本申请涉及电器设备领域,尤其涉及一种门盖结构、电器设备、装配方法以及拆卸方法。
背景技术
现有电器设备的门盖结构例如洗衣机的门盖结构,在盖板与门框主体装配过程中,装配工艺较为复杂,成本较高。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本申请实施例期望提供一种门盖结构、电器设备、装配方法以及拆卸方法,以简化装配工艺,降低成本。
为达到上述目的,本申请实施例提供一种门盖结构,包括:
门框主体,包括窗口、第一开口,以及导向槽;
盖板,
所述门框主体配置为能够使所述盖板通过所述第一开口插入或抽出所述导向槽;在所述盖板插入所述导向槽的状态下,所述盖板覆盖所述窗口。
一实施例中,所述门框主体形成为U形框结构,所述U形框结构的开口处形成所述第一开口;所述导向槽形成于所述U型框结构的内侧。
一实施例中,所述导向槽沿所述门框主体的内侧周向延伸形成为U形槽结构,所述盖板的外周边缘适于与所述U形槽结构相配合。
一实施例中,所述U形槽结构的深度至少部分小于等于所述盖板的外周边缘的厚度。
一实施例中,所述U形槽结构的开口宽度至少部分小于等于所述盖板的外周边缘的宽度。
一实施例中,所述门框主体至少部分由塑性材料制成,使得所述第一开口在外力作用下从所述第一位置扩大至所述第二位置。
一实施例中,所述门盖结构还包括第一止挡件,所述第一止挡件垂直于所述导向槽,且所述第一止挡件沿所述导向槽的宽度方向指向窗口延伸设置;在所述盖板插入所述导向槽的状态下,所述盖板与所述第一止挡件在所述导向槽的宽度方向上至少部分接触。
一实施例中,所述第一止挡件与所述门框主体一体成型。
一实施例中,所述门框主体包括相互连接的第一抵接部和第二抵接部,第一抵接部抵接在所述盖板的下方,第二抵接部抵接在所述盖板的上方,所述第一抵接部的宽度大于所述第二抵接部的宽度。
一实施例中,所述门盖结构还包括加强组件,所述加强组件连接在所述门框主体背离所述导向槽的一侧,所述加强组件沿所述窗口的周向延伸设置。
一实施例中,所述盖板的材料为透明材料,所述门框主体的材料为非透明材料。
本申请实施例第二方面提供一种电器设备,包括:
电器设备主体;
上述任一种的门盖结构,所述门框主体与所述电器设备主体枢接。
一实施例中,还包括与所述电器设备主体连接的第二止挡件,所述门 框主体上形成有第三止挡件,所述第二止挡件抵接在所述第三止挡件背离所述窗口的一侧。
一实施例中,所述窗口的相对两侧均设置有所述第三止挡件,每个所述第三止挡件对应设置一个所述第二止挡件。
一实施例中,所述第三止挡件与所述电器设备主体枢接。
本申请实施例第三方面提供一种装配方法,应用于上述任一种的门盖结构,所述装配方法包括:
向所述门框主体施加外力,所述第一开口在外力作用下扩大;
将所述盖板通过扩大的第一开口插入所述导向槽;
确定所述盖板移动至所述门框主体上的预设位置,消除施加在门框主体上的外力。
本申请实施例第四方面提供一种拆卸方法,应用于上述任一种的门盖结构,所述拆卸方法包括:
向所述门框主体施加外力,所述第一开口在外力作用下扩大;
将所述盖板通过扩大的所述第一开口从所述导向槽抽出。
本申请实施例的门盖结构,由于盖板能够通过第一开口插入或抽出导向槽,可以将盖板通过第一开口插入导向槽以实现门框主体与盖板之间的安装,装配过程中不需要使用胶水和胶带,省去了胶水和胶带的成本,降低了装配成本,装配过程中省去了涂胶的工序,简化了装配工艺。或者,可以将盖板通过第一开口抽出导向槽以实现门框主体与盖板之间的拆卸,便于对门框主体和盖板进行更换,能够在一定程度上节省成本,避免不必要的浪费。

