目前,在汽车前照灯系统中,昼间行驶灯、前位灯以及转向灯通常是独立远近光模组而存在,增加了前照灯具的空间体积,从而限制了汽车车灯造型和设计的多样化;且结构通常是LED光源与光导直接组合形成,形式功能单一,导致车灯在体积和造型上无法实现更加小型化和多样化的设计。
发明内容

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细说明。应当理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限制本发明。
首先需要说明的是,在下文的描述中为清楚地说明本发明的技术方案而涉及的一些方位词,例如“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“前”、“后”等均是按照汽车前照灯系统应用到车辆上时车辆正常所指的方位类推所具有的含义,例如,车头所在方位为前,车尾所在方位为后,按照我国驾驶习惯,驾驶座所在方位为左,副驾驶座所在方位为右,车顶所在方位为上,车轮所在方位为下。“出光方向”为汽车前照灯系统的出光光线的照射方向,可以根据所要实现的车灯的照明功能设定,例如,远近光车灯的出光方向指向车辆的前方,而角灯的出光方向倾斜指向车辆的外侧。仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或者是一体连接;可以是直接连接,也可以是通过中间连接件间接连接,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
如图1-图12所示,本发明的汽车前照灯系统包括沿出光方向依次设置的光源、初级光学元件1、汽车信号灯结构和次级光学元件2,所述汽车信号灯结构包括透光部和转轴31,所述透光部包括至少一块透光板32,所述透光板32安装在所述转轴31上,且能够由该转轴31带动转动,以能够通过转动使得所述光源的光线经所述初级光学元件1出射后选择性地经过其中一块所述透光板32,再经所述次级光学元件2投射从而实现对应的信号灯功能,或者不经过任一所述透光板32,再经所述次级光学元件2投射从而实现对应的照明功能。即,不需要信号灯时,光源的光线经初级光学元件1出射后不经过透光板32,直接经次级光学元件2出射为照明光线,照明光线可以为远光照明光线和/或近光照明光线;当需要使用信号灯时,通过转动该汽车信号灯结构使光线经过其中一块与所要实现的信号灯功能适配的透光板32,以获得需要的信号灯光线。光源为常用的LED光源 或其他车灯照明光源。为了实现ADB(Adaptive Driving Beam,自适应远光系统)功能,所述光源适于独立开关。
转轴31采用现有技术中的驱动方式驱动旋转,比如伺服电机直接驱动转轴31转动,此为现有技术,不是本申请的创新点,因此不做赘述。
透光板32具有一定的透光率和光扩散功能,以使得光线满足信号灯的光强和均匀性需求。即透光板32由具有一定透光率的透光材料制成,例如可选用PC(聚碳酸酯)、PMMA(聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯)等传统光学塑料,还可以采用光散射材料(如PC基光散射材料或PMMA基光散射材料)制成。为了使该汽车信号灯结构可以实现昼间行驶灯、前位灯以及转向灯多种信号灯功能,透光部包括多块透光板32,多块透光板32根据不同信号灯的配光要求(包括光照强度要求和光线色度要求等),选择不同形状和/或不同材质的透光材料制成。其中,形状包括透光板32的厚度、入光面和出光面的形状等特征。具体地,多块所述透光板32为如图1-图10所示的平板、入光面和/或出光面为如图11-图12所示的曲面的曲面板中的一种或多种。
为了能够使昼间行驶灯、前位灯以及转向灯三种信号灯功能都能用该汽车信号灯结构实现,所述透光部优选包括两块或三块所述透光板32。采用两块透光板时,昼间行驶灯和前位灯由于仅是光照强度的要求不同可共用一块透光板32,通过调节光源的光通量来实现这两种信号灯功能,而转向灯的光线色度要求与其他两种信号灯的光线色度要求不同,因此,需要单独采用一块材质不同的透光板32来实现。
