但另一方面,利用塑料滑雪靴方式制造单板滑雪靴也有缺点,其一,多数塑料滑雪靴是分开分体进行注塑成型后再缝制在一起,对于更激烈的单板冰雪运动来说,这样的方式很容易产生脱线,造成安全隐患,其二,塑料滑雪靴由于使用硬塑料而限制或完全阻止踝关节的弯曲,而单板滑雪相比双板滑雪需要利用踝关节作为枢轴点作出很多角度的动作,因而简单的复制双板用的塑料滑雪靴会限制或排除利用踝关节作为枢轴点,迫使膝关节和髋关节吸收在滑雪中经受的所有的力,十分不利于单板滑雪运动中所需的更加灵活的脚腕关节运动。当使用塑料制成单板滑雪靴时,为了适应踝关节不易弯曲以及塑料滑雪靴本身对穿着者脚部的挤压摩擦,需要在塑料制成的单板滑雪靴内穿戴内胆鞋套,穿戴的内胆鞋套往往为加厚的布料制成,无法接触雪地也不能直接着地行走,当需要上厕所或行走至所需地方时,穿着好塑料制成的单板滑雪靴后,在行走时,裸关节不能以正常行走幅度弯曲,因此行走极其的不方便,而穿戴普通的鞋子再穿戴塑料制成的单板滑雪靴本身后,积雪、积水和杂质都容易落入并积攒在塑料制成的单板滑雪靴本身内部,造成使用者穿戴很不舒服,且同样容易产生两个鞋 体相互间滑脱等安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了提供一种一体注塑成型,结构简单合理,穿戴方便,并且穿戴后裸关节自由可弯曲,进而使穿戴者能够完美的完成滑雪动作,以及能够方便正常行走的单板滑雪靴。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用以下方案:一种单板滑雪靴,该单板滑雪靴包括有一体成型的靴底、容纳使用者所穿戴鞋的靴身与容纳使用者腿部及脚裸部的靴筒,一体注塑成型的单板滑雪靴能减少生产单板滑雪靴的工序、保证单板滑雪靴的整体性,防止激烈运动中出现开线造成安全隐患,所述靴身与靴筒的前端连通有一开口,该开口不但能方便一体注塑成型时的脱模,而且打开口能方便使用者穿脱滑雪靴,在所述开口前端连接有鞋舌,在所述开口两侧位于靴身与靴筒的连接处开设有V形槽口,在所述靴身上设有能将所述开口两侧缩紧的紧固装置,在所述靴底上均布贯穿有多个通孔,通孔可以将鞋底内的积雪、积水或杂质排出到外界,保持滑雪靴内的干净,进而减少使用者的不适以及两个鞋体相互间滑脱等安全隐患的产生。
优选地,在所述V形槽口上缝制有弹力面料,能够防止雪以及其他杂质从V形槽口进入靴身内,并且能方便穿着者利用踝关节作为枢轴点自由作出多角度的动作。
进一步地,在所述靴底底部均布设有多个向外凸起的防滑凸块,能够防止鞋底打滑。
优选地,所述紧固装置为魔术贴,能够快速穿脱滑雪靴。
优选地,所述紧固装置为BOA系带系统,能够快速穿脱滑雪靴。
进一步地,所述鞋舌前端通过缝制连接在靴身上,大开口的鞋舌能方便使用者将穿戴的普通鞋子穿入滑雪靴内。

综上所述,本发明相对于现有技术其有益效果是:一体注塑成型的单板滑雪靴不但减少生产单板滑雪靴的工序、保证了单板滑雪靴的整体性,防止激烈运动中出现开线造成安全隐患,并且在穿戴滑雪靴过程中,使用者无需先将已经穿好的鞋子脱掉,可直接将已穿好鞋子整体穿入塑料制成的单板滑雪靴内,从而方便了穿戴,节省的时间;同时通过靴底上的通孔,可将因原先使用者所穿鞋底部沾染的积雪、积水或杂质从滑雪靴内的雪以及融水向外排出,保证单板滑雪靴内部的干爽,保障使用者的正常使用;另外,通过V形槽口的设置,以及塑胶具有可塑性,能够让靴身与靴筒进行一定程度的多方向折弯,进而能够让使用者的裸关节进行一定程度的弯曲,能够使穿戴者能够完美的完成滑雪动作,不进行滑雪时,可以直接脱掉单板滑雪靴,将原来穿戴的普通鞋子从单板滑雪靴中脱出,即可方便正常的行走,十分方便。

本发明中所述紧固装置为BOA系带系统(图中未显示),该BOA系带系统采用钢丝代替传统的鞋带,并由一个圆形的旋钮(绞盘)来调节控制松紧,该BOA系带系统现有技术常规手段设置,其中包括有BOA旋钮扣、系带、若干个导向勾,BOA旋钮扣设置在靴身2或者靴筒3的一侧,方便伸手操作BOA旋钮扣,若干个导向勾分别于开口4的两侧,两侧的导向勾将左右对称设置,受力更加均衡,系带为钢绳,且两端依次穿绕导向勾与BOA旋钮扣连接,通过BOA旋钮扣的旋转实现对系带的松紧,本发明中所述紧固装置可以采用单独的魔术贴进行绑紧单板滑雪靴的方案,也可采用单独的BOA系带系统,亦或者采用两者结合的方式,在单板滑雪靴靴身对应脚面部位使用魔术贴的方案,在包裹小腿部的靴筒3部位采用BOA系带系统,BOA系带系统的绞盘则设置在位于开口4侧面的靴筒3外表面上,当然所述紧固装置并不限于上述两种方式,例如其他系带固定或同类 现有固定的方式均可应用于本发明所述单板滑雪靴的靴身2和靴筒3上。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种单板滑雪靴,其特征在于:该单板滑雪靴包括有一体成型的靴底(1)、容纳使用者所穿戴鞋的靴身(2)与容纳使用者腿部及脚裸部的靴筒(3),所述靴身(2)与靴筒(3)的前端连通有一开口(4),在所述开口(4)前端连接有鞋舌(5),在所述开口(4)两侧位于靴身(2)与靴筒(3)的连接处开设有V形槽口(6),在所述靴身(2)上设有能将所述开口(4)两侧缩紧的紧固装置,在所述靴底(1)上贯穿有多个通孔(7)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的单板滑雪靴,其特征在于:在所述V形槽口(6)上缝制有弹力面料(21)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的单板滑雪靴,其特征在于:在所述靴底(1)底部均布设有多个向外凸起的防滑凸块(31)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的单板滑雪靴,其特征在于:所述紧固装置为魔术贴(41)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的单板滑雪靴,其特征在于:所述紧固装置为BOA系带系统。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的单板滑雪靴,其特征在于:所述鞋舌(5)前端通过缝制连接在靴身(2)上。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的单板滑雪靴,其特征在于:所述V形槽口(6)的开口角度为9°~11°。
