背景技术
混凝土墩柱是一种常用于各种路桥建筑的构件,其使用大量的混凝土浇筑为柱子的形状,受制于混凝土的物理性质,其需要较长的工期以及一定的后续保养才能成型。目前采用最多的养护方式为滴灌薄膜养护,拆模后在墩柱的表面包覆一层薄膜,一般通过人工进行覆膜操作,一般作业人员站在吊斗中进行操作,而吊斗在高空中会来回摆动,导致覆盖薄膜质量不合格,或者沿墩柱高度方向设置操作平台,在施工过程中人员按照固定的施工方向(一般是从上到下)进行施工。发明人认为,通过人工进行覆膜操作显然安全性,效率也无法得到保障过低。
技术问题
现有技术中公开的用于覆膜的装置,不同高度混凝土墩进行覆膜需要使用到不同类型的设备,均不便于使用。
技术解决方案
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种用于混凝土墩柱薄膜覆盖的装置,解决了现有的混凝土墩柱薄膜覆盖的装置不方便人们使用的问题,可以不同高度混凝土墩进行覆膜,不需要使用到不同类型的设备,减少了使用成本,且在对混凝土墩进行覆膜时可以进行紧密缠绕,不影响覆膜质量。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:
本发明的技术方案提供了一种用于混凝土墩柱薄膜覆盖的装置,包括箱体、环形壳体和环形圈,环形壳体用于容纳混凝土墩柱,环形壳体内还同轴连接环形圈,箱体连接于所述环形圈;箱体与环形圈之间设有传动机构,箱体内设有连接传动机构的动力源以驱动箱体沿环形圈绕混凝土墩柱转动;箱体靠近混凝土墩柱的一侧还连接用于拉动薄膜的拉膜轴。
使用本发明进行覆膜时,首先将装置与起吊装置进行装配,然后将环形壳体吊起,并将其套设在混凝土墩柱主体表面,将环形壳体下降到混凝土墩柱主体底部,然后将薄膜卷套设在拉膜轴上,再将遮挡板固定在拉膜轴上,并将薄膜卷与混凝土墩柱主体进行连接,再通过外设控制器和电机调速器对步进电机转速进行设定,通过外置控制器步进电机,步进电机通过轴承座带动转轴开始转动,转轴带动齿轮开始转动,齿轮通过齿牙在环形圈内进行转动,使其带动箱体进行转动,同时箱体通过凹槽带动滑块在环形滑槽内滑动,进而通过支撑板、固定板、交叉滚子轴承和拉膜轴带动薄膜卷对混凝土墩柱主体表面进行覆膜缠绕,在覆膜缠绕的同时通过外设起吊装置将环形壳体向上进行提起,可使其对混凝土墩柱主体整体进行覆膜。
有益效果
1)本发明解决了现有的混凝土墩柱薄膜覆盖的装置不方便人们使用的问题,通过的动力源驱动即可实现自动覆膜,并且可以对不同高度的混凝土墩进行覆膜,不需要使用到不同类型的设备,减少了使用成本,且在对混凝土墩进行覆膜时可以进行紧密缠绕,不影响覆膜质量。
2)本发明中,通过设置轴承座,对转轴在使用时起到了转动稳定的作用,解决了转轴在使用时出现晃动的问题,通过设置安装板,对步进电机在使用时起到了固定稳定的作用,解决了步进电机在使用时出现脱落的问题,通过设置环形滑槽和滑块,对凹槽和箱体在使用时起到了滑动稳定的作用,解决了凹槽和箱体在使用时出现滑动不稳定的问题。

使用时,首先通过吊耳13和固定块12与外设起吊装置进行装配,然后通过吊耳13和固定块12将环形壳体1进行吊起,并将其套设在混凝土墩柱主体2表面,完成后,将环形壳体1下降到底部,然后将薄膜卷套设在拉膜轴18上,再将遮挡板 19固定在拉膜轴18上,并将薄膜卷与混凝土墩柱主体2进行连接,再通过外设控制器和电机调速器9对步进电机8转速进行设定,完成后,通过外置控制器步进电机8,步进电机8通过轴承座14带动转轴10开始转动,转轴10带动齿轮11开始转动,齿轮11通过齿牙6在环形圈3内进行转动,使其带动箱体4进行转动,同时箱体4通过凹槽5带动滑块21在环形滑槽20内滑动,进而通过支撑板15、固定板16、交叉滚子轴承17和拉膜轴18带动薄膜卷对混凝土墩柱主体2表面进行覆膜缠绕,在覆膜缠绕的同时通过外设起吊装置将环形壳体1向上进行提起,可使其对混凝土墩柱主体2整体进行覆膜,达到了方便人们使用的优点,解决了现有的混凝土墩柱薄膜覆盖的装置不方便人们使用的问题,可以不同高度混凝土墩进行覆膜,不需要使用到不同类型的设备,减少了使用成本,且在对混凝土墩进行覆膜时可以进行紧密缠绕,不影响覆膜质量。
