Description

スピーカ及びスピーカの取付構造Speaker and speaker mounting structure
本開示本開示は、スピーカ及びスピーカの取付構造に関する。 This disclosure This disclosure relates to a speaker and a speaker mounting structure.
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2005-20292 discloses a speaker device in which a speaker unit is attached to a door inner panel (mounting target) of a vehicle. In this speaker device, the insulator that attaches the frame of the speaker unit to the door inner panel is provided with an elastic member, and the elastic member absorbs the vibration transmitted from the speaker unit to the door inner panel. As a result, it is configured to suppress the emission of unnecessary sounds such as so-called "chattering sound" from the door inner panel due to the vibration of the speaker unit.
しかしながら、特開2005-20292号公報に記載された技術では、インシュレータの数だけ弾性部材を要するため、部品点数が増加し、組立作業が複雑化するという課題がある。 However, the technique described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2005-20292 requires elastic members as many as the number of insulators, so that there is a problem that the number of parts increases and the assembly work becomes complicated.
本開示本開示は上記課題を考慮し、スピーカから伝わる振動によって不要な音が放出されることを抑制することができ、且つ、取付対象へのスピーカの組立け作業を簡単にすることができるスピーカを提供することを目的とする。 The present disclosure In consideration of the above problems, the present disclosure can suppress the emission of unnecessary sound due to the vibration transmitted from the speaker, and can simplify the work of assembling the speaker to the mounting target. The purpose is to provide.
第1の態様に係るスピーカは、スピーカユニットと、前記スピーカユニットを保持する保持部材と、を備えるスピーカであって、前記保持部材は、弾性材料で形成されており、前記スピーカユニットを保持する保持部と、前記保持部と一体に設けられ取付対象に固定される取付部と、を有している。 The speaker according to the first aspect is a speaker including a speaker unit and a holding member for holding the speaker unit, and the holding member is made of an elastic material and holds the speaker unit. It has a portion and a mounting portion that is provided integrally with the holding portion and is fixed to the mounting target.
According to the first aspect, the speaker includes a holding member formed of an elastic material and a speaker unit held by the holding member. The holding member has a holding portion for holding the speaker unit and a mounting portion provided integrally with the holding portion and fixed to the mounting target. That is, the speaker unit is configured to be fixed to the mounting target via a mounting portion made of an elastic material. As a result, the vibration of the speaker unit is absorbed by the mounting portion, so that the vibration is less likely to be propagated to the mounting target. As a result, it is possible to suppress the emission of unnecessary sound from the mounting target due to the vibration transmitted from the speaker unit. Further, by integrally providing the mounting portion and the holding portion, the number of parts can be reduced and the assembly work of the speaker to the mounting target can be simplified.
第2の態様に係るスピーカは、第1の態様に記載の構成において、前記保持部材は、前記スピーカユニットの背面を囲うエンクロージャ部を有している。 The speaker according to the second aspect has an enclosure portion that surrounds the back surface of the speaker unit in the configuration according to the first aspect.
According to the second aspect, the back surface of the speaker unit is surrounded by an enclosure portion. As a result, the holding member constitutes a so-called "sealed" enclosure. In such a closed type enclosure, the internal volume of the rear space (back chamber) of the speaker unit can be arbitrarily set according to the size and shape of the enclosure portion, and the acoustic characteristics of the speaker can be adjusted. Therefore, the adjustment of the acoustic characteristics can be completed at the design stage of the speaker, and the trouble of adjusting the acoustic characteristics on the mounting target side can be saved.
第3の態様に係るスピーカは、第1の態様又は第2の態様に記載の構成において、前記保持部には、前記スピーカユニットの外周部を保持する矩形溝が形成されている。 The speaker according to the third aspect has a rectangular groove for holding the outer peripheral portion of the speaker unit in the holding portion in the configuration described in the first aspect or the second aspect.
