Abstract
本实用新型提供了一种扬声器箱及终端设备,扬声器箱用于终端设备,终端设备具有支撑并固定扬声器箱的支撑件,扬声器箱包括具有容置空间的壳体以及收容于容置空间内的发声单体,壳体与发声单体之间形成有前声腔,壳体开设有与前声腔连通的出声孔;壳体包括固定于支撑件的底壳、以及盖设于底壳并与底壳围成容置空间的金属顶板,底壳包括与金属顶板相对且间隔设置的底壁以及自底壁周缘朝金属顶板弯折延伸的侧壁,金属顶板包括盖设于侧壁远离底壁一端的主体部以及自主体部向外延伸的定位臂,定位臂远离侧壁的一端对应嵌设于支撑件。本实用新型可解决相关技术中的扬声器箱与智能终端设备缺乏有效的定位及紧固方式的问题。
Description
本实用新型属于声电转换技术领域,尤其涉及一种扬声器箱及终端设备。
随着移动互联网时代的到来,智能移动设备的数量不断上升。目前,智能移动设备的功能极其多样,其中之一便是高品质的音乐功能,因此,用于播放声音的扬声器箱被大量应用到现在的智能移动设备之中,比如运用到手机等移动设备中。
相关技术中,当扬声器箱安装于诸如手机等智能终端设备时,由于扬声器箱的结构限制,导致扬声器箱与智能终端设备缺乏有效的定位及紧固方式,使得扬声器箱在终端设备整机中的应用存在局限性。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种扬声器箱及终端设备,旨在解决相关技术中的扬声器箱与智能终端设备缺乏有效的定位及紧固方式的问题。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:一种扬声器箱,应用于终端设备,所述终端设备具有支撑并固定所述扬声器箱的支撑件,所述扬声器箱包括具有容置空间的壳体以及收容于所述容置空间内的发声单体,所述壳体与所述发声单体之间形成有前声腔,所述壳体开设有与所述前声腔连通的出声孔;
所述壳体包括固定于所述支撑件的底壳、以及盖设于所述底壳并与所述底壳围成所述容置空间的金属顶板,所述底壳包括与所述金属顶板相对且间隔设置的底壁以及自所述底壁周缘朝所述金属顶板弯折延伸的侧壁,所述金属顶板包括盖设于所述侧壁远离所述底壁一端的主体部以及自所述主体向外延伸的定位臂,所述定位臂远离所述侧壁的一端对应嵌设于所述支撑件。
进一步地,所述定位臂包括自所述主体朝所述底壁方向弯折延伸的弯折部以及自所述弯折部的远离所述主体部的一端朝远离所述侧壁方向延伸的延伸部。
进一步地,所述延伸部的延伸方向与所述侧壁垂直。
进一步地,所述弯折部和所述延伸部之间采用圆弧过渡。
进一步地,所述弯折部和所述延伸部的长度相等。
进一步地,所述出声孔开设于所述侧壁,所述主体部呈矩形,所述定位臂至少形成于所述主体部的相邻两侧。
进一步地,至少一个所述定位臂位于所述主体部远离所述出声孔的一侧。
进一步地,所述发声单体与所述金属顶板间隔形成所述前声腔,所述底壳为金属底壳。
进一步地,所述扬声器箱还包括安装于所述壳体内的导声支架,所述导声支架自所述金属顶板延伸至所述出声孔并形成有连通所述前声腔与所述出声孔的导声通道。
进一步地,提供一种终端设备,包括如上所述的扬声器箱,以及固定所述扬声器箱的所述支撑件;所述支撑件上设有与所述定位臂固定的定位块,所述定位块上设有与所述定位臂匹配的定位槽孔,所述定位臂嵌设于所述定位块并与所述定位槽孔插接固定。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:本实用新型的扬声器箱装配在终端设备时,扬声器箱的定位臂可以与终端设备上的支撑件嵌设固定,从而使得扬声器箱与终端设备的支撑件之间实现稳定可靠的定位和紧固,降低了扬声器箱在终端设备整机中应用的局限性。

下面结合附图和实施方式对本实用新型作进一步说明。
实施例:
请参阅图1和图2,是本实用新型提供的一种扬声器箱100及终端设备,终端设备具有支撑并固定扬声器箱100的支撑件200。请一同参阅图3和图6,扬声器箱100包括具有容置空间4的壳体1以及收容于容置空间4内的发声单体3,壳体1与发声单体3之间形成有前声腔6,壳体1开设有与前声腔6连通的出声孔1121。
壳体1包括固定于支撑件200的底壳11、以及盖设于底壳11并与底壳11围成容置空间4的金属顶板12,底壳11包括与金属顶板12相对且间隔设置的底壁111以及自底壁111周缘朝金属顶板12弯折延伸的侧壁112,金属顶板12包括盖设于侧壁112远离底壁111一端的主体部121以及自主体部121向外延伸的定位臂122,定位臂122远离侧壁112的一端对应嵌设于支撑件200。
本实用新型的扬声器箱100装配在终端设备时,扬声器箱100的定位臂122可以与终端设备上的支撑件200嵌设固定,从而使得扬声器箱100与终端设备的支撑件200之间实现稳定可靠的定位和紧固,降低了扬声器箱100在终端设备整机中应用的局限性。
具体地,支撑件200上设有与定位臂122固定的定位块5,定位块5上设有与定位臂122匹配的定位槽孔51,定位臂122嵌设于定位块5并与定位槽孔51插接固定。
