进一步的,所述固定绳的一端固定连接固定杆16的底端;所述固定绳的另一端缠绕连接卷线轮17;所述卷线轮17固定套接于转动轴上;所述转动轴关于微型伺服电机18对称设有两个;所述微型伺服电机18为双头的电机;所述转动轴的一端通过旋转轴承连接调节筒7的内壁;所述转动轴的另一端通过联轴器连接微型伺服电机18。
进一步的,所述第一固定管5的内壁上安装有滚轮支架;所述滚轮支架上安装有滚轮10;所述滚轮10滚动连接导槽11;通过固定绳、微型伺服电机18、卷线轮17、压力弹簧13、导轨14、第一导向杆12、导槽11、滚轮10、固定杆16和第二导向杆15的设置,可以稳定改变灯座8在角度调节腔的位置,便于改变照明范围。
进一步的,所述反光罩调节机构包括反光器19、升降机构20和角度器21;所述反光器19的顶端通过第二固定管22固定连接安装壳3的内部底端;所述第二固定管22的侧面设有一号滑轨;所述升降机构20包括一号板;所述一号板的底端通过连接杆连接反光器19的底部;所述一号板的底部安装有铁片;所述铁片通过一号压力弹簧连接一号电磁铁块;所述一号板的侧面设有第一导向块;所述第一导向块滑动连接一号滑轨。
进一步的,所述反光器19包括反光罩固定杆23、底板26、反光膜弹簧自卷器25和反光罩24;所述反光罩24包括一号弹性反光膜和二号弹性反光膜;所述反光罩固定杆23的底端铰接底板26的一端;所述反光罩固定杆23和底板26之间设有复位弹簧;所述反光罩固定杆23的顶端固定连接可调节环27;所述反光罩固定杆23上对应一号弹性反光膜和二号弹性反光膜设有穿槽;所述一号弹性反光膜和二号弹性反光膜的一端均伸入反光膜弹簧自卷器25内部缠绕连接弹簧自卷筒;通过弹簧自卷筒的设置,当使用外力拉扯时,一号弹性反光膜或二号弹性反光膜释放出缠绕的一部分,当不拉扯时,一号弹性反光膜或二号弹性反光膜在弹簧自卷筒的作用下自动将释放的部分重新缠绕;所述一号弹性反光膜和二号弹性反光膜的另一端均伸入反光膜弹簧自卷器25内部缠绕连接弹簧自卷筒;所述反光膜弹簧自卷器25设有两个;所述可调节环27包括固定管和伸缩管;所述固定管内部通过弹簧连接伸缩管;所述固定管和伸缩管的连接处设有伸缩连接箱29;所述可调节环27底部设有反光膜角度定位杆28;所述反光膜角度定位杆28的底部对应24 设有反射膜限位滑动槽;反射膜限位滑动槽可以使反光罩24的顶部形成一个相对规则的圆,便于反射光;通过当弹簧自卷筒缠绕一号弹性反光膜或二号弹性反光膜时,反光罩24的形状相应地改变,可调节环27相应的伸缩,改变反射的角度,进而调节照明范围。
实施例2
请参阅图1,所述角度器21包括电磁箱;所述电磁箱内部设有二号电磁铁块;所述二号电磁铁块通过缓冲弹簧连接金属铁片;所述金属铁片远离缓冲弹簧的一端设有压杆;所述压杆伸处电磁箱的一端设有压块;所述电磁箱内部对应压杆设有导向轨道;通过二号电磁铁块的设置,可以改变压杆的位置,压杆调节反光罩固定杆23和底板26之间的角度,改变反光罩24对LED灯的反射角度,从而调节照明范围。
本发明的工作原理是:通过固定绳、微型伺服电机18、卷线轮17、压力弹簧13、导轨14、第一导向杆12、导槽11、滚轮10、固定杆16和第二导向杆15的设置,可以稳定改变灯座8在角度调节腔的位置,便于改变照明范围;通过弹簧自卷筒的设置,当使用外力拉扯时,一号弹性反光膜或二号弹性反光膜释放出缠绕的一部分,当不拉扯时,一号弹性反光膜或二号弹性反光膜在弹簧自卷筒的作用下自动将释放的部分重新缠绕;通过升降机构20的设置,可以改变反光器19的高度;反射膜限位滑动槽可以使反光罩24的顶部形成一个相对规则的圆,便于反射光;通过当弹簧自卷筒缠绕一号弹性反光膜或二号弹性反光膜时,反光罩24的形状相应地改变,可调节环27相应的伸缩,改变反射的角度,进而调节照明范围;通过二号电磁铁块的设置,可以改变压杆的位置,压杆调节反光罩固定杆23和底板26之间的角度,改变反光罩24对LED灯的反射角度,从而调节照明范围。综上所述,本发明便于调节,对LED的照明范围调节效果好。