为了保证该汽车前照灯系统的光线利用率,所述转轴31的位置配置为其顶部不高于所述初级光学元件1的底部,或者所述转轴31的底部不低于所述初级光学元件1的顶部,以保证在实现照明功能时,上述信号灯结构不遮挡初级光学元件1的出射光线,以及在实现信号灯功能时,初级光学元件1的出射光线都能透过透光板32。如图2和图9所示,所述转轴31的顶部与所述初级光学元件1的底部位于同一平面上,这样,透光板32的整个区域都可以参与透光工作,避免无效区域的存在。在该种情况下,为了实现昼间行驶灯、前位灯以及转向灯三种信号灯功能,透光板32可以有两块或三块,当有两块时,两块透光板32之间的夹角优选大于或等于90°布置,以满足其 中一块透光板32工作时,另一块透光板32不会对其产生影响的要求;当透光板32有三块时,三块透光板32优选呈T型布置或者相邻两块透光板32之间的夹角为120°,同样可以保证其中一块透光板32工作时,另两块透光板32不会对其产生影响。
为了获得更优的照明效果,作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,具体地,所述初级光学元件1包括沿出光方向依次设置且连为一体的入光部、导光部12和出光部,所述入光部包括多个与所述光源一一对应的聚光结构11,所述出光部上形成有与所述聚光结构11一一对应的凸柱面13,所述凸柱面13沿上下方向延伸。聚光结构11可以为外部轮廓呈聚光杯形状的聚光杯结构也可以为其他具有聚光功能的结构。该种结构的初级光学元件1能够形成宽度较小的照明光斑,防止邻近光斑之间的相互融合,提高照明光形的分辨率。光源发出的光线经聚光结构11汇聚准直后由导光部12传输至对应的凸柱面13,光线经凸柱面13左右汇聚后射向次级光学元件2,由次级光学元件2投射形成一个与光源对应光斑,多个光斑依次排列叠加后形成照明光形。
所述次级光学元件2包括多个入光面21和一个出光面22,多个所述入光面21形成为与所述光源一一对应、且朝向所述初级光学元件1凸出的凸曲面,所述出光面22为顺滑曲面,例如可以是由竖直向母线沿设定曲线扫掠而形成的顺滑曲面,所述竖直向母线为背向所述初级光学元件凸出的凸曲线,竖直向母线即为出光面22的纵向截线,其和设定曲线的形状可根据车灯造型要求形成。每个入光面21和出光面22均形成一个具有焦点的类似凸透镜功能的光学结构。
本发明第二方面提供一种车灯,该车灯包括上述的汽车前照灯系统。
需要说明的是,本发明上述的汽车信号灯结构不仅仅可以用于图1-图12所示的具有小尺寸出光窗口的汽车前照灯系统,还可以用于现有的其他近光模组、远光模组以及远近光一体模组中。
以下是本发明的汽车信号灯结构应用在远光模组中的一个优选实施例。
如图1-图10所示,该远光模组包括由后向前依次设置的光源、初级光学元件1、汽车信号灯结构以及次级光学元件2。初级光学元件1包括沿出光方向依次设置且连为一体的入光部、导光部12和出 光部,入光部包括多个呈聚光杯形状的聚光结构11,出光部包括多个间隔排列的且沿上下方向延伸的凸柱面13组成,其形状主要取决于该模组的远光功能。聚光结构11与光源一一对应,凸柱面13与聚光结构11一一对应。次级光学元件2为窄长形导光体,其出光面22是由弧线沿设定曲线扫掠而形成的顺滑凸曲面(根据车灯造型要求形成),次级光学元件2包括多个连续相接且朝向初级光学元件1凸出的入光面21,入光面21与凸柱面13一一对应。光源发出的光线经聚光结构11汇聚准直后由导光部12传输至对应的凸柱面13,光源的光线经凸柱面13左右汇聚后射向次级光学元件2,由次级光学元件2投射形成一个与光源对应的光斑,多个光斑依次排列叠加后形成远光光形,通过光源的亮灭可实现ADB远光功能。汽车信号灯结构包括两块呈180°布置的透光板32,两块透光板32的材质不同,其中一块透光板32能够透射白色光线,用于实现昼间行驶灯或前位灯功能,另一块透光板32能够透射黄色光线,用于实现转向灯功能,两块透光板32分别位于转轴31的两侧。
该远光模组共有四种工作状态:如图1-图3所示,透光板32转动至水平状态,光源的光线经初级光学元件1出射后不经过任何一块透光板32,即信号灯结构不参与到光线传播中,直接经次级光学元件2出射为照明光线;在开启昼间行驶灯功能后,如图4-图9所示,转轴31控制透光板32旋转90°,使对应实现昼间行驶灯功能的透光板32立于初级光学元件1的出光部的前方(沿光线出射方向),此时由初级光学元件1的出光部出射的光线,穿过转轴31上方的透光板32,再经过次级光学元件2实现昼间行驶灯功能,其中透光板32的作用一方面是发散光线,使光线分布均匀,另一方面是使一部分光线投射,使最终出射的光照强度满足昼间行驶灯的配光(光照)要求;在上述昼间行驶灯结构的基础上,也可实现前位灯功能,其区别在于前位灯光照强度要求低,因此可以通过控制光源的光通量,使昼间行驶灯和前位灯复用一套结构;在开启转向灯功能后,转轴31带动透光部转动,使对应实现转向灯功能的透光板32位于初级光学元件1的正前方,光线传播方式与昼间行驶灯相同。
