一次性餐具是常见的餐具,目前一次性餐具主要是塑料餐具,例如使用塑料制成的盘子、餐刀、叉子、勺子等。塑料餐具通常使用可直接与食品接触的材料制成,随着人们环保意识的不断增强,意识到市面绝大部分的塑料餐具都是不能生物降解的,如PP、PET、PE等。因此,人们开始考虑研究可降解的餐具来替代塑料餐具。其中,使用聚乳酸(PLA)材料制成的餐具是一种可以替代塑料餐具的工业可降解性的餐具。但是,由于聚乳酸材料成本较高,导致聚乳酸餐具价格昂贵,难以得到广泛应用。
因此,人们开始考虑使用对环境更加友好且生产成本低廉的材料制作一次性使用的环保餐具。其中,纸浆模塑餐具是近几年市场上比较流行的环保餐具,这种餐具具有替代部分塑料餐具的优势和特点。现有的纸浆模塑餐具的生产时,需要把纸、植物残渣等原料碎解形成一定浓度浆水溶液,通过真空系统将水吸走而形成湿坯,再通过高温热压将湿坯干燥,从而形成干产品。
但是,纸浆模塑餐具主要是使用纸等原材料制成,硬度较低,使用过程中容易变形,如制成餐刀、叉子、勺子等餐具,其手柄容易在使用者握持一段时间后变形,且叉子的齿存在容易断裂的问题,还存在餐刀、叉子、勺子的手柄与操作部(下文称为“主体部”)之间弯曲变形等问题。一旦餐刀、叉子、勺子等餐具弯曲变形,该餐具就不能够再继续使用,限制了纸浆模塑餐具的推广应用。
为此,现有的一些纸浆模塑餐具在主体部的周缘设置薄片以增加主体部的强度,但并未考虑手柄处的受力变形的问题,例如,手柄处的截面上包括底壁以及两个侧壁,使用者握持手柄时,往往将手指抵压在手柄的两个侧壁上,导致两个侧壁向中部变形,由于纸浆模塑餐具的回弹性较差,当使用者长时间握持手柄后,手柄容易变形,尤其是握持餐刀需要用力切断食物时,更加容易因为握持力过大而导致手柄变形,影响纸浆模塑餐具的使用。

技术解决方案

本发明通过在主体部设置第二边缘薄片提高主体部的强度,避免主体部在使用过程中发生变形而导致环保餐具无法使用的情况发生。
当环保餐具为叉时,在每一个齿的周缘均设置第二边缘薄片,通过第二边缘薄片增加每一个齿的强度,避免叉子使用过程中出现齿断裂的情况发生。此外,通过加强部进一步增加齿的强度,齿断裂的情况能够有效避免。
并且,通过加强筋条可以增加手柄以及主体部的强度,尤其是增加手柄与主体部连接处的强度。由于加强筋条包括凹陷部以及凸起部,即加强筋条的截面成波浪形状,而不是朝向单一方向凹陷,因此加强筋条的边缘处的斜率并不会发生突变,在模塑成型时,加强筋条的边缘处并不容易发生开裂的情况,从而大大提高纸浆模塑餐具的成品率。
另外,本发明通过设置凹陷部两个表面之间合适的夹角,能够分散加强筋条的受力情况,有效提高环保餐具抗弯曲的强度。

参见图1至图3,本实施例的环保餐具为纸浆模塑成型的勺子,该勺子具有呈长条状的手柄10以及主体部20,主体部20设置在手柄10的一端。由于勺子使用时,使用者通常用手指握持手柄10,主体部20用于盛装食物,当勺子装取食物时,主体部20通常触碰到盘子等较硬的物体,因此主体部20与手柄10连接处是最容易发生弯折的地方,一旦主体部20相对于手柄10发生弯折,勺子将无法继续使用,为了加强主体部20与手柄10连接处的硬度,本实施例在手柄10与主体部20之间设置加强筋条30。
从图1与图2可见,加强筋条30大致呈长条状,从手柄10延伸至主体部20,参见图4,加强筋条30从勺子的上表面向下表面方向凹陷,并且,在加强筋条30延伸方向的截面上,加强筋条30包括凹陷部33以及位于凹陷部33两端的凸起部34、36。
