下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本实用新型的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
请参考图1-5所示,本实用新型提供一种发声器件100,该发声器件100包括定位支架1、分别固定于所述定位支架1且用于振动发声的振动系统2和驱动所述振动系统2振动发声的磁路系统3,振动系统2包括振动发声的振膜21,所述磁路系统3具有磁间隙30。
本实施例中,所述定位支架1由金属材料制成,机械强度更优,不易变形、缺损。所述定位支架1包括用于支撑固定所述振膜21的定位支架本体11以及由所述定位支架本体11靠近所述磁路系统3的一侧向靠近所述振膜21方向凹陷形成的定位槽12。所述定位支架1呈矩形,其包括两个相对设置的长轴边1b和两个相对设置的短轴边1a,所述定位槽12设置为两个且分别对应设置于两个所述长轴边1b之上。
具体的,所述定位支架本体11包括形成所述定位槽12的呈环状的第一侧壁111、由所述第一侧壁111设置所述定位槽12的位置向靠近所述磁轭31方向弯折延伸的第二底壁112和由所述第一侧壁111内侧向靠近所述磁轭31方向弯折延伸的第三底壁113、自所述第二底壁112的相对两端分别向所述第三底壁113延伸并连接至所述第三底壁113的第四倾斜壁114;所述第二底壁112与相邻的两个所述第四倾斜壁114围成所述定位槽12。
具体的,所述振动系统2包括固定于所述定位支架1远离所述磁路系统3一侧的振膜21、固定于所述振膜21靠近所述磁路系统3一侧的骨架22、插设于所述磁间隙30的音圈23、辅助振膜组件245,所述音圈23通过所述骨架22固定于所述振膜21;所述辅助振膜组件245的一端固定于所述短轴边1a远离所述振膜21一侧,其另一端弹性支撑所述骨架22。所述辅助振膜组件245与所述第三底壁113对应设置,所述辅助振膜组件245固定于所述第三底壁113;所述辅助振膜组件245包括固定于所述定位支架1的短轴边1a远离所述振膜21一侧的弹性导电件24以及贴设于所述弹性导电件24远离所述振膜21一侧的辅助振膜25,所述弹性导电件24包括向靠近所述振膜21方向延伸的弹性导电固定部241,所述音圈23的引线固定于所述弹性导电固定部241,即通过此种结构,使得音圈23从可以从上方出线,从而使得下文的磁轭31无需做让位结构以便于音圈23出线,磁轭侧壁313得以环绕主磁钢组件32以实现更好的导磁效果。所述音圈23固定于所述骨架22远离所述振膜21的一端以驱动所述振膜21振动发声,具体的,所述骨架22包括用于连接所述振膜21和所述音圈23的第一骨架221,所述第一骨架221包括多个且相互间隔以形成空气间隙220,即采用此种结构,有利于发声器件100内部的空气流通。
所述磁路系统3包括包括磁轭31、固定设置于所述磁轭31上的主磁钢组件32以及设置于所述主磁钢组件32的相对两侧并与所述主磁钢组件32间隔形成磁间隙30的副磁钢组件33;所述副磁钢组件33远离所述磁轭31的一侧与所述定位支架1激光点焊固定。
采用此种结构,副磁钢组件33与定位支架1激光点焊固定,可靠性好,同时磁路系统3的各方向定位得到保障,借助影像识别等高精度装配方式,磁路系统3同心度不必受限于零件精度,可获得更优的产品一致性。优选的,所述副磁钢组件33靠近所述振膜21的一侧设有向靠近所述磁轭31方向凹陷的让位槽331;即此种结构,可以为振膜21提供避让结构,防止振膜21振动时与副磁钢组件33产生结构干涉。
本实施例中,所述磁轭31包括磁轭本体311、由所述磁轭本体311的相对两侧延伸形成的磁轭延伸壁312以及所述磁轭本体311的另外相对两侧向靠近所述振膜21弯折延伸的磁轭侧壁313,所述副磁钢组件33固定设置于所述磁轭延伸壁312之上,所述主磁钢组件32依次与所述副磁钢组件33、所述磁轭侧壁313间隔形成所述磁间隙30。磁轭31保持一周环绕音圈23,无需让位,性能最优化;
优选的,所述磁轭延伸壁312沿垂直于所述振动系统2的振动方向延伸形成。所述定位槽12与所述副磁钢组件33一一对应,所述副磁钢组件33远离所述磁轭延伸壁312的一端收容于所述定位槽12并激光点焊固定于所述定位槽12的底面。具体的,所述第二底壁112与所述磁轭本体311的间隔距离大于所述第三底壁113与所述磁轭本体311的间隔距离,所述副磁钢组件33远离所述磁轭延伸壁312的一端激光点焊固定于所述第二底壁112。即通过此设置,使得发声器件100的结构布局更加合理,例如所述副磁钢组件33收容于定位槽12,所述弹性导电件24固定于定位支架1的短轴边1a,空间利用率更高。
