背景技术
随着汽车电子电器的飞速发展及车联网生态的发展,越来越多的汽车厂商都有自己的车厂网站,即TSP(Telematics Service Provider,远程服务提供商)后台;该TSP后台用于接入管理各种内容、服务,提供给客户端的手机APP(Application,应用程序)用户与TSP的数据传输交互,既方便了客户了解爱车,也在使用中提高了用户对于汽车品牌的黏性;但是现有汽车上尚未有相关的汽车应用软件管理系统来实现汽车的系统有效管理。
基于上述汽车应用软件管理中存在的技术问题,尚未有相关的解决方案;因此迫切需要寻求有效方案以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供了一种车辆应用软件管理系统及方法,可以用于解决现有车辆应用软件运行管理的问题。所述技术方案如下:

优选地,结合上述方案,如图1至图5所示,TSP模块与车机通信连接;车机通过连接线与中控屏模块的显示屏电连接,这样使得车机可以从TSP模块获取车载SIM卡开卡标志位,以判断是否限制或放开应用的使用限制;在车载SIM卡未开卡状态下,限制中控屏中部分应用APP的使用,并在用户使用屏幕点击或语音控制相关APP时,并予以文字提示去绑定车辆开通SIM卡,在中控屏的用户界面提示界面增加相关开卡的指示引导,降低开卡绑车难度;移动终端通过wifi或蓝牙与中控屏模块通信连接;移动终端通过在中控屏模块上扫码录入车辆的VIN码、ICCID码以及SN码,从而与车辆进行绑定;进一步地,移动终端为手机或IPAD。
优选地,结合上述方案,如图1至图5所示,车载SIM卡通过开通其标志位来激活应用APP;当车载SIM卡的标志位值为开通状态时,应用APP处于激活状态,并可进行运行使用;当车载SIM卡的标志位值为未开通状态时,应用APP处于未激活状态,无法运行使用;车载SIM卡在开通时,其标志位可重置赋值;本发明提供的方案,基于车机端获取TSP平台的开卡标志位状态,在未 开卡时限制车机部分内置应用APP的使用,并给予相应的开卡提示,来达到开卡的目的。
优选地,结合上述方案,如图1至图5所示,本实施例中,应用APP包括音乐软件、车辆诊断软件、车辆预约保养软件、车辆联系人设置软件、道路救援软件、用户手册软件、消息中心软件、个人账户软件、OTA升级软件以及违章查询软件的一种或多种;具体为,当车载SIM卡未开通时,当用户点击在线应用的音乐软件、车辆诊断软件、车辆预约保养软件、车辆联系人设置软件、道路救援软件、用户手册软件、消息中心软件、个人账户软件、OTA升级软件以及违章查询软件等icon(图标)时,均无法运行,且跳转到个人账户界面,人账户界面包含请先开卡的语音提示,并给出激活操作指引和手机激活APP的下载二维码;进一步地,应用APP不包括行车记录仪、天气、电子地图、收音软件、蓝牙、USB以及云语音,即车载SIM卡的开通不影响上述行车记录仪、天气、电子地图、收音软件、蓝牙、USB以及云语音的运行;进一步地,先开卡的语音提示包括:请扫描右上角二维码下载“智云互联”APP;在“智云互联”APP端,“添加车辆”界面输入车辆信息;车辆信息可点击右侧二维码下“车辆信息”后扫码录入。
如图1至图5所示,本发明提供一种汽车应用软件管理方法,能够应用于上述所述的汽车应用软件管理系统;所述管理方法还包括以下过程:
S1:用户点击汽车中控屏的用户界面,启动应用APP;
S2:当汽车TBox模块中的车载SIM卡处于开通状态时,用户界面的应用APP可以进行运行使用;当车载SIM卡处于未开通状态时,用户界面的应用APP无法进行运行使用,并在用户界面中提示用户进行激活;
S3:用户界面中同时显示激活车载SIM卡权限的二维码;
S4:用户通过移动终端扫取激活车载SIM卡权限的二维码,并开通车载SIM卡,从而激活应用APP。