需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的技术特征可以相互组合,具体实施方式中的详细描述应理解为本申请宗旨的解释说明,不应视为对本申请的不当限制。
在本申请的描述中,“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、方位或位置关系为基 于附图1所示的方位或位置关系,需要理解的是,这些方位术语仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。图1中,左右方向为X轴示意的方向,前后方向为Y轴示意的方向。图11中,箭头M所示的方向与图1中X轴示意的方向相同,也就是左右方向。
在本申请的描述中,“上”、“下”、“顶”、“底”、方位或位置关系为基于附图6所示的方位或位置关系,需要理解的是,这些方位术语仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。图6中,上下方向为箭头R所示的方向。上下方向也是图1中的Z轴示意的方向。
作为本申请创造性构思的一部分,在描述本申请的实施例之前,需对现有技术中门框主体与盖板之间装配工艺复杂以及成本较高的原因进行分析,通过合理分析得出本申请实施例的技术方案。
现有技术的盖板和门框主体通过胶水或胶带粘合,在将盖板安装到门框主体的过程中,需要先在门框主体上涂覆胶带或胶水,再将盖板通过胶带或胶水粘合在门框主体上,粘合所用胶带或胶水价格昂贵,因而成本较高,且装配过程中必需要有涂胶的步骤,装配工艺较为复杂。而且,当盖板与门框主体之一需要更换时,门框主体与盖板之间需要特殊的工艺才能实现拆卸,拆卸难度较大,且拆卸过程中存在盖板与门框主体容易损坏的风险。
鉴于此,本申请实施例提供一种电器设备,请参阅图11,包括电器设备主体100和门盖结构,门盖结构与电器设备主体100枢接。
一实施例中,电器设备可以为家用电器。
一实施例中,电器设备可以为洗衣机、冰箱、微波炉、空调或饮水机等。相应的电器设备主体100可以为洗衣机主体、冰箱主体、微波炉主体、空调主体或饮水机主体等。
一实施例中,洗衣机可以为波轮洗衣机。
本申请实施例的门盖结构,请参阅图1、图2、图4、图6和图9,包括门框主体1和盖板2。门框主体1包括窗口11、第一开口12,以及导向槽13。门框主体1配置为能够使盖板2通过第一开口12插入或抽出导向槽13。在盖板2插入导向槽13的状态下,盖板2覆盖窗口11。如此结构形式,由于盖板2能够通过第一开口12插入导向槽13,可以将盖板2通过第一开口12插入导向槽13以实现门框主体1与盖板2之间的安装。装配过程中不需要使用胶水和胶带,省去了胶水和胶带的成本,降低了装配成本,装配过程中省去了涂胶的工序,简化了装配工艺。由于盖板2能够通过第一开口12抽出导向槽13,便于对安装在门框主体1上的盖板2进行更换。例如,在使用过程中,当盖板2出现破损,门框主体1仍完好可用,可通过第一开口12将盖板2抽出导向槽13,之后,再将新的盖板2通过第一开口12插入导向槽13,实现对破损盖板2的更换。因此,当盖板2出现破损,不需要连同门框主体1和损坏的盖板2一起报废,能够在一定程度上节省成本,避免不必要的浪费。
一实施例中,请参阅图1、图2、图4、图6和图9,所述门框主体1形成为U形框结构,所述U形框结构的开口处形成所述第一开口12;所述导向槽13形成于所述U型框结构的内侧。如此,U型框结构的开口形成第一开口12供盖板2插入导向槽13,U型框结构能够围设在盖板2的外周,使盖板2与门框主体1之间安装得较为牢固。
一实施例中,请参阅图1、图2、图4、图6和图9,所述导向槽13沿所述门框主体1的内侧周向延伸形成为U形槽结构,所述盖板2的外周边 缘适于与所述U形槽结构相配合。如此,盖板2上除靠近第一开口12的外周边缘外,盖板2上其它的外周边缘均能够被U型槽结构容纳,使盖板2与门框主体1之间安装得较为牢固。
