所述装料圆罐3环形面环形等距连通安装有四个进料输送管2一端,且四个所述进料输送管2另一端与外接输送设备对应端口连接,通过将进料输送管2另一端与外接输送设备对应端口连接,便于将外置待混合的饲料输送至装料圆罐3内;所述盛料条槽13组倾斜环形分布在圆辊12环形面上,且圆辊12环形面与装料圆罐3内环壁相互滑动接触;所述圆辊12环形面遮盖住位于装料圆罐3与进料输送管2连通端口14内侧,且装料圆罐3与进料输送管2连通的端口与盛料条槽13组对应槽口部分相互对合在一起;所述盛料条槽13内一端与圆辊12顶端端面相互连通,且盛料条槽13内另一端与圆辊12底端端面相互连通;所述圆扁箱4设有两个,且两个所述圆扁箱4对称分布在总料管11两侧,两个所述圆扁箱4一侧圆壁通过连接柱6与总料管11环形面对应位置相互固定连接;所述圆扁箱4环形面连通安装有弧形管7,且弧形管7一端与圆扁箱4环形面相切;所述出料输送管8为抗压管体结构,且出料输送管8外侧端滑动穿过弧形管7另一端端口;所述第一电机1和第二电机5均通过导线电性与外接控制器及电源电性连接;所述圆筒15筒口暴露在圆扁箱4对应圆侧壁中间位置,且两个圆扁箱4上的两个弧形管7处于相互背对的安装状态。
本申请在使用时,首先将四个进料输送管2与外接的四个用于饲料输送的输送设备端口连接,能够将四种饲料输送柱装料圆罐3对应空间内,通过运行第一电机1带动相连的圆辊12在装料圆罐3内旋转,能够将位于圆辊12上的盛料条槽13组依次经过进料输送管2与装料圆罐3连通端口处,有利于将四种饲料依次进入同一个盛料条槽13内,且上下分布,同时位于同一个盛料条槽13内的四种饲料从末端掉落散落混在一起,达到混料的效果,改变了传统混料结构方式;
通过运行将进入总料管11内的混合饲料进入两个分料管10内,达到将饲料两份分开的效果,同时运行输料泵9经圆筒15及出料输送管8输送出去,实现边混料边输送一体的功能,提高加工效率;
通过运行第二电机5带动相连的圆筒15在圆扁箱4内旋转且操作工手持出料输送管8外端向外牵拉,能够将收卷的出料输送管8展开,便于将混料由近至远输送或根据需要改变排料位置。
本申请的有益之处在于:
1.本申请结构合理,能够将位于圆辊12上的盛料条槽13组依次经过进料输送管2与装料圆罐3连通端口处,有利于将四种饲料依次进入同一个盛料条槽13内,且上下分布,同时位于同一个盛料条槽13内的四种饲料从末端掉落散落混在一起,达到混料的效果,改变了传统混料结构方式;
2.本申请结构合理,通过运行将进入总料管11内的混合饲料进入两个分料管10内,达到将饲料两份分开的效果,同时运行输料泵9经圆筒15及出料输送管8输送出去,实现边混料边输送一体的功能,提高加工效率;
3.本申请结构合理,通过运行第二电机5带动相连的圆筒15在圆扁箱4内旋转且操作工手持出料输送管8外端向外牵拉,能够将收卷的出料输送管8展开,便于将混料由近至远输送或根据需要改变排料位置。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种饲料混合输送装置,其特征在于:包括第一电机(1)、装料圆罐(3)、圆扁箱(4)、第二电机(5)、输料泵(9)、盛料条槽(13)、圆辊(12)和圆筒(15),所述第一电机(1)安装在装料圆罐(3)顶端端面中间位置,所述装料圆罐(3)底部连通安装有总料管(11)一端,且总料管(11)另一端端面连通安装有两个分料管(10)一端,两个所述分料管(10)上均安装有输料泵(9),且输料泵(9)出料端口安装的导管端通过轴承与圆筒(15)筒口内环壁相互转动连接,所述圆扁箱(4)一侧侧壁中间位置安装有第二电机(5),且圆扁箱(4)内两侧圆壁中间位置之间转轴有圆筒(15),所述第二电机(5)的轴杆端与圆筒(15)封闭端端面连接,所述盛料条槽(13)设有多个,且多个所述盛料条槽(13)环形等距开设在圆辊(12)环形面上,所述圆辊(12)顶端端面通过传动轴结构与装料圆罐(3)内顶部圆壁相互转动连接,且传动轴结构外端与第一电机(1)的轴杆端连接,所述圆扁箱(4)内通过圆筒(15)收卷有出料输送管(8),且出料输送管(8)内侧端端口与连通端口(14)相互连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料混合输送装置,其特征在于:所述装料圆罐(3)环形面环形等距连通安装有四个进料输送管(2)一端,且四个所述进料输送管(2)另一端与外接输送设备对应端口连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料混合输送装置,其特征在于:所述盛料条槽(13)组倾斜环形分布在圆辊(12)环形面上,且圆辊(12)环形面与装料圆罐(3)内环壁相互滑动接触。
  4. 在根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料混合输送装置,其特征在于:所述圆辊(12)环形面遮盖住位于装料圆罐(3)与进料输送管(2)连通端口(14)内侧,且装料圆罐(3)与进料输送管(2)连通的端口与盛料条槽(13)组对应槽口部分相互对合在一起。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料混合输送装置,其特征在于:所述盛料条槽(13)内一端与圆辊(12)顶端端面相互连通,且盛料条槽(13)内另一端与圆辊(12)底端端面相互连通。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料混合输送装置,其特征在于:所述圆扁箱(4)设有两个,且两个所述圆扁箱(4)对称分布在总料管(11)两侧,两个所述圆扁箱(4)一侧圆壁通过连接柱(6)与总料管(11)环形面对应位置相互固定连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料混合输送装置,其特征在于:所述圆扁箱(4)环形面连通安装有弧形管(7),且弧形管(7)一端与圆扁箱(4)环形面相切。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料混合输送装置,其特征在于:所述出料输送管(8)为抗压管体结构,且出料输送管(8)外侧端滑动穿过弧形管(7)另一端端口。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料混合输送装置,其特征在于:所述第一电机(1)和第二电机(5)均通过导线电性与外接控制器及电源电性连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料混合输送装置,其特征在于:所述圆筒(15)筒口暴露在圆扁箱(4)对应圆侧壁中间位置,且两个圆扁箱(4)上的两个弧形管(7)处于相互背对的安装状态。