优选地,结合上述方案,如图1至图5所示,本实施例中,在上述S2步骤中,当车载SIM卡处于未开通状态时,用户界面的中还显示出激活二维码的操作步骤;进一步地,车载SIM卡通过开通其标志位来激活应用APP的运行权限;进一步地,当车载SIM卡处于开通状态时,用户可通过移动终端上应用APP来在线续费及在线服务;进一步地,移动终端为手机或IPAD。
优选地,结合上述方案,如图1至图5所示,中控屏中用户界面的提示包 括语音提示,该语音提示包括:
S21:请扫描用户界面右上角的二维码下载“智云互联”APP;
S22:在“智云互联”APP端,“添加车辆”界面输入车辆信息,车辆信息可点击用户界面右侧二维码下“车辆信息”后扫码录入。
优选地,结合上述方案,如图1至图5所示,S3步骤中,在激活车载SIM卡过程中,用户界面的中还显示用户与车辆进行注册绑定;注册绑定过程包括:
S31:用户通过移动终端扫取中控屏中个人账户界面的二维码录入车辆信息,从而与车辆进行绑定;车辆信息包括车辆的VIN码、ICCID码以及SN码。
优选地,结合上述方案,如图1至图5所示,当移动终端完成与车辆注册绑定后,还包括以下过程:
S311:TSP模块通过MQTT协议主动向车机端推送卡已开通的信息;
S312:主机对已开通的车载SIM卡状态赋值为开通状态;
S313:车机激活用户界面中全部应用APP的功能,解除在线应用APP的禁用状态,并在个人账户界面显示卡开通状态。
优选地,结合上述方案,如图1至图5所示,应用APP包括音乐软件、车辆诊断软件、车辆预约保养软件、车辆联系人设置软件、道路救援软件、用户手册软件、消息中心软件、个人账户软件、OTA升级软件以及违章查询软件的一种或多种;和/或,应用APP不包括行车记录仪、天气、电子地图、收音软件、蓝牙、USB以及云语音。
如图1至图5所示,本发明提供一种汽车,包括上述所述的汽车应用软件管理系统;或者,包括上述所述的汽车应用软件管理方法。
本发明提供的方案,通过车机与TSP的通讯,获取TBox的车载SIM卡是否已开通的开卡标志位状态,并在车载SIM卡的开卡标志位为未开通时,用户点击中控屏相关应用APP或语音控制相关功能,即跳到一个固定页面,提示车载SIM卡未开通,并增加开卡的指示引导,降低汽车车载SIM卡开卡绑车难度,提高用户开卡率,从而实现汽车软件系统的更好管控。
本申请实施例提供了一种车辆应用软件管理系统,如图1所示,该车辆应用软件管理系统包括车载终端、车载T-BOX(此处的车载T-BOX相当于上述的TBox模块)和TSP设备(此处的TSP设备相当于上述的TSP模块),车载T-BOX中具有车载SIM卡。车载终端与车载T-BOX电性连接。
车载终端位于车辆内部,通常设置在主驾驶和副驾驶之间,便于用户操作。通常,车载终端包括中控屏和车机,中控屏可以用于显示各种信息,车机可以基于接收到的指令控制中控屏进行响应的显示,从而实现人与车之间的交互。
车载终端中安装有多个应用软件,例如,导航软件、音乐软件、天气软件等。车机可以检测到用户在中控屏上进行的操作,从而控制中控屏进行相应的显示操作或者控制其他部件进行相应的处理,例如,用户可以在中控屏上点击音乐软件的显示图标,车机检测到该音乐软件的开启指令时,可以控制该音乐软件运行,显示该音乐软件的主界面。
车载T-BOX中具有车载SIM卡,是实现车辆联网的重要部件。TSP设备是管理后台。在车载T-BOX可以联网的情况下,即其内部设置的车载SIM卡已开通的情况下,车载T-BOX可以分别与TSP设备和目标设备之间可以实现通信连接,从而实现车辆的远程遥控等操作,例如,远程开启空调等操作。可以看出,车载SIM卡是否开通,对于用户对车辆的使用体验有着重要的影响。