一实施例中,请参阅图13,所述U形槽结构的深度至少部分小于等于所述盖板2的外周边缘的厚度。如此,门框主体1能够抵接在盖板2厚度方向的两侧,使门框主体1沿上下方向夹紧盖板2。也就是门框主体1沿图1的Z轴所在方向夹紧盖板2。减小门框主体1与盖板2之间的振动,限制盖板2沿上下方向的位移。
需要解释的是,请参阅图13,U形槽结构的深度为U形槽沿上下方向的尺寸,图13所示导向槽13的相应位置处的深度为D3,导向槽13的不同位置处的深度可能不同。盖板2的外周边缘的厚度为盖板2沿上下方向的尺寸,图13所示盖板2的厚度为D4。
一实施例中,请参阅图14和图15,所述U形槽结构的开口宽度至少部分小于等于所述盖板2的外周边缘的宽度。如此,门框主体1能够沿左右两侧抵紧盖板2,也就是沿X轴所在方向使门框主体1与盖板2抵紧,便于门框主体1与盖板2安装得较为牢固。能够减小门框主体1与盖板2之间的振动,限制盖板2沿左右方向的位移。
需要解释的是,请参阅图14,U型槽结构的开口宽度为U型槽结构沿左右方向的跨距,也就是沿X轴所在方向的跨距,图14所示U型槽结构的开口宽度为D5。
需要解释的是,请参阅图15,盖板2的外周边缘的宽度为盖板2沿左右方向的尺寸,也就是盖板2沿X轴所在方向的尺寸,图15所示盖板2的外周边缘的宽度为D6。
一实施例中,门框主体1至少部分由塑性材料制成,使得所述第一开口12在外力作用下从所述第一位置12a扩大至所述第二位置12b。如此, 便于盖板2通过扩大的第一开口12插入导向槽13,并通过塑性材料自身的弹力使门框主体1抵紧盖板2。
请参阅图10,在未插入盖板2之前,门框主体1处于初始状态,第一开口12处于第一位置12a。当对门框主体1施加一个X方向的作用力时,第一开口12从初始位置12a扩大至第二位置12b,扩大后的第一开口12的大小使得盖板2能够通过第一开口12。当插入盖板2之后,门框主体1欲回复到初始状态,而盖板2会阻止门框主体1回复到初始状态,由此,门框主体1与盖板2之间相互抵接,形成静摩擦力,静摩擦力的存在能够防止盖板2与门框主体1之间移动,从而使盖板2与门框主体1安装得较为牢固。
另一方面,当从门框主体1上取出盖板2时,门框主体1在X方向外力作用下,第一开口12扩大,盖板2和门框主体1之间的抵接接触消除,静摩擦力消失。此时盖板2需克服与门框主体1之间的滑动摩擦力,因此,在盖板2上施加一个沿Y方向的外力时,盖板2可以沿着门框主体1的导向槽13从门框主体1中抽出。
一实施例中,窗口11分别与第一开口12和导向槽13连通,当盖板2插入导向槽13后,盖板2的外周边缘位于导向槽13内。
一实施例中,请参阅图11,门框主体1与电器设备主体100枢接。
一实施例中,盖板2的材料可以为透明材料。
一实施例中,盖板2的材料可以为透明玻璃。
一实施例中,门框主体1的材料可以为非透明材料。
一实施例中,门框主体1的材料可以为非透明的塑料。
可以理解的是,在电器设备工作过程中,用户可能想要观察到电器设备主体100内的状态,在门盖结构上设置窗口11并将采用透明材料制成的盖板2覆盖窗口11,当门盖结构盖合在电器设备主体100上,用户可通过 透明的盖板2和窗口11看到电器设备主体100内的状态,便于用户观察。用户希望看到电器设备主体100内状态,但电器设备主体100边缘的零部件外露会影响电器设备整体的美观,门框主体1的材料为非透明材料,使得门框主体1可以对电器设备主体100边缘的零部件进行适当的遮挡,尽可能地避免电器设备主体100内的零部件外露,因而,电器设备整体较为美观。