此外,应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种发光范围可调节的LED灯,包括调节筒(7)、灯座(8)和灯座固定杆(9);其特征在于,所述调节筒(7)顶部安装有控制箱(6);所述控制箱(6)通过第一固定管(5)连通安装壳(3);所述安装壳(3)和控制箱(6)之间安装有固定架(4);所述安装壳(3)的顶部安装有调节罩(1);所述调节罩(1)上安装有聚光镜(2);所述灯座(8)的底端安装有灯座固定杆(9);所述灯座(8)的顶端设有若干LED灯;所述灯座固定杆(9)的底端伸入调节筒(7)内部;所述调节筒(7)内部对应灯座固定杆(9)设有调节机构;所述调节罩(1)和安装壳(3)相连通成为角度调节腔;所述角度调节腔上设有反光罩调节机构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的发光范围可调节的LED灯,其特征在于,所述灯座固定杆(9)上设有导槽(11);所述灯座固定杆(9)的侧面固定安装有第一导向杆(12)和固定杆(16)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的发光范围可调节的LED灯,其特征在于,所述调节机构包括第二导向杆(15)和固定绳;所述第二导向杆(15)的一端固定连接调节筒(7)的内壁;所述第二导向杆(15)的另一端设有一号滑块;所述一号滑块滑动连接导槽(11);所述第二导向杆(15)的顶端通过压力弹簧(13)固定连接第一导向杆(12)的底端;所述第一导向杆(12)的一端固定连接灯座固定杆(9);所述第一导向杆(12)的另一端安装有二号滑块;所述二号滑块滑动连接导轨(14);所述导轨(14)上设有若干固定孔;所述二号滑块上对应固定孔设有锁紧器;所述锁紧器包括电磁铁;所述电磁铁通过轻弹簧连接铁片;所述铁片远离电磁铁的一端设有定位杆。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的发光范围可调节的LED灯,其特征在于,所述固定绳的一端固定连接固定杆(16)的底端;所述固定绳的另一端缠绕连接卷线轮(17);所述卷线轮(17)固定套接于转动轴上;所述转动轴关于微型伺服电机(18)对称设有两个;所述微型伺服电机(18)为双头的电机;所述转动轴的一端通过旋转轴承连接调节筒(7)的内壁;所述转动轴的另一端通过联轴器连接微型伺服电机(18)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的发光范围可调节的LED灯,其特征在于,所述第一固定管(5)的内壁上安装有滚轮支架;所述滚轮支架上安装有滚轮(10);所述滚轮(10)滚动连接导槽(11)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的发光范围可调节的LED灯,其特征在于,所述反光罩调节机构包括反光器(19)、升降机构(20)和角度器(21);所述反光器(19)的顶端通过第二固定管(22)固定连接安装壳(3)的内部底端;所述第二固定管(22)的侧面设有一号滑轨;所述升降机构(20)包括一号板;所述一号板的底端通过连接杆连接反光器(19)的底部;所述一号板的底部安装有铁片;所述铁片通过一号压力弹簧连接一号电磁铁块;所述一号板的侧面设有第一导向块;所述第一导向块滑动连接一号滑轨。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的发光范围可调节的LED灯,其特征在于,所述反光器(19)包括反光罩固定杆(23)、底板(26)、反光膜弹簧自卷器(25)和反光罩(24);所述反光罩(24)包括一号弹性反光膜和二号弹性反光膜;所述反光罩固定杆(23)的底端铰接底板(26)的一端;所述反光罩固定杆(23)和底板(26)之间设有复位弹簧;所述反光罩固定杆(23)的顶端固定连接可调节环(27);所述反光罩固定杆(23)上对应一号弹性反光膜和二号弹性反光膜设有穿槽;所述一号弹性反光膜和二号弹性反光膜的一端均伸入反光膜弹簧自卷器(25)内部缠绕连接弹簧自卷筒;所述一号弹性反光膜和二号弹性反光膜的另一端均伸入反光膜弹簧自卷器(25)内部缠绕连接弹簧自卷筒;所述反光膜弹簧自卷器(25)设有两个;所述可调节环(27)包括固定管和伸缩管;所述固定管内部通过弹簧连接伸缩管;所述固定管和伸缩管的连接处设有伸缩连接箱(29);所述可调节环(27)底部设有反光膜角度定位杆(28);所述反光膜角度定位杆(28)的底部对应(24) 设有反射膜限位滑动槽。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的发光范围可调节的LED灯,其特征在于,所述角度器(21)包括电磁箱;所述电磁箱内部设有二号电磁铁块;所述二号电磁铁块通过缓冲弹簧连接金属铁片;所述金属铁片远离缓冲弹簧的一端设有压杆;所述压杆伸处电磁箱的一端设有压块;所述电磁箱内部对应压杆设有导向轨道。