在本申请实施例中,将车载SIM卡的开通状态与车载终端上安装的应用软件关联起来,从而实现对车载终端的应用软件进行相应管控,其中,车载终端,可以用于:当检测到应用软件管控清单中的应用软件(此处的应用软件相当于上述的应用APP)的启动指令时,获取存储的车载SIM卡的状态信息,若车载SIM卡的状态信息(此处的车载SIM卡的状态信息相当于上述的车载SIM卡的开通情况)是已开通,则启动应用软件,若车载SIM卡的状态信息是未开通,则阻止应用软件启动。
在实施中,技术人员可以在车载终端中安装所有应用软件中,选取出一部分并不是开车必需的应用软件,将其记录在一个应用软件管控清单中,并将该应用软件管控清单存储在车载终端中。
在本申请实施例中,应用软件管理清单中的应用软件可以包括音乐软件、车辆诊断软件、车辆预约保养软件、紧急联系人设置软件、道路救援软件、应用管理软件、用户手册软件、消息中心软件、个人账户软件、OTA升级软件和违章查询软件中的至少一个,当然,也可以包括其他应用软件,本申请实施例对此不作限定。
当用户想要使用应用软件管理清单中的任一个应用软件时,可以使用触控操作,点击车载终端的中控屏上的应用软件的显示图标,此时,车载终端的车机可以检测到该应用软件的启动指令。当车载终端检测到应用软件管理清单中 的应用软件的启动指令时,可以触发获取存储在车载终端中的车载SIM卡的状态信息,然后根据车载SIM卡的状态信息来控制应用软件。
若获取到的车载SIM卡的状态信息是已开通,则车载终端可以启动该应用软件,在中控屏上显示该应用软件的相关界面。
若获取到的车载SIM卡的状态信息是未开通,则车载终端阻止该应用软件的启动。在此情况下,即使车载终端与外部的热点网络连接,使得车载终端可以连通网络,也无法开启应用软件,对应用软件管控清单中的应用软件起到了管控作用。
在车载SIM卡未开通的情况下,若检测到应用软件的启动指令,车载终端除了阻止该应用软件启动以外,还可以显示车载SIM卡未开通提示和车载SIM卡的开通操作步骤,如图7所示。用户可以基于该车载SIM卡的开通操作步骤,对车载SIM卡进行开通操作。
下面,对其中一种可能的车载SIM卡的开通操作步骤进行详细说明。
当车载终端检测到应用软件管控清单中的应用软件的启动指令时,若获取到的车载SIM卡的状态信息是未开通,则会阻止该应用软件启动,并且,在车载终端的界面中会显示有用户APP的安装二维码和“车辆信息”按钮,用户可以使用移动终端扫描用户APP的安装二维码,以安装用户APP。在移动终端安装好用户APP后,可以点击该用户APP的显示图标,打开该用户APP。用户APP的界面中会显示车载SIM卡的开通界面。
在该车载SIM卡的开通界面中,设置有“录入车辆信息”的按钮,点击该按钮,会触发移动终端的摄像头处于扫描二维码的状态,此时,用户可以在车载终端上点击“车辆信息”按钮,车载终端会显示车辆信息的一个或多个二维码。用户可以使用移动终端依次扫描车辆信息的二维码,以使用户APP可以录入车辆信息。移动终端在录入车辆信息后,会向TSP发送开通车载SIM卡请求,该开通车载SIM卡请求中携带有车辆信息,TSP在接收到开通车载SIM卡请求后,基于该车辆信息确定出用户要开通的车载SIM卡,即车辆信息对应的车载SIM卡,然后将车载SIM卡的卡号发送给移动终端,移动终端显示对应该卡号的SIM卡开通界面,用户可以在该开通界面中完成车载SIM卡的开通。
在开通车载SIM卡之前,用户也可以在用户APP上先与车辆实现绑定,从而提高用户粘性,便于后续的服务推送等。对应的绑定操作可以是:
用户在安装了用户APP后,打开该用户APP,移动终端的界面中会显示该 用户APP的车辆绑定界面,点击其上设置的“录入车辆信息”的按钮,会触发移动终端的摄像头处于扫描二维码的状态,此时,用户可以在车载终端上点击“车辆信息”按钮,车载终端会显示车辆信息的一个或多个二维码。用户可以使用移动终端依次扫描车辆信息的二维码,以使用户APP可以录入车辆信息,从而完成车辆绑定,在完成车辆绑定后,会跳转到车载SIM卡的开通界面,用户再完成车载SIM卡的开通。
