随着工业化的发展,各式各样的设备充斥着整个工业行业,在工业机械中不可避免的使用到一些大型工件,大型工件在加工完成后其表面会粘附一些杂质与灰尘,需要对其表面进行清洗。目前对于此种大型零件的清洗方式一般由人工进行清洗或者搬运至清洗机进行清洗,这种清洗方式需要加大的工作强度,并且搬运清理费时费力,很不方便且清洗效率低下,为此,我们提出一种工业机械自动化清洗装置。

本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种工业机械自动化清洗装置,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。

为实现上述目的,本实用新型采取的技术方案为。
一种工业机械自动化清洗装置,包括安装架,所述安装架的内侧之间设置设置有转杆,所述转杆的外侧外表面且相切与安装架的内侧设置有限位块,所述限位块的两侧且位于转杆的外侧外表面均设置有滑块,所述滑块的底部外表面且位于安装架的内侧之间设置有限位板,所述滑块的底部外表面设置有贯穿限位板的滑杆,所述滑杆的底部外表面设置有一号电动机,所述一号电动机的底部外表面设置有安装座,所述安装座的底部外表面的两侧均设置有清洗棒,所述限位块的底部且位于限位板的底部外表面设置有喷水器。

与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下有益效果:该工业机械自动化清洗装置,通过二号电动机带动转杆转动,利用转杆外侧相反的螺纹,带动两侧的滑块向相反的方向移动,从而带动滑杆底部的一号电动机做对应的移动,从而达到了便于根据工业机械的宽度进行调节;通过一号电动机带动安装座转动,由此带动安装座底部的两组清洗棒转动,并且通过定位块与弹簧组合使用,并且在蓄水箱通过出水管带动喷水器运行,从而达到了快速清洗的效果。

如图1-4所示,一种工业机械自动化清洗装置,包括安装架1,安装架1的内侧之间设置设置有转杆2,转杆2的外侧外表面且相切与安装架1的内侧设置有限位块3,限位块3的两侧且位于转杆2的外侧外表面均设置有滑块4,滑块4的底部外表面且位于安装架1的内侧之间设置有限位板5,滑块4的底部外表面设置有贯穿限位板5的滑杆6,滑杆6的底部外表面设置有一号电动机7,一号电动机7可采用Y200L1-2型号异步电动机,功率为30kW,一号电动机7的底部外表面设置有安装座8,安装座8的底部外表面的两侧均设置有清洗棒9,限位块3的底部且位于限位板5的底部外表面设置有喷水器10。
安装架1底部外表面的两侧均设置有多组滚轮11,滚轮11与安装架1为活动连接,便于移动安装架1。
安装架1与转杆2为活动连接,转杆3的右侧且位于安装架1的右侧外表面设置有二号电动机12,二号电动机12可采用Y225M-2型号异步电动机,功率为45kW,二号电动机12与安装架1为电性连接,转杆2的两侧设置有相反的螺纹,滑块4的内部设置有与转杆2外侧相对应的螺纹,滑块4与转杆2为活动连接,使转杆2带动滑块4呈相反的方向移动。
滑块4与限位板5的顶部外表面相切,限位板5与安装架1为固定连接,限位板5的内部设置有与滑杆6相对应的长条槽,滑杆6与滑块4为活动连接,滑杆6的底部且位于一号电动机7的外侧外表面设置有电机罩13,电机罩13与一号电动机7为固定连接,用于保护一号电动机7,电机罩13与滑杆6为固定连接,一号电动机7与安装座8为固定连接,安装座8的内部的两侧之间设置有支撑杆14,支撑杆14的外侧外表面且位于清洗棒9的顶部外表面设置有定位块15,对应的定位块15之间且位于支撑棒14的外侧设置有弹簧16,便于缓冲清洗棒9受到的压力,定位块15与支撑杆14为活动连接,清洗棒9的外侧为棉布结构,便于更换与清理。
安装架1的顶部外表面设置有蓄水箱17,蓄水箱17的内部为清洗剂,蓄水箱17与安装架1为固定连接,蓄水箱17底部外表面与喷水器10的顶部外表面均与限位块3之间设置有出水管18,出水管18与蓄水箱17以及喷水器10为固定连接,限位块3的内部设置有与转杆2相对应的开口,限位块3的内部且位于转杆2的外侧设置有出水槽,喷水器10为半球形结构,提高喷洒面。
需要说明的是,本实用新型为一种工业机械自动化清洗装置,在使用时,工作人员安装安装架1推动至工业机械的外侧,并且启动二号电动机12带动转杆2转动,利用转杆2外侧相反的螺纹,带动两侧的滑块4向相反的方向移动,从而带动滑杆6底部的一号电动机7做对应的移动,使对应的清洗棒9夹持工业机械的外侧,随后启动一号电动机7带动安装座8转动,由此带动安装座8底部的两组清洗棒9沿着工业机械的外侧转动,并且蓄水箱17通过出水管18带动喷水器10运行,对工业机械进行喷洒清洗剂,清洗棒9在转动的同时,清洗棒9顶部的定位块15在弹簧16的伸缩下,起到缓冲清洗棒9受到的压力的效果,起到设备的耐用性,操作便利,较为实用。