第3の態様によれば、スピーカユニットの外周部は、保持部に形成された矩形溝によって保持されている。ここで、本態様の保持部は弾性材料で形成されているため、保持部の弾性復元力を利用して、スピーカユニットの外周部に矩形溝の側面を密着させることができる。従って、保持部とスピーカユニットとの間の密閉性を確保することができ、空気漏れによる音圧や音質の低下を抑制することができる。 According to the third aspect, the outer peripheral portion of the speaker unit is held by a rectangular groove formed in the holding portion. Here, since the holding portion of this embodiment is made of an elastic material, the side surface of the rectangular groove can be brought into close contact with the outer peripheral portion of the speaker unit by utilizing the elastic restoring force of the holding portion. Therefore, the airtightness between the holding portion and the speaker unit can be ensured, and the deterioration of sound pressure and sound quality due to air leakage can be suppressed.
第4の態様に係るスピーカは、第3の態様に記載の構成において、前記矩形溝の側面には、前記外周部に向かって突設された線状突起が形成され、前記保持部は、前記線状突起を介して前記外周部に密着している。 In the speaker according to the fourth aspect, in the configuration described in the third aspect, a linear protrusion is formed on the side surface of the rectangular groove so as to project toward the outer peripheral portion, and the holding portion is the holding portion. It is in close contact with the outer peripheral portion via a linear protrusion.
第4の態様によれば、矩形溝の側面にスピーカユニットの外周部に向かって突設された線状突起を設けることにより、矩形溝の側面の一部をスピーカユニットの外周部へ積極的に密着させることができる。これにより、保持部とスピーカユニットとの間の密閉性を確実に得ることができる。 According to the fourth aspect, by providing a linear protrusion projecting from the side surface of the rectangular groove toward the outer peripheral portion of the speaker unit, a part of the side surface of the rectangular groove is positively directed to the outer peripheral portion of the speaker unit. Can be brought into close contact. Thereby, the airtightness between the holding portion and the speaker unit can be surely obtained.
第5の態様に係るスピーカは、第1の態様~第4の態様の何れか1態様に記載の構成において、前記取付部には、前記取付対象に形成された取付孔に挿通して固定される固定部が一体に設けられている。 In the configuration according to any one of the first to fourth aspects, the speaker according to the fifth aspect is fixed to the mounting portion by inserting it into a mounting hole formed in the mounting target. A fixed portion is provided integrally.
第5の態様によれば、保持部材は、取付部に一体に設けられた固定部を取付対象の取付孔に挿通させることにより、取付対象に固定される構成となっている。これにより、保持部材を取付対象に固定する際にドライバ等の工具を要しないため、取付対象へのスピーカの組付け作業を一層簡単にすることができる。 According to the fifth aspect, the holding member is fixed to the mounting target by inserting the fixing portion integrally provided in the mounting portion into the mounting hole of the mounting target. As a result, since a tool such as a screwdriver is not required to fix the holding member to the mounting target, the work of assembling the speaker to the mounting target can be further simplified.
第6の態様に係るスピーカの取付構造は、第1の態様~第4の態様の何れか1態様に記載のスピーカを取付対象に取り付けるスピーカの取付構造であって、前記取付対象には、収容凹部が形成されており、前記保持部材は、前記収容凹部に嵌め込まれた状態で、前記取付部が前記取付対象に固定されている。 The speaker mounting structure according to the sixth aspect is a speaker mounting structure for mounting the speaker according to any one of the first to fourth aspects to the mounting target, and is accommodated in the mounting target. A recess is formed, and the holding member is fitted to the housing recess and the mounting portion is fixed to the mounting target.
第6の態様によれば、スピーカの保持部材は、取付対象に形成された収容凹部に嵌め込まれた状態で取付対象に固定されている。これにより、取付対象の表面の凹凸を低減することができ、スピーカが取付対象の周辺部材と干渉することを抑制することができる。 According to the sixth aspect, the holding member of the speaker is fixed to the mounting target in a state of being fitted in the accommodating recess formed in the mounting target. As a result, the unevenness of the surface of the mounting target can be reduced, and the speaker can be prevented from interfering with the peripheral members of the mounting target.
