Description

干燥部4可以为向扶手带100吹风的风扇,如此,既可以实现干燥目的,又不会对扶手带100造成不良的影响以加速扶手带100的老化。可选地,干燥部4可以包括加热器,加热器配置为加热吹向扶手带100的气流,从而可以更快更彻底地干燥扶手带100。
如图5A和5B所示,擦拭部7可以为围绕扶手带100的正面和两侧的U形刷,当扶手带100通过擦拭部7时,U形刷可以将粘附在扶手带100 上的碎屑从扶手带100分离。而且,清洁组件还可以包括设置在U形刷下方的集尘部71,集尘部71可以设置为容纳箱的形式,并配置为收集U形刷从扶手带100上分离而落下的物体。只要定期清理集尘部71即可。可选地,可以在集尘部71中设置检测碎屑高度的检测器,并且当检测到碎屑高度达到预设阈值时,发出需要清理集尘部71的提醒。
清洁装置1还可以包括扶手带运动监测器6,如图3所示,扶手带运动监测器6设置在壳体10内,与所述控制器8通信连接,并配置为监测扶手带100是否正在运动、扶手带100的运动方向、以及扶手带100的运动速度。当扶手带运动监测器6监测到扶手带100不运动或运动速度小于预定速度阈值,则可以停止清洁扶手带100。如此,可以防止清洁装置1一直清洁同一区域,并达到节能的效果。扶手带运动监测器6可以包括滚轮,如图3所示,滚轮与扶手带100摩擦接触,也就是说,扶手带100的运动带动滚轮进行反向运动,因此,可以通过检测滚轮的滚动方向和滚动速度来间接获得扶手带100的运动方向和运动速度。
清洁装置1还可以集成自动扶梯的一些功能。为此,清洁装置1可以包括一个或多个自动扶梯功能部件,自动扶梯功能部件可以与自动扶梯的控制系统连接并配置为分别实现与自动扶梯相关的功能。
例如,自动扶梯功能部件可以为检测器件,检测器件可以设置在所述清洁装置1上(例如壳体10内部或外部),并配置为检测接近自动扶梯的物体。具体地,检测器件可以为雷达13,雷达13可以设置为面对壳体10的前侧,并配置为检测清洁装置1前方的乘客,由于雷达13可以与自动扶梯的控制系统连接,因此可以使得当雷达13检测到乘客时,自动扶梯 进入工作状态,相反,当前方不存在乘客时,可以进入省电模式。另外,检测器件还可以为摄像头12,摄像头12可以设置在壳体10的前侧,并配置为检测清洁装置1前方的物体或事件。例如,摄像头12可以检测前方是否有大件行李,例如手推车,并且当检测到大件行李时,可以做出相应的响应,例如发出语音提醒。又例如,摄像头12可以检测是否有乘客摔倒,并且当检测到乘客摔倒时,可以做出相应的响应,例如制动自动扶梯并呼叫求助信息。还例如,摄像头12可以检测乘客是否戴口罩,并做出相应的响应,例如提醒乘客等。
自动扶梯功能部件还可以为紧急停止按钮11,紧急停止按钮11可以设置在壳体10的外部,如图1所示,方便乘客触及,使得当紧急停止按钮11被按下时,自动扶梯停止。清洁装置1上的紧急停止按钮11可以替代自动扶梯上原有的紧急停止按钮11,也可以与自动扶梯上原有的紧急停止按钮11并存。清洁装置1上的紧急停止按钮11由于更靠近自动扶梯入口,更便于乘客触及。
应当理解,清洁装置1可以设置有多种自动扶梯功能部件,例如清洁装置1可以同时设置有雷达13、摄像头12、和紧急停止按钮11。
清洁装置1还可以实现其他附加功能。例如,清洁装置1可以包括设置在扶手带开口处的异物防夹装置9,异物防夹装置9设置成当异物从扶手带开口进入壳体10内部时被触发,例如使得电梯停止运行,以防止造成伤害。
清洁装置1的壳体10前侧还可以设置有显示器14,如图4所示,显示器14可以为液晶屏,显示器14可以与壳体10内的控制器8通信连接, 并配置为显示以下中的一个或多个:清洁装置1的状态(例如清洁中)、自动扶梯运行方向(例如表示向上运行的箭头)、故障类别(例如消毒液耗尽)、紧急停止按钮11位置指示(例如指向紧急停止按钮11的箭头和紧急标志)。
清洁装置1还可以包括扬声器,扬声器可以设置在壳体10处,并配置为实现以下中的一个或多个:向乘客广播通知、提醒乘客握紧扶手、提示紧急停止按钮11的位置、发出警报。如此,扬声器可以结合上述摄像头12、显示器14等使用。
上文中参照优选的实施例详细描述了本发明所提出的清洁装置1的示范性实施方式,然而本领域技术人员可理解的是,在不背离本发明理念的前提下,可以对上述具体实施例做出多种变型和改型,且可以对本发明提出的各种技术特征、结构进行多种组合,而不超出本发明的保护范围。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种清洁装置,用于清洁自动扶梯的扶手带,配置为靠近所述自动扶梯的扶手带安装到自动扶梯的平台,包括:
    壳体,配置为容纳清洁装置的部件,所述扶手带运动通过由所述壳体形成的空间;
    清洁组件,设置在所述壳体内并配置为清洁运动中的所述扶手带;
