本实用新型涉及电动床配件技术领域,具体为一种电动床床围快充结构。
背景技术
电动床可电动控制床板头部或脚部高度,并自由调节床板弯曲程度的床架,分为排骨架和床板式两大类,排骨架称为欧式电动床,而床板式称为美式电动床。根据需要可能会配置震动或者音乐功能,如今也可以与移动设备连接远程控制,一般常见于家庭或者医护使用。
现有电动床的快充接口安装在床板背面,用户在使用现有电动床上的快充时,需先将头部床板升起,手伸到床底通过拨动滑盖选择所需接口,再将充电线插入对应接口内充电,充电操作复杂,为此,我们提出一种电动床床围快充结构解决上述问题。
实用新型内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供了一种电动床床围快充结构,具备通过在床围侧壁设置USB快充,使得用户切换接口时只需在床板侧的USB快充插入对应接口即可,使用户使用更加便捷,解决现有电动床的快充接口安装在床板背面,不便于使用者操作的问题等优点,解决了背景技术提出的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述通过在床围侧壁设置USB快充,使得用户切换接口时只需 在床板侧的USB快充插入对应接口即可,使用户使用更加便捷,解决现有电动床的快充接口安装在床板背面,不便于使用者操作的问题的目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:
一种电动床床围快充结构,包括床板,所述床板的侧壁设置有USB快充,且USB快充与床板为可拆卸连接。
优选的,所述床板的外侧包裹有床围,所述床围的侧壁开设有插槽,且USB快充插设于插槽内设置。
优选的,所述USB快充的开设有螺孔,且床板通过自攻螺丝螺旋插入螺孔固定USB快充。
优选的,所述螺孔的数量为两个,且对称开设于USB快充的尾端两侧。
优选的,所述床板的底面靠近插槽的位置开设有与插槽内部相连通的铣槽,且自攻螺丝通过铣槽贯穿插入螺孔固定USB快充。
优选的,所述床围采用EPE材质制成,且粘合在床板的侧壁。
(三)有益效果
与现有技术对比,本实用新型具备以下有益效果:
1、该种电动床床围快充结构,通过在床围侧壁设置USB快充,使得用户切换接口时只需在床板侧的USB快充插入对应接口即可,使用户使用更加便捷,解决现有电动床的快充接口安装在床板背面,不便于使用者操作的问题。
2、该种电动床床围快充结构,床板的表面靠近插槽的位置开设有与插槽内部相连通的铣槽,且自攻螺丝通过铣槽贯穿插入螺孔固定USB快充,使得操作人员将USB快充沿插槽插入后,可以从铣槽处观察USB快充是否完全插入,并结合自攻螺丝将USB快充和铣槽的槽底加以固定,以便安装拆卸。

请参阅图1-4,一种电动床床围快充结构,包括床板1,为了解决现有电动床的快充接口安装在床板背面,不便于使用者操作的问题,床板1的侧壁设置有USB快充2,使得切换接口时只需在床板1侧的USB快充2插入对应接口即可,使用户使用更加便捷,且USB快充2与床板1为可拆卸连接,便于维修操作时安装拆卸,请参阅图2,床板1的外侧包裹有床围3,本实施例中,床围3采用EPE材质制成,且粘合在床板1的侧壁,床围3的侧壁开设有插槽4,且USB快充2插设于插槽4内设置,通过嵌入式插设安装的方式将USB快充2固定在床围3的侧壁上,更加美观的同时也起到了对USB快充2的防护效果,这里USB快充2为现有产品,且其内部结构与本实用新型保护的方案无关,本实用新型不再赘其具体的内部连接关系,USB快充2的开设有螺孔,且床板1通过自攻螺丝6螺旋插入螺孔固定USB快充2,通过常规安装的方式实现USB快充2的安装,便于操作人员安装拆卸。
在本实施例中,螺孔的数量为两个,且对称开设于USB快充2的尾端两侧,两个对称开设的螺孔使得USB快充2的尾端能够稳定固定,不会发 生转动移动的情况,USB快充2可以采用这样的一种安装方式,请参阅图2,床板1的底面靠近插槽4的位置开设有与插槽4内部相连通的铣槽5,且自攻螺丝6通过铣槽5贯穿插入螺孔固定USB快充2,使得操作人员将USB快充2沿插槽4插入后,可以从铣槽5处观察USB快充2是否完全插入,并结合自攻螺丝6将USB快充2和铣槽5的槽底加以固定,以便安装拆卸,USB快充2的顶部为USB快充上盖21,其下端为USB快充底座22,且USB快充上盖21和USB快充底座22分别与插槽4的上下内壁相贴合,保证插接稳定性。
工作原理:当操作人员使用该种电动床床围快充结构时,首先,将USB快充2沿插槽4插入,并从铣槽5处观察USB快充2是否完全插入,再结合自攻螺丝6将USB快充2和铣槽5的槽底加以固定,实现USB快充2的安装,使得切换接口时只需在床板1侧的USB快充2插入对应接口即可,使用户使用更加便捷,解决现有电动床的快充接口安装在床板背面,不便于使用者操作的问题。
