Description
本实用新型涉及玩具公仔技术领域,尤其涉及一种新型的公仔拼装结构。
依据积木的拼搭规则,存在形状大小不一的积木块,每一个积木块基本上可以通过积木连接规则,相互连接。多种形态各异的小积木,通过积木块表面上的卡位连接,可组装成丰富的组合体系,创造出无穷无尽的可能性,玩具公仔作为积木中的人物,可以与积木块相互连接,组装成不同的组合。
现有技术的玩具公仔由头部、躯干、左右手臂、腿部组件组合而成,头部、手臂与大腿可以绕轴旋转运动,与积木块可以相互连接,由于玩具部件较小可拆装配置对婴幼儿容易产生误吞食的安全隐患,所以,需要设计一种新型的公仔拼装结构来解决上述问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种新型的公仔拼装结构。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用了如下技术方案:
一种新型的公仔拼装结构,包括身体、头手锁叉、头部、头发(帽子)、腰部件、左腿、右腿、全身锁轴与两个手臂,所述全身锁轴上设有用于固定公仔所有部件的固定机构,所述固定机构包括固定连接在头发(帽子)下端的第一连接件,所述第一连接件下端设有U形卡 槽,所述第一连接件两侧壁均设有第一卡槽,所述头手锁叉上端对称设有与第一卡槽匹配的卡块。
优选地,两个所述手臂侧壁均固定连接有卡扣,所述身体两侧壁均与卡扣匹配的第二卡槽。
优选地,所述腰部件上端固定连接有第二连接件,所述第二连接件侧壁设有与全身锁轴匹配的第一开口,所述头手锁叉上端设有用于与第二连接件匹配的第一通孔。
优选地,所述左腿与右腿上端均固定连接有第一卡位,所述腰部件上端设有能与第一卡位匹配的第三卡槽。
优选地,所述全身锁轴侧壁设有第二卡位,所述第二卡位直径等于第一开口宽度。
优选地,所述身体两侧壁均设有能与全身锁轴匹配的第二通孔,两个所述第二通孔位于同一高度,所述腰部件两侧壁均设有能与全身锁轴匹配的第三通孔,两个所述第二通孔与两个第三通孔位于同一高度。
本实用新型中,具有以下有益效果:
1、本装置设置了头手锁叉,可锁住头发(帽子)组件、头部组件、身体组件、手组件,固定为一体;
2、本装置设置了全身锁轴,可将头发(帽子)、头部、身体和腰部组件、腿部组件,组装为一体不可拆;
3、本装置设置了通过两层结构锁将零部件锁死,不易拆卸,可避免婴幼儿吞咽玩具公仔零件的情况发生,提高了拼装玩具公仔的安 全性。

全身锁轴9侧壁设有第二卡位17,第二卡位17直径等于第一开口16宽度,第二卡位17能够让左腿7与右腿8固定更加紧固,使得左腿7与右腿8活动起来更加灵活,给人的感觉更好,全身锁轴9的 作用是锁死身体1和腿,公仔各配件装配在一体。
全身锁轴9上设有用于固定公仔所有部件的固定机构,固定机构包括固定连接在头发(帽子)5下端的第一连接件11,第一连接件11下端设有U形卡槽13,第一连接件11两侧壁均设有第一卡槽14,头手锁叉3上端对称设有与第一卡槽14匹配的卡块18,卡块18进入第一卡槽14后能够对第一卡槽14进行固定,挤压第一连接件11与U形卡槽13内的第二连接件12,对第二连接件12有一定地固定效果,实际操作中头发(帽子)5可以改为帽子,也可能不加帽子跟头发,但第一连接件11必须要有。
本实用新型中,两个手臂2侧壁均固定连接有卡扣10,身体1两侧壁均与卡扣10匹配的第二卡槽,使得卡扣10进入第二卡槽后与身体1组装连成一体。
本实用新型中,腰部件6上端固定连接有第二连接件12,第二连接件12部分中空,全身锁轴9能够从穿过左腿7与右腿8侧壁的第一开口16,完成对整体的固定,头手锁叉3上端设有用于与第二连接件12匹配的第一通孔,使得第二连接件12进入头手锁叉3上端设有用于与第二连接件12匹配的第一通孔后与头手锁叉3组装连成一体,再与身体1完成组装。
本实用新型中,左腿7与右腿8上端均固定连接有第一卡位15,腰部件6上端设有能与第一卡位15匹配的第三卡槽,使得第一卡位15进入第三卡槽后与腰部件6组成连成一体。
在安装时,将两个手臂2的卡扣10插入身体1两侧的第二卡槽 后与身体1组装连成一体,再将头手锁叉3放入身体1内,将第一连接件11穿过头部4插入头手锁叉3内,第一连接件11向下插入过程中,当第二连接件12顶扣进U形卡槽13时,第一卡槽14与头手锁叉3的卡块18互扣,使头部4、头发(帽子)5、手臂2固定为一个整体,向上将腰部件6与身体1组装,第二连接件12上端进入头手锁叉3的第一通孔内,第二连接件12继续向上移动并进入U形卡槽13内,两个卡块18对第一卡槽14侧壁进行限位,防止拔出第一连接件11,再将左腿7与右腿8上的第一卡位15插入腰部件6的第三卡槽内与腰部件6组成连成一体,全身锁轴9从腰部件6一侧的第三通孔穿过,从身体1的第二通孔穿过,穿过左腿7与右腿8侧壁的第一开口16,再从另一侧身体1的第二通孔、腰部件6的第三通孔穿出,完成对公仔全部零件的固定,整个零部件组成一体,同时全身锁轴9中间设有的第二卡位17,能够让左腿7与右腿8固定更加紧固,左腿7与右腿8活动起来更加灵活,给人的感觉更好。
