Description

一种冰袋 技术领域
本申请涉及存储容器,具体而言,涉及一种冰袋。
背景技术
现有技术中,冰袋为了保证气密性,在拉链处会比较紧,且只能用一个拉片开合,若有两个拉片那么在两个拉片接触的地方会有缝隙,会影响冰袋的气密性和保温性能。现有的解决方案从两个方面出发,一方面是将和手指接触的拉片设计为T字形或者环状,便于手指施加力量;另一方面是规避通过拉链进行开合的形式,采用其他机构件、塑料件进行扣合,这样仅需打开机构件就能打开冰袋。另外,现有技术中,冰袋通过衬的棉来保温,但是在拉链的部分会有保温棉没有围到的盲区。现有解决方案是通过加厚顶部的棉,使得冰袋盖上后,棉刚好抵到包身的棉,尽量减小两者之间的缝隙。同时,现有技术中因为冰袋本身的材料特性,整个冰袋自重会比较重,加上冰袋的使用场景一般是内部装饮料食物等,冰袋整体重量会比较重。现有技术是通过在受力的地方通过打枣线加固。
因此,现有技术存在如下技术问题:
1.电压冰袋开合处拉链不好拉。
2.电压冰袋拉链处存在一定温度泄露,影响保温性能。
3.电压冰袋提手处受力不佳。
4.电压冰袋内部空间利用率。
实用新型内容
本申请的主要目的在于解决上述技术问题的至少其中之一。为了至少部分解决上述技术问题,本申请提供一种冰袋,包括:箱体及盖体;
所述箱体和盖体之间通过拉链连接,所述拉链设有拉片,所述拉片在与使用者手指接触的部分为弧形。
可选地,当所述冰袋水平放置时,所述拉链至少尾部与水平方向设有不为零的第一夹角。
可选地,所述盖体的下表面设有凸出部,所述箱体的上表面设有凹陷部,当所述盖体盖在所述箱体上时,所述凸出部镶嵌在所述凹陷部内,使得所述盖体与所述箱体内部空间密封。
可选地,所述盖体的下表面设有凹陷部,所述箱体的上表面设有凸出部,当所述盖体盖在所述箱体上时,所述凸出部镶嵌在所述凹陷部内,使得所述盖体与所述箱体内部空间密封。
可选地,所述冰袋还包括:

请参照图1-图6,本申请一实施例提供了一种冰袋,包括:盖体1及箱体2;所述箱体2和盖体1之间通过拉链连接,所述拉链设有拉片31,所述拉片31在与使用者手指接触的部分为弧形。
本申请一实施例中,当所述冰袋水平放置时,所述拉链3至少尾部与水平方向设有不为零的第一夹角α。
本申请一实施例中,所述盖体1的下表面设有凸出部11,所述箱体2的上表面设有凹陷部21,当所述盖体1盖在所述箱体2上时,所述凸出部11镶嵌在所述凹陷部21内,使得所述盖体与所述箱体内部空间密封。

本申请中,在T字形拉片31的基础上进行升级,本申请的拉片在与手指接触的部分设计为弧形,能更好的匹配手指。通过增加与手指之间的接触面积,从而减小手指在牵引拉片时产生的压强,减轻用户在牵引拉片时的费力感。另外,在用户打开冰袋时,通常使用场景是冰袋立于地面,人弯腰或者蹲着拉开冰袋,一般这种情况下,手拉开冰袋拉链的施力的方向与冰袋拉链朝向不是同一条水平线,因此用户施加的力量仅有少部分能有效作用在拉链开合上。本申请在拉链的起始和末端设计了倾角α,使得用户在开合产品时,施力方向趋近于拉链的朝向,能更有效地将用户的力作用于拉拉链。然而,并不以此为限。拉链也可以全部与水平方向设置了倾角。
将内部衬棉的部分形状进行优化。在顶部棉和包身棉的部分都做了台阶面,类似榫卯,两者互补,阴阳吻合。当产品盖子盖上时,盖子的阴面和包身的阳面就吻合,这样能有效减小温度的流失,减小两者之间的缝隙。本申请中,顶部棉和包身面二者谁为阴,谁为阳并没有限制。可以将顶部棉设置成阳(凸出)包身面设置成阴(凹陷),或者反之也可以。另外,所谓凸出部与凹陷部配合,并不一定是凸出部完全插入到凹陷部里(如图4所示),也可以部分插入(如图3所示)。
本申请通过双层织带的叠加设计,大大增加织带提手的受力。另一方面将前后部分的织带相对垂直面呈3°的斜角,顺着提手受力的方向,这样能保证产品的美观,同时打枣线能更有效作用于施力方向。
本申请通过改变整体外形,造型做六边形,前半部分做梯形(可以是等腰梯形也可以不是)的设计,使产品内部收纳空间能更好的吻合易拉罐叠放时错位的特点,从而提高内部空间的利用率。

  1. 一种冰袋,其特征在于,包括:箱体及盖体;
    所述箱体和盖体之间通过拉链连接,所述拉链设有拉片,所述拉片在与使用者手指接触的部分为弧形;
    所述盖体的下表面设有凸出部,所述箱体的上表面设有凹陷部,当所述盖体盖在所述箱体上时,所述凸出部镶嵌在所述凹陷部内,使得所述盖体与所述箱体内部空间密封。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的冰袋,其特征在于,当所述冰袋水平放置时,所述拉链至少尾部与水平方向设有不为零的第一夹角。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的冰袋,其特征在于,所述冰袋还包括:
    织带,设置在所述冰袋两侧,且所述织带为双层结构。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的冰袋,其特征在于,当所述冰袋水平放置时,所述织带与竖直方向设有不为零的第二夹角。
