- the aim of the invention is to present a clamping system for a reaming tool where the tool can be clamped via standard hydro damps without cen!ncity control directly on the machine, thereby saving a lot of unproductive time on very expensive production equipment.

- the cutting bit 2 is connected to the holder 3 by means of a centering connecting bolt 5 with a cylindrical head 25 and an external thread 29 which is screwed into the central threaded hole 21 in the holder 3 and abuts the face of a shank 31 of the connecting bolt 5.
- Two cylindrical shanks 30A and 308 are provided between the thread 29 and the cylindrical head 25, whereby in the damping system 1 the cylindrical shank 30A is inserted with a clearance of up to 0,01 mm in the cylindrical hole 20 of the holder 3 and in the reaming bit tool clamping system 1 the cylindrical shank 30B is inserted with a clearance of up to 0,05 mm in the hole 11 of the reaming bit tool 2.

- the main technological advantage of the new design, especially of the monolithic reaming bit of the reaming bit tool is the very economical manufacturability of the reaming bit, which can be produced from a semi-finished product made of powdered metals and bonding metal by pressing in moulding presses and further finished by grinding on CMC machines.
- Another significant technological advantage is that the shape and dimension of the reaming bits according to the invention enables very advantageous application of wear-resistant coatings in vacuum chambers with a significantly larger number of tools compared to the currently known designs of reaming tools, thus reducing the production costs of coating by at least 50 %.
- the reaming bit is mounted in the clamping system for the reaming bit tool on the cylindrical shank of the bolt with a radial clearance of up to 0.05 mm and is rotaf locally driven while being pressed by a defined force against the face of the reaming bit tool holder. This allows the reaming bit in the cutting process to deflect within the radial clearance, thereby compensating for the axial misalignment between the rotational axis of the reaming bit tool and the axis of the pre-machined hole prior to reaming.

Abstract
L'invention concerne un système de serrage pour des trépans aléseurs comprenant un support cylindrique (3) ayant, à une extrémité, une partie de serrage (26) destinée à être reliée à une partie correspondante du moyen de serrage et, à l'extrémité opposée, une interface de liaison (15) est prévue pour une fixation démontable du trépan aléseur (2), sur la circonférence duquel se trouvent trois saillies de dent (14) avec des lames de coupe géométriquement définies (9) et au moins deux facettes de guidage longitudinales (10), tandis qu'un trou (20) est prévu dans la face du support et une rainure d'entraînement (12) est créée sur la circonférence du trépan aléseur opposée à la saillie de dent centrale, dans laquelle une saillie d'entraînement (19) créée sur la face (17) du support s'étend, ce par quoi un trou cylindrique (11) est créé dans l'axe (33) du trépan aléseur pour recevoir un boulon de liaison (5) ayant un filetage externe (29) à son extrémité et une tête (25) avec une face interne (27) à l'autre extrémité, au-dessous de laquelle une première tige cylindrique adjacente (30B) se terminant par une autre face d'assise (31) de la tige est disposée, et au-dessous de la première tige, une seconde tige cylindrique (30A) de plus petit diamètre est disposée, qui est insérée avec un jeu de 0,01 mm dans le trou cylindrique du support et la première tige cylindrique est insérée avec un jeu allant jusqu'à 0,05 mm dans le trou du trépan aléseur, ce par quoi un élément flexible (4) est disposé entre la face (8) du trépan aléseur et la face interne de la tête du boulon de liaison, qui vient en butée axiale depuis la partie supérieure sur le trépan aléseur, tandis que le filetage externe du boulon est fixé dans un trou fileté (21) au-dessous du trou dans la face du support.