    控制器,设置在所述壳体内并配置为控制所述清洁装置;以及
    一个或多个自动扶梯功能部件,其与自动扶梯的控制系统连接并配置为分别实现与自动扶梯相关的功能。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的清洁装置,其中,所述自动扶梯功能部件为检测器件,所述检测器件设置在所述清洁装置上,并配置为检测接近自动扶梯的物体。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的清洁装置,其中,所述检测器件为雷达,所述雷达配置为检测所述清洁装置前方的乘客,使得当所述雷达检测到乘客时,自动扶梯进入工作状态。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的清洁装置,其中,所述检测器件为摄像头,所述摄像头设置在所述壳体的前侧,并配置为检测所述清洁装置前方的物体或事件。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的清洁装置,其中,所述自动扶梯功能部件为紧急停止按钮,所述紧急停止按钮设置在所述壳体的外部,使得当所述紧急停止按钮被按下时,自动扶梯停止。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的清洁装置,其中,所述清洁装置还包括设置在扶手带开口处的异物防夹装置,所述异物防夹装置设置成当异物从所述扶手带开口进入所述壳体内部时被触发。
  7. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的清洁装置,其中,所述壳体的前侧设置有显示器,所述显示器与所述控制器通信连接并配置为显示以下中的一个或多个:清洁装置的状态、自动扶梯运行方向、故障类别、紧急停止按钮位置指示。
  8. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的清洁装置,其中,所述清洁装置还包括扬声器,所述扬声器配置为实现以下中的一个或多个:向乘客广播通知、提醒乘客握紧扶手、提示紧急停止按钮的位置、发出警报。
  9. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的清洁装置,其中,所述清洁装置还包括扶手带运动监测器,所述扶手带运动监测器与所述控制器通信连接并配置为监测所述扶手带是否正在运动、所述扶手带的运动方向、以及所述扶手带的运动速度,当所述扶手带运动监测器监测到所述扶手带不运动或运动速度小于预定速度阈值,则停止清洁所述扶手带。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的清洁装置,其中,所述扶手带运动监测器包括滚轮,所述滚轮与所述扶手带摩擦接触,当所述扶手带运动时,所述滚轮被所述扶手带带动而进行反向运动。
  11. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的清洁装置,其中,所述清洁组件包括喷洒部,所述喷洒部配置为向所述扶手带喷洒消毒液。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的清洁装置,其中,所述清洁组件还包括设置在所述喷洒部的上游并配置为擦拭扶手带的表面的擦拭部。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的清洁装置,其中,所述擦拭部为围绕扶手带的正面和两侧的U形刷,所述清洁组件还包括设置在U形刷下方的集尘部,所述集尘部配置为收集U形刷从扶手带上分离的物体。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的清洁装置,其中,所述清洁组件还包括设置在所述喷洒部的下游并配置为干燥扶手带的干燥部,其中,所述干燥部为向扶手带吹风的风扇。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的清洁装置,其中,所述干燥部包括加热器,所述加热器配置为加热吹向扶手带的气流。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的清洁装置,其中,所述清洁组件还包括设置在所述干燥部的下游并配置为用UV灯照射扶手带的UV照射部。
  17. 根据权利要求11所述的清洁装置,其中,所述清洁组件还包括用于存储消毒液的液体容器、用于提供输送消毒液的动力的泵、用于调节消毒液的喷洒流量的调节阀、以及将所述液体容器、泵、调节阀、喷洒部依次连接的管道,当泵和调节阀被控制为打开时,消毒液从喷洒部向扶手带喷洒。
  18. 一种自动扶梯,包括根据权利要求1-17中任一项所述的清洁装置。