本開示によれば、スピーカから伝わる振動によって不要な音が放出されることを抑制することができ、取付対象へのスピーカの組付け作業を簡単にすることができるスピーカ及びスピーカの取付構造を提供することができる。 According to the present disclosure, there is provided a speaker and a speaker mounting structure capable of suppressing the emission of unnecessary sound due to vibration transmitted from the speaker and simplifying the work of assembling the speaker to the mounting target. can do.

(Speaker)
FIG. 2 shows an exploded perspective view of the speaker 1. As shown in FIG. 2, the speaker 1 includes a speaker unit 20 that outputs an acoustic signal (sound wave) by vibrating the diaphragm 26, and a holding member 30 that holds the speaker unit 20. .. The speaker 1 of the present embodiment is attached to the meter device 2 in a posture in which the front surface 20A of the speaker unit 20 is arranged facing the rear side of the meter device 2 (see FIG. 1).
 (スピーカユニット)
 スピーカユニット20は、振動板26を備える本体部22と、本体部22に装着されたフロントカバー24を有している。
(Speaker unit)
The speaker unit 20 has a main body portion 22 provided with a diaphragm 26 and a front cover 24 mounted on the main body portion 22.
本体部22は、振動板26や図示しない磁気回路を含んで構成されており、振動板26の背面側には、振動板26及び磁気回路を支持するフレーム28が取り付けられている。振動板26は、本体部22の前面(スピーカユニット20の前面20A側)に配置されている。また、フレーム28は、本体部22の背面(スピーカユニット20の背面20B側)に配置されている。 The main body 22 is configured to include a diaphragm 26 and a magnetic circuit (not shown), and a diaphragm 26 and a frame 28 supporting the magnetic circuit are attached to the back side of the diaphragm 26. The diaphragm 26 is arranged on the front surface of the main body 22 (on the front surface 20A side of the speaker unit 20). Further, the frame 28 is arranged on the back surface of the main body 22 (the back surface 20B side of the speaker unit 20).
The front cover 24 includes a front surface portion 24A that covers the front surface of the main body portion 22, and a side surface portion 24B that covers the radial outer side surface of the main body portion 22. The front cover 24 is made of resin as an example. The front surface portion 24A is formed in a circular plate shape with the axial direction (amplitude direction) of the speaker 1 as the plate thickness direction, and is arranged so as to face the front surface of the main body portion 22. A plurality of through holes 40 are formed in the front surface portion 24A, and the inside and outside of the front cover 24 are communicated with each other through these through holes 40. The side surface portion 24B is erected on the back side of the main body portion 22 from the peripheral edge of the front surface portion 24A. The side surface portion 24B is fitted to the outer peripheral portion of the main body portion 22 by a fitting claw (not shown) formed on the inner peripheral surface.
このように、スピーカユニット20は、図3(A)に示すように、本体部22とフロントカバー24とを予め一体化させた後に、後述する保持部材30に収容される(図3(B)参照)。なお、スピーカユニット20にフロントカバー24は必須ではなく、スピーカユニットが、フロントカバーを備えない構成としてもよい。 As described above, as shown in FIG. 3A, the speaker unit 20 is housed in the holding member 30 described later after the main body portion 22 and the front cover 24 are integrated in advance (FIG. 3B). reference). The front cover 24 is not essential to the speaker unit 20, and the speaker unit may be configured not to have a front cover.
 (保持部材)
 保持部材30は、弾性材料で形成されており、保持部32と、取付部34と、エンクロージャ部36と、が一体に形成されている。この保持部材30は、スピーカユニット20を保持すると共に、スピーカ1の所謂エンクロージャを構成している。
(Holding member)
The holding member 30 is made of an elastic material, and the holding portion 32, the mounting portion 34, and the enclosure portion 36 are integrally formed. The holding member 30 holds the speaker unit 20 and constitutes a so-called enclosure of the speaker 1.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the holding portion 32 of the holding member 30 has a function of holding the outer peripheral portion of the speaker unit 20. Specifically, the holding portion 32 is formed in a cylindrical shape surrounding the outer peripheral portion of the speaker unit 20, and a rectangular groove 42 opened inward in the radial direction is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the holding portion 32. Has been done. The rectangular groove 42 is composed of a vertical side surface 32A facing the side surface of the front cover 24, a front side surface 32B extending radially inward from the front end of the vertical side surface 32A, and a rear side surface 32C extending radially inward from the rear end. There is. In the holding portion 32, the outer peripheral portion of the front cover 24 is fitted inside the rectangular groove 42 to be held. The front end of the vertical side surface 32A indicates the front end of the speaker unit 20 on the vertical side surface 32A, and the rear end of the vertical side surface 32A indicates the rear end of the speaker unit 20 on the vertical side surface 32A. ing.