与相关技术相比,本实用新型的发声器件,所述磁路系统包括磁轭、固定设置于所述磁轭上的主磁钢组件以及设置于所述主磁钢组件的相对两侧并与所述主磁钢组件间隔形成磁间隙的副磁钢组件,所述音圈插设于所述磁间隙;所述磁轭包括磁轭本体、由所述磁轭本体的相对两侧延伸形成的磁轭延伸壁以及所述磁轭本体的另外相对两侧向靠近所述振膜弯折延伸的磁轭侧壁,所述副磁钢组件固定设置于所述磁轭延伸壁之上,所述主磁钢组件依次与所述副磁钢组件、所述磁轭侧壁间隔形成所述磁间隙;所述定位支架由金属材料制成,所述副磁钢组件远离所述磁轭的一侧与所述定位支架激光点焊固定;采用此种结构,磁轭保持一周环绕音圈,无需让位,性能最优化;副磁钢组件与定位支架激光点焊固定,可靠性好,同时磁路系统的各方向定位得到保障,借助影像识别等高精度装配方式,磁路系统同心度不必受限于零件精度,可获得更优的产品一致性;同时所述定位支架由金属材料制成,机械强度更优,不易变形、缺损。

Claims (9)
- 一种发声器件,其包括定位支架、分别固定于所述定位支架的振动系统和驱动所述振动系统振动发声的磁路系统,所述振动系统包括固定于所述定位支架的振膜和驱动所述振膜振动的音圈,其特征在于,所述磁路系统包括磁轭、固定设置于所述磁轭上的主磁钢组件以及设置于所述主磁钢组件的相对两侧并与所述主磁钢组件间隔形成磁间隙的副磁钢组件,所述音圈插设于所述磁间隙;所述磁轭包括磁轭本体、由所述磁轭本体的相对两侧延伸形成的磁轭延伸壁以及所述磁轭本体的另外相对两侧向靠近所述振膜弯折延伸的磁轭侧壁,所述副磁钢组件固定设置于所述磁轭延伸壁之上,所述主磁钢组件依次与所述副磁钢组件、所述磁轭侧壁间隔形成所述磁间隙;所述定位支架由金属材料制成,所述副磁钢组件远离所述磁轭的一侧与所述定位支架激光点焊固定。
- 根据权利要求1中所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述磁轭延伸壁沿垂直于所述振动系统的振动方向延伸形成。
- 根据权利要求1中所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述定位支架包括定位支架本体以及由所述定位支架本体靠近所述磁路系统的一侧向靠近所述振膜方向凹陷形成的定位槽,所述定位槽与所述副磁钢组件一一对应,所述副磁钢组件远离所述磁轭延伸壁的一端收容于所述定位槽并激光点焊固定于所述定位槽的底面。
- 根据权利要求3中所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述定位支架呈矩形,其包括两个相对设置的长轴边和两个相对设置的短轴边,所述定位槽设置于所述长轴边,所述振动系统还包括固定于所述振膜靠近所述磁路系统一侧的骨架以及辅助振膜组件,所述音圈通过所述骨架固定于所述振膜;所述辅助振膜组件的一端固定于所述短轴边远离所述振膜一侧,其另一端弹性支撑所述骨架。
- 根据权利要求4中所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述定位支架本体包括形成所述定位槽的呈环状的第一侧壁、由所述第一侧壁设置所述定位槽的位置向靠近所述磁轭方向弯折延伸的第二底壁和由所述第一侧壁内侧向靠近所述磁轭方向弯折延伸的第三底壁、自所述第二底壁的相对两端分别向所述第三底壁延伸并连接至所述第三底壁的第四倾斜壁;所述第二底壁与所述磁轭本体的间隔距离大于所述第三底壁与所述磁轭本体的间隔距离,所述第二底壁与相邻的两个所述第四倾斜壁围成所述定位槽,所述副磁钢组件远离所述磁轭延伸壁的一端激光点焊固定于所述第二底壁;所述第三底壁与所述辅助振膜组件对应设置,所述辅助振膜组件固定于所述第三底壁。
- 根据权利要求5中所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述辅助振膜组件包括固定于所述短轴边的弹性导电件以及贴设于所述弹性导电件远离所述振膜一侧的辅助振膜。
- 根据权利要求6中所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述弹性导电件包括向靠近所述振膜方向延伸的弹性导电固定部,所述音圈的引线固定于所述弹性导电固定部。
- 根据权利要求4中所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述骨架包括用于连接所述振膜和所述音圈的第一骨架,所述第一骨架包括多个且相互间隔以形成空气间隙。
- 根据权利要求1中所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述副磁钢组件靠近所述振膜的一侧设有向靠近所述磁轭方向凹陷的让位槽。
