一种空气净化器的滤网结构 技术领域
本发明涉及空气净化器技术领域,特别涉及一种空气净化器的滤网结构。
背景技术
空气净化器又称空气清洁器或空气清新机,能够吸附、分解或转化各种空气污染物,有效提高空气清洁度。现有的空气净化器进气口往往只有一个隔栏,隔栏背后即是空气净化器本体进气口,该隔栏仅仅起到防止人特别是小孩触碰空气净化器里面的组件机构,尤其是过滤网,并不能有效的将进气进行分散导流,容易导致进气口处的过滤网出现粉尘堆积,影响预过滤网的效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种空气净化器的滤网结构,解决现有技术中过滤网容易出现粉尘堆积的问题。
本发明的上述目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:一种空气净化器的滤网结构,包括边框和安装在边框内的过滤网,所述过滤网的外侧设置有导风板,所述导风板间隔分布在边框内,且所述导风板的两端通过转轴安装在边框上,所述边框上设置有驱动导风板摆动的调节机构。
作为优选,所述调节机构包括连杆、滑块、传动杆和偏心转动件,沿同一方向间隔分布的多个导风板连接在同一连杆上,所述滑块固定在连杆的端部并可移动地安装在边框上,所述偏心转动件由电机驱动转动,所述传动杆连接在滑块与偏心转动件之间。
作为优选,所述连杆上设置有长槽,所述导风板上设置有伸入长槽内的连接轴。
作为优选,所述连杆和连接轴设置在导风板的端部,所述连接轴与转轴平行设置。
作为优选,所述导风板包括横向导风板和竖向导风板,所述横向导风板沿上下方向间隔分布在边框内,所述竖向导风板沿左右方向间隔分布在边框内。
作为优选,所述竖向导风板设置在过滤网的外侧,所述横向导风板设置在竖向导风板的外侧。
作为优选,所述竖向导风板的靠近过滤网的一侧设置由清洁毛刷。

本发明的有益效果:本发明通过在过滤网前侧设置活动的导风板,能够调整进气气流的流动方向,改变气流通过过滤网的位置,避免粉尘堆积在过滤网的固定位置。

实施例:如图1至图4所示,一种空气净化器的滤网结构,包括边框1和安装在边框1内的过滤网2,边框1固定安装在净化器的进风口处。
过滤网2的外侧设置有导风板3,导风板3间隔分布在边框1内,且导风板3的两端通过转轴5安装在边框1上,边框1上设置有驱动导风板3摆动的调节机构4。
如图2所示,调节机构4包括连杆401、滑块402、传动杆403和偏心转动件404,沿同一方向间隔分布的多个导风板3连接在同一连杆401上,滑块402固定在连杆401的端部并可移动地安装在边框1上,所述偏心转动件404由电机驱动转动,传动杆403连接在滑块402与偏心转动件404之间。
连杆401上设置有长槽405,导风板3上设置有伸入长槽405内的连接轴6,连接轴6可在长槽405内自由移动。
连杆401和连接轴6设置在导风板3的端部,连接轴6与转轴5平行设置。
如图3和图4所示,导风板3包括横向导风板3a和竖向导风板3b,横向导风板3a沿上下方向间隔分布在边框1内,竖向导风板3b沿左右方向间隔分布在边框1内。竖向导风板3b设置在过滤网2的外侧,横向导风板3a设置在竖向导风板3b的外侧。气流从进风口进入净化器内部时,先被横向导风板3a分隔成上下流动的横向气流,然后被每股横向气流被竖向 导风板3b分隔成左右流动的竖向气流,从而将通过过滤网2的气流分隔成小股气流,
竖向导风板3b的靠近过滤网2的一侧设置由清洁毛刷。
导风板3的横截面为梭形,导风板3的表面设置有导风条,导风条沿导风板3的宽度方向延伸,并沿导风板3的长度方向间隔分布,相邻两条导风条之间形成导风槽。
导风板3为分体式结构,包括板本体301和活动板体302,板本体301通过转轴5安装在边框1上,活动板体302设置在板本体301的一侧并铰接在板本体301上,所述板本体301与活动板体302之间设置有使活动板体302靠向板本体301的弹性复位件。活动板体302的外侧面为圆弧面,所述导风条设置在活动板体302的圆弧面上。当气流速度过大时,活动板体302外侧的气压变小,使得活动板体302向外张开,使得活动板体302与相邻导风板3的间隙变小,从而自动调节进入净化器内部的气流流量。

  1. 一种空气净化器的滤网结构,包括边框(1)和安装在边框(1)内的过滤网(2),其特征在于:所述过滤网(2)的外侧设置有导风板(3),所述导风板(3)间隔分布在边框(1)内,且所述导风板(3)的两端通过转轴(5)安装在边框(1)上,所述边框(1)上设置有驱动导风板(3)摆动的调节机构(4)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种空气净化器的滤网结构,其特征在于:所述调节机构(4)包括连杆(401)、滑块(402)、传动杆(403)和偏心转动件(404),沿同一方向间隔分布的多个导风板(3)连接在同一连杆(401)上,所述滑块(402)固定在连杆(401)的端部并可移动地安装在边框(1)上,所述偏心转动件(404)由电机驱动转动,所述传动杆(403)连接在滑块(402)与偏心转动件(404)之间。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种空气净化器的滤网结构,其特征在于:所述连杆(401)上设置有长槽(405),所述导风板(3)上设置有伸入长槽(405)内的连接轴(6)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种空气净化器的滤网结构,其特征在于:所述连杆(401)和连接轴(6)设置在导风板(3)的端部,所述连接轴(6)与转轴(5)平行设置。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种空气净化器的滤网结构,其特征在于:所述导风板(3)包括横向导风板(3a)和竖向导风板(3b),所述横向导风板(3a)沿上下方向间隔分布在边框(1)内,所述竖向导风板(3b)沿左右方向间隔分布在边框(1)内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种空气净化器的滤网结构,其特征在于:所述竖向导风板(3b)设置在过滤网(2)的外侧,所述横向导风板(3a)设置在竖向导风板(3b)的外侧。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种空气净化器的滤网结构,其特征在于:所述竖向导风板(3b)的靠近过滤网(2)的一侧设置由清洁毛刷。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种空气净化器的滤网结构,其特征在于:所述导风板(3)的表面设置有导风条,所述导风条沿导风板(3)的宽度方向延伸,并沿导风板(3)的长度方向间隔分布,相邻两条导风条之间形成导风槽。