また、矩形溝42の縦側面32Aには、上記保持部32とスピーカユニット20との密閉性を高めるための線状突起50が設けられている。線状突起50は、保持部32の周方向に沿って環状に形成されるとともに、フロントカバー24の側面部24B(外周部)に向かって突設された三角状に形成されている。本実施形態では、保持部32の軸方向に沿って線状突起50が複数設けられている。 Further, the vertical side surface 32A of the rectangular groove 42 is provided with a linear protrusion 50 for enhancing the airtightness between the holding portion 32 and the speaker unit 20. The linear protrusion 50 is formed in an annular shape along the circumferential direction of the holding portion 32, and is formed in a triangular shape protruding toward the side surface portion 24B (outer peripheral portion) of the front cover 24. In the present embodiment, a plurality of linear protrusions 50 are provided along the axial direction of the holding portion 32.
As shown in FIG. 3A, in the tip portion of the linear protrusion 50, the inner diameter of the holding portion 32 is formed to be slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the side surface portion 24B (outer diameter of the front cover 24). As a result, when the outer peripheral portion of the front cover 24 is accommodated inside the rectangular groove 42, the tip of the linear protrusion 50 is elastically deformed and crushed, and is brought into close contact with the side surface portion 24B of the front cover 24. As shown in FIG. 3B, the linear protrusion 50 is in close contact with the entire circumference of the side surface portion 24B, so that a gap is not formed between the front cover 24 and the holding portion 32, and the state is sealed. Become. As a result, it is possible to prevent air leakage from occurring between the outer peripheral portion of the front cover 24 and the holding member 30.
In the present embodiment, the linear protrusion 50 is provided on the vertical side surface 32A of the rectangular groove 42, but when the linear protrusion 50 is provided, the linear protrusion 50 is provided along the entire circumference of the outer peripheral portion of the front cover 24. The 50s may be arranged so as to be in close contact with each other. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 4, the linear projection 50 may be provided on the front side surface 32B of the rectangular groove 42. The linear protrusion 50 shown in FIG. 4 is provided in an annular shape over the entire circumference of the front side surface 32B, and is formed in a triangular shape protruding toward the front surface portion 24A of the front cover 24. When the outer peripheral portion of the front cover 24 is housed inside the rectangular groove 42, the linear protrusion 50 is in close contact with the front portion 24A of the front cover 24. Further, from the same viewpoint as in FIG. 4, the linear protrusion 50 may be provided on the rear side surface 32C of the rectangular groove 42.
図2に示されるように、保持部材30の取付部34は、保持部32の外側面から径方向外側に延在された板状部で構成されている。この取付部34は、保持部32の軸方向を板厚方向とし、保持部32の周方向に沿って複数(本実施形態では3つ)設けられている。取付部34は、保持部材30をリアケース16に取り付けた状態では、リアケース16の収容凹部18に載置される(図1参照)。 As shown in FIG. 2, the mounting portion 34 of the holding member 30 is composed of a plate-shaped portion extending radially outward from the outer surface of the holding portion 32. A plurality (three in this embodiment) of the mounting portions 34 are provided along the circumferential direction of the holding portion 32 with the axial direction of the holding portion 32 as the plate thickness direction. The mounting portion 34 is mounted in the accommodating recess 18 of the rear case 16 in a state where the holding member 30 is mounted on the rear case 16 (see FIG. 1).