在车辆出厂时,车载SIM卡通常是未开通的状态,因此,会在车载终端中预先存储车载SIM卡的状态信息,且存储的状态信息是未开通。同样的,在TSP设备中存储的车辆的车载SIM卡的初始的状态信息均是未开通。而用户在购车后,可以自行开通车载SIM卡,当车载SIM卡开通时,该车载SIM卡的通信运营商会将该车载SIM卡的开通情况发送给TSP设备,TSP设备对该车载SIM卡的状态信息进行更新存储。
而车载终端,也会基于TSP设备中存储的车载SIM卡的状态信息,对存储的车载SIM卡的状态信息进行更新。
车载终端,用于当车载终端连网时,获取车辆的车辆信息,向TSP设备发送车载SIM卡状态查询请求,其中,所述车载SIM卡状态查询请求中携带有车辆信息,接收并存储TSP设备发送的车载SIM卡的状态信息。TSP设备,用于基于车辆信息与车载SIM卡的对应关系,确定所述车载SIM卡状态查询请求携带的车辆信息对应的车载SIM卡,确定所述车载SIM卡的状态信息。
在实施中,如图8所示,当车载终端连网时,会触发车载终端获取车辆信息,然后向TSP设备发送车载SIM卡状态查询请求,在车载SIM卡状态查询请求中携带有该车辆的车辆信息。在本申请实施例中,车辆信息可以包括VIN、ICCID和SN中的至少一个。
TSP设备接收车载终端发送的车载SIM卡状态查询请求,然后基于车辆信息与车载SIM卡的对应关系,确定出车载SIM卡状态查询请求中携带的车辆信息对应的车载SIM卡,再确定出该车载SIM卡的状态信息,然后向车载终端发送该状态信息。
车载终端接收到TSP设备发送来的车载SIM卡的状态信息后,可以对存储的状态信息进行更新。
车载终端连网的情况,可以有多种可能。可以是车载终端连接了外部的热 点网络,例如,车载终端连接了用户的移动终端的热点网络等。还可以是在车载SIM卡已开通的情况下,车辆上电,在车辆上电时,会触发车载终端向TSP设备发送车载SIM卡状态查询请求。综上,在车载终端连接了外部的热点网络时,或者,在车载SIM卡已开通的情况下车辆上电,均会使得车载终端对内部存储的车载SIM卡的状态信息进行更新。
对于TSP设备来说,若在存储的车载SIM卡的状态信息是已开通的情况下,接收到通信运营商发送来的车载SIM卡故障或者车载SIM卡欠费的状态信息,TSP设备可以先对存储的车载SIM卡的状态信息进行更新,将已开通更新为未开通,然后向该车载SIM卡对应的车载终端推送车载SIM卡的状态信息。车载终端在接收到车载SIM卡的状态信息后,可以对存储的状态信息进行更新,将状态信息由已开通更新为未开通,并在检测到应用软件的启动指令时,阻止该应用软件的启动。
在车载终端向TSP设备发送携带有车辆信息的车载SIM卡状态查询请求之前,车载终端可以先获取车辆信息,如图9所示,获取的方法可以是:车载终端向车载T-BOX发送车辆信息查询请求,接收车载T-BOX发送的车辆信息。
在实施中,车载终端在向TSP设备发送车载SIM卡状态查询请求之前,可以先向车载T-BOX发送车辆信息查询请求,车载T-BOX接收车辆信息查询请求,并将存储的车辆信息发送给车载终端,车载终端在接收到车辆信息后,再向TSP设备发送车载SIM卡状态查询请求。
本申请实施例提供的技术方案带来的有益效果是:当车载终端检测到应用软件管控清单中的任一应用软件的启动指令时,会先确认存储的车载SIM卡的状态信息,当车载SIM卡的状态信息是已开通时,则启动该应用软件供用户使用,若车载SIM卡的状态信息是未开通时,则阻止该应用软件启动。采用本申请,将应用软件的启动操作与车载SIM卡的状态信息关联在一起,可以促使用户开通车载SIM,实现车辆与TSP设备之间的通信连接,从而实现TSP设备对应用软件和车辆的有效管理。