凹陷部33的底壁并不是平面,本实施例中,凹陷部33具有第一表面31以及第二表面32,第一表面31与第二表面32之间形成的夹角α为一个钝角,优选的,夹角α在110°至140°之间,更优选的,夹角α在120°至130°之间。并且,在第一表面31的一端连接有侧壁35,侧壁35与第一表面31之间形成凸起部34;在第二表面32的一端连接有侧壁37,侧壁37与第二表面32之间形成凸起部36。
从图1与图2可见,加强筋条30的截面并不是朝向一个方向凹陷,而是朝向两个方向出现凹凸的形状,即凹陷部33从勺子的上表面向下表面方向凹陷,而两个凸起部34、36从勺子的下表面向上表面的方向凸起,这样,加强筋条30的截面成波浪形,在凹陷部33与凸起部34、36处并不会形成从平面到斜面的斜率突变的情况,也就是不会形成棱边,这样,在模塑成型时,在凹陷部33与凸起部34、36处并不容易形成开裂的情况,提高纸浆模塑勺子的成品率。
优选的,凹陷部33外侧表面的曲率半径R2为2.0毫米至2.5毫米之间,凹陷部33的外侧表面是凹陷部33靠近勺子下表面的表面;凸起部34、36外侧表面的曲率半径R3为2.5毫米至3.0毫米之间,其中,凸起部34、36外侧表面是凸起部34、36靠近勺子上表面的表面;凸起部34、36内侧表面的曲率半径R1为1.5毫米至2.0毫米之间,其中,凸起部34、36内侧表面是凸起部34、36靠近勺子下表面的表面。
通过设置凹陷部33外侧表面合理的曲率半径、凸起部34内侧表面、外侧表面合理的曲率半径,可以避免因将曲率半径设计过小而导致模塑成型时凹陷部33或者凸起部34、36的表面上出现开裂的情况发生。
在侧壁35的自由端连接有边缘薄片38,在侧壁37的自由端连接有边缘薄片39,优选的,边缘薄片38、39的厚度与侧壁35、37的厚度相等。设置边缘薄片38、39可以增加加强筋条30的抗弯曲强度,避免加强筋条30受挤压弯曲变形。
参见图4,凹陷部33的厚度为D1,即凸起部34最靠近勺子上表面的端点处到凹陷部33最靠近勺子下表面端点处的距离为D1。加强筋条30的厚度为D2,即凸起部34最靠近勺子上表面的端点处到边缘薄片38最靠近勺子下表面之间的距离为D2。从图4可见,凹陷部33的厚度D1小于加强筋条30的厚度D2。
为了提高手柄10的强度,本实施例将手柄10设计成一边敞口的中空形状,参见图5与图6,在手柄10的延伸方向上,手柄10的截面包括有底壁11以及位于底壁11两端的侧壁12、13,侧壁12的一端与底壁11相连,侧壁12的另一端为自由端,在侧壁12的自由端设置有第一边缘薄片14。优选的,侧壁12与底壁11圆弧过渡,即侧壁12与底壁11之间并不设置棱边。侧壁13的一端与底壁11相连,侧壁13的另一端为自由端,在侧壁13的自由端设置有第一边缘薄片15。优选的,侧壁13与底壁11圆弧过渡,即侧壁13与底壁11之间并不设置棱边。因此,手柄10在朝向勺子的下面方向上形成凹陷16,两个侧壁12、13的自由端可以在受力的情况下相互靠拢。
从图5与图6可见,在两个相对的侧壁12、13上分别设置有第一边缘薄片14、15,优选的,两片第一边缘薄片14、15位于同一表面上,这样,当使用者握持手柄10时,施加的力F1分别作用在第一边缘薄片14、15的端部,并且施加的力F1是相向并指向手柄的中部。这样,侧壁12、13受力后向中部靠拢并且发生变形。当施加的力F1消失后,侧壁12、13将发生回弹,由于纸浆等材料弹性较小,侧壁12、13回弹幅度不大,但只要加载在第一边缘薄片14、15不过大,侧壁12、13仍能够在一定范围内回弹,从而防止手柄10严重变形。
