- the change in grain size is accompanied by the heat treatment process.
- the elongation of the aluminum sheet may be improved by the stress relaxation and the change in grain size.
- a high elongation is essential in order to secure the formability of the busbar.
- the heat treatment temperature may be performed in a temperature range higher than 200 ° C. and lower than 500 ° C., preferably in the range of 250 ° C. to 450 ° C., more preferably in the range of 300 ° C. to 400 ° C. can be performed.
- the heat treatment time is preferably performed until the time when the size of the grains decreases compared to before the heat treatment.
- the inventors confirmed that both tensile strength and elongation exhibit excellent values when heat treatment is performed in a time range in which the size of grains is initially reduced during heat treatment in the alloy composition range and heat treatment temperature range according to the technical spirit of the present invention. Specifically, this heat treatment is preferably performed in the range of 30 minutes to 2 hours.

- All of the manufactured ingots were extruded and molded into a plate having a thickness of 2 mm, and the extruded plate was rolled to prepare a plate having a thickness of 1 mm.
- the prepared plates were heat-treated in a salt bath and an oil bath at 200° C. to 500° C. for 0.5 to 2 hours depending on the composition to prepare a specimen. In addition, for comparison of the heat treatment effect, some specimens were not subjected to heat treatment.
- IACS conductivity is a value calculated by dividing the conductivity of the measurement object by the conductivity of annealed pure copper (58.0 Sm/mm2), and the unit is %.
- Table 2 shows the results of IACS conductivity, tensile strength and elongation according to the composition of the specimen heat treated at 400° C. for 1 hour.
- specimens 5A to 8A in which 0.4 to 1.5 wt% of Cu was added, the electrical conductivity was relatively decreased as the total amount of alloying elements increased compared to specimens 1A to 4A, which are comparative examples, but all showed excellent values of 50% or more. .
- tensile strength they all had values in the range of 130 MPa to 180 MPa, indicating significantly superior properties compared to the comparative example.
- elongation the result showed a slight decrease as the strength increased, but all showed a value of 40% or more. Therefore, all of the inventive specimens 5A to 8A showed a level applicable to the busbar for power wiring in terms of electrical conductivity, tensile strength and elongation.
- Table 3 shows the results of the elongation (%) of the aluminum alloy having the same composition after rolling without heat treatment or at 200° C. along with the invention example of the same composition.
- Table 3 when heat treatment is not performed after rolling or when performed at 200°C, which is a lower temperature than 400°C, all elongations show very low values of around 10%, indicating that it is not suitable for application to busbars for power wiring.
- Table 4 shows the tensile strength (MPa) and elongation (%) results of the specimens performed at 500° C. together with the inventive examples of the same composition.
- Table 5 shows the results of tensile strength and elongation when the alloy having the composition of composition number 6 was heat treated at 400° C. for 0.5 hours and 2 hours, and when heat treated at 300° C. for 1 hour.
- the tensile strength is 140 MPa or more and the elongation is 40% or more under all conditions, which shows excellent properties, so it can be confirmed that the characteristics are at the level applicable to the busbar for power wiring.
- Table 6 shows the average size of grains before and after heat treatment.
- the average grain size of specimen 4A corresponding to the comparative example was 108.85 ⁇ m, which was larger than that of about 104 ⁇ m before heat treatment (specimen 4B). From this, it can be seen that Specimen 4A, which is a comparative example, grew grains while undergoing a heat treatment process.
- specimen 6A corresponding to the invention example before heat treatment (specimen 6B), it had an average grain size of about 105 ⁇ m, but after heat treatment it was about 52 ⁇ m, indicating a significant decrease in the grain size. From the analysis results of these experimental examples, in the case of the invention example, it can be expected that the strength of the alloy and the improvement of electrical conductivity are improved through the generation of a reinforced phase and control of the grain size.

Description

제조된 시편들은 전기전도도를 확인하기 위하여 IACS(The International Annealed Standard) 도전율을 측정하였다.