Further, on the lower surface of the mounting portion 34, a fixing portion 60 projecting toward the back surface 20B side of the speaker unit 20 is provided. The fixing portion 60 is provided integrally with the mounting portion 34 and is made of an elastic material. The fixing portion 60 has a columnar pillar portion 60A and a hook portion 60B provided on the tip end side of the pillar portion 60A and projecting radially outward of the pillar portion 60A. The hook portion 60B is formed in a truncated cone shape whose diameter is reduced toward the tip. Further, the mounting portion 34 is formed with a through hole 61 penetrating from the front surface side of the mounting portion 34 to the tip end side of the fixing portion 60.
As shown in FIG. 1, a mounting hole 44 corresponding to the fixing portion 60 of the holding member 30 is formed in the accommodating recess 18 of the rear case 16. The inner diameter of the mounting hole 44 is formed to have substantially the same size as the outer diameter of the pillar portion 60A of the fixing portion 60. On the other hand, the inner diameter of the mounting hole 44 is formed to be smaller than the outer diameter of the hook portion 60B on the proximal end side. Further, the inner diameter of the mounting hole 44 is formed to be larger than the outer diameter on the tip end side of the hook portion 60B. As a result, the tip end side of the hook portion 60B can be inserted into the mounting hole 44 of the accommodating recess 18 for easy alignment. Then, by pressing the mounting portion 34 from the rear side of the rear case 16 toward the accommodating recess 18 side, the base end side of the hook portion 60B can be elastically deformed and inserted into the mounting hole 44. When the entire hook portion 60B passes through the mounting hole 44, the pillar portion 60A is inserted into the mounting hole 44, and the hook portion 60B elastically returns and is locked to the peripheral edge of the mounting hole 44. By inserting the fixing portion 60 into the mounting hole 44 in this way, the mounting portion 34 can be fixed to the rear case 16. As a result, the speaker unit 20 is fixed to the rear case 16 via the mounting portion 34.
According to the above configuration, the holding member 30 functions as a vibration absorbing member that absorbs the vibration propagated from the speaker unit 20. That is, by fixing the speaker unit 20 and the rear case 16 via the mounting portion 34 formed of the elastic material, the vibration transmitted from the speaker unit 20 can be absorbed by the mounting portion 34. The holding member 30 is preferably a softer member than the frame 28 and the front cover 24 of the speaker unit 20 in terms of enhancing the function of the holding member 30 as a vibration absorbing member. In the present embodiment, as an example, the holding member 30 is formed of an elastic material such as EPDM (ethylene propylene diene rubber), CR (neoprene rubber), Si (silicon rubber), and the frame 28 and front cover 24 of the speaker unit 20 are formed. May be formed of a hard plastic such as ABS or PBT.
In the present embodiment, the fixing portion 60 is integrally provided on the mounting portion 34, but the fixing portion 60 may not be provided on the mounting portion 34. In this case, as shown in FIG. 5, the mounting portion 34 may be fixed to the rear case 16 by using the screws 70. The mounting portion 34 shown in FIG. 5 is formed with a through hole 72 corresponding to the mounting hole 44 formed in the accommodating recess 18 of the rear case 16. The screw 70 may be screwed and fastened to a bolt (not shown) in a state of being inserted into the through hole 72 of the mounting portion 34 and the mounting hole 44 of the rear case 16. Alternatively, the mounting hole 44 of the rear case 16 may be used as a screw hole, and the screw 70 may be screwed and fastened to the mounting hole 44.
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 3B, the enclosure portion 36 of the holding member 30 is formed in a box shape surrounding the back surface 20B of the speaker unit 20, and the sound emitted from the back surface 20B of the speaker unit 20 is emitted from the speaker unit 20. It has a function to separate it from the sound emitted from the front surface 20A. Specifically, the enclosure portion 36 has a front surface 20A of the speaker unit 20 by a bottom wall portion 36B connecting the peripheral wall portion 36A extending from the rear end of the holding portion 32 to the rear end side of the speaker unit 20 and the rear end of the peripheral wall portion 36A. It is formed in a bottomed cylindrical shape that is open to the side. An insertion hole 46 is formed in the center of the bottom wall portion 36B through which the wiring 4 of the speaker unit 20 is inserted and extends to the meter substrate 3 side (see FIG. 1). Since the insertion hole 46 is formed to be sufficiently smaller than the area of the bottom wall portion 36B, inside the enclosure portion 36, a space portion S close to a closed space is provided on the back surface 20B side of the speaker unit 20. It is formed. In other words, the internal space of the enclosure portion 36 constitutes the rear space (back cavity) of the speaker unit 20. In FIGS. 2 and 3, the insertion hole 46 formed in the enclosure portion 36 is omitted.
