Abstract

Est décrit, un procédé de production de tissus et/ou de cuirs synthétiques hydrofuges/oléofuges, qui comprend une étape consistant à appliquer des agents ou des composés d'humidification ou d'hydrophilisation sur au moins une partie d'un côté du tissu et/ou du cuir. L'invention se rapporte également à un tissu et/ou un cuir en microfibres synthétiques fabriqué à partir du procédé mentionné ci-dessus. Les tissus et les cuirs peuvent également être façonnés sur le côté inférieur par application d'une structure tridimensionnelle sur l'envers imprimé d'une manière permanente, ce qui favorise la présence de canaux d'air du côté interne, afin d'augmenter la respirabilité et le confort thermique, grâce à la réduction des points de contact. Cette application peut se faire par compression mécanique ou pneumatique, thermoformage, haute fréquence ou par des techniques similaires conçues pour rendre tridimensionnel le côté inférieur ou interne, faisant face à l'épiderme de l'utilisateur.
