由于现有插座适应性差,功能简单及不能扩充或升级功能或更换功能的缺陷,而在常规电源插座附加上去的功能,一般是电子产品,由於电子产品的技术演变的很快,一二年后即需要升级或需更换规格制式。为克服现有技术存在的上述不足,本发明提供一种只需更换功能模块的部份,而无须更换整个墙壁电源插座或埋地式插座或更换整条电源拖板插座,且可以无须拔出整个插座就可以更换,既环保又省钱又安全可扩充升级的百变插座。本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种可扩充升级的百变插座,包括插座本体和功能模块,所述功能模块可更换升级,所述功能模块与所述插座本体可拆卸地固接,并且所述功能模块的电源电路与所述插座本体的电源电路可分离地连接,以使所述功能模块即插即用;所述插座本体内预留了一定的空间,以容置所述功能模块,并且所述插座本体的表面与所述功能模块相应地设有功能区。
进一步的,还包括旁路插头和旁路插座,所述旁路插头与所述旁路插座分别位于所述功能模块和所述插座本体上,并且所述旁路插头与所述旁路插座相配合,以使所述功能模块的电源电路与所述插座本体的电源电路可分离地连接。
进一步的,所述功能模块提供包括USB接口、网线接口、蓝牙管理、无线管理、电源开关、小喇叭以及小夜灯等功能中的至少一种。
进一步的,所述插座本体表面的功能区所在面板与所述插座本体可拆卸地固接,并且该面板与所述功能模块相应地进行更换升级。
进一步的,所述功能模块与所述插座本体直接可拆卸地固接,或与辅助件可拆卸地固接,所述辅助件与所述插座本体固接。
进一步的,所述面板的四周或底部设有扣勾或扣勾孔,以与所述插座本体直接可拆卸地固接,或与辅助件可拆卸地固接,所述辅助件与所述插座本体固接。
进一步的,所述辅助件为固定框。
进一步的,所述旁路插头为旁路插针头,所述旁路插座为旁路插针座,所述旁路插针座的插孔为小细孔,以防触电。
进一步的,所述电源电路包括火线电路、零线电路和地线电路。
进一步的,所述插座本体为移动式插座或固定式插座。
本发明的有益效果为:插座本体中预留了空间供用户搭配不同的扩充功能模块,大大提升了墙壁电源插座或电源拖板插座的功能,很多小的电子组件可以收纳在插座底盒里,节省了很多外置式的电源变压器节省了空间,少了电线外露,美化了使用空间,升级時无须更换整个墙壁电源插座或埋地式插座或整条电源拖板插座,环保节能。更换扩充功能模块时,无须电工师傅,自己即可动手,方便快捷。尤其是配合USB供电器一起使用,不但保留了普通电源插座的功能,还可以给USB取电的小电器设备,避免用户携带外置式充电器的麻烦,符合现今的科技发展和给人们带来了极大的便利和效益。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图以及实施方式对本发明进行进一步的描述:
如图1-3所示,为现有技术中不同形式的插座本体,插座面板11上的电源插口可以是常规的交流电三孔电源插口12、二孔电源插口13,并不局限于接口的数量、形状、标准和电压类型。
实施例一
一种可扩充升级的百变插座,如图4-14所示,包括插座本体和功能模块3,功能模块3可更换升级,功能模块3与插座本体可拆卸地固接,并且功能模块3的电源电路与插座本体的电源电路可分离地连接,以使功能模块3即插即用;插座本体预留了一定的空间,以容置功能模块3,并且插座本体的表面与功能模块3相应地设有功能区。图4和图5示出了本实施例实施时,于插座面板上预留了功能区使用范围,而不影响电源插口12的使用,提高了插座面板空间利用率,而利于各种功能扩展。
本实施例的可扩充升级的百变插座为固定式插座,包括插座面板2、固定框6、功能模块3、电源模块4以及插座底箱5。插座底箱5可固定安装于墙面或地面以内,插座底箱5内用以容置功能模块3和电源模块4,功能模块3与电源模块4为左右模块实施,功能模块3包括功能模块顶盖30和功能模块底箱31,功能模块3具有两个USB插座32,功能模块3还包括旁路插针头312,插座本体的电源模块4包括电源模块底箱42,电源模块底箱42内容置地线插口导接片15、火线插口导接片16以及零线插口导接片17,电源模块底箱42还包括旁路插针座420,旁路插针头312与旁路插针座420相配合,以使功能模块3的电源电路与插座本体的电源电路可分离地连接。旁路插孔很细,人类的手指是接触不到插孔内的电极单元,非常安全。
旁路插针座420包括旁路火线插口421、旁路地线插口422以及旁路零线插口423,旁 路插针头312包括相应的插针。
本实施例的功能模块底箱31内容置不同功能的功能组件,功能模块顶盖30与功能模块底箱31通过扣勾302和扣勾孔311结构实现可拆卸式固接,利于对功能模块3的维修升级及再利用。
本实施例的地线插口导接片15与接地金属片151连接并与地线连接,火线插口导接片16通过火线连接口161与交流电源的火线连接,零线插口导接片17通过零线连接口171与交流电源的火线连接。电源开关14设置在火线电路上。