エンクロージャ部36では、スピーカユニット20の背面20Bから出る音を内部に閉じ込めて、スピーカユニット20の前面20Aから出る音と分離することができる。このため、スピーカユニット20の前面20Aから出る音と背面20Bからで出る音とが干渉して打ち消しあうことを抑制することができるので、低音域の正しい再生に有利に働く。 In the enclosure unit 36, the sound emitted from the back surface 20B of the speaker unit 20 can be confined inside and separated from the sound emitted from the front surface 20A of the speaker unit 20. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the sound emitted from the front surface 20A and the sound emitted from the rear surface 20B of the speaker unit 20 from interfering with each other and canceling each other, which is advantageous for correct reproduction of the bass range.
また、スピーカ1の音響特性の調整は、エンクロージャ部36の寸法や形状に応じて、スピーカユニット20の後方空間(バックキャビティ)の内容積を調整することで行うことができる。すなわち、本実施形態では、スピーカ1の設計段階で、スピーカ1の音響特性の調整を完結させることができるため、取付対象側に音響特性を調整するための複雑な構造を要しない。従って、スピーカ1を取り付ける取付対象側での音響特性の調整の手間を省くことができる利点がある。 Further, the acoustic characteristics of the speaker 1 can be adjusted by adjusting the internal volume of the rear space (back cavity) of the speaker unit 20 according to the dimensions and shape of the enclosure portion 36. That is, in the present embodiment, since the adjustment of the acoustic characteristics of the speaker 1 can be completed at the design stage of the speaker 1, a complicated structure for adjusting the acoustic characteristics is not required on the mounting target side. Therefore, there is an advantage that it is possible to save the trouble of adjusting the acoustic characteristics on the side to be mounted on which the speaker 1 is mounted.
By increasing the inner diameter of the insertion hole 46, the back pressure of the diaphragm 26 may be released to the rear space R of the case 10 through the insertion hole 46. On the contrary, when improving the airtightness inside the enclosure portion 36, the insertion hole 46 may be covered with a sealing material or the like. The position of the insertion hole 46 is not limited to the center of the bottom wall portion 36B, but may be formed in the peripheral wall portion 36A or the like. When the insertion hole 46 is formed in the peripheral wall portion 36A, the wiring 4 of the speaker unit 20 can be pulled out from the side surface of the holding member 30 and connected to the meter board 3. The connection portion between the connector 5 of the wiring 4 and the meter board 3 may be arranged inside the case 10, but when the connector 5 of the wiring 4 is connected to the end portion of the meter board 3, the connector 5 is used. The connection portion with the case 10 may be exposed to the outside of the case 10. When the connection portion with the connector 5 is exposed to the outside of the case 10, the connection work between the meter board 3 and the connector 5 can be performed after the speaker 1 is attached, so that the degree of freedom in the assembly work process is increased. It is advantageous in terms of enhancing.
(Action and effect)
As described above, in the speaker 1 according to the present embodiment, the speaker unit 20 and the rear case 16 (case 10) to be mounted are fixed via the mounting portion 34 made of an elastic material. As a result, the vibration of the speaker unit 20 is absorbed by the mounting portion 34, so that the vibration is less likely to be propagated to the mounting target. As a result, it is possible to suppress the emission of unnecessary sound from the rear case 16 due to the vibration transmitted from the speaker unit 20. Further, by integrally providing the mounting portion 34 and the holding portion 32, the number of parts can be reduced and the assembly work of the speaker 1 to the case 10 can be simplified.
