随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对安全卫生方面的要求也越来越高。生活中无处不在的细菌、病毒侵扰人们的生活,蔬菜清洗、衣物杀菌、厨具消毒、家具消毒、空间消毒、洗手泡脚等各个方面都需要使用消毒液来进行消毒,使用成本较高。采用电解食盐水制取次氯酸钠消毒液的家用消毒液制造机应运而生。

本公开技术方案,具有如下优点:
1.本公开提供的壳体组件,若无伸出构成壳的部分,则在构成壳上直接设置螺钉进行紧固连接,这样会导致暴露在构成壳外面的螺钉破坏产品的美观性;或者,为了保证产品的美观性,会采用全部以塑料卡扣的形式进行固定连接,但是,这样又无法确保两个外壳之间连接的牢固性。本公开提供的壳体组件,所述连接结构至少部分伸出所述构成壳,伸出所述构成壳的部分可通过螺钉等紧固连接件连接、或者通过其他方式连接,增强各个构成壳之间连接的牢固性,所述连接结构伸出所述构成壳的部分容置于所述安装腔中,隐藏伸出所述构成壳的部分,隐藏伸出所述构成壳的部分之间的连接,保证了外观美观性;还可通过安装腔与连接结构的配合增 强所述构成壳之间的连接牢固性。
2.本公开提供的所述功能部件通过所述安装腔套接于所述伸出结构外,伸出结构可通过螺钉等紧固件固定连接,增强连接牢固性,还通过功能部件实现对伸出结构的隐藏,保证外观美观,还可通过安装腔与伸出结构的配合增强所述构成壳之间的连接牢固性。
3.本公开提供的伸出部为板状结构,便于连接,且占用空间小;至少两个所述构成壳的对应所述伸出部之间通过至少一个第一连接件固定连接,连接方式简单且连接牢固;所述第一功能部件的内部设有套设在所述伸出结构外的第一安装孔,隐藏伸出结构,保证外观美观。
4.本公开提供的所述第一连接件为螺纹紧固件,螺纹紧固件结构简单,连接牢固。

7.本公开提供的辅助功能壳,被设置为安装充电口等辅助功能件。
8.本公开提供的凸出部与把手部相抵靠,增强把手部与主体之间的连接;且辅助功能壳覆盖第一安装孔,将第一安装孔隐藏;辅助功能壳一端与所述第一安装孔卡接,另一端与所述凸出部连接,进一步增强把手部与主体之间的连接。

12.本公开提供的第三功能部件包括延伸壁,由所述第三功能部件的内周壁向内延伸而出,保证外观美观;所述伸出部由所述构成壳的端部向所述容置腔内延伸,保证外观美观;所述延伸壁与所述伸出部相抵、并通过第二连接件固定连接,增强构成壳之间的连接牢固性。
13.本公开提供的电解部适于连接电解容器,一般家用消毒液制造机电解容器的容量都不会很大,需要经常拆卸电解容器增加待电解的液体,本公开电解部的另一端包括与所述电解容器螺纹连接的螺纹,方便电解容器的拆卸和安装;所述电解部一端的管径小于设有螺纹的另一端的管径。便于用户从另一端伸入电解部内拆卸和安装第二连接件。
14.本公开提供的壳体组件包括第一功能部件,第二功能部件和第三功能部件,外观美观,且大大增强了构成壳之间的连接牢固性。

如图1至图4所示,本实施例中提供了一种壳体组件,包括至少一个功能部件、至少两个构成壳1和连接结构,至少一个功能部件设有安装腔;各个所述构成壳1互相拼接形成具有容置腔的主体;所述主体与所述功能部件通过所述连接结构可拆卸地连接,所述连接结构至少部分伸出所述构成壳1,所述连接结构伸出所述构成壳1的部分容置于所述安装腔中。
若无伸出构成壳1的部分,则在构成壳1上直接设置螺钉进行紧固连接,这样会导致暴露在构成壳1外面的螺钉破坏产品的美观性;或者,为了保证产品的美观性,会采用全部以塑料卡扣的形式进行固定连接,但是,这样又无法确保两个外壳之间连接的牢固性。本公开提供的壳体组件,所述连接结构至少部分伸出所述构成壳1,伸出所述构成壳1的部分可通过螺钉等紧固连接件连接、或者通过其他方式连接,增强各个构成壳1之间连接的牢固性,所述连接结构伸出所述构成壳1的部分容置于所述安装腔中,隐藏伸出所述构成壳1的部分,隐藏伸出所述构成壳1的部分之间的连接,保证了外观美观性;还可通过安装腔与连接结构的配合增强所述构成壳1之间的连接牢固性。
本实施例中,所述壳体组件包括两个构成壳1,两个所述构成壳1互相拼接形成具有容置腔的主体。作为可变换的实施方式,也可以为三个、四个或者更多构成壳1。
本实施例中的所述构成壳1具有至少一个安装端,至少两个所述构成壳1的对应所述安装端对接拼合成所述主体的安装端部;所述连接结构包括设于所述安装端上的伸出部,所述连接结构伸出所述构成壳1的部分为所述伸出部,设于至少两个所述构成壳1上的所述伸出部对接拼合成伸出结构11;所述功能部件通过所述安装腔套接于所述伸出结构11外。

