一种全同步托槽,包括带有弓丝槽(2)的托槽体(1),弓丝槽(2)横向设置在托槽体(1)的中部,弓丝槽(2)的上下两侧分别设置有上舌形翼(3)和下舌形翼(4);上舌形翼(3)的上部两侧为圆弧形(3.1),下舌形翼(4)的下部两侧也为圆弧形(4.1)。与传统四个结扎翼的托槽体(1)相比,采用上下两个整体式的舌形翼(3、4),即具有圆弧形边角过渡的上、下舌形翼(3、4),使得托槽体(1)的外形更加圆润,消除了传统托槽体(1)的尖锐凸起部,不仅外形更美观,使用更舒适,便于结扎丝的结扎和扎紧,还有利于较少食物对托槽本体和牙齿的冲击,避免出现结扎翼断翼,并可减少食物冲击对牙齿的磨损,更有利于保护牙齿健康。

Description

全同步托槽 技术领域
本发明涉及牙齿正畸医疗技术领域,具体涉及一种全同步托槽。
背景技术
托槽是牙齿正畸矫正的重要部件,在传统的正畸治疗过程中,正畸医生将托槽粘贴在患者的牙齿上并将弓丝放置于托槽的弓丝槽之中,弓丝对牙齿施加作用力使得牙齿移动到正确的位置。
托槽对弓丝并无具体的限位,通常是使用结扎丝等辅助工具来绑缚托槽的结扎翼,使得弓丝保持于托槽之中。为了便于在托槽上绑扎结扎丝,现有托槽的托槽体上通常会设置四个向外延展的结扎翼。而托槽本身的体积较小,四个外展形结扎翼的存在必然会在托槽体的四周形成较为尖锐的凸起部。这类托槽使用在牙齿上,容易造成使用者的口腔不适,舒适度差。在对抗食物冲击上,这类托槽体尖锐的外形不仅会加大食物冲击力,使牙齿受到损伤,且外展形结扎翼还容易因受到食物的冲击而造成断翼,造成结扎丝无法继续绑紧,结扎失灵甚至脱落。
发明内容
鉴于上述问题,本发明提供一种便于结扎丝结扎且具有圆润外形的全同步托槽,用于牙齿正畸矫正时,不仅外形更美观,使用更舒适,便于结扎丝的结扎和扎紧,还有利于较少食物对托槽本体和牙齿的冲击,避免出现结扎翼断翼,并可减少食物冲击对牙齿的磨损,更有利于保护牙齿健康。
本发明的技术方案在于:一种全同步托槽,包括带有弓丝槽的托槽体,所述弓丝槽横向设置在托槽体的中部,所述弓丝槽的上下两侧分别设置有上舌形翼和下舌形翼;所述上舌形翼的上部两侧为圆弧形,所述下舌形翼的下部两侧也为圆弧形。与传统四个结扎翼的托槽体相比,本发明采用上下两个整体式的舌形翼,即具有圆弧形边角过渡的上、下舌形翼,使得托槽体的外形更加圆润,消除了传统托槽体的尖锐凸起部,不仅外形更美观,使用更舒适,便于结扎丝的结扎和扎紧,还有利于较少食物对托槽本体和牙齿的冲击,避免出现结扎翼断翼,并可减少食物冲击对牙齿的磨损,更有利于保护牙齿健康。
优选地,所述托槽体的基部为圆弧形,并且基部的两旁侧设置有圆弧形过渡曲面。这种结构的改进有利于结扎丝的绑扎,并且能够使结扎丝结扎的更紧,避免出现结扎丝松脱的情况。
优选地,所述上舌形翼和/或下舌形翼上设置有定位中线。
优选地,所述上舌形翼上还设置有定位标识。
优选地,所述托槽体的基底的左右两侧设置有凸起部,提高基底的稳定性,便于转矩的传递和表达。
优选地,所述托槽体的基部与结扎丝接触的接触面为弧形面,并且所述托槽体的基部的两旁侧设置有圆弧形过渡曲面。
优选地,所述弓丝槽中部设置有内沉槽。内沉槽的结构设计有利于减少弓丝槽与弓丝之间的接触面,从而减少摩擦。
优选地,所述弓丝槽的左右两侧槽口边缘设置有圆弧形倒角,便于导入弓丝。
本发明的有益效果在于:与传统四个结扎翼的托槽体相比,本发明采用上下两个单翼结构,即具有圆弧形边角过渡的上、下舌形翼,使得托槽体的外形更加圆润,消除了传统托槽体的尖锐凸起部,不仅外形更美观,使用更舒适,便于结扎丝的结扎和扎紧,还有利于较少食物对托槽本体和牙齿的冲击,避免出现结扎翼断翼,并可减少食物冲击对牙齿的磨损,更有利于保护牙齿健康。

参考图1至图4,本发明的全同步托槽包括带有弓丝槽2的托槽体1,所述弓丝槽2横向设置在托槽体1的中部,并且贯穿托槽体1的左右两侧,所述弓丝槽2的上下两侧分别设置有一个整体式的舌形翼,即上舌形翼3和下舌形翼4;所述上舌形翼3的上部左右两侧为圆弧形3.1,所述下舌形翼4的下部左右两侧也为圆弧形4.1。
所述托槽体1的基部与结扎丝接触的接触面为弧形面5,并且所述托槽体1的基部5的两旁侧设置有圆弧形过渡曲面6。这种结构的改进有利于结扎丝的绑扎,并且能够使结扎丝结扎的更紧,避免出现结扎丝松脱的情况。
在本实施例中,所述上舌形翼和下舌形翼上对应设置有定位中线7。所述上舌形翼3上还设置有定位标识8。
所述托槽体1的基底的左右两侧还设置有凸起部9,提高基底的稳定性,便于转矩的传递和表达。所述托槽体1的基底的周部为圆弧形。
所述弓丝槽2中部设置有内沉槽10。内沉槽10的结构设计有利于减少弓丝槽与弓丝之间的接触面,从而减少摩擦。所述弓丝槽2的左右两侧槽口边缘设置有圆弧形倒角11,便于导入弓丝。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的全同步托槽,其特征在于:所述托槽体的基部与结扎丝接触的接触面为弧形面,并且所述基部的两旁侧设置有圆弧形过渡曲面。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的全同步托槽,其特征在于:所述上舌形翼和/或下舌形翼上设置有定位中线。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的全同步托槽,其特征在于:所述上舌形翼上还设置有定位标识。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的全同步托槽,其特征在于:所述托槽体的基底的左右两侧设置有凸起部。
