Description
本实用新型属于锂电池生产涂布加工领域,尤其涉及一种锂电池生产涂布烘干装置。
涂布是将糊状聚合物、熔融态聚合物或聚合物熔液涂布于纸、布、塑料薄膜上制得复合材料(膜)的方法,电极片在生产加工的时候一般也需要进行涂布处理,涂布是为了防腐,绝缘,装饰等目的,以液体或粉末形式在织物,纸张,金属箔或板等物体表面上涂盖塑料薄层,注:划分衬里,被覆,涂布的原则是皮膜厚度依次变薄,涂布的工作流程:将成卷的基材,如:纸张、布匹、皮革、铝箔、塑料薄膜等,涂上一层特定功能的胶、涂料或油墨等,并烘干后收卷,在锂电池的生产过程中,由于锂电池需要进行绝缘以及防潮等保护措施,所以锂电池的生产中涂布是很重要的一环,涂布胶由于其特性前期固化比较慢,一般正常情况下3-5天都不固化,会严重影响工作效率,所以对于涂布进行烘干处理很有必要,但是目前锂电池的生产领域还没有一种用于锂电池生产涂布烘干装置。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种锂电池生产涂布烘干装置,旨在解决目前锂电池的生产领域还没有一种用于锂电池生产涂布烘干装置的问题。
本实用新型是这样实现的,一种锂电池生产涂布烘干装置,包括安装主 底座、控制操作平台、高效率烘干箱、涂布进料履带、涂布出料履带以及涂布辊压轴,其特征在于:所述安装主底座的顶部设有所述涂布出料履带和支撑安装件,所述支撑安装件的侧壁设有所述涂布辊压轴,所述涂布辊压轴的外表面设有加热层,所述安装主底座的侧壁上设有所述控制操作平台,所述控制操作平台上设有显示屏和热风风扇调节旋钮,所述控制操作平台上还设有红外线加热灯调节旋钮和电连接输出端接口,所述安装主底座的侧壁还通过安装螺栓安装有所述涂布进料履带,所述高效率烘干箱的侧壁设有电连接接收端端接口,所述高效率烘干箱包括热风风扇外接接口、涂布出料口、红外线加热灯外接接口、内部履带驱动旋转轴、内部履带、涂布进料口、热风风扇、红外线加热灯,所述热风风扇安装在所述安装主底座的内壁上,所述内部履带驱动旋转轴上套有所述内部履带,所述热风风扇安装在所述安装主底座的侧壁上。
更进一步地,所述热风风扇调节旋钮和所述热风风扇电连接,所述红外线加热灯调节旋钮和所述红外线加热灯电连接。
更进一步地,所述电连接接收端端接口和所述电连接输出端接口之间通过导线连接。

关于实施本实用新型的有益技术效果为:本实用新型提供一种用于锂电池生产涂布烘干装置,本实用新型通过设有红外线加热灯和热风风扇搭配使用,相较于以往的纯热风烘干,本实用新型采用热风烘干和红外线烘干相结合,能耗更低,烘干效率更高,烘干质量更好;本实用新型还通过涂布辊压 轴和加热层可以在涂布进行烘干之前对涂布进行除褶皱的处理,保证涂布的生产质量;本实用新型还通过设有热风风扇调节旋钮和红外线加热灯调节旋钮可以方便的调节高效率烘干箱内部的烘干温度,使本实用新型有良好的适应性。

如图1-图3所示一种锂电池生产涂布烘干装置,包括安装主底座1、控制操作平台2、高效率烘干箱3、涂布进料履带4、涂布出料履带5以及涂布辊压轴6,其特征在于:安装主底座1的顶部设有涂布出料履带5和支撑安装件11,支撑安装件11的侧壁设有涂布辊压轴6,涂布辊压轴6的外表面设有加热层10,安装主底座1的侧壁上设有控制操作平台2,控制操作平台2上设有显示屏14和热风风扇调节旋钮13,控制操作平台2上还设有红外线加热灯调节旋钮12和电连接输出端接口9,安装主底座1的侧壁还通过安装螺栓7安装有涂布进料履带4,高效率烘干箱3的侧壁设有电连接接收端端接口8,高效率烘干箱3包括热风风扇外接接口31、涂布出料口32、红外线加 热灯外接接口33、内部履带驱动旋转轴34、内部履带35、涂布进料口36、热风风扇37、红外线加热灯38,热风风扇37安装在安装主底座1的内壁上,内部履带驱动旋转轴34上套有内部履带35,热风风扇37安装在安装主底座1的侧壁上。
热风风扇调节旋钮13和热风风扇37电连接,红外线加热灯调节旋钮12和红外线加热灯38电连接,方便调节烘干温度。
电连接接收端端接口8和电连接输出端接口9之间通过导线连接,方便通过旋钮远程调控。
支撑安装件11与涂布辊压轴6为可拆卸连接,可拆卸连接的方式方便安装。
高效率烘干箱3的内壁上还设有保温阻燃材料,更好的保温以及起到阻燃的作用。
高效率烘干箱3为经过倒角处理的不锈钢构件,不锈钢的材质具有很好的耐用性。
本实用新型通过涂布进料履带4自动导入涂布进行烘干处理,首先涂布辊压轴6和加热层10会对涂布进行除皱处理,然后涂布经由内部履带35带动通过涂布进料口36进入高效率烘干箱3的内部进行烘干处理,高效率烘干箱3内部的设有红外线加热灯38和热风风扇37搭配对涂布进行烘干,然后涂布经由内部履带35带动从涂布出料口32排除,然后涂布通过涂布出料履带5完成自动出料。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:本实用新型提供一种用于锂电池生产涂布烘干装置,本实用新型通过设有红外线加热灯38和热风风扇37搭配使用,相较于以往的纯热风烘干,本实用新型采用热风烘干和红外线烘干相结合, 能耗更低,烘干效率更高,烘干质量更好;本实用新型还通过涂布辊压轴6和加热层10可以在涂布进行烘干之前对涂布进行除褶皱的处理,保证涂布的生产质量;本实用新型还通过设有热风风扇调节旋钮13和红外线加热灯调节旋钮12可以方便的调节高效率烘干箱3内部的烘干温度,使本实用新型有良好的适应性。
