Description

The present invention relates to a speaker mounting structure that is mounted on an inner panel or the like of a vehicle door.

Generally, a speaker used for in-vehicle audio or the like is attached to an inner panel or the like of a front door by fastening or the like. In this case, in order to avoid interference with a lifting device or a ratchet mechanism for a power window housed in the door body, the speaker mounting position is generally set near the corner of the inner panel. .

On the other hand, a highly rigid member such as a hinge is disposed on the edge of the inner panel, and a joint surface or a stepped portion with the outer panel is formed. It tends to be relatively higher than (central part etc.). Therefore, the natural frequency near the corners on the inner panel is higher than other parts, and if a speaker is placed in such a part, high-frequency sound emitted from the speaker is transmitted to the inner panel through the fastening part or the like. There is a risk. In particular, when such a high-frequency sound is transmitted to the inner panel at the time of high output of the speaker, there is a possibility that noise such as sound distortion (so-called “buzzing sound”) may occur due to resonance with the outer panel side.

To cope with this, for example, Patent Document 1 includes a gasket made of an elastic member such as rubber along the outer edge of the speaker case (frame) between the inner panel and an elastic body and a mass body. A technique in which a vibration absorber attached to an important point of the inner panel is disclosed.

However, as in the technique disclosed in Patent Document 1 described above, providing a vibration absorber may lead to a complicated structure such as an inner panel or an increase in weight. On the other hand, a low-elasticity gasket or the like interposed between the speaker case and the inner panel along the outer edge of the speaker case is used to suppress vibration transmission from the speaker side to the inner panel side. Although it is conceivable to eliminate the absorber, in such a case, it may be difficult to sufficiently secure the mounting rigidity of the speaker by fastening or the like.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a speaker mounting structure capable of suppressing the generation of noise due to high-frequency sound while ensuring high mounting rigidity with a simple configuration. .

The present invention is a speaker mounting structure for fastening and fixing a speaker to a vehicle body panel having a gradient in rigidity, and a strong fastening portion for fastening the speaker to a portion on the vehicle body panel having a relatively low rigidity. And a loose fastening part for fastening the speaker with a fastening force lower than that of the strong fastening part in a state where an elastic body is interposed with respect to a part on the body panel having relatively high rigidity. Features.

According to the speaker mounting structure of the present invention, it is possible to suppress the generation of noise due to high-frequency sound while ensuring high mounting rigidity with a simple configuration.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The drawings relate to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view showing main parts of a front door and a speaker, and FIG. 2 shows an example of a relationship between a result of analysis of rigidity on an inner panel and a screw hole position. FIG. 3 is a side view showing the main part of the front door from the inner panel side, FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view of the main part along the line IV-IV in FIG. 3, and FIG. It is explanatory drawing which shows another example about the relationship with a hole position.

A vehicle door 1 according to this embodiment shown in FIG. 1 is, for example, a front door that opens and closes a door opening (not shown) that opens to the front seat side of a vehicle body. The front door 1 is an outer side in the vehicle width direction. The main part is comprised including the outer panel 5 located at the inner side and the inner panel 6 as the vehicle body panel located on the inner side in the vehicle width direction.

The outer panel 5 is made of, for example, a sheet metal member using a steel plate, and the front and rear edge portions and the lower edge portion thereof are set as joint portions with the inner panel 6.

The inner panel 6 is made of, for example, a sheet metal member using a steel plate, and a flange portion 6a for joining to the outer panel 5 is formed on the front and rear edge portions and the lower edge portion. Further, the inner panel 6 is formed with a concave surface portion 6b that is recessed on the vehicle interior side inside the flange portion 6a. And the inner panel 6 comprises the hollow door main body 2 by joining with the outer panel 5 via the flange part 6a.

In addition, a work opening 10 for assembling a power window lifting device, a ratchet mechanism or the like (none of which is shown) into the door body 2 is opened at a suitable position on the concave surface portion 6 b of the inner panel 6. Further, for example, a circular speaker mounting hole 11 is opened at a corner of the concave surface portion 6b near the front lower portion.

Here, for example, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, the speaker 20 accommodated in the speaker mounting hole 11 has a metal speaker frame 21, and a diaphragm 25 and a voice coil 26 are provided on the speaker frame 21. Each functional part such as the magnet 27 is held to constitute a main part. An annular flange portion 22 is formed at the tip of the speaker frame 21. A plurality (for example, three) of attachment pieces 23 (first to third attachment pieces 23a to 23c) are provided from the flange portion 22 so as to protrude outward at equal intervals. Screw insertion holes 24a to 24c are formed in 23a to 23c.

On the other hand, in the concave portion 6 b of the inner panel 6, a plurality of (for example, three) screw holes 12 (first) corresponding to the screw insertion holes 24 a to 24 c on the speaker frame 21 are formed on the outer peripheral portion of the speaker mounting hole 11. To third screw holes 12a to 12c) are formed at equal intervals. A nut 13 is fixed to the inner surface of the inner panel 6 at positions corresponding to the screw holes 12a to 12c (see FIG. 4).

In the present embodiment, of these screw holes 12a to 12c, two screw holes (first and second screw holes 12a and 12b) are closer to the center of the inner panel 6 with the speaker mounting hole 11 as a reference. It is drilled at a biased position. Further, the remaining one screw hole (third screw hole 12 c) is formed at a position biased toward the corner of the inner panel 6 with respect to the speaker mounting hole 11.