假设勺子手柄中并不设置第一边缘薄片,如图25所示,勺子手柄设置底壁18以及两个侧壁19,当使用者握持手柄时将直接按压在侧壁19上,由于使用者按压侧壁19的位置并不固定,如果使用者按压在侧壁19的自由端,施加的力的方向往往并不是相向的,而是倾斜的,将导致侧壁19受力不均匀的情况发生,容易导致侧壁19发生严重变形,致使两个侧壁19向内靠拢,影响勺子的使用。
本实施例中,侧壁12与第一边缘薄片14之间并不是垂直设置,而是相互倾斜,且侧壁12大致成弧形,侧壁12与第一边缘薄片14之间的角度为钝角。侧壁13与第一边缘薄片15也是相互倾斜,侧壁13大致成弧形,侧壁13与第一边缘薄片15之间的角度也是钝角。
优选的,第一边缘薄片14、15的厚度相等,且第一边缘薄片14、15的厚度与侧壁12、13的厚度相等,这样,一方面将第一边缘薄片14、15的厚度设计得较大,能够提高第一边缘薄片14、15抗挤压的能力,避免第一边缘薄片14、15厚度过小而导致容易受挤压变形。另一方面,在勺子模塑成型的过程中,上模与下模之间的距离可以保持均匀。本实施例的勺子使用压模机压制成型,为此,进行热压时,只需要调剂上模与下模之间的距离,即可以确保压制形成满足厚度要求的勺子,上模与下模的结构简单,有利于简化勺子的模塑成型工艺。
除了在手柄10的两个侧壁12、13上设置第一边缘薄片14、15,在手柄10的末端也设置有第一边缘薄片,参见图7,在手柄10的自由端也设置有第一边缘薄片17,第一边缘薄片17的厚度与手柄10的厚度相等。此外,第一边缘薄片14、15、17的转角处均为圆弧倒角,即不设置棱边。当使用者握持手柄10时,不会按压到棱边而感到不适。可见,在手柄10的周缘设置一圈第一边缘薄片,可以提高手柄10整体的抗弯曲性能。
在勺子的主体部20的周缘设置有第二边缘薄片21,本实施例中,第二边缘薄片21的厚度与主体部20的厚度相等,并且第二边缘薄片21围绕主体部21的周向延伸。同时,第二边缘薄片21的转角处也是设计成圆弧倒角。在主体部20的周缘设置第二边缘薄片21的目的是为了提高主体部20的抗弯曲强度,避免主体部20受力弯曲变形。
优选的,整个勺子的厚度都是相等的,即不管是手柄10、主体部20还是加强筋条30各个部分,厚度都是相等的,这样的设计能够简化勺子的生产工艺,具体的,由于勺子是纸浆模塑热压成型的,因此在使用压模机压制成型时,需要将湿坯放置到下模上,通过控制上模下行的距离来控制成型后的勺子的厚度。为此,在热压成型时,需要控制下模与下模的距离,即可以压制得到厚度均匀的勺子,上模与下模的设计简单,且控制也不复杂。优选的,勺子的厚度可以在0.2毫米至5.0毫米之间,优选的,在0.5毫米至1.0毫米之间。
此外,本实施例将加强筋条30的截面设计成波浪形,并且在手柄10周缘设置第一边缘薄片,在主体部20的周缘设置第二边缘薄片,均可以方便勺子的堆叠,在生产过程中可以方便的实现多个勺子的堆叠定位,从而方便实现自动化的生产,也有利于勺子的运输。勺子使用前,可以方便的将一个勺子从堆叠的多个勺子中分离出来,方便勺子的拿取。
第二实施例:
参见图8至图10,本实施例的环保餐具是使用环保材料制成的餐刀,餐刀包括手柄40以及主体部50,手柄40呈长条状,主体部50位于手柄40的一端。由于主体部50与手柄40连接处是最容易发生弯折的地方,为了加强主体部50与手柄40连接处的硬度,本实施例在手柄40与主体部50之间设置加强筋条60。
