Claims (2)
- 케이스(1)의 선단부에 반사갓(2)이 결합되고, 케이스(1)의 선단에 발광수단(10)이 결합되며, 케이스(1) 내부에는 사용자 조작에 따라 발광수단(10)을 전,후진 시켜 빛의 조사거리 및 조사각을 가변시키는 거리조정수단을 설치하되,
발광수단(10)은,
베이스(11)의 저면에 원추형 또는 원판형의 히트싱크(12)를 결합하고, 히트싱크(12)의 표면에 다수의 LED(14)가 장착된 메탈기판(13)을 부착하며, 베이스(11)의 상부 중앙에 외측나사산(21)이 외주면에 형성된 중앙축(20)을 세워 결합하고, 베이스(11)의 상부 외곽에 케이스(1)의 내측으로 상하 유동 가능하게 끼워지는 커버(15)를 형성하여 구성하고,
거리조정수단은,
외측나사산(21)에 나사조립되는 내측나사산(31)이 내주면에 형성된 작동외축(30)을 중앙축(20)의 상부에 결합하고, 작동외축(30)의 외주연 상단에 수직방향으로 다수의 기어부(32)를 형성하며, 케이스(1)에 연결대(34)로서 연결된 베어링(33)을 작동외축(30)의 하단에 결합하여 작동외축(30)이 회전가능하게 중앙축(20)에 결합되도록 구성하며, 작동외축(30)의 기어부(32)에 맞물리는 워엄(40)을 수평하게 설치하고, 워엄(40)의 축(41)을 케이스(1)의 외부로 연장시키며, 축(41)의 끝단에 사용자가 잡고 회전시킬 수 있는 손잡이(42)를 결합하여 워엄(40)의 회전방향에 따라 작동외축(30)이 정,역방향으로 회전하면서 중앙축(20)을 상하로 이동시켜 발광수단(10)을 전,후진시키도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 거리조정 수단을 갖는 램프장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
커버(15)의 외측 상단에 가이드돌기(15a)를 돌출 형성하고, 케이스(1)의 내측벽에는 가이드돌기(15a)가 끼워져 상하로 유동되도록 안내하는 안내홈(1a)을 형성하여 발광수단(10)의 전,후 직진 운동이 이루어지도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 거리조정 수단을 갖는 램프장치.