本申请实施例还提供了一种车辆应用软件管理方法,该方法应用于上述的车辆应用软件管理系统,该方法包括以下处理步骤:
当检测到应用软件管控清单中的应用软件的启动指令时,所述车载终端获 取存储的所述车载SIM卡的状态信息,若所述车载SIM卡的状态信息是已开通,则启动所述应用软件,若所述车载SIM卡的状态信息是未开通,则阻止所述应用软件启动。
上述的应用软件管理清单中的应用软件可以包括音乐软件、车辆诊断软件、车辆预约保养软件、紧急联系人设置软件、道路救援软件、应用管理软件、用户手册软件、消息中心软件、个人账户软件、OTA升级软件和违章查询软件中的至少一个,当然,也可以包括其他应用软件,本申请实施例对此不作限定。
当车载SIM卡未开通时,车载终端除了阻止应用软件的启动以外,还可以显示开通车载SIM卡未开通提示和车载SIM卡的开通操作步骤,用以提示用户开通车载SIM卡。
在检测到应用软件管控清单中的应用软件的启动指令时,车载终端会获取自身存储的车载SIM卡的状态信息,但存储的状态信息不是一成不变的,而是可以基于车载SIM卡的实际开通状态进行更新的,对应的处理如下:
当车载终端连网时,车载终端获取车辆的车辆信息,向TSP设备发送车载SIM卡状态查询请求,其中,车载SIM卡状态查询请求中携带有车辆信息。TSP设备基于车辆信息与车载SIM卡的对应关系,确定车载SIM卡状态查询请求携带的车辆信息对应的车载SIM卡。TSP设备确定车载SIM卡的状态信息,向车载终端发送车载SIM卡的状态信息。车载终端存储车载SIM卡的状态信息。
在实施中,当车辆连网时,车载终端会先获取车辆的车辆信息,然后向TSP设备发送车载SIM卡状态查询请求,在该车载SIM卡状态查询请求中携带有车辆信息,TSP设备可以基于该车辆信息,确定出该车辆信息对应的车载SIM卡,再确定出该车载SIM卡的状态信息,并将其发送给车载终端,车载终端在接收到车载SIM卡的状态信息后,可以对存储的状态信息进行更新。
车辆连网的情况已在上述内容中进行了阐述,在此不再赘述。
在车载终端向TSP设备发送携带有车辆信息的车载SIM卡状态查询请求之前,车载终端需要先获取车辆信息,获取的方法可以是:车载终端向车载T-BOX发送车辆信息查询请求,接收车载T-BOX发送的车辆信息。
在实施中,车载终端可以向车载T-BOX发送车辆信息查询请求,车载T-BOX接收车辆信息查询请求,并将存储的车辆信息发送给车载终端,车载终端在接收到车辆信息后,再向TSP设备发送车载SIM卡状态查询请求。
可选的,车辆信息可以包括VIN、ICCID和SN中的至少一个。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种车辆应用软件管理系统,其特征在于,所述车辆应用软件管理系统包括车载终端、车载远程信息处理器T-BOX和远程服务提供商TSP设备,所述车载T-BOX中具有车载用户身份识别模块SIM卡;
    所述车载终端与所述车载T-BOX电性连接;
    所述车载终端,用于当检测到应用软件管控清单中的应用软件的启动指令时,获取存储的所述车载SIM卡的状态信息,若所述车载SIM卡的状态信息是已开通,则启动所述应用软件,若所述车载SIM卡的状态信息是未开通,则阻止所述应用软件启动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的车辆应用软件管理系统,其特征在于,所述车载终端,用于当所述车载终端连网时,获取所述车辆的车辆信息,向所述TSP设备发送车载SIM卡状态查询请求,其中,所述车载SIM卡状态查询请求中携带有所述车辆信息,接收并存储所述TSP设备发送的车载SIM卡的状态信息;