加强筋60大致呈长条状,从手柄40延伸至主体部50,参见图11,加强筋条60从餐刀的上表面向下表面方向凹陷,并且,在加强筋条60延伸方向的截面上,加强筋条60包括凹陷部63以及位于凹陷部63两端的凸起部64、65。
凹陷部63的底壁并不是平面,具体的,凹陷部63具有两个相邻的表面,两个表面之间形成的夹角为一个钝角,优选的,该夹角在110°至140°之间,更优选的,该夹角在120°至130°之间。并且,凹陷部33的两端分别设置有侧壁61、62,侧壁61与凹陷部33之间形成凸起部64;侧壁62与凹陷部63之间形成凸起部65。
从图8至图10可见,加强筋条60的截面并不是朝向一个方向凹陷,而是朝向两个方向出现凹凸的形状,即凹陷部63从餐刀的上表面向下表面方向凹陷,而两个凸起部64、65从餐刀的下表面向上表面的方向凸起,这样,加强筋条60的截面成波浪形,在凹陷部63与凸起部64、65处并不会形成从平面到斜面的斜率突变的情况,也就是不会形成棱边,这样,在模塑成型时,在凹陷部63与凸起部64、65处并不容易形成开裂的情况,提高纸浆模塑餐刀的成品率。
此外,通过合理设置凹陷部63与凸起部64、65内侧表面、外侧表面的曲率半径,避免凹陷部63与凸起部64、65内侧表面、外侧表面的曲率半径过小而导致模塑成型时凹陷部63或者凸起部64、65的表面上出现开裂的情况发生。另外,凹陷部63的厚度小于加强筋条60的总厚度。
在侧壁62的自由端连接有边缘薄片67,边缘薄片67的厚度与侧壁62的厚度相等。设置边缘薄片67可以增加加强筋条60的抗弯曲强度,避免加强筋条60受挤压弯曲变形。
为了提高手柄40的强度,本实施例将手柄40设计成一边敞口的中空形状,即在手柄40的延伸方向上,手柄40的截面包括有底壁以及位于底壁两端的侧壁,侧壁的一端与底壁相连,侧壁的另一端为自由端,在侧壁的自由端设置有第一边缘薄片。并且,两个侧壁上的第一边缘薄片位于同一表面上,这样,当使用者握持手柄40时,施加的力分别作用在第一边缘薄片的端部,在两个侧壁受力后向中部靠拢并且发生变形。当施加的力消失后,两个侧壁将发生回弹。此外,两片第一边缘薄片的厚度相等,且第一边缘薄片的厚度与侧壁的厚度也相等。本实施例的手柄40截面形状与第一实施例的手柄的截面形状基本相同,在此不再赘述。
参见图12,在手柄40的自由端也设置有第一边缘薄片42,第一边缘薄片42的厚度与手柄40的厚度相等。可见,手柄40的周缘均设置有第一边缘薄片,且第一边缘薄片的转角处均为圆弧倒角,即不设置棱边。当使用者握持手柄40时,不会按压到棱边而感到不适。
此外,在餐刀的主体部50的一侧设置多个齿51,在主体部50的另一侧设置有第二边缘薄片52。参见图13,在主体部50的端部,设置有第二边缘薄片53,优选的,第二边缘薄片52、53的厚度与主体部50的厚度相等,且第二边缘薄片52、53的转角处也是设计成圆弧倒角。在主体部50设置第二边缘薄片52、53的目的是为了提高主体部50的抗弯曲强度,避免主体部50受力弯曲变形。
本实施例将加强筋条60的截面设计成波浪形,并且在手柄40周缘设置第一边缘薄片,在主体部50设置第二边缘薄片,均可以方便餐刀的堆叠,在生产过程中可以方便的实现多个餐刀的堆叠定位,从而方便实现自动化的生产,也有利于餐刀的运输。餐刀使用前,可以方便的将一个餐刀从堆叠的多个餐刀中分离出来,方便餐刀的拿取。
第三实施例:
参见图14至图16,本实施例的环保餐具是使用环保材料制成的叉子,叉子包括手柄70以及主体部80,手柄70呈长条状,主体部80位于手柄70的一端。由于主体部80与手柄70连接处是最容易发生弯折的地方,为了加强主体部80与手柄70连接处的硬度,本实施例在手柄70与主体部80之间设置加强筋条90。