本申请文件中使用到的标准零件均可以从市场上购买,而且根据说明书和附图的记载均可以进行订制,各个零件的具体连接方式均采用现有技术中成熟的螺栓、铆钉、焊接等常规手段,机械、零件和设备均采用现有技术中常规的型号,控制方式是通过控制器来自动控制,控制器的控制电路通过本领域的技术人员简单编程即可实现,属于本领域的公知常识,并且本发明主要用来保护机械装置,所以本实施例不再详细解释控制方式和电路连接,且说明书中提到的外设控制器可为本文提到的电器元件起到控制作用,而且该外设控制器为常规的已知设备。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于混凝土墩柱薄膜覆盖的装置,其特征在于,包括箱体、环形壳体和环形圈,环形壳体用于容纳混凝土墩柱,环形壳体内还同轴连接环形圈,箱体连接于所述环形圈;箱体与环形圈之间设有传动机构,箱体内设有连接传动机构的动力源以驱动箱体沿环形圈绕混凝土墩柱转动;箱体靠近混凝土墩柱的一侧还连接用于拉动薄膜的拉膜轴。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的用于混凝土墩柱薄膜覆盖的装置,其特征在于,所述传动机构包括固设于环形圈内缘的齿牙,所述动力源连接齿轮,齿轮与齿牙啮合。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的用于混凝土墩柱薄膜覆盖的装置,其特征在于,所述箱体靠近所述环形圈的一侧设有凹槽,所述环形圈卡合于凹槽。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的用于混凝土墩柱薄膜覆盖的装置,其特征在于,所述箱体的凹槽处设有开口,所述环形圈外缘设置的齿牙穿过开口与齿轮啮合。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的用于混凝土墩柱薄膜覆盖的装置,其特征在于,所述环形壳体的顶部均固定连接有固定块,固定块的顶部固定连接有吊耳。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的用于混凝土墩柱薄膜覆盖的装置,其特征在于,所述箱体内腔的顶部固定连接有安装板,安装板的底部固定连接有作为动力源的步进电机,步进电机的转轴的底部套接有轴承座,轴承座与箱体内腔的底部固定连接。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的用于混凝土墩柱薄膜覆盖的装置,其特征在于,所述安装板的两侧均设置有螺栓,螺栓的顶部贯穿至安装板的顶部并与箱体内腔的顶部固定连接。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的用于混凝土墩柱薄膜覆盖的装置,其特征在于,所述箱体的靠近混凝土墩柱的一侧固定连接支撑板,支撑板靠近混凝土墩柱的一侧底部固定连接固定板,固定板的顶部固定连接有交叉滚子轴承,交叉滚子轴承套接有拉膜轴。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的用于混凝土墩柱薄膜覆盖的装置,其特征在于,所述拉膜轴的顶部拆卸式连接遮挡板。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的用于混凝土墩柱薄膜覆盖的装置,其特征在于,所述环形圈的顶部和底部均开设有环形滑槽,环形滑槽滑动连接有滑块,滑块用于固定连接箱体。
