抵,当需要将待连接产品和电连接部3连接时,为了使挡盖1向下移动,需要克服弹性部6的弹力,而当待连接产品从挡盖1上取下时,弹性部6的弹性势能被释放,弹性部6推动连接板4向上运动,以使连接板4推动挡盖1向上运动,挡盖1遮盖于电连接部3的外侧。
针对扭簧5的具体结构,包括倾斜设置的本体50,本体50在沿背离挡盖的方向上朝壳体7的外侧延伸。
以说明书附图5所示的方位为例,本体50由上自下朝向右侧倾斜,当扭簧5和挡盖1同步向下移动时,则本体50向右倾斜的角度逐渐变大,当扭簧5的底部脱离倾斜凸台71时,则本体50迅速恢复至初始形状,扭簧5的底部撞击发声凸台72。
如此设置的扭簧5,其结构较为简单,使用过程中较为可靠且便于维护,有助于降低发声组件的生产成本。
结合说明书附图6至附图10,倾斜凸台71的倾斜方向和本体50的倾斜方向一致,也即无论是倾斜凸台71还是本体50,均具备由上自下朝向右侧倾斜的形状特征,这样一来,当取下待充电设备100时,扭簧5在移动至倾斜凸台71上方的过程中,扭簧5不会受到倾斜凸台71的阻碍,使得发声组件的结构合理且可靠。
本体50的顶部还可设有折弯端51,折弯端51设置为封闭状,这样一来, 折弯端51和连接板4之间的接触面积较大,避免扭簧5和连接板4发生位置偏移。
本体50的底部可设有水平端52,水平端52和倾斜凸台71之间的接触方式为面面接触,使得扭簧5和倾斜凸台71的滑动连接可靠,以提升扭簧5的可靠性。
本实用新型实施例还提供的一种具有发声组件03的电子设备,包括上述具体实施例所描述的发声组件03;电子设备的其他部分可以参照现有技术。
参考说明书附图13,电子设备可包括容纳发声组件03的腔体,腔体设有适配口01,发声组件03的挡盖1和电连接部3可从适配口01中伸出,且电连接部3和电路板04相连。
腔体可经外壳02和底板06连接后形成,适配口01可设于外壳02,针对电子设备具体为充电设备的情形,电路板04还可连接充电线05,在使用过程中,将待充电设备100放置于外壳02上,以使待充电设备100的电连接座102按压挡盖1,以使挡盖1向下移动,进而露出电连接部3,当电连接座102和电连接部3连接后,如上文描述,发声组件03发出声音,以提示操作者此时待充电设备100和充电设备的连接到位。
针对支架2具有导向柱22的情形,待充电设备100还可设有导向孔101,导向柱22位于适配口01的上方,利用导向柱22伸入导向孔101中,进而确保待充电设备100和充电设备的位置固定可靠,如说明书附图12所示。
需要说明的是,在本说明书中,诸如第一和第二之类的关系术语仅仅用来将一个实体与另外几个实体区分开来,而不一定要求或者暗示这些实体之间存在任何这种实际的关系或者顺序。
以上对本实用新型所提供的发声组件和具有该发声组件的电子设备进行了详细介绍。本文中应用了具体个例对本实用新型的原理及实施方式进行了阐述,以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本实用新型的方法及其核心思想。应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型原理的前提下,还可以对本实用新型进行若干改进和修饰,这些改进和修饰也落入本实用新型权利要求的保护范围内。
Claims (10)
- 一种发声组件,其特征在于,包括支架(2),所述支架(2)的两面分别连接壳体(7)和具有通槽(10)的挡盖(1),且所述挡盖(1)用以沿面向和背离所述壳体(7)的方向移动,所述支架(2)和所述壳体(7)之间设有用以与所述挡盖(1)同步移动的扭簧(5),所述壳体(7)设有用以供所述扭簧(5)的端部滑动以实现所述扭簧(5)弯曲的倾斜凸台(71),所述倾斜凸台(71)背离所述挡盖(1)的端部设有发声凸台(72),以使弯曲的所述扭簧(5)在脱离和所述倾斜凸台(71)的接触时撞击;当所述挡盖(1)沿面向所述壳体(7)的方向移动且所述支架(2)的上表面由所述通槽(10)中露出时,所述发声凸台(72)受到所述扭簧(5)的撞击后发声。
- 根据权利要求1所述的发声组件,其特征在于,所述支架(2)和所述壳体(7)之间还设有连接板(4),所述连接板(4)用以和所述挡盖(1)同步移动,所述扭簧(5)面向所述挡盖(1)的一端和所述连接板(4)相连。
- 根据权利要求2所述的发声组件,其特征在于,所述挡盖(1)设有按压凸台(11),所述支架(2)设有用以供所述按压凸台(11)穿设的通孔(21),所述按压凸台(11)穿设所述通孔(21)后和所述连接板(4)抵接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的发声组件,其特征在于,所述连接板(4)和所述壳体(7)之间设有弹性部(6),通过放松对所述挡盖(1)按压,所述弹性部(6)推动所述连接板(4)沿背离所述壳体(7)的方向移动,以使所述挡盖(1)遮挡所述支架(2)。
- 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的发声组件,其特征在于,所述扭簧(5)包括倾斜设置的本体(50),所述本体(50)在沿背离所述挡盖(1)的方向上朝所述壳体(7)的外侧延伸。
- 根据权利要求5所述的发声组件,其特征在于,所述倾斜凸台(71) 的倾斜方向和所述本体(50)的倾斜方向一致。
- 根据权利要求5所述的发声组件,其特征在于,所述扭簧(5)面向所述挡盖(1)的一端具有呈封闭状的折弯端(51),和/或;所述扭簧(5)背离所述挡盖(1)的一端具有水平端(52)。
- 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至7任一项所述的发声组件(03)。
- 根据权利要求8所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述支架(2)的上表面设有用以从所述通槽(10)中伸出的电连接部(3),还包括容纳所述发声组件(03)的腔体,所述腔体设有用以供所述挡盖(1)和所述电连接部(3)伸出的适配口(01),所述电连接部(3)和电路板(04)相连。
- 根据权利要求8或9所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备具体为充电设备。