可以理解的是,门框主体1的材料并不局限于非透明塑料,也可以是其它的在形变后能够使形变恢复的塑性材料。
可以理解的是,盖板2的材料并不局限于透明玻璃,也可以是其它透明材料。
可以理解的是,在不需要观察的场合,盖板2的材料为非透明材料也是可以的。
一实施例中,门盖结构还包括第一止挡件4,第一止挡件4垂直于导向槽13,且沿导向槽13的宽度方向(即图1中的X方向)指向窗口延伸设置,在盖板2插入导向槽13的状态下,盖板2与第一止挡件4在导向槽13的宽度方向上至少部分接触。
可选的,门框主体1的两端均连接有第一止挡件4。
可选的,盖板2与门框主体1和第一止挡件4抵接接触。
请参阅图1,第一止挡件4沿前后方向分别与盖板2抵接,以对盖板2沿前后方向进行限位,防止盖板2在门框主体1上沿前后方向移动,也就是防止盖板2在门框主体1上沿Y轴所在的方向移动。
请参阅图2,门框主体1的两端位于门框主体1的下方,第一开口12位于门框主体1的两端之间。
可以理解的是,当门盖结构转动至使盖板2位于第一止挡件4的上方,盖板2的重力作用在第一止挡件4上,第一止挡件4需要有较大的承载力。
一实施例中,第一止挡件4与门框主体1可以一体成型。如此结构形式,第一止挡件4与门框主体1能够连接得较为牢固,使得第一止挡件4能够承载盖板2施加的较大载荷,提高了第一止挡件4对盖板2的承载能力,从而较好地对盖板2进行承载和限位。
一实施例中,第一止挡件4的材料不限,只要能够对盖板2进行限位即可。例如,第一止挡件4的材料可以与门框主体1的材料相同。
一实施例中,第一止挡件4可以为挡板。
可选的,请参阅图1、图6和图9,门框主体1抵接在盖板2沿盖板厚度方向的两侧,从而对盖板2沿Z轴进行限位,也就是对盖板2沿上下方向进行限位。门框主体1沿X轴方向的两侧分别与盖板2抵接,从而对盖板2沿X轴进行限位,也就是对盖板2沿左右方向进行限位。门框主体1的前侧与盖板2沿Y轴方向抵接,第一止挡件4沿Y轴方向抵接在盖板2的后侧,从而对盖板2沿Y轴进行限位。盖板2在三轴正交坐标系的三个坐标轴方向均被限位,达到防止盖板2与门框主体1移动的目的。
一实施例中,请参阅图12,也可以不设置第一止挡件4,门框主体1的两端朝向第一开口12弯曲,通过门框主体1两端的弯曲达到对盖板2进行限位止挡的目的,防止盖板2经第一开口12从窗口11退出,达到与第一止挡件4类似的效果。门框主体1的两端位于门框主体1的下方,第一开口12位于门框主体1的两端之间。
一实施例中,请参阅图6和图9,门框主体1包括相互连接的第一抵接部18和第二抵接部19,第一抵接部18抵接在盖板2的下方,第二抵接部19抵接在盖板2的上方,第一抵接部18的宽度大于第二抵接部19的宽度。如此结构形式,当门盖结构与电器设备主体100盖合,盖板2的重力主要施加在第一抵接部18,第一抵接部18的宽度大于第二抵接部19的宽度,有利于提高第一抵接部18对盖板2的承载能力,从而使门框主体1能够更 好地对盖板2进行限位,门框主体1与盖板2之间能够较好地安装。
需要解释的是,请参阅图6,第一抵接部18的宽度为第一抵接部18朝向窗口11的一侧到导向槽13最远离窗口11的位置的距离,图中第一抵接部18的宽度为D1。第二抵接部19的宽度为第二抵接部19朝向窗口11的一侧到导向槽13最远离窗口11的位置的距离,图中第二抵接部19的宽度为D2。
一实施例中,请参阅图6和图9,当门盖结构与电器设备主体100盖合,第一抵接部18抵接在盖板2朝向电器设备主体100的一侧,第二抵接部19抵接在盖板2背离电器设备主体100的一侧,盖板2的重力主要施加在第一抵接部18。