Here, for example, as shown in FIG. 2, in the vicinity of the speaker mounting hole 11, the inner panel 6 connects the stepped portion 6 c forming the concave surface portion 6 b inside the flange portion 6 a and the door body 2 to the vehicle body side. Due to the influence of the hinge mounting portion 19 and the like, the rigidity has a gradient, and the rigidity becomes higher as it approaches the corner. Therefore, on the inner panel 6 of the present embodiment, the portion where the first and second screw holes 12a, 12b are drilled is a portion having relatively low rigidity, and the third screw hole 12c is drilled. The part is a part having relatively high rigidity. That is, the inner panel 6 of the present embodiment has a higher natural frequency as it approaches the corner in the vicinity of the speaker mounting hole 11, and the first and second screw holes 12a and 12b are relatively unique. The third screw hole 12c is drilled in a portion having a relatively high natural frequency. In other words, the first and second screw holes 12a and 12b are formed in a portion where high-frequency sound is difficult to be transmitted, and the third screw hole 12c is formed in a portion where high-frequency sound is easily transmitted.

As shown in FIGS. 1, 3, and 4, the base side of the speaker 20 is inserted into the speaker mounting hole 11 with respect to such an inner panel 6, whereby the main part of the speaker 20 is accommodated in the door body 2. Is done. Further, the screw insertion holes 24a to 24c of the mounting pieces 23a to 23c are positioned in the screw holes 12a to 12c, and the screws 15 penetrating through the screws 15 are screwed into the nut 13 so that the speaker 20 is connected to the inner panel 6. Fastened and fixed to.

In this case, the first and second attachment pieces 23 a and 23 b are fastened in a state of being in direct contact with the inner panel 6. Accordingly, the first and second mounting pieces 23 a and 23 b are fastened with a strong fastening force that can sufficiently hold the speaker 20 with respect to the inner panel 6.

On the other hand, a concave groove 16 is formed in the peripheral portion of the third screw hole 12c, and a relatively low-elasticity elastic body 17 made of rubber or the like that can suitably absorb high frequency sound is disposed in the concave groove 16. ing. The third mounting piece 23c is fastened with the elastic body 17 interposed between the inner mounting panel 23 and the inner panel 6. As a result, the third mounting piece 23c is sounded (vibrated) from the inner panel 6 side in a sound (vibration) state and has a relatively lower fastening force than the first and second mounting pieces 23a and 23b. 6 is fastened.

Thus, in the present embodiment, the speaker 20 is connected via two strong fastening portions set near the center of the inner panel 6 and one loose fastening portion set near the corners of the inner panel 6. The inner panel 6 is fastened and fixed.

According to such an embodiment, while fastening with a strong fastening force in a state where the mounting pieces 23a and 23b of the speaker 20 are in direct contact with a portion on the inner panel 6 having relatively low rigidity, For the part on the inner panel 6 having relatively high rigidity, the mounting piece 23c of the speaker 20 is fastened with a weaker fastening force than the mounting pieces 23a and 23b with the elastic body 17 interposed locally. Accordingly, it is possible to suppress the generation of noise due to high-frequency sound while ensuring high mounting rigidity of the speaker 20 with a simple configuration that does not require a vibration absorber or the like.

That is, the rigidity distribution on the inner panel 6 is analyzed by simulation or the like, and the attachment pieces 23 (attachment pieces 23a and 23b) are fastened to the portion on the inner panel 6 where high-frequency sound is difficult to be transmitted with a strong fastening force. The mounting piece 23 (mounting piece 23c) is fastened to the portion on the inner panel 6 where the high-frequency sound is easily transmitted, with the elastic body 17 interposed, while securing the mounting rigidity of the speaker 20 by fixing. By securing and preventing direct transmission of high frequency sound to the inner panel 6, it is possible to achieve both high mounting rigidity and noise suppression with a simple configuration.

Here, from the viewpoint of sufficiently securing the fastening rigidity, as many screw holes 12 (strong fastening portions) as possible are set in a portion on the inner panel 6 having a low rigidity to sacrifice the securing of the fastening rigidity. It is desirable to reduce the number of screw holes 12 (slow fastening portions). For example, when the speaker 20 is fastened and fixed via three attachment pieces 23 (fastening portions), it is desirable that the number of attachment pieces 23 (slow fastening portions) interposing the elastic body 17 is limited to one. On the other hand, due to the structure of the inner panel 6, a portion having high rigidity may be distributed over a wide area around the speaker mounting hole 11. In such a case, the arrangement of the mounting pieces 23a to 23c on the speaker 20 side is shifted in the circumferential direction in association with the rigidity distribution of the inner panel 6 so as to increase the position on the inner panel 6 having low rigidity. It is also conceivable to set the screw hole 12 (strong fastening portion). However, in order to employ such a configuration, it is necessary to use the speaker frame 21 as a dedicated product, and it is not preferable in terms of the balance of assembly rigidity. Therefore, in such a case, for example, as shown in FIG. 5, a hole 30 for rigidity adjustment is provided on the inner panel 6 so that the rigidity is appropriately lowered within a range that does not impair the function of the inner panel 6 and the like. By adjusting, it is possible to set each screw hole 12 at equal intervals while maintaining the number of screw holes 12 provided for the strong fastening portion.