加强筋90大致呈长条状,从手柄70延伸至主体部80,参见图17,加强筋条90从叉子的上表面向下表面方向凹陷,并且,在加强筋条90延伸方向的截面上,加强筋条90包括凹陷部99以及位于凹陷部99两端的凸起部95、96。
凹陷部99的底壁并不是平面,具体的,凹陷部99具有相邻的第一表面91与第二表面92,第一表面91与第二表面92之间形成的夹角为一个钝角,优选的,该夹角在110°至140°之间,更优选的,该夹角在120°至130°之间。并且,第一表面91的一端连接有侧壁93,第二表面92的一端连接有侧壁94,第一表面91与侧壁93之间形成凸起部95,第二表面92与侧壁94之间形成凸起部96。
从图14至图16可见,加强筋条90的截面并不是朝向一个方向凹陷,而是朝向两个方向出现凹凸的形状,即凹陷部99从叉子的上表面向下表面方向凹陷,而两个凸起部95、96从叉子的下表面向上表面的方向凸起,这样,加强筋条90的截面成波浪形,在凹陷部99与凸起部95、96处并不会形成从平面到斜面的斜率突变的情况,也就是不会形成棱边,这样,在模塑成型时,在凹陷部99与凸起部95、96处并不容易形成开裂的情况,提高纸浆模塑叉子的成品率。

在侧壁93的自由端连接有边缘薄片97,边缘薄片97的厚度与侧壁92的厚度相等,在侧壁94的自由端连接有边缘薄片98,边缘薄片98的厚度与侧壁94的厚度相等。设置边缘薄片97、98可以增加加强筋条90的抗弯曲强度,避免加强筋条90受挤压弯曲变形。
为了提高手柄70的强度,本实施例将手柄70设计成一边敞口的中空形状,即在手柄70的延伸方向上,手柄70的截面包括有底壁以及位于底壁两端的侧壁,侧壁的一端与底壁相连,侧壁的另一端为自由端,在侧壁的自由端设置有第一边缘薄片。并且,两个侧壁上的第一边缘薄片位于同一表面上,这样,当使用者握持手柄70时,施加的力分别作用在第一边缘薄片的端部,在两个侧壁受力后向中部靠拢并且发生变形。当施加的力消失后,两个侧壁将发生回弹。此外,两片第一边缘薄片的厚度相等,且第一边缘薄片的厚度与侧壁的厚度也相等。本实施例的手柄70截面形状与第一实施例的手柄的截面形状基本相同,在此不再赘述。
参见图18,在手柄70的自由端也设置有第一边缘薄片71,第一边缘薄片71的厚度与手柄70的厚度相等。可见,手柄70的周缘均设置有第一边缘薄片,且第一边缘薄片的转角处均为圆弧倒角,即不设置棱边。当使用者握持手柄70时,不会按压到棱边而感到不适。
此外,在叉子的主体部80的周缘设置有第二边缘薄片83,并且,在叉子的主体部80设置四个齿81,每一齿81的周缘均设置有第二边缘薄片84,并且,第二边缘薄片83、84的厚度与主体部80的厚度相等,且第二边缘薄片83、84的转角处也是设计成圆弧倒角。可见,在主体部80的周缘均设置第二边缘薄片,在主体部80设置第二边缘薄片83、84的目的是为了提高主体部80的抗弯曲强度,避免主体部80受力弯曲变形。
另外,在中间的两个齿81的中部设置有凹陷的加强部82,加强部82自叉子的上表面向下表面方向凹陷。通过加强部82可以提升齿81的抗弯曲性能,避免叉子使用过程中,齿81出现断裂的情况发生。
本实施例将加强筋条90的截面设计成波浪形,并且在手柄70周缘设置第一边缘薄片,在主体部80的周缘设置第二边缘薄片,均可以方便叉子的堆叠,在生产过程中可以方便的实现多个叉子的堆叠定位,从而方便实现自动化的生产,也有利于叉子的运输。叉子使用前,可以方便的将一个叉子从堆叠的多个叉子中分离出来,方便叉子的拿取。