一实施例中,请参阅图1~图4,以及图6~图9,门盖结构还包括加强组件3,加强组件3连接在门框主体1背离导向槽13的一侧,加强组件3沿窗口11的周向延伸设置。如此结构形式,盖板2在导向槽13内振动,可能会引起导向槽13扩张,门盖结构盖合在电器设备主体100上,当导向槽13由于盖板2振动而扩张,电器设备主体100能够向加强组件3施加作用力,从而抑制门框主体1上的导向槽13扩张。有利于于减小门框主体1与盖板2之间的振动。
一实施例中,加强组件3与门框主体1可以一体成型。
一实施例中,请参阅图5、图7、图8和图11,电器设备还包括与电器设备主体100连接的第二止挡件200,门框主体1上形成有第三止挡件17,第二止挡件200抵接在第三止挡件17背离窗口11的一侧。如此结构形式,当门盖结构安装在电器设备主体100上,第二止挡件200向第三止挡件17施加使第三止挡件17向窗口11收拢的作用力,门框主体1在第三止挡件17的带动下向窗口11收拢,从而挤压安装在门框主体1上的盖板2,有利于门框主体1与盖板2抵接牢固,减小盖板2在门框主体1的导向槽13内 的振动,降低噪音。
一实施例中,请参阅图11,窗口11的相对两侧均设置有第三止挡件17,每个第三止挡件17对应设置一个第二止挡件200。如此结构形式,两侧的挡件200分别向对应的第三止挡件17施加作用力,使门框主体1的相对两侧在第三止挡件17的带动下向窗口11收拢,进一步使门框主体1和盖板2抵接牢固。
需要解释的是,请参阅图11,第三止挡件17设置在窗口11的左右两侧,也即沿左右方向相对布置。
一实施例中,请参阅图11,第三止挡件17与电器设备主体100枢接。如此结构形式,门框主体1直接通过第三止挡件17与电器设备主体100枢接,不需要额外设置与电器设备主体100枢接的结构,简化了门框主体1的结构,降低了成本。
一实施例中,电器设备主体100也可以与门框主体1上第三止挡件17以外的部分枢接。
一实施例中,请参阅图5、图7、图8和图11,第三止挡件17形成在门框主体1的两端。门框主体1的两端位于门框主体1下方,第一开口12位于门框主体1的两端之间。
本申请实施例提供一种装配方法,应用于上述任一种的门盖结构,装配方法包括:
向门框主体1施加外力,第一开口12在外力作用下扩大;
将盖板2通过扩大的第一开口12插入导向槽13;
确定盖板2移动至门框主体1上的预设位置,消除施加在门框主体1上的外力。
该方法中,盖板2通过第一开口12插入导向槽13实现对盖板2与门框主体1之间装配,省去了涂胶工序,简化了盖板2与门框主体1之间的 装配工艺。装配过程中,利用门框主体1与盖板2之间的抵接进行限位,不需要使用胶水或胶带,降低了成本。
一实施例中,预设位置可以为盖板2通过第一开口12向导向槽13内移动至无法再进行移动的位置。
一实施例中,当盖板2处于门框主体1上的预设位置,盖板2在导向槽13内与门框主体1前侧抵接。
一实施例中,第一开口12在外力作用下从第一位置12a扩大到第二位置12b。在消除外力的状态下,第一开口12从第二位置12b回复至使盖板2与门框主体1抵接以防止盖板2与门框主体1之间移动的位置。
本申请实施例提供一种拆卸方法,应用于上述任一种的门盖结构,拆卸方法包括:
向门框主体1施加外力,第一开口12在外力作用扩大;
将盖板2通过扩大的第一开口12从导向槽13抽出。
该方法能够较为简单方便地将盖板2从门框主体1上拆卸下来。
一实施例中,请参阅图10,在盖板2从门框主体1上拆卸下来以后,第一开口12回复到第一位置12a。
本申请提供的各个实施例/实施方式在不产生矛盾的情况下可以相互组合。

  1. 一种门盖结构,包括:
    门框主体,包括窗口、第一开口,以及导向槽;
    盖板,
