Description
本申请涉及连接结构技术领域,特别是涉及一种固定装置及套件。
随着设计水平的不断提高,人们对固定技术的要求也越来越广泛,卡扣安装拆卸方便,可以做到免工具拆卸,卡扣连接是一种使各连接件间结合的最为有效的连接方式之一。
现有技术中卡扣结构较为复杂,且存在难以开启以及连接不可靠的问题。
【发明内容】
本申请主要解决的技术问题是提供一种固定装置及套件,本申请的固定装置结构简单,方便锁紧与开启,且能够提高扣合力,扣合可靠性更高。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种固定装置,该固定装置包括:底座,设有用于容置终端的容置空间;卡合件,与底座活动连接,卡合件的一端设置有连接部,连接部用于与终端配合以固定终端,卡合件的另一端端用于在终端位于容置空间内时与终端抵接;驱动部,连接卡合用于驱动卡合件相对于底座运动,以使卡合件与终端脱离配合。
进一步地,卡合件的另一端设置有顶起部,用于配合连接部固定终端以及在卡合件运动时顶出终端。
进一步地,连接部为卡钩,卡钩用于配合终端上的卡槽以固定终端。
进一步地,卡合件上设置有转轴,转轴固定于底座上,卡合件沿转轴转动。
进一步地,固定装置还包括压块,转轴支撑于压块上并且可以相对于压块转动,卡合件通过压块与底座活动连接。
进一步地,驱动部包括记忆金属丝,记忆金属丝连接卡合件,记忆金属丝在通电时收缩以拉动卡合件。
进一步地,驱动部包括磁吸件,位于卡合件的一侧,磁吸件能够产生磁力,以使卡合件在磁力的作用下转动。

请参阅图1和图2所示,图1是本申请提供的固定装置的一实施例的结构示意图,图2是图1中的固定装置的卡合件的一实施例的结构示意图,该固定装置用于固定终端。其中,终端可以为智能设备,比如平板电脑、手机、对讲机等,在其他实施例中,终端还可以为家用电器设备的盖体等。具体地,固定装置包括:底座3和卡合件11和驱动部16。
底座3上设置有容置终端的容置空间31,卡合件11与底座3活动连接,卡合件11上设置有连接部12,需将终端固定于固定装置上时,将终端置于容置空间31内,卡合件11上的连接部12与终端配合以固定终端,卡合件11的另一端可以与终端抵接,以形成联动结构,从而进一步提高扣合力。
如图2所示,驱动部16连接卡合件11,当需要将终端从底座3上取下时,驱动部16驱动卡合件11相对于底座3运动,以使连接部12脱离终端,从而使终端能够从底座3上取下。
本实施例的固定装置的结构简单,且卡合件11的连接部12和卡合件11的另一端能够形成一个联动结构,进一步加大扣合时的扣合力,提高扣合可靠性。
在一个具体的实施例中,连接部12可以为卡钩,终端上可以设置与卡钩对应的卡槽,用于容置卡钩,终端置于容置空间31内,卡钩卡接于卡槽内以实现 对终端的固定。在其他实施例中,连接部12还可以为吸附件等,以实现对终端的固定。
可选地,卡合件11的另一端可以设置有顶起部15。如图3所示,当终端位于容置空间31内时,顶起部15的向上推力和卡钩的卡接力共同使得终端固定更加牢固。如图4所示,顶起部15还可以用于在卡合件11运动时顶出终端。
进一步地,如图2所示,顶起部15可以包括弹性件152和顶盖151,弹性件152的一端连接卡合件11,弹性件152的另一端连接顶盖151。其中,弹性件152可以为弹簧。在其他实施例中,弹性件152还可以为硅胶等具有弹性的材料。通过在顶起部15设置弹性件152,能够缓和及抑制顶起部15在运动时所受到的力,使固定装置的卡合及开启更为缓和,从而可以提高固定装置的可靠性和使用寿命。
进一步地,如图2所示,卡合件11上设置有转轴14,转轴14可以固定于底座3上,卡合件11沿转轴14转动,具体地,底座3上可以设置有用于固定转轴14的固定孔,或者固定槽,转轴14支撑于该固定孔或者固定槽内,并能够发生转动。卡合件11沿着转轴14转动能够实现固定装置由锁紧状态到开启状态的转换。
优选地,转轴14与卡合件11一体成型设计,以提高固定装置的可靠性。如图2所示,为了能够更好地固定转轴14,固定装置还包括压块13,压块13设置在底座3上,压块13用于将卡合件11固定在底座3上,转轴14支撑于压块13上,并与压块13转动配合,此种方式能够更方便地将卡合件11固定在底座3上。

可选地,卡合件11的沿垂直于转轴14方向的截面形状可以为C形,以提高固定装置的承载能力。卡钩和顶起部15分别位于C形卡合件11的两端,卡钩的延伸方向与顶起部15的延伸方向可以相交,具体地,卡钩的延伸方向与顶 起部15的延伸方向呈预设的夹角设置,比如该夹角范围可以为60度-120度。优选地,卡钩的延伸方向与顶起部15的延伸方向的夹角可以为90度,以提高固定装置和终端卡合的紧密性。