第四实施例:
参见图19与图20,本实施例的环保餐具是使用环保材料制成的叉子,与第三实施例不同的是,本实施例的叉子设置有三个齿。叉子包括手柄1100以及主体部120,手柄110呈长条状,主体部120位于手柄110的一端。由于主体部120与手柄110连接处是最容易发生弯折的地方,为了加强主体部120与手柄110连接处的硬度,本实施例在手柄10与主体部120之间设置加强筋条130。
加强筋130大致呈长条状,从手柄110延伸至主体部120,参见图21,加强筋条130从叉子的上表面向下表面方向凹陷,并且,在加强筋条130延伸方向的截面上,加强筋条130包括凹陷部131以及位于凹陷部131两端的凸起部134、135。
凹陷部131的底壁并不是平面,具体的,凹陷部131具有相邻的第一表面132与第二表面133,第一表面132与第二表面133之间形成的夹角为一个钝角,优选的,该夹角在110°至140°之间,更优选的,该夹角在120°至130°之间。并且,第一表面132的一端连接有侧壁136,第二表面133的一端连接有侧壁137,第一表面132与侧壁136之间形成凸起部134,第二表面133与侧壁137之间形成凸起部135。

在侧壁136的自由端连接有边缘薄片138,边缘薄片138的厚度与侧壁136的厚度相等,在侧壁137的自由端连接有边缘薄片139,边缘薄片139的厚度与侧壁137的厚度相等。设置边缘薄片138、139可以增加加强筋条130的抗弯曲强度,避免加强筋条130受挤压弯曲变形。
为了提高手柄110的强度,本实施例将手柄110设计成一边敞口的中空形状,即在手柄110的延伸方向上,手柄110的截面包括有底壁以及位于底壁两端的侧壁,侧壁的一端与底壁相连,侧壁的另一端为自由端,在侧壁的自由端设置有第一边缘薄片。并且,两个侧壁上的第一边缘薄片位于同一表面上,这样,当使用者握持手柄110时,施加的力分别作用在第一边缘薄片的端部,在两个侧壁受力后向中部靠拢并且发生变形。当施加的力消失后,两个侧壁将发生回弹。此外,两片第一边缘薄片的厚度相等,且第一边缘薄片的厚度与侧壁的厚度也相等。本实施例的手柄110截面形状与第一实施例的手柄的截面形状基本相同,在此不再赘述。
参见图23与图24,在手柄110的自由端也设置有第一边缘薄片111,第一边缘薄片111的厚度与手柄110的厚度相等。可见,手柄110的周缘均设置有第一边缘薄片,且第一边缘薄片的转角处均为圆弧倒角,即不设置棱边。当使用者握持手柄110时,不会按压到棱边而感到不适。
参见图19与图22,在叉子的主体部120的周缘设置有第二边缘薄片123,并且,在叉子的主体部120设置三个齿121,每一齿121的周缘均设置有第二边缘薄片124,并且,第二边缘薄片123、124的厚度与主体部120的厚度相等,且第二边缘薄片123、124的转角处也是设计成圆弧倒角。可见,在主体部120的周缘均设置第二边缘薄片,在主体部120设置第二边缘薄片123、124的目的是为了提高主体部120的抗弯曲强度,避免主体部120受力弯曲变形。
另外,在三个齿121的中部设置有凹陷的加强部122,加强部122自叉子的上表面向下表面方向凹陷。通过加强部122可以提升齿121的抗弯曲性能,避免叉子使用过程中,齿121出现断裂的情况发生。