本实施例的功能模块3还可以如图10-13所示方式实施,即通过设置USB插座32、夜灯33、电源开关34、WiFi管理键35、电力网设定键36、WAN/LAN接口37、蓝牙管理键38以及小喇叭39等中的一种或几种的组合,以提供相应的功能。USB插座32供USB取电的小电器设备应用。根据需要,USB输出接口可以是Micro-USB接口、Type-C接口或其他类型的供电接口,以适应不同电子产品的接口类型。USB接口的数量,可以设置一个或多个,由使用方便性和可用空间来决定。功能模块,是一个独立的功能模块,类似一些外置式产品,可供选择的功能模块,例如:USB供电器、USB供电器及LED夜灯、无线中继器、侦测器、小音响等,科技日新月异,这些功能模块不断推陈出新,用户可以非常方便更换升级而不需要更换整个墙壁电源插座或埋地式插座或电源拖板插座,环保节能。用户可自由组合不同的功能模块,每个功能模块将会搭配新的最顶层面盖板,以配合新的功能模块的插口和原有的常规电源插口。
本实施例的电源模块4于螺固孔424固定,功能模块3通过于螺固孔301固定在固定框6上,也可以通过于功能模块3上设置底扣与固定框6可拆卸地固接,固定框6的两侧中部通过螺丝与插座底箱5固定,插座面板2可相应功能模块3进行更换升级,其材料可以为塑胶或金属,也可以更换具有不同颜色或不同图案,为配合不同的功能模块3的孔位,插座面板2是可以有不同位置的孔,和不同数量的孔。插座面板2上看不到镙丝孔,是用 四周的扣或底部的扣,扣住插座本体,美观易清洁。更换功能模块3时,只需拆下插座面板2和螺固孔301处螺丝即可进行更换,然后装上螺丝以及与更换后的功能模块3对应的插座面板2。
本实施例的插座底箱5、电源模块底箱42以及旁路插针座420还可以为一体结构。旁路插针座420优选位于靠近电源模块底箱42的外侧部靠底端,以使插接稳固可靠,旁路插针头312优选位于功能模块底箱31的内侧靠底端,并在底部相应开有开口,即内嵌于功能模块底箱31的底部,使用时,旁路插针头312可垂直插入旁路插针座420内,让已预留在插座本体内的交流市电,供给功能模块3。该结构的旁路插针头312与旁路插针座420相配合,节省空间,稳固可靠。作为替代的实施方式,功能模块3与电源模块4还可以通过弹性导电触片与触头的接触方案替代插头与插座的方案,以实现对功能模块供电。旁路插针座420可以通过导接线与地线插口导接片15、火线插口导接片16及零线插口导接片17连接,也可以与插座本体的的电源线连接,而实现电路连接。
本实施例插座本体的插座面板2上设有电源开关14和三孔电源插口12,插座面板2与插座本体可拆卸地固接,并且插座面板2与功能模块3相应地进行更换升级。当插座本体未容置功能模块3时,为了美观,可选用未设置对应功能开口的插座面板2。作为一种实施方式,当功能模块3由功能模块顶盖30和功能模块底箱31组成时,可直接独立地与插座本体即插即用,功能模块3可通过卡扣式结构或通过固定框6于螺固孔301处进行固定,以与插座本体可拆卸地固接,即功能模块顶盖31于螺固孔301处固定在固定框6的上部,以方便拆卸更换功能模块3,插座面板2可设为开口式,以使功能模块3的功能区露出插座本体,而实质成为插座本体表面的一部分;作为另一种实施方式,如图14所示,插座本体表面的功能区所在面板即插座面板2与功能模块3相应地进行更换升级,插座面板2与插座本体优选可拆卸地固接,以方便更换,其四周或底部优选设有扣勾或扣勾孔,以与固定框6可拆卸地固接。
本实施例的固定框6为辅助连接件,主要提供固定辅助结构,其功能也也可以通过插座底箱5的结构形变提供,而实现插座面板2、功能模块3及电源模块4与插座底箱5直接可拆卸地固接。
插座本体的形状可与功能模块3相适应地进行扩大或缩小,或者功能模块3的形状与插座本体相适应地进行扩大或缩小。
实施例二
实施例二在实施例一的基础上,分上下模块实施,如图15-19所示,本实施例的可扩充升级的百变插座为固定式插座,其插座面板上包括三孔电源插口12,并对应功能模块的2个USB插座32而开有通孔。
功能模块包括功能模块顶盖30和功能模块底箱31,功能模块底箱31内容置不同功能的功能组件,功能模块顶盖30与功能模块底箱31通过扣勾302和扣勾孔311结构实现可拆卸式固接,利于对功能模块3的维修升级及再利用。功能模块底箱31包括旁路插针头312。
插座本体的电源模块包括电源模块顶盖41和电源模块底箱42,电源模块底箱42内容置地线插口导接片15、火线插口导接片16以及零线插口导接片17,其旁路插针座420通过导接线与火线插口导接片16及零线插口导接片17连接,地线插口导接片15与接地金属片151连接,火线连接口161处与交流电源的火线连接,零线连接口171处与交流电源的零线连接,地线连接口处与交流电源的地线连接。电源模块顶盖41与电源模块底箱42通过扣勾和扣勾孔结构实现可拆卸式固接。