本实施例中的所述第一功能部件2为把手部,包括适于手握的手柄22,及设置在所述手柄22一侧适于手指插入的插手孔23,所述第一安装孔21设于所述手柄22内。
把手部包括适于手握的手柄22,所述第一安装孔21设于所述手柄22内,既可实现手柄22的作用,又可以通过第一安装孔21隐藏伸出结构11。所述把手部包括插手孔23,用户可通过插手孔23增强对把手部的握持力,且插手孔23的设置还可增强把手部的强度。
作为可变换的实施方式,也可以为,所述把手部仅包括手柄22,所述 手柄22内设有第一安装孔21。
本实施例中,还包括辅助功能壳9,所述辅助功能壳9一端连接在所述把手部上,另一端连接在所述安装端部上。被设置为安装充电口等辅助功能件,或者被设置为遮挡充电口等连接口。被设置为遮挡充电口等连接口时,所述辅助功能壳9可以由弹性材料制成,便于取下和安装。所述辅助功能壳9一端连接在所述把手部上,另一端连接在所述安装端部上,增强了把手部与主体的连接可靠性。所述辅助功能壳9相对水平面设于所述把手部的下方时,由于位置比较隐藏,可通过螺钉与所述把手部连接。
本实施例中,所述构成壳1还包括设于所述安装端上的凸出部12,所述凸出部12沿与所述第一安装孔21轴向平行的方向延伸、并与所述把手部靠近所述插手孔23的侧部相抵靠,所述辅助功能壳9一端与所述第一安装孔21卡接、并覆盖所述第一安装孔21,另一端与所述凸出部12连接。
凸出部12与把手部相抵靠,增强把手部与主体之间的连接;且辅助功能壳9覆盖第一安装孔21,将第一安装孔21隐藏;辅助功能壳9一端与所述第一安装孔21卡接,另一端与所述凸出部12连接,进一步增强把手部与主体之间的连接。

本实施例中,所述主体的至少两个端部分别可拆卸连接有所述功能部件,所述构成壳1之间因为端部与功能部件连接实现紧固连接,外观美观。可以为所述主体的两个端部分别可拆卸连接有所述功能部件,也可以为三个端部或四个端部或者更多端部。
或者,各个所述构成壳1之间互相卡接,所述主体的至少一个端部可拆卸连接有所述功能部件。构成壳1之间卡接,再通过功能部件紧固连接。可以为所述主体的一个端部可拆卸连接有所述功能部件,也可以为两个端部、三个端部或者更多端部。
具体的,所述壳体组件包括两个构成壳1,三个功能部件,两个所述构成壳1互相卡接,所述主体的三个端部分别可拆卸连接有所述功能部件。三个所述功能部件中包括第一功能部件2、第二功能部件3和第三功能部件4,所述第一功能部件2为把手部,第二功能部件3为喷头部,第三功能部件4为电解部。
本实施例还提供一种消毒液制造机,包括上述的壳体组件。