如图3所示,底座3和终端在进行连接时,终端向底座3的容置空间31内滑动,终端的侧边挤压卡合件11的卡钩,卡合件11通过自身转轴14转动,卡合件11的另一端顶出顶起部15,使得至少部分顶起部15位于容置空间31内。终端继续向容置空间31内滑动,继续下压以接触到顶起部15,并进一步挤压顶起部15,直到卡钩卡入终端的侧边卡槽内,即完成锁定过程。
优选地,卡钩与卡合件11相对的一面为斜面,即卡钩的截面积沿卡钩的延伸方向逐渐减小,以使终端能够顺利地滑入底座3的容置空间31内。
将终端从固定装置上取下时,如图4所示,驱动部16可以拉动卡合件11,以使卡合件11的顶起部15顶出终端,且卡钩脱离卡槽。通过驱动部16使终端能够轻易地脱离底座3。
可选地,固定装置还可以包括拉动部17,拉动部17连接卡合件11,并朝远离所述卡合件11的方向延伸,其中驱动部16连接拉动部17,并通过拉动部17来拉动卡合件11转动。可选地,拉动部17可以与转轴14垂直设置。此种设置方式,驱动部16能够更方便地拉动卡合件11,使卡合件11绕转轴14进行转动。
在一个具体的实施例中,驱动部16还可以包括记忆金属丝,记忆金属丝连接拉动部17,记忆金属丝在通电时能够收缩以拉动卡合件11,使卡合件11发生转动,以使卡扣脱离卡槽21,顶起部15顶出终端。具体地,可以通过外部按键(或虚拟按键)按压实现驱动部16通电收缩,强制拉动卡扣件11运动。此种方式,简单省力,方便用户开启固定装置。
在另一个实施例中,驱动部16可以包括磁吸件,磁吸件位于卡合件11的一侧,磁吸件能够产生磁力,以使卡合件11在磁力的作用下转动。比如,磁吸件可以为电磁件,该电磁件在通电时能够产生电磁力,卡合件11电磁力的作用下发生转动,从而使顶起部15顶出终端。
在其他实施例中,还可以直接通过机械外力的方式拉动卡合件11,使卡合件11发生转动。
在一个具体的使用场景中,如图6和图7所示,固定装置用于固定终端2,终端2上设置有卡槽21,卡槽21对应卡钩设置。如图6所示,在锁紧状态下,卡合件11的卡钩卡接于卡槽21内,顶起部15与终端2抵接,顶起部15的向上的推力和卡钩的卡接力共同作用使终端2牢固地固定于底座3上。如图7所示,固定装置在开启状态时,驱动部16驱动卡合件11转动,使卡钩脱离卡槽21,顶起部15用于顶出终端2,以使终端2脱离底座3。本实施例中,固定装置能够对终端2进行固定,且方便开启。
区别于现有技术的情况,本实施例的固定装置的卡钩和顶起部15能够形成联动结构,提高扣合时的扣合力,提高固定装置的可靠性。且本实施例的固定装置的结构简单,方便底座3和终端的连接及开启。
请参阅图8所示,图8是本申请提供的套件的一实施例的结构示意图,该套件包括固定装置81和终端82。其中,终端82和固定装置81可拆卸连接。
关于固定装置81的结构请参阅上述实施例的附图及相关的文字说明,在此不再赘述。
其中,终端82可以为智能设备,比如个人电脑、平板电脑、手持终端等,在其他实施例中,该终端82还可为家用电器的盖体等。
本实施例的固定装置81在固定终端82时,不占用终端82的空间,具有较强的实用性。
区别于现有技术的情况,本实施例提供的套件中,终端82可拆卸地连接于固定装置81上,该固定装置81具有较高的扣合力,且方便锁紧与开启,具有较高的可靠性。

Claims (10)
- 一种固定装置,其特征在于,所述固定装置包括:底座,设有用于容置终端的容置空间;卡合件,与所述底座活动连接,所述卡合件的一端设置有连接部,所述连接部用于与所述终端配合以固定所述终端,所述卡合件的另一端端用于在所述终端位于所述容置空间内时与所述终端抵接;驱动部,连接所述卡合件,用于驱动所述卡合件相对于所述底座运动,以使所述卡合件与所述终端脱离配合。
- 根据权利要求1所述的固定装置,其特征在于,所述卡合件的另一端设置有顶起部,用于配合所述连接部固定所述终端以及在所述卡合件运动时顶出所述终端。
- 根据权利要求2所述的固定装置,其特征在于,所述连接部为卡钩,所述卡钩用于配合所述终端上的卡槽以固定所述终端。
- 根据权利要求1所述的固定装置,其特征在于,所述卡合件上设置有转轴,所述转轴固定于所述底座上,所述卡合件沿所述转轴转动。
- 根据权利要求4所述的固定装置,其特征在于,所述固定装置还包括压块,所述转轴支撑于所述压块上并且可以相对于所述压块转动,所述卡合件通过所述压块与所述底座活动连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的固定装置,其特征在于,所述驱动部包括记忆金属丝,所述记忆金属丝连接所述卡合件,所述记忆金属丝在通电时收缩以拉动所述卡合件。
- 根据权利要求1所述的固定装置,其特征在于,所述驱动部包括磁吸件,位于所述卡合件的一侧,所述磁吸件能够产生磁力,以使所述卡合件在所述磁力的作用下转动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的固定装置,其特征在于,所述顶起部包括弹性件与顶盖,所述弹性件的一端连接所述卡合件,所述弹性件的另一端连接所述顶盖。
- 根据权利要求4所述的固定装置,其特征在于,所述卡合件沿垂直于所述转轴方向的截面形状为C型或者L型。
- 一种套件,其特征在于,所述套件包括终端和权利要求1-9任一项所述的固定装置,所述终端与所述固定装置可拆卸连接。