由以上描述可以看出,本发明具有以下优点:将安装在转轴31上的透光板32直接设置在次级光学元件2的后方,替代现有技术中的信号灯,节约了原信号灯所占据的空间,大大缩小了前照灯的体积, 满足车灯小型化的要求;此外,具有聚光结构和凸柱面13的初级光学元件1能够形成宽度较小的照明光斑,防止邻近光斑之间的相互融合,提高照明光形的分辨率;同时,提供一种新型的信号灯结构,通过设置多块不同材质和/或不同形状的透光板32,使得同一汽车信号灯结构能够实现多种信号灯功能,进一步缩小前照灯体积;次级光学元件2的出光面22为顺滑曲面的设置形式使得次级光学元件2的出光面22能够设计成与车辆的造型相适应的曲面。
以上结合附图详细描述了本发明的优选实施方式,但是,本发明并不限于上述实施方式中的具体细节,在本发明的技术构思范围内,可以对本发明的技术方案进行多种简单变型,这些简单变型均属于本发明的保护范围。
另外需要说明的是,在上述具体实施方式中所描述的各个具体技术特征,在不矛盾的情况下,可以通过任何合适的方式进行组合,为了避免不必要的重复,本发明对各种可能的组合方式不再另行说明。
此外,本发明的各种不同的实施方式之间也可以进行任意组合,只要其不违背本发明的思想,其同样应当视为本发明所公开的内容。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种汽车前照灯系统,其特征在于,包括沿出光方向依次设置的光源、初级光学元件(1)、汽车信号灯透光结构和次级光学元件(2),所述汽车信号灯透光结构包括透光部和转轴(31),所述透光部包括至少一块透光板(32),所述透光板(32)安装在所述转轴(31)上,且能够由该转轴(31)带动转动,以能够通过转动使得所述光源的光线经所述初级光学元件(1)出射后选择性地经过其中一块所述透光板(32)或者不经过任一所述透光板(32),再经所述次级光学元件(2)投射以实现对应的信号灯功能或照明功能;
    所述初级光学元件(1)包括沿出光方向依次设置且连为一体的入光部、导光部(12)和出光部,所述入光部包括多个与所述光源一一对应的聚光结构(11),所述出光部上形成有与所述聚光结构(11)一一对应的凸柱面(13),所述凸柱面(13)沿上下方向延伸。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车前照灯系统,其特征在于,所述透光部包括多块所述透光板(32),多块所述透光板(32)的材质和/或形状不同。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车前照灯系统,其特征在于,所述透光部包括多块所述透光板(32),多块所述透光板(32)为平板、入光面和/或出光面为曲面的曲面板中的一种或多种。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车前照灯系统,其特征在于,所述透光部包括两块或三块所述透光板(32)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车前照灯系统,其特征在于,所述转轴(31)的顶部不高于所述初级光学元件(1)的底部,或者所述转轴(31)的底部不低于所述初级光学元件(1)的顶部。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车前照灯系统,其特征在于,所述聚光结构(11)为聚光杯结构。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车前照灯系统,其特征在于,所述次级光学元件(2)包括多个入光面(21)和一个出光面(22),多个所述入光面(21)形成为与所述光源一一对应、且朝向所述初级光学元件(1)凸出的凸曲面,所述出光面(22)为顺滑曲面。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的汽车前照灯系统,其特征在于,所述出光面(22)为由竖直向母线沿设定曲线扫掠而形成的顺滑曲面,所述竖直向母线为背向所述初级光学元件(1)凸出的凸曲线。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的汽车前照灯系统,其特征在于,所述光源适于独立开关。
  10. 一种车灯,其特征在于,包括根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的汽车前照灯系统。