  1. 一种壳体组件,包括:
    至少一个功能部件,设有安装腔;
    至少两个构成壳(1),各个所述构成壳(1)互相拼接形成具有容置腔的主体;
    连接结构,所述主体与所述功能部件通过所述连接结构可拆卸地连接,所述连接结构至少部分伸出所述构成壳(1),所述连接结构伸出所述构成壳(1)的部分容置于所述安装腔中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的壳体组件,其中,所述构成壳(1)具有至少一个安装端,至少两个所述构成壳(1)的对应所述安装端对接拼合成所述主体的安装端部;
    所述连接结构包括设于所述安装端上的伸出部,所述连接结构伸出所述构成壳(1)的部分为所述伸出部,设于至少两个所述构成壳(1)上的所述伸出部对接拼合成伸出结构(11);所述功能部件通过所述安装腔套接于所述伸出结构(11)外。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的壳体组件,其中,至少一个所述功能部件中,具有至少一个第一功能部件(2);
    所述伸出部为板状结构,至少两个所述构成壳(1)的对应所述伸出部之间通过至少一个第一连接件(6)固定连接,所述第一功能部件(2)的内部设有套设在所述伸出结构(11)外的第一安装孔(21)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的壳体组件,其中,所述第一连接件(6)为螺纹紧固件。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的壳体组件,其中,所述第一功能部件(2)与所述安装端部卡接。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的壳体组件,其中,所述第一功能部件(2)为 把手部,包括适于手握的手柄(22),及设置在所述手柄(22)一侧适于手指插入的插手孔(23),所述第一安装孔(21)设于所述手柄(22)内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的壳体组件,其中,还包括辅助功能壳(9),所述辅助功能壳(9)一端连接在所述把手部上,另一端连接在所述安装端部上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的壳体组件,其中,所述构成壳(1)还包括设于所述安装端上的凸出部(12),所述凸出部(12)沿与所述第一安装孔(21)轴向平行的方向延伸、并与所述把手部靠近所述插手孔(23)的侧部相抵靠,所述辅助功能壳(9)一端与所述第一安装孔(21)卡接、并覆盖所述第一安装孔(21),另一端与所述凸出部(12)连接。
  9. 根据权利要求2-8中任一项所述的壳体组件,其中,至少一个所述功能部件中,具有至少一个第二功能部件(3);所述伸出结构(11)为筒状结构,所述第二功能部件(3)的内部设有套设在所述伸出结构(11)外的第二安装孔,所述第二安装孔与所述筒状结构过盈配合。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的壳体组件,其中,所述第二功能部件(3)为喷头部,所述喷头部一端设有所述第二安装孔,另一端设有与所述安装孔连通的喷孔(31)。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的壳体组件,其中,所述构成壳(1)具有至少一个安装端,至少两个所述构成壳(1)的对应所述安装端对接拼合成所述主体的安装端部;
    所述连接结构包括第二连接件(7),及设于所述安装端上的伸出部;所述连接结构伸出所述构成壳(1)的部分为所述第二连接件(7),设于至少两个所述构成壳(1)上的所述伸出部对接拼合成伸出结构(11);所述功能部件通过所述第二连接件(7)与所述伸出结构(11)连接,所述第二连接件(7)适于容置于所述安装腔中。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的壳体组件,其中,至少一个所述功能部件中, 具有至少一个第三功能部件(4);所述第三功能部件(4)为筒状结构,包括由所述第三功能部件(4)的内周壁向内延伸而出的延伸壁(41),所述伸出部从所述构成壳(1)的端部向所述容置腔内延伸,所述延伸壁(41)与所述伸出部相抵、并通过第二连接件(7)固定连接。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的壳体组件,其中,所述第三功能部件(4)为适于连接电解容器(5)的电解部,所述电解部一端向内弯折形成延伸壁(41),另一端包括与所述电解容器(5)螺纹连接的螺纹,所述电解部一端的管径小于设有螺纹的另一端的管径。
  14. 根据权利要求9所述的壳体组件,其中,所述构成壳(1)具有至少一个安装端,至少两个所述构成壳(1)的对应所述安装端对接拼合成所述主体的安装端部;
    所述连接结构包括第二连接件(7),及设于所述安装端上的伸出部;所述连接结构伸出所述构成壳(1)的部分为所述第二连接件(7),设于至少两个所述构成壳(1)上的所述伸出部对接拼合成伸出结构(11);所述功能部件通过所述第二连接件(7)与所述伸出结构(11)连接,所述第二连接件(7)适于容置于所述安装腔中;
    至少一个所述功能部件中,具有至少一个第三功能部件(4);所述第三功能部件(4)为筒状结构,包括由所述第三功能部件(4)的内周壁向内延伸而出的延伸壁(41),所述伸出部由所述构成壳(1)的端部向所述容置腔内延伸,所述延伸壁(41)与所述伸出部相抵、并通过第二连接件(7)固定连接。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的壳体组件,其中,所述主体的至少两个端部分别可拆卸连接有所述功能部件;或,各个所述构成壳(1)之间互相卡接,所述主体的至少一个端部可拆卸连接有所述功能部件。
  16. 一种消毒液制造机,包括如权利要求1-15任一项中所述的壳体组件。