本实施例中,如图4和图5所示,定位臂122包括自主体部121朝底壁111方向弯折延伸的弯折部1221以及自弯折部1221的远离主体部121的一端朝远离侧壁112方向延伸的延伸部1222。而为了方便定位臂122与定位槽孔51插接固定,并且不易脱落,弯折部1221的延伸方向和延伸部1222的延伸方向形成一个钝角,相应地,定位槽孔51也应设置为与弯折部1221和延伸部1222适配的分段结构。可以理解的是,在其他可能的实施方式中,弯折部1221的延伸方向和延伸部1222的延伸方向可以形成一个180°角,即定位臂122不具有弯折结构,同样可以与终端设备的定位槽孔51插接固定。具体地,延伸部1222的延伸方向与侧壁112垂直,更加便于定位臂122与定位槽孔51插接。
另外,为了使得定位臂122插入定位槽孔51时更为顺畅,没有卡顿感,弯折部1221和延伸部1222之间采用圆弧过渡,并且弯折部1221和延伸部1222的长度相等,这样设置也可以避免尖锐结构损坏终端设备。当然,在其他可能的实施方式中,弯折部1221和延伸部1222之间也可以采用斜面过渡。
如图3和图4所示,出声孔1121开设于侧壁112,主体部121呈矩形,定位臂122至少形成于主体部121的相邻两侧。本实施例中,定位臂122的数量为两个且主体部121的相邻两侧各设有一个定位臂122,相应地,定位块5的数量也为两个,位于两个不同方向的定位臂122的设置可以使得扬声器箱100与支撑件200的连接更加稳固。在其他可能的实施方式中,定位臂122的数量可以为三个、四个或五个等,可以在主体部121的各个侧面都设置一个定位臂122,还可以在主体部121一侧设置多个定位臂122,本实施例对定位臂122的数量和设置方位不做限制,可根据具体情况调整。为了避免对扬声器箱100的出声造成影响,定位臂122均位于主体部121远离出声孔1121的一侧。
本实施例中,发声单体3与金属顶板12间隔形成前声腔6,底壳11为金属底壳11,底壳11和金属顶板12的连接方式可以为焊接,也可以通过螺丝等紧固件固定连接。扬声器箱100还包括安装于壳体1内的导声支架2,导声支架2自金属顶板12延伸至出声孔1121并形成有连通前声腔6与出声孔1121的导声通道21。
综上所述,本实用新型的扬声器箱100装配在终端设备时,扬声器箱100的定位臂122可以与终端设备上的支撑件200嵌设固定,从而使得扬声器箱100与终端设备的支撑件200之间实现稳定可靠的定位和紧固,降低了扬声器箱100在终端设备整机中应用的局限性。
以上所述的仅是本实用新型的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本实用新型的保护范围。

- 一种扬声器箱,应用于终端设备,所述终端设备具有支撑并固定所述扬声器箱的支撑件,所述扬声器箱包括具有容置空间的壳体以及收容于所述容置空间内的发声单体,所述壳体与所述发声单体之间形成有前声腔,所述壳体开设有与所述前声腔连通的出声孔;其特征在于:所述壳体包括固定于所述支撑件的底壳、以及盖设于所述底壳并与所述底壳围成所述容置空间的金属顶板,所述底壳包括与所述金属顶板相对且间隔设置的底壁以及自所述底壁周缘朝所述金属顶板弯折延伸的侧壁,所述金属顶板包括盖设于所述侧壁远离所述底壁一端的主体部以及自所述主体部向外延伸的定位臂,所述定位臂远离所述侧壁的一端对应嵌设于所述支撑件。
- 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于:所述定位臂包括自所述主体部朝所述底壁方向弯折延伸的弯折部以及自所述弯折部的远离所述主体部的一端朝远离所述侧壁方向延伸的延伸部。
- 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于:所述延伸部的延伸方向与所述侧壁垂直。
- 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于:所述弯折部和所述延伸部之间采用圆弧过渡。
- 根据权利要求4所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述弯折部和所述延伸部的长度相等。
- 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述出声孔开设于所述侧壁,所述主体部呈矩形,所述定位臂至少形成于所述主体部的相邻两侧。
- 根据权利要求6所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,至少一个所述定位臂位于所述主体部远离所述出声孔的一侧。
- 根据权利要求6所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述发声单体与所述金属顶板间隔形成所述前声腔,所述底壳为金属底壳。
- 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述扬声器箱还包括安装于所述壳体内的导声支架,所述导声支架自所述金属顶板延伸至所述出声孔并形成有连通所述前声腔与所述出声孔的导声通道。
- 一种终端设备,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至9中任意一项所述的扬声器箱,以及固定所述扬声器箱的所述支撑件;所述支撑件上设有与所述定位臂固定的定位块,所述定位块上设有与所述定位臂匹配的定位槽孔,所述定位臂嵌设于所述定位块并与所述定位槽孔插接固定。