    所述门框主体配置为能够使所述盖板通过所述第一开口插入或抽出所述导向槽;在所述盖板插入所述导向槽的状态下,所述盖板覆盖所述窗口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的门盖结构,所述门框主体形成为U形框结构,所述U形框结构的开口处形成所述第一开口;所述导向槽形成于所述U型框结构的内侧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的门盖结构,所述导向槽沿所述门框主体的内侧周向延伸形成为U形槽结构,所述盖板的外周边缘适于与所述U形槽结构相配合。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的门盖结构,所述U形槽结构的深度至少部分小于等于所述盖板的外周边缘的厚度。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的门盖结构,所述U形槽结构的开口宽度至少部分小于等于所述盖板的外周边缘的宽度。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的门盖结构,所述门框主体至少部分由塑性材料制成,使得所述第一开口在外力作用下从所述第一位置扩大至所述第二位置。
  7. 根据权利要求1~6任一项所述的门盖结构,所述门盖结构还包括第一止挡件,所述第一止挡件垂直于所述导向槽,且所述第一止挡件沿所述导向槽的宽度方向指向窗口延伸设置;
    在所述盖板插入所述导向槽的状态下,所述盖板与所述第一止挡件在所述导向槽的宽度方向上至少部分接触。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的门盖结构,所述第一止挡件与所述门框主体一体成型。
  9. 根据权利要求1~6任一项所述的门盖结构,所述门框主体包括相互连接的第一抵接部和第二抵接部,第一抵接部抵接在所述盖板的下方,第二抵接部抵接在所述盖板的上方,所述第一抵接部的宽度大于所述第二抵接部的宽度。
  10. 根据权利要求1~6任一项所述的门盖结构,所述门盖结构还包括加强组件,所述加强组件连接在所述门框主体背离所述导向槽的一侧,所述加强组件沿所述窗口的周向延伸设置。
  11. 根据权利要求1~6任一项所述的门盖结构,所述盖板的材料为透明材料,所述门框主体的材料为非透明材料。
  12. 一种电器设备,包括:
    电器设备主体;
    根据权利要求1~11任一项所述的门盖结构,所述门框主体与所述电器设备主体枢接。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的电器设备,还包括与所述电器设备主体连接的第二止挡件,所述门框主体上形成有第三止挡件,所述第二止挡件抵接在所述第三止挡件背离所述窗口的一侧。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的电器设备,所述窗口的相对两侧均设置有所述第三止挡件,每个所述第三止挡件对应设置一个所述第二止挡件。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的电器设备,所述第三止挡件与所述电器设备主体枢接。
  16. 一种装配方法,应用于根据权利要求1~11任一项所述的门盖结构,所述装配方法包括:
    向所述门框主体施加外力,所述第一开口在外力作用下扩大;

  17. 一种拆卸方法,应用于根据权利要求1~11任一项所述的门盖结构,所述拆卸方法包括:
    向所述门框主体施加外力,所述第一开口在外力作用下扩大;
    将所述盖板通过扩大的所述第一开口从所述导向槽抽出。