また、図3(A)及び図3(B)に示されるように、保持部32を弾性材料で形成することにより、保持部32を弾性変形させながら、スピーカユニット20の外周部を保持部32に保持させることができる。これにより、保持部32にスピーカユニット20を保持させるために接着剤を要しない。この点においても、組立け作業を簡単にすることができる。 Further, as shown in FIGS. 3A and 3B, by forming the holding portion 32 with an elastic material, the holding portion 32 is elastically deformed while the outer peripheral portion of the speaker unit 20 is held. Can be held in. As a result, no adhesive is required to hold the speaker unit 20 in the holding portion 32. In this respect as well, the assembly work can be simplified.
In the present embodiment, the back surface 20B of the speaker unit 20 is surrounded by the enclosure portion 36. That is, the holding member 30 of the present embodiment constitutes a so-called "sealed" enclosure. Thereby, the internal volume of the rear space (back chamber) of the speaker unit 20 can be arbitrarily set according to the size and shape of the enclosure portion 36, and the acoustic characteristics of the speaker 1 can be adjusted. Therefore, the adjustment of the acoustic characteristics can be completed at the design stage of the speaker 1, and the trouble of adjusting the acoustic characteristics on the side of the case 10 to be attached can be saved.
また、本実施形態では、スピーカユニット20の外周部は、保持部32に形成された矩形溝42によって保持されている。ここで、当該保持部32は弾性材料で形成されているため、保持部32の弾性復元力を利用して、スピーカユニット20の外周部に矩形溝42の側面を密着させることができる。従って、保持部32とスピーカユニット20との間の密閉性を確保することができ、空気漏れによる音圧や音質の低下を抑制することができる。 Further, in the present embodiment, the outer peripheral portion of the speaker unit 20 is held by the rectangular groove 42 formed in the holding portion 32. Here, since the holding portion 32 is made of an elastic material, the side surface of the rectangular groove 42 can be brought into close contact with the outer peripheral portion of the speaker unit 20 by utilizing the elastic restoring force of the holding portion 32. Therefore, the airtightness between the holding portion 32 and the speaker unit 20 can be ensured, and deterioration of sound pressure and sound quality due to air leakage can be suppressed.
更に、矩形溝42の側面には、スピーカユニット20の外周部に向かって突設された線状突起50が形成されている。これにより、矩形溝42の側面の一部をスピーカユニット20の外周部へ積極的に密着させることができる。これにより、保持部32とスピーカユニット20との間の密閉性を確実に得ることができる。 Further, on the side surface of the rectangular groove 42, a linear protrusion 50 projecting toward the outer peripheral portion of the speaker unit 20 is formed. As a result, a part of the side surface of the rectangular groove 42 can be positively brought into close contact with the outer peripheral portion of the speaker unit 20. As a result, the airtightness between the holding portion 32 and the speaker unit 20 can be reliably obtained.
また、本実施形態の保持部材30は、取付部34と一体に設けられた固定部60をリアケース16の取付孔44に挿通させることにより、ケース10に固定される構成となっている。これにより、保持部材30をケース10に固定する際にドライバ等の工具を要しないため、取付対象へのスピーカの組付け作業を一層簡単にすることができる。 Further, the holding member 30 of the present embodiment is configured to be fixed to the case 10 by inserting the fixing portion 60 provided integrally with the mounting portion 34 into the mounting hole 44 of the rear case 16. As a result, since a tool such as a screwdriver is not required to fix the holding member 30 to the case 10, the work of assembling the speaker to the mounting target can be further simplified.
更に、リアケース16には、保持部材30とスピーカユニット20が嵌め込まれる収容凹部18が設けられている。保持部材30は、収容凹部18に嵌め込まれた状態で、取付部34をリアケース16に固定する。これにより、リアケース16の表面の凹凸を低減することができ、スピーカユニット20がメータ装置2の周辺部材と干渉することを抑制することができる。 Further, the rear case 16 is provided with a storage recess 18 into which the holding member 30 and the speaker unit 20 are fitted. The holding member 30 fixes the mounting portion 34 to the rear case 16 in a state of being fitted in the accommodating recess 18. As a result, the unevenness of the surface of the rear case 16 can be reduced, and the speaker unit 20 can be prevented from interfering with the peripheral members of the meter device 2.