    所述TSP设备,用于基于车辆信息与车载SIM卡的对应关系,确定所述车载SIM卡状态查询请求携带的车辆信息对应的车载SIM卡,确定所述车载SIM卡的状态信息。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的车辆应用软件管理系统,其特征在于,所述车载终端,用于当所述车载终端连网时,向所述车载T-BOX发送车辆信息查询请求;
    接收所述车载T-BOX发送的车辆信息。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的车辆应用软件管理系统,其特征在于,所述车辆信息包括车辆的车辆识别码VIN、集成电路卡识别码ICCID和产品序列号SN中的至少一个。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的车辆应用软件管理系统,其特征在于,所述车载终端,还用于当检测到所述应用软件的启动指令时,获取存储的所述车载SIM卡的状态信息,若所述车载SIM卡的状态信息是未开通,显示车载SIM卡未开通提示和车载SIM卡的开通操作步骤。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的车辆应用软件管理系统,其特征在于,所述应用软件包括音乐软件、车辆诊断软件、车辆预约保养软件、紧急联系人设置软件、道路救援软件、应用管理软件、用户手册软件、消息中心软件、个人账户软件、无线技术OTA升级软件和违章查询软件中的至少一个。
  7. 一种车辆应用软件管理方法,其特征在于,所述方法应用于车辆应用软件管理系统,所述车辆应用软件管理系统包括车载终端、车载远程信息处理器T-BOX和远程服务提供商TSP设备,所述车载T-BOX中具有车载用户身份识别模块SIM卡;
    所述车载终端与所述车载T-BOX电性连接;
    所述方法包括:
    当检测到应用软件管控清单中的应用软件的启动指令时,所述车载终端获取存储的所述车载SIM卡的状态信息,若所述车载SIM卡的状态信息是已开通,则启动所述应用软件,若所述车载SIM卡的状态信息是未开通,则阻止所述应用软件启动。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的车辆应用软件管理方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    当所述车载终端连网时,所述车载终端获取所述车辆的车辆信息,向所述TSP设备发送车载SIM卡状态查询请求,其中,所述车载SIM卡状态查询请求中携带有所述车辆信息;
    所述TSP设备基于车辆信息与车载SIM卡的对应关系,确定所述车载SIM卡状态查询请求携带的车辆信息对应的车载SIM卡;
    所述TSP设备确定所述车载SIM卡的状态信息,向所述车载终端发送所述车载SIM卡的状态信息;
    所述车载终端存储所述车载SIM卡的状态信息。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的车辆应用软件管理方法,其特征在于,所述车载终端获取所述车辆的车辆信息,包括:
    所述车载终端向所述车载T-BOX发送车辆信息查询请求;
    所述车载终端接收所述车载T-BOX发送的车辆信息。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的车辆应用软件管理方法,其特征在于,所述车辆信息包括车辆的车辆识别码VIN、集成电路卡识别码ICCID和产品序列号SN中的至少一个。