旁路插针座420包括旁路火线插口和旁路零线插口,旁路插针头312包括相应的插针,旁路插针头312与旁路插针座420相配合,以使功能模块的电源电路与插座本体的电源电路可分离地连接。
功能模块于螺固孔301处可拆卸地固定于固定框6上,电源模块于螺固孔424处固定于固定框6上。更换升级功能模块时,只需移去插座面板2,不需再拆下固定框6即可进行 即插即用地更换。插座面板优选通过方便拆卸的连接方式进行固定。
当然,本发明的插座本体也可以是移动式插座,如多口插排,也能够基于上述实施构思而实现。
实施例三
如图20和图21所示,为双位实施例,于实施例二的基础上,进行叠加方式实施,其功能模块与电源模块既可以为分体式由多个功能模块单元组成,也可以为一体式或分组式实施。其可以共用一个固定框,也可以为多个固定框6,电源模块内容置地线插口导接片15、火线插口导接片16以及零线插口导接片17,其旁路插针座420通过导接线与火线插口导接片16及零线插口导接片17连接。
实施例四
如图22和图23所示,于实施例二的基础上,为单位电源拖板插座,插座本体通过延长线7与市电的电源接口连接,其插座面板上包括三孔电源插口12,并对应功能模块的2个USB插座32而开有通孔。电源模块内容置地线插口导接片、火线插口导接片16以及零线插口导接片17。
实施例五
如图24和图25所示,为三位电源拖板插座,于实施例四的基础上,其插座面板同样是可更换面板,并分别设有多个对应USB插座32的开口,以及三孔电源插口12。其功能模块与电源模块既可以为分体式由多个模块单元组成,也可以为一体式或分组式实施。
应当理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。
上面结合附图对本发明专利进行了示例性的描述,显然本发明专利的实现并不受上述方式的限制,只要采用了本发明专利的方法构思和技术方案进行的各种改进,或未经改进将本发明专利的构思和技术方案直接应用于其它场合的,均在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可扩充升级的百变插座,其特征在于,包括插座本体和功能模块,所述功能模块可更换升级,所述功能模块与所述插座本体可拆卸地固接,并且所述功能模块的电源电路与所述插座本体的电源电路可分离地连接,以使所述功能模块即插即用;所述插座本体内预留了一定的空间,以容置所述功能模块,并且所述插座本体的表面与所述功能模块相应地设有功能区。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可扩充升级的百变插座,其特征在于,还包括旁路插头和旁路插座,所述旁路插头与所述旁路插座分别位于所述功能模块和所述插座本体上,并且所述旁路插头与所述旁路插座相配合,以使所述功能模块的电源电路与所述插座本体的电源电路可分离地连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的可扩充升级的百变插座,其特征在于,所述功能模块提供包括USB接口、网线接口、蓝牙管理、无线管理、电源开关、小喇叭以及小夜灯等功能中的至少一种。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的可扩充升级的百变插座,其特征在于,所述插座本体表面的功能区所在面板与所述插座本体可拆卸地固接,并且该面板与所述功能模块相应地进行更换升级。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的可扩充升级的百变插座,其特征在于,所述功能模块与所述插座本体直接可拆卸地固接,或与辅助件可拆卸地固接,所述辅助件与所述插座本体固接。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的可扩充升级的百变插座,其特征在于,所述面板的四周或底部设有扣勾或扣勾孔,以与所述插座本体直接可拆卸地固接,或与辅助件可拆卸地固接,所述辅助件与所述插座本体固接。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的可扩充升级的百变插座,其特征在于,所述辅助件为固定框。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的可扩充升级的百变插座,其特征在于,所述旁路插头为旁路 插针头,所述旁路插座为旁路插针座,所述旁路插针座的插孔为小细孔,以防触电。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的可扩充升级的百变插座,其特征在于,所述电源电路包括火线电路、零线电路和地线电路。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的可扩充升级的百变插座,其特征在于,所述插座本体为移动式插座或固定式插座。
