一种干式喷漆房过滤棉自动更换装置,主要包括主动卷轴、从动卷轴、过滤棉、进气口、风机、喷漆房,主动卷轴与从动卷轴平行设置,主动卷轴上设有驱动转动的驱动装置,主动卷轴和从动卷轴分别设置在进气口管道的两侧,主动卷轴和从动卷轴上分别固定卷设有过滤棉的两个端头,过滤棉穿过并覆盖设置在进气口的开口处,开口处设有密封件,进气口上连接有风机。本装置采用自动更换方式可以提高过滤网更换的效率,缩短设备停机的时间,并且更换过程中并不需要取下过滤装置,因此可以减少设备停机的时间,从而减少额外能耗。

本实用新型涉及喷涂加工设备技术领域,具体为干式喷漆房过滤棉自动更换装置。
背景技术
在喷涂施工时被高压空气所雾化的涂料,形成大量漆雾,漆雾由涂料微粒和溶剂组成,漆雾比重小,漂浮在空气中,沉降在工件表面影响工件质量,操作人员吸入漆雾危害身体健康,因此越来越多的喷漆房受到人们的广泛使用,而在喷漆房顶部设置过滤棉是必不可少的一部分,由于工件经过喷漆后表面会有较多污染物,会随着空气的流动向上流动,污染环境,为了保证喷漆房的喷漆环境,设置在喷漆房顶部的过滤棉需要定时更换,目前更换过滤棉的方式常采用停机后人工更换,更换方式繁琐且更换时间长,需要消费大量的劳动力,不能满足现代化快速生产的要求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种干式喷漆房过滤棉自动更换装置,能够有效解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:干式喷漆房过滤棉自动更换装置,包括主动卷轴、与所述主动卷轴平行设置的从动卷轴、以及驱动所述主动卷轴转动的驱动装置,所述主动卷轴和所述从动卷轴分别设置在进气口管道的两侧,所述主动卷轴和所述从动卷轴上分别固定卷设有过滤棉的两个端头,所述过滤棉穿过并覆盖设置在进气口的开口(41)处,所述进气口上连接有风机。
优选的,所述主动卷轴和从动卷轴固定在喷漆房的顶部。
优选的,所述主动卷轴和所述从动卷轴外周围分别设有主动罩壳和从动罩壳。
优选的,所述主动罩壳内还设有一个压力传感器。
优选的,所述主动罩壳还设有报警装置。
优选的,所述开口处设有密封件。
优选的,所述驱动装置、所述风机、所述报警装置及所述压力传感器都与控制器相连接。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
本实用新型采用自动更换方式可以大大提高过滤网更换的效率,缩短设备停机的时间,并且更换过程中并不需要取下过滤装置,只有当从动卷轴上的过滤网全部被卷出后,才需要更换新的过滤网卷,因此可以减少设备停机的时间,从而减少额外能耗。

作为本实用新型的一种优选技术方案:主动卷轴1和从动卷轴2固定在喷漆房6的顶部。
作为本实用新型的一种优选技术方案:主动卷轴1和从动卷轴2外周围分别设有主动罩壳11和从动罩壳21。
作为本实用新型的一种优选技术方案:主动罩壳11内设有一个压力传感器12。
作为本实用新型的一种优选技术方案:开口41处设有密封件。
作为本实用新型的一种优选技术方案:主动罩壳11上设有报警装置14,该报警装置14通过压力传感器13检测主动卷轴1上的过滤棉卷是否使用完毕,并且能够发出报警指示。
作为本实用新型的一种优选技术方案:驱动装置13、电机5、报警装置14及压力传感器12都与控制器相连接。

  1. 干式喷漆房过滤棉自动更换装置,其特征在于:包括主动卷轴(1)、与所述主动卷轴(1)平行设置的从动卷轴(2)、以及驱动所述主动卷轴(1)转动的驱动装置(13),所述主动卷轴(1)和所述从动卷轴(2)分别设置在进气口(4)管道的两侧,所述主动卷轴(1)和所述从动卷轴(2)上分别固定卷设有过滤棉(3)的两个端头,所述过滤棉(3)穿过并覆盖设置在进气口(4)的开口(41)处,所述进气口(4)上连接有风机(5)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的干式喷漆房过滤棉自动更换装置,其特征在于,所述主动卷轴(1)和从动卷轴(2)固定在喷漆房(6)的顶部。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的干式喷漆房过滤棉自动更换装置,其特征在于,所述主动卷轴(1)和所述从动卷轴(2)外周围分别设有主动罩壳(11)和从动罩壳(21)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的干式喷漆房过滤棉自动更换装置,其特征在于,所述主动罩壳(11)内还设有一个压力传感器(12)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的干式喷漆房过滤棉自动更换装置,其特征在于:所述主动罩壳11上还设有报警装置(14)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的干式喷漆房过滤棉自动更换装置,其特征在于:所述开口(41)处设有密封件。