本实施例将加强筋条130的截面设计成波浪形,并且在手柄110周缘设置第一边缘薄片,在主体部120的周缘设置第二边缘薄片,均可以方便叉子的堆叠,在生产过程中可以方便的实现多个叉子的堆叠定位,从而方便实现自动化的生产,也有利于叉子的运输。叉子使用前,可以方便的将一个叉子从堆叠的多个叉子中分离出来,方便叉子的拿取。
最后需要强调的是,本发明不限于上述实施方式,如餐刀、叉子、勺子手柄长度、宽度的改变;或者叉子主体部齿的数量的改变;又或者餐刀、叉子、勺子厚度的改变等,这些变化也应该包括在本发明的权利要求的保护范围内。
工业实用性
本发明的环保餐具可以是餐刀、餐叉、勺子或者叉勺等,并且使用环保材料制成,对环境友好。并且,本发明通过在手柄的两个侧壁自由端设置第一边缘薄片,当使用者握持手柄时,手指将抵压在两个第一边缘薄片上,这样,通过两个第一边缘薄片向侧壁施加力,施加的力以垂直于侧壁的方向加载在侧壁上,避免在侧壁上加载倾斜向上的力,从而改变了加载的力的方向,减少侧壁收到的应力分布不均匀的情况,使得本发明的环保餐具具有良好的抗弯曲性能,使用时不容易折断。

Claims (15)

  1. 环保餐具,包括:
    手柄以及主体部,所述主体部位于所述手柄的一端;
    其特征在于:
    在所述手柄延伸方向的截面上,所述手柄具有底壁以及位于所述底壁两端的侧壁,所述侧壁的自由端设置有第一边缘薄片,所述第一边缘薄片的厚度与所述侧壁的厚度相等,且所述第一边缘薄片的转角处为圆弧倒角。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的环保餐具,其特征在于:
    两个所述侧壁对应的所述第一边缘薄片在同一平面上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的环保餐具,其特征在于:
    所述侧壁与所述第一边缘薄片倾斜设置,且所述侧壁与所述第一边缘薄片之间夹角为钝角。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的环保餐具,其特征在于:
    所述主体部的周缘设置有第二边缘薄片,所述第二边缘薄片的厚度与所述主体部的厚度相等。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的环保餐具,其特征在于:
    所述环保餐具为叉,所述主体部设置有二个以上的齿,每一所述齿的周缘均设置有所述第二边缘薄片。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的环保餐具,其特征在于:
    至少一个所述齿的中部设置有凹陷的加强部。
  7. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的环保餐具,其特征在于:
    所述环保餐具设置有加强筋条,所述加强筋条自所述手柄延伸至所述主体部,在所述加强筋条延伸方向的截面上,所述加强筋条包括凹陷部以及位于所述凹陷部两端的凸起部。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的环保餐具,其特征在于:
    所述凹陷部具有两个相邻接的第一表面及第二表面,所述第一表面与所述第二表面之间的夹角为110°至140°之间。

    所述凹陷部外侧表面的曲率半径为2.0毫米至2.5毫米之间。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的环保餐具,其特征在于:
